This Restaurant belongs to the category of American restaurant.
List is a great place to take a date or SO to have a slightly romantic evening. Well-balanced cocktails are a regular here and you know it's good when you can order a bartenders choice confidently. The food is on par with what you would expect and average Belltown prices. Small bar, mostly tables and a sleek & simple interior.
One of our favorite place to go! Their warm octopus salad is the best!!! I would also recommend gnocchi. And the service is great :) Also they have a really good happy hour!
Excellent food. Great 1/2 price happy hour! Recommend the calamari, gnocchi, and octopus salad.
Understated entrance into an underlit space reveals an Italian restaurant that does not seem to hide itself. Short, simple menu, but with good execution and excellent service. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
Came here on Monday night with my boyfriend for happy hour. Food is awesome, especially the tasty sea bass and gnocchi with truffle.
Must have the gnocchi with truffle cream!
Reasonably priced and good menu items, but not sure about the preparation and plate size. My sea bass was good, but too small. The steak was seasoned well but not quite succulent. Seems they prep plates ahead of time and jyst cook up meat when you order. Food came out very fast, maybe too fast. Wine list was very limited, but total tab with two entrees and two glasses of wine was only $60. Not bad, but not great either. At least they were one of only restaurants nearby that stays open after 9 pm on a Thursday. And the ambience with candlelight and background light club music was pretty good.
List has the best happy hour in town. I believe it's all day/night on Sundays and Mondays. They did reduce what they offer for happy hour meals but the options are still great. I alternate between the steak dishes and the gnocchi dishes. The ambience is sexy and I always go with their wine suggestion.
I always have the gnocchi with Black Truffle Cream. Amazing. We've tried several of the other items and were happy with all of them.
My partner and I always go here for happy hour. At this point we've tried everything on the menu, and we like all of it. If you are trying it for the first time I definitely recommend trying the gnocchi.
Awesome menu, we arrived late and place was still packed. No way to get a table for four, but the bar was awesome, and the stuff that was still available was all phenomenal.
Some of the best calamari i have ever had in my entire life! The Gnocchi was phenomenal as well!
Great food, small plates, but price is fair. Delicious wine. Happy hour is the best!
Amazing food, order before 6:30 for 50% off of many amazing items.
The best happy hour in all of Seattle!! Amazing service ( shout out to Amber !!) And let's not forget the food, where to start o where to start .. let's start with my favorite dish, the gnocchi with truffle sauce... fluffy potato pasta balls rolled around in a beautiful light truffle sauce ... The arugula salad and the octopus salad definitely get an honorable mention and let's not forget the hearty meat balls , I don't know if they are hand made but they taste like they are !! And last but not least let's about talk the atmosphere, small , dark and cozy perfect for a date night!!
One of my favorite places to eat in Seattle. The black truffle gnocchi is a personal favorite but you can't go wrong on their menu.
Make sure you go during happy hour. The food is fantastic, good selection of drinks, service is very attentive and super quick, and the price is unbelievably low. Two thumbs up
If you going for the happy hour, go early as the place gets packed very fast. Friendly service staff who tries hard to fit everyone in. Food were tasty, looks like they have a legumes and beans theme going on with the dishes while we were there. My only negative about this place is the poor lighting. Most tables are only lighted by a small candle. A number of their customers were using their phone to have a look at the dishes when it arrives.
Love List! Go there Sunday or Monday night, get a variation of the special offer dishes and enjoy a bottle of wine for a just too good to be true price/value ratio. Do not miss out on the truffle gnocchi - they are an absolute must. Expect to wait for a table for a while though.
Great food and service, but only good value if you come for happy hour. I wouldn't pay the menu price for the plates.
Sunday and Monday all day happy hour cant be beat! Gnocci is to die for!
Decent restaurant. They used to have a pretty good happy hour. Recently, I found that for happy hour food they reduce the quantity of food by almost half(which is a bummer). Why even have happy hour if you're not going to honor it.
I really do love this place! cool, romantic atmosphere. Candlelit with these amazing red chandeliers. We had great service and delicious happy hour food. No complaints here, a great birthday! I definitely recommend checking this place out!
Happy hour so good. Nice and casual on a Tuesday night.
A very rare date night for my husband and myself. Our meals exceeded our expectations! We look forward to returning. It’s a bit tight and cozy so wouldn’t expect to return with a very large group but otherwise plan to keep it in mind for when we’re entertaining a friend or two from out of town.
