Pretty terrible service. Food was okay, but not worth the attitude from the staff. I asked if the shake normally came 1/4 empty (pic attached) and the staff (Tyler) just leered and turned away without acknowledgement. I later heard the staff laughing about the incident later, again without addressing me. It is a fast food place so I'm not expecting high caliber of service but basic level of communication from staff is not asking for much.

Garbage. Don't know how it's possible to overcook the outside and have a raw inside on such a thin patty, but these guys managed to do it. Speaking of the patty, there is no way that thing was ever 1/3 pound before cooking. I was also the only one being served at 4pm and they forgot to put cheese on the burger... Maybe the grill had to be warmed up, but it also took a solid wait. Got another burger somewhere that rhymes with Flake Flack (I was still starving) and it was divine. Disappointed in this restaurant, at least didn't go too far out of my way to eat here.

Solid burgers that are made fresh to order coupled with the 'Crack' fries that come with milkshake flavored dipping sauce make for a unique food experience. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle.

Little Woody's is super yummy but there are days where they aren't consistent. Some days you go there and order the exact thing you always get and it wasn't as good as it normally is, which happens a lot more frequently than I'd like to admit. Which sucks because they are extremely expensive for what they offer and serve. The chicken sandwiches are the best, stay away from the French fries they're always burnt and taste awful, are over priced and a waste of money. Everything at Woody's is either overpriced or expensive for the experience you get especially if your a repeat customer and going several times a week. They're milk shakes are Devine there's nothing better but the sizes they offer for the price is ridiculous especially when the customer service sucks and sometimes they don't fill up your cup every time, so your getting half a milkshake in a grande size amount. Again with the consistency it even effects the milk shakes in sizes but at least not in taste, one day you come in and get a regular and the next day it's a XS milkshake. So I would be giving 5 stars on flavor alone on a good day at Lil Woody's but because of all the other unfortunate events it makes me want to rate 3 stars but I gave 4 because when it's on it's the best tasting chicken burger / burger restaurant in all of Seattle when they're on point.

Great selection of burgers. Taste great :) much nicer looking inside than the cap Hill location (still great there too). Prices are GREAT for the amount of food you get, especially in THIS area. There is also a SUPER nice deck to dine on with great views of SLU. Highly recommended.

Great burger joint with decent prices for the area. I wouldn't go for lunch because the place is super rushed and my burger was a little undercooked. (pretty much raw) Very likely in an attempt to be quick. After 5pm is perfect when its a little slower...

What a burger. When you walk in the door they are friendly and offer you the burger. Then the owner will come by and say try the burger. The folks already at the bar then suggested the burger so I'm like "I'll try the damn burger! ". Man was it worth it. The service was only topped by the food quality. This was a good time with a great owner and really really good food. For the price you can't beat it. Get on down to burger shack and you guessed it... try the damn burger!!!

Good burgers and fries, a nice location, and pleasant, modern interior. Only downsides are that it is slightly expensive (though the quality of food justifies this to some extent), and a tip is expected. A fast food joint should not ask customers for tips, especially when the food is arguably overpriced.

Go in expecting prices here to be high. If you're still with me, then also expect the burgers to come out smelling exactly like what you imagine a burger should smell like and the shakes to blow your mind with all sorts of Full Tilt ice cream goodness. The two times I went, they were out of something, so if you're a picky eater, then get there early.

Excellent burgers! I ordered the Chipotle Mushroom Burger. Afterwards I had well earned delicious heartburn. The generous amount of fries and a dollop of ketchup rounded out a nice meal. This place is basically created to serve Amazon,but I'm happy about it.

I would stop with the innuendo based reviews but I dont wanna. Get some Woody in your mouth! They have some great staples like the New Mexican and the Pendleton, the Queso sauce is the juice of Zeus, and the beer pairs well with everything. It ain't easy bein greasy but some like it hard!

My boyfriend and I loved the burgers here. Definitely the best burgers we've ever had. They had the coca-cola digital, multi-flavored soda machine. Everything was watered down and didnt have a lot of flavor. They didnt have meals or combos. Fries and burgers were sold separately and kind of expensive. The fries were definitely over cooked... would definitely go there again for the burgers.

A good burger in South Lake Union. I've had many a burger from them in their Capital Hill location. This location is in a food court environment, and therefore somewhat limited in ways a dedicated store front is not. Regardless, they served me a great burger with fresh fries. As a lunch break from work, it's one of the best options in the area.

Delicious burger. Tried the Pendleton, which is 1/3 lb burger with skilled cheddar cheese, onion rings and BBQ sauce. Didn't realize it but it came with Mayo as well--actually was a nice touch. Good fries.

This seems like a fast and easy option for people with dietary restrictions because you can customize your burger and get it in a lettuce wrap if you want. I recently enjoyed the black bean veggie burger in a lettuce wrap and found it flavorful and with good texture.

Don't waste your money on this small greasy burger. Seattle can do better than this. Service was lousy and everything about this place was disappointing. Went once in my quest for the best burger place in the Seattle area and this wasn't close. Off next too Fat Smitty’s in Discovery Bay, we’ll see!

Used to love this place, but they've become extremely sloppy with their orders. There's a $5 up-charge included if you want an impossible (veggie) patty, but it's a complete toss up as to whether they feel like actually giving you the patty or not. So, if you're like me and want to go with an impossible patty, be prepared to pay an extra $5 for a burger you may, or may not, be able to eat.