Like a night club smashed into a pasta joint; delicious gnocchi, though!
Gnocchi fluffy like pillows Best food I've had recently
Food was fine, drinks were good, service was fine. My favorite part was the heated toilet seat in the women's restroom.
Went on a monday night... all night Happy hour! This place has a great assortment of small plates!
Great food...tapas style...Meatballs and grilled octopus rock!!
5 star cocktails, 5 star atmosphere and 5 star tapas style food at *3* star diner prices. We do fine dining all over Seattle and this place rivals any.
We came in a Monday around 6 and while it was very busy, we got a table very quickly. Service was prompt and drinks came in no time. The beef shoulder tenderloin was just perfect, and was plenty big to share. The sea bass i got was unfortunately a tail piece, so it was small and thin, but i saw other people eating it and theirs were nice sized. All and all a great meal and the prices were very fair.
Fun atmosphere and great happy hour food and wine. Save room for chocolate dessert!
Truly was so excited to try this place because it looked Lowkey and had that food network vibe about it. The food was okay, the restaurant was small and really dark but that's okay... mainly the biggest disappointment was the wait staff. They are so rude and make it seem like they don't even want you there.
Probably the best gnocchi I've ever had. Overall wonderful service, cozy, but vibrant atmosphere and amazing food makes List a must. The happy hour deals make it an easy decision
The food was great! Happy hour ahi was really good. Kind of dark, hard to see the menu, but didn't matter after we ordered.
Do you dream of eating in a club? If so this place is your spot. Snark aside the food was decent, and the prices (during happy hour) were a good value. I'd come back for the intriguing breadsauce and tasty gnocchi. But honestly I wouldn't come back unless I was in a clubbin' mood.
Come here for happy hour! The menu has a wide variety of small plates so you can mix and match and get a bottle of wine to accompany it and you can still remain under $100 for 2 people. Not bad for Seattle.
They have an excellent happy hour menu. Try the gnocchi, the broccoli, the seabass is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. You won't find a better bartender than Rob
Gnocchi, Spicy Meatballs, Bacon Wrapped Prawns, along with a low key vibe atmosphere... One of my favorites
Amazing venue, makes great use of the available space. Food was fantastic, however, dining during happy hour is almost a necessity. My girlfriend and I could not stop eating, we ended up splitting four dishes and each seemed better than the last. As per other reviews, definitely try the gnocchi. I also cannot recommend the clams more highly, the sauce was divine. Will certainly return next time I'm in the area.
The atmosphere is dim with club like music in the background, it promoted instant relaxation. The food menu is fill with really interesting choices, I had the sea bass and is was wonderful. I ate at the bar and was made to feel welcomed with a smile and a creative cocktail menu. The drinks were well made. I plan on returning to List next time I am in Seattle.
Amazing food and wonderful service!!
Sea bass!!!! really really good one. Thanks for the nice dinner!
I’ve been there two times, both on a Sunday. Sunday seems popular for their happy hour. They have Great food and affordable prices, they serve good drinks too. I loved the octopus salad and the gnocchi—oh my god, the gnocchi. The service is friendly, but if you go to dine on a Sunday night you will have to wait in line for a table. My recommendation is to go with time to spare, not immediately hungry, or to eat at the bar instead of waiting for a table, But definitely go.
This restaurant, recommended by an aquaintence, was sooooo good, we returned two days later for more!!! Excellent!!!
Great atmosphere, food and service!
Super cute Italian cocktail restaurant! Great food and yummy drinks
Excellent happy hour. It can't be beat!
As others have mentioned, this place feels like a $$$ restaurant for a $ cost. The food selection is great, tasty, with a good selection of drinks. It can be dark and loud on the inside, but I would recommend this place over and over again to others.
I enjoyed List. The food was great and the service was spot on. The happy hour from 4-6:30pm is great and I would recommend coming. The plates are tapas style to be prepared to order a few. Plan on about $20 a person for food, plus more for drinks.
Very nice! Lots of attentive service. (TMI, ladies room is dim lit, a little atmosphere, and, the seat was WARM!)
One of my top spots for quality american food. went there on a saturday. i will be bringing family next time. prices were good for how much you get. reminds me of a place in new york i loved to visit.
Good food and ambience. Quantity is little less for one person
This place is seriously good. Their smaller plate items and draft beers are half off during their happy hour, which runs from 4-6 pm and 9-close. I came for the latter of the two. The atmosphere was dim lit and intimate, and the space is somewhat small, but it wasn't too crowded when I went. I got the black truffle gnocchi, and it was incredible. Creamy, but not too heavy with a prominent truffle flavor. Easily one of the best gnocchi dishes I've ever had. I also got the Chilean sea bass, which the restaurant specifies as sustainably caught on the menu for those who care. The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly so that the meat was extremely tender and flaky with a crunchy crust. It was also served over a delicious, moderately spicy risotto. I would love to try more of their small plates next time I visit.
Very nice experience during their all Sunday happy hour. Salad was quite good, but the stars of the show we're the truffle cream gnocchi (as everyone else also mentions) and the dessert with warm chocolate cake and hazelnut gelato. Would happily return again...and will surely do so. NB: I'm extremely stingy with my 5 star reviews so don't let the fact that I gave it "only" 4 stars discourage you. I'm guessing my 4 star ratings are like most people's 5 star ratings.
I can't say enough about this place!!! My wife and I come here anytime we're in Seattle. The food is amazing and the happy hour/Sunday, Monday deals are hard to beat downtown. Do yourself a favor and make it in. If you have Amber as your server your night will be the best.
Great food and good service. This is always a favorite with friends or people visiting from out of town. The variety allows for everyone to find something they love. The gnocchi in truffle sauce is a crowd favorite. It works for groups and for dates (although the proximity of the adjoining table makes for a less intimate setting). The selection of wine is decent and the bar makes some solid drinks. This will remain a "go-to" restaurant for me for the foreseeable future.
Hands down best happy hour in seattle. List is my wife and I's go to date night restaurant. Food is excellent - and the house wine is always good.
Nice place to hang out...baked broccoli was the best of the lot...2nd pic - pheasant with gnocchi..good burnt flavor on the meat...3rd pic - Chilean Sea Bass was yummy...portion was little bit less though..
Great happy hour. The truffle gnocchi is delicious, as is the chicken dish with mushrooms.
Quality had gone down after several years. It's just okay.
The spicy meatballs are great. Great late night happy hour because food items are half off. Regular pricing in my opinion is not worth it because for the price you pay there are way better food and way bigger portion. This place also looks like it is close if you are driving by because of how dim it is inside.
Dark and small and loud. Food was good tho
Hip ambiance paired with an incredible happy hour selection make this a go to spot for affordable elegance.
3 out of 4 were great. They have small plates from “the list.” The pear salad, baked broccoli, prawn where awesome, but the lamb burger wasn’t good. I’d def only go during happy hour.
Great small plates, good wine, and an even better happy hour.
Great american fare with a unique dinner list. The combination of intimate lighting and a rather boisterous background make for a really hip vibe. The food and mixed cocktails were excellent.
Amazing happy hour! The food is absolutely superb with subtle touches that really elevate their dishes. Extremely tasty and feel good. For happy hour, their food menu is 1/2 price and drinks are discounted.
Good place with a decent variety of food choices. Only drawback is that the place is very congested. The service is very good though! Would recommend Gnocchi Rose and the spicy meatballs!
The restaurant is great! So elegant and stylish. The food is great! I loved all their dishes. The service was top notch. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, fast and made sure that everything was perfect. Now it is a good meal at its best. Yes, it's expensive, not as much as in some other places, but seriously you pay for quality here, and it is worth every penny!
Our favorite new place in Seattle! The food and service is amazing! I especially recommend coming for happy hour for great drink specials and half off the “food list”. It’s our favourite Sunday location with all day happy hour! Or happy hour Tuesday-Saturday from 4-6:30 and 9-midnight! Would definitely recommend sitting at the bar! Great bartender with great service!
And my oh my, the best! Perfectly grilled, salad dressing was light. Second entree was the grilled Chilean sea bass. This was the best sea bass I've ever tasted! It has a bit of salad greens and season sauced barley at the bottom. Portions are rather something you'll receive at a fancy restaurant
No vegan options. For a Seattle restaurant, especially, this is pretty backwards. Ended up eating tomatoes and broccoli. Never going there again or recommending it. THUMBS DOWN!
The List of half-priced items during Happy Hour is a fantastic value.
Honestly, this restaurant is the biggest let down of Yelp for me. I almost feel bad writing this review, but it is what it is. I think it's probably due to my personal preference but I just didn't really like this restaurant at all. I had super high hopes coming in because of Yelp's glowing review of this place, but this place kind of feels like a scam. Sure, during happy hour, a lot of the dishes are half off. But there's no way the dishes would ever be worth the listed original price. The portions are small, and the food is not great. The gnocchi was pretty good but I've definitely had better. I also ordered the seared ahi tuna and was really underwhelmed. It just tasted like lightly cooked tuna on a bed of mushy lentils. Maybe it's that I didn't get the best choices on the menu, but I'm only going off of my experience and based on that, I wouldn't return. It's also uncomfortably dark in this restaurant. I wish the ambience was a little bit more vibrant. Overall, between the ok food and dim ambience, and probably topped with my initial high expectations of this place -- List was lackluster. I will not be returning.
LOVED IT!!! Friendly, helpful staff. Small venue. Worth the wait. Innovative and great tasting food.
I don't live in Seattle anymore but I still dream of eating the gnocchi with white truffle sauce. If you don't mind the wait it's fully worth it. I love the sharable menu with plenty of vegetarian options when your table isn't full on omnivore. The service is consistently good. The wine selection is a bit light but it's a solid list.
Food was great but the place was packed, noisy and darkly lit. There were more people than seats and so navigating around was a bit difficult in wheelchairs but staff was polite and helpful.
Nice place for tapas. The food is really good and the staff is even better!
Intimate nice restaurant/bar. Great spot for a date.
Excellent Happy Hour. Decent food for the price.
Overpriced and overly "precious" establishment targeting clueless "new to Seattle" tech workers.
Amazing Italian, there isn't a thing on that menu I wouldn't recommend. I always have to order the gnocchi though!
Food doesn't meet the expectation of the prices. Drinks were good.
Try the black truffle gnocchi, spicy meatballs, and arugula salad! You won't be disappointed. Happy hour here is a must!
Great place, great music which makes perfect atmosphere! Awesome food!
Oh my God, first about the ambience, perfect for a date night. The candle night and reddish light adds so much of love and romance to the place. Unfortunately we were a bunch of 8 girlfriends so nothing romantic, just food and fun. Their famous dessert is too die for, the hazelnut gelato was top notch. We tried the gnocchi and it had amazing flavors bursting in ur mouth.
Enjoyed the happy hour menu - octopus, clams, tuna all wonderful!
Best food and and service that we have had in Seattle. Sara was wonderful and offered first class customer service. I will highly recommend this to all my friends!!! Thank you!!! We will be back!!!
List claims to be a bar first and a restaurant second, so expect to have your ID checked at the door before they seat you. The lights are designed for an upscale bar mood and not for you to adequately see the menu or your food, at least at night. And just like most bars, the music was so loud you practically have to shout in order for your peers across the table to hear you. That being said, all of the food was fantastic. Since it's tapas we all shared about 5 plates between 3 people and they were all delicious. Also, they have a heated toilet seat. I never knew what I have been missing out on, but now I want one.
Went for happy hour. Enjoyed everything especially the gnocchi and sea bass. The arugula salad is a bit basic but not bad.
Very sad experience when they turned away tourists who are in the 40's as they did not have their passports on them. Illogical manager!
Definitely stop by during happy hour
I tried the lamb and beef burguer and the spicy meatballs, those were delicious! Also I loved having my glass refilled with coke all the time :D
We tried to dine at List Restaurant the night before but there was an almost 2 hour wait. So we came back here for our last dinner in Seattle and made sure to arrive right when their doors opened for the night. Ordered mozzarella +arugula salad, bacon wrapped shrimp, eggplant parmesan and gnocchi. The servings were generous for tapas (and it was #happyhour) and everything was delicious.. no wonder why this place is so popular.
Every plate we ordered was amazing. The sea bass, the gnocchi in a cream truffle sauce, the salt and pepper calamari add the best I've ever had, the chicken dish was amazing and then to top it off, the only dessert item on their menu was to die for. I'm coming here all the time!
Awesome servers/bartenders. Must go for their happy hour. Will definitely come back.
AMAZING happy hour specials, half price full food items and $14 dollar bottles of wine! Easy to sit at the bar if you're only 1-2 people. Otherwise seemed like a bit of a wait. Fancy cocktail options and great service.
Happy hour is the way to go. Most of the menu is half price. And portions are still pretty big! You can get drinks and a full dinner for like $20. Calamari was fresh and flavorful. Must have. Truffle gnocchi was good, but on the heavy side because of the creamy cheese sauce. Sea bass was awesome. The beef was kinda disappointing.
Favorite Happy Hour in Belltown!!! Love the bacon prawns!!
A small cozy place. The bartenders do a great job of customer service. Tasty food and good drinks. Oh, and, very reasonably priced.
The gnocchi. It lives up to the hype and then some! It was incredible! I also really enjoyed the sea bass and the red wine featured for their daily happy hour. The decor is not much to look at but the hh food and service was excellent.
This place is pretty great. It feels like a more expensive restaurant than it actually is. The food selection is great and bar has a nice selection of cocktails. It is a little loud, but that makes it kind of fun.
This place is AWESOME. Food is incredible with good prices. They make great cocktails. Try to hit this joint on Sunday or Monday as they have Happy Hour all day where the menu is 50% off and taps are 3.99 / wine 4.99.
The grilled pheasant with gnocchi was amazing. Paired with the Skyfall red wine as recommended from the waitress it was a great combination.
Always crowded. Excellent tastes in smaller dishes. Family-style sharing works best if you'd like to try a little of everything.
They have a unique take on the classic dishes! The food wasn’t quite what I was expecting but the truffle gnocchi was super good! I ordered the calamari and wasn’t a fan at all, but the bartender happily took it back without charge without me asking him to! They also have a really great happy hour that is worth checking out! 5 star customer service :) This place isn’t well lit though and seeing what you were eating was difficult. It was a great vibe but may not be for everyone.
To preface; I ate here during happy hour (50% off a good list of food) and ordered off of the happy hour menu alone. The initial experience was funny because the host had to hold a candle up to check our IDs before we were seated, which is to say the place is incredibly dark. The service was reasonable and every staff member that I spoke with was courteous and kind. The happy hour sangiovese was fine, not great, lacking in complexity and depth, still hard to complain for the price. The grilled caesar salad and eggplant were both great stand alone dishes. The mushroom soup had a light nutty flavor with a bit of spice but a bit understated to my preference. The meatballs had wonderful flavor, although the fine grind of the meat left them somewhat sponge-like in texture. Lastly, the dish I was hoping would be my favorite, the gnocchi was in a nice cream sauce... but the star of the dish, house-made potato dumplings turned to gooey mush in your mouth. All told, I enjoyed my food and my time here. Go for happy hour $20-$30 for a couple of small dishes and a drink. Although there are plenty of other restaurants in the city for higher quality cuisine around $50 per person.
Great happy hour
It was an enjoyable evening at List. The food was very tasty, especially the Truffle Gnocchi. They were light and airy, like little soft pillows. Definitely will be back !
Great Sunday happy hour!
After going through several months of a broken jaw (pre/post 4 hour facial reconstructive surgery) I was finally feeling able to eat a steak. My girlfriend and I did a little interwebz sleuthing and discovered that a place known to the locals as "List" was secretly conducting an event called all-day Sunday/Monday Happy Hour. We decided to investigate... Upon arrival, we reconnoitered the location and decided it appeared to be ideal. Very cozy, yet comfortable, neat-o red chandeliers which cast a warm glow over my loved ones face, accentuating her beauty. Anyhow, where was I...? So yes, a cozy location, that did not feel cramped at all. However, it was certainly choc-a-bloc full of customers eager to gobble down the tasty tidbits tableau that the table-team tried to uhm....offer? The Sunday/Monday Happy Hour(s) are ALL FREAKING DAY YO! I mean, you have all dang nabbit day to get half off on their (happy hour) menu. To die for...for realz. Black Truffle Gnocchi was beyond amazing. Seriously considered digging through the dumpster after closing to find any leftovers. The bacon wrapped prawns we're so good that my seafood-o-phobic girlfriend changed her ways. Not a moment too soon. Then came the coup de grace, the 8oz Tenderloin steak. The menu states medium rare, no dummy, you don't get the option to ruin an amazing piece of meat with your "well-done" B.S. If you don't know how to appreciate a good steak, go home hungry. (Should really consider hiring a steak bouncer for just such occasions). My girlfriend and I absolutely LOVED our food and experience at our new favorite Sunday/Monday night eatery. And if you are very, very, very lucky, you will get Sara (Sarah?) as your server, she made our experience that much more amazing. She certainly deserves a raise, or stock options. Employee of the month!!!
Great atmosphere want friendly waitstaff. . Disappointed in the flat bread which was more like a facocia bread--but barely warm, too dense and exyremely dry, expected a thin crust with some oil or tomato or something... Ordered the eggplant parmesan which was very under cooked and barely warm. We really enjoyed the gnocchi and cannelloni, both were excellent, but portions we're small, even for half price at Happy Hour. Didn't like the tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese. Don't think the Gorgonzola was real, so we got only 3 mid-size slices of tomato with inedible cheese -- not even worth the half price.
Unbeatable happy hour till 6.30pm with half off food and affordable house wine and beer
This place is certainly a good value because of the half priced happy hour specials, but the food is just OK. The wait is usually long, and the experience is not really worth waiting for. Service is very efficient and sweet, and the dishes are served rapidly to keep the tables turning quickly. The food is not memorable.
Just finished having the Sunday happy hour all day specials. We enjoyed the salad with pear and goat cheese, bacon wrapped shrimp, meatballs and gnocchi with truffle cream sauce. All with some great priced wine. Great service and nice layed back place. Can't go wrong here.
The Happy Hour here is wonderful! So many good plates. Our group of 8 ordered 2 bottles of wine, 4 or 5 beers, and several plates. We were all full and the check was around $180.00. Great atmosphere for us, but there was definitely not room for anyone else. I plan to go back with maybe 6 people tops.
Certainly a "Must Visit" place in Seattle. Small enough to be missed walking by, and that would be a mistake. Food here is excellent and something to be experienced. The gnocchi is the best we've ever had and melts in your mouth. Everything else we had was a great addition. Service is very attentive and our server, Sarah, was very personable with everything she did even though she was attending to many tables. We would go back in a heartbeat, especially if she was working.
This place was amazing. We highly recommend you make a pit stop here, you will not regret it.
Nice atmosphere with a variety of small plates that are larger than typical tapas style. Great happy hour specials after 9 PM that are not to be missed. Will be back.
I was not a fan of List. They're very pretentious for having average food in a neighborhood full of amazing restaurants. The only standout dish was the grilled Caesar salad, it had a delicious spot flavor without being cooked lettuce. Everything else was just okay, across the board everything was over seasoned. I love bold flavors but when every dish this seasoned the palette gets overwhelmed. On a positive note their prices are reasonable and have a large happy hour menu where everything is half price. I could see myself going back for a half hour salad and a cocktail but never a full meal.
Pretty good food during Happy Hours. Drinks were good too. Less space but service is pretty good. Overall great place.
Cool but very dark restaurant. It has a eclectic variety of dishes with it being Mediterranean leaning. Most dishes are done pretty well and for happy hour half of the dishes are half off. There is no reservation and the food comes when it ready instead of all at once. Pretty good drinks as well.
The black truffle gnocchi is a must get.
It was great! We loved the seafood there. Try octopus salad especially!
Great happy hour until 6:30pm on weekdays with $5.50 house wines and half off regular menu. The black truffle gnocchi and broccoli were both extremely tasty and the service is fast and kind. They serve tapas size plates so you can try many flavors and it's best to share with a group.
THIS is a nice place to have a coffee and relax reading a book/paper. On the other hand the quality of food leaves a bit to be desired. Other cafes in area offer better quality of food
Price point and menu is really good for happy hour. Lighting and music is awful.
Happy Hour is amazing! Got to try out almost every dish on the 'Food List' with 3 other ladies and the bill per person was under $15 (we didn't order drinks). The only dish that wasn't up to par with the other dishes was the calamari - it was rather bland. My favorite dishes were the gnocchi wtih truffle cream, broccoli, octopus salad and meat balls. Mixing any dish (especially the broccoli) with the truffle cream sauce is AMAZING if you like truffle sauce.
Great food for a great price.
The best happy hour place in Belltown. They take no reservation, so get there early and party on. Order wines by the bottle ($19) and enjoy the tapas style dishes. The wine and foods both taste pretty good.
Great food; especially the broccoli and gnocchi. A must visit. Try and make there in the happy hour too.
Funky place with great small dishes. Get a few and share. Very good drinks as well
The flavors were not bold at all even the "spicy" calamari which had no spices. Decent concept but poor execution.
A mix of awesome and mediocre foods and drinks. Service was excellent though.
Really great food! Love the happy hour specials. Excellent cocktails and really lively service!
We had a great meal here. Every dish was excellent. So far our best (and cheapest) meal in Seattle. There should’ve been a long line for this place, but there wasn’t. Go here. Get the Tortino for dessert.
This is nice place for its value. Sunday and Monday is all day happy hour which i never came across before. Everything we ordered tasted so good. We ordered arugula salad, meatballs.
I am not generally a fan of Italian cuisine, but restaurants like List could change my mind. The meal started off with the Grilled Caesar - a different (in a good way) start to the meal. The bacon-wrapped prawns were a delight, quickly followed by the Gnocchi and Meatballs. The Cannelloni was also delicious too. The only item which I would pass on would be the Eggplant Parmesan. While everything else was great, this dish was just good. The restaurant is small, so I only saw three people serving customers. They were busy, but still attentive to our needs. We waited probably about 30 minutes or so for a table. I didn't quite expect that on a Sunday, but perhaps that is due to the bonus below. Bonus: Sunday's most of the menu falls under happy hour. My girlfriend and I had 6 plates for $35!?! We're going back.
Decent place. Clean, aesthetic is dim and modern. Happy hour plates were delicious and reasonably priced. I think I'd give it a 4 star but knocked it one for (hopefully temporary) kitchen ventilation issues. Dining area had a mild smokey haze, smelled of food cooking.
Stopped in for meatballs and eggplant. My granddaughter had wine and mushroom soup.
Cozy room in Belltown. Variety of small Tapas plates and a few main entrees. Food quality and taste was average wine list is average best part of this spot is the Cozy atmosphere.
Try the gnocchi and octopus! Excellent food!
Excellent service from Amber. Great gnocchi and white wine choice. Great music and ambience. Perfect.
Amazing gnocchi!!
Small place but very good price during the happy hour. The Gnocchis and the Flatbread are amazing here.
Always delicious food, great service and a fun atmosphere.
Continues to have a great all-day Sunday/Monday happy hour. Seating parties larger than 2 is somewhat of a challenge, but the food and drinks are worth it. The only thing I would not order is the flatbread with feta, cranberry, and pine nuts - the bread is thick and bland -- basically, insufficiently flat.
Great food and service! Nice atmosphere! Definitively recommend it
Nice place to hangout, drink and enjoy the delicious small plates. Best time to go is happy hour when you get everything half the price. Food is really tasty and they don’t make you wait to serve. Staff is friendly and attentive. Weekdays is best as less crowded, weekends you need yo wait. Street parking. There is a small area of outside sitting. Inside is little dark but ambience is good. Will visit again.
Omg, everything was so delicious and the service was great. Very reasonable prices are a great bonus.
Very red and very fast with a long list of things you can order. We really enjoy both the house red and house white.
This is a very intimate and fun place to check out. The plate sizes are perfect and the wine is good. It is great for a date night or even happy hour. It is a little more classy than your average bar, but that's whats makes it fun. I went here with one of my girlfriends and we had a great time. We did not feel rushed by our server and really enjoyed ourselves.
Food was delicious. Half off during happy hours is a great deal. It gets pretty busy during peak dinner time, as the place is pretty small.
Good food in a small place. We came for 9p-12a weekday happy hour and the prices were great. The food list part of the menu was half price and house bottles of wine were $19. 6oz wine pours were $5.50 and draft beers were about $4.50. We ordered 4 plates for two people and it was plenty of food. Don't order more unless you're starving or planning to drink a lot. Food: Octopus salad was fabulous and super fresh. The eggplant parmesan was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. The pan seared chicken was good but not super special. The homemade gnocchi with black truffle was very good and light. Service: Service wise it could have been better our waitress didn't seem that interested in us once we only wanted one drink each. Service was a little slow considering the small amount of table space - it took a while for our empty plates to be cleared while being super crowded with our new dishes. No one came to refill our water glasses. I think I would reserve this place for a happy hour only spot because at regular prices the food and service combination probably wouldn't be worth it.
Small intimate place with great food! The gnocchi was some of the best I've had.
Not sure what these other reviews are saying about “pretentious”, because this place is hip and they know it. Amber was a delightful host with a bunch of personality and great recommendations. All the food was great and our bottle of wine was delightful. Out of everything I had, the spicy meatballs were the best. 11/10
