Here you will be able to see the feddbacks of real people who use the services and products of Jimmy\'s on Broadway (Restaurant) in the area close to Washington.
To this day the business gets a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and this rating was based on 294 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is really high, and it is based on a very large number of reviews, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write opinions when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant is classified in the category of American restaurant.
Best steak in memory. Best salmon, cooked medium well, ever. Next time I will order medium as they suggest!
Great Food went their for brunch this morning staff and service top notch. Our server was excellent, the drinks were yummy and the food was delicious.
Always really good variety wonderful food. Try duck appetizer. Or sauce from scratch eggs Benedict. Amazing.
Wonderful happy hour and people watching!
Grear burger! Very nice atmosphere!
Good Martini, not great.
Service is awful.... literally watching the staff chat. As I wait and wait.....still waiting Update: still waiting ---- there are no visible staff now.
A little pricey but it's definitely worth it, no matter what you order the food is amazing and the cocktails are delicious. Super nice and funny waiters/waitresses.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food
I would eat here again. Everything everyone got was delicious and high quality food.
Excellent restaurant, went on Christmas day last year and I'm going again tomorrow Dec 25, 2016! The food is delicious and service excellent, wonderful ambiance. Highly recommended.
Great fish!
If the food was as great as the staff, this place would be awesome.
I absolutely love this place. The food is always made perfect and the service is top tier all the time.
Amazing pizza. The best for n Seattle
Great food, great service!
We stay at the Silver Cloud periodically and eat at Jimmy's; it never disappoints. I love the calamari/kale, brown butter mushroom ravioli and tonight had a black bean street taco. Yum! I might just try something new tomorrow, so hard to choose.
Great food a well worth it stop
They make the best pork penney sandwich
Great Food went their for brunch this morning staff and service top notch. Food was fresh and well seasoned. I will be coming back for sure when I come back up for a visit from Portland.
Consistently good every time I go there. Good food and fast, friendly service. My first choice whenever I'm in the area.
Awesome spot in Capital Hill for happy hour (3-6; 9-close) The food and drinks here are affordable and a cozy atmosphere with tall windows and lots of natural light. The service is great and friendly but not fast. The Blackened Chicken Flatbread was amazing and would highly recommend! A classy spot
Free parking. Love the Jimmy's fries (with roasted garlic, rosemary and parmesan cheese)
Love the service at lunch time
Very good food and portions
We’re in town for medical so stayed at the Silver Cloud. We were too tired to go anywhere so elected to eat at Jimmy’s. SO GLAD we did! Great glass of wine and Jimmy’s Fries are fantastic. We came back a couple more times during our stay and we’re happy each time. So worth it. Great food, great service.
Real carved turkey on their delecious club sandwich.
It was okay, nothing to write home about.
The place I go after every doctor appointment on the hill - for breakfast or lunch. Good service and delicious food. Can't recall ever being disappointed.
I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered and the staff is friendly and responsive. I feel like the pricing is a little high because it’s a hotel restaurant
Fantastic food, out of a party of 12 everyone really enjoyed their meals. I got the Lemon chicken, and the meat was so soft I could almost drink it, but still maintaining a solid texture that wasn't at all mushy. The sauce that came on top was one of a kind. Will definitely be back here next time I'm in Seattle.
I LOVE this place for a brunch with a crowd. Always good. Their brioche French toast is to die for.
Went there with my wife for breakfast . Both got Hollywood Benedict. It was delicious. The place itself looks nice and it wasn't too loud, as breakfast places sometimes get. Would eat again 5/5.
I love this restaurant! I go here for brunch all the time, and the servers are really friendly and the food is great. It's tucked away, and never too busy.
Went during the late happy hour on a Sunday night. The drinks were priced well, and delicious. Ate the hamburger sliders...which were awesome. Each one was fully dressed like a full-size burger on a mini sesame seed bun. Service was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
Yummy lunch today
Bartender gets it. GOID STUFF. VINCENT
The service and food was very good. I had the fish tacos, which were amazing.
They treat you well, serve good food, and have plain yogurt as a side.
Food presentation is nice, but quality nothing special. Prices are too high.
The half pound burger is really really good. Crab Mac and cheese, the house fries, I'd really recommend this place. Great service as well.
Overpriced for what you get. Service was not that good
I asked the bartender Jason to recommend my flight!! He picked a pretty diverse variety of beer!! And I even picked up a growler!!
Staying at Silver Cloud. We're from MT. The breakfasts are a little more pricey then we're used to at home.... But, plenty of food, and the breakfast potatoes are fantastic.
Good food
This is my home away from home for last three years! Only place I stay in Seattle and with so many choices in Seattle to dine in Seattle one of my favorites. Best happy hour in town! Friendliest staff. Like my family:)
Overall an average restaurant and bar.i wouldn't say anything sets it apart as far as food, drink, or decor. But if you are looking for a reliable and casual spot for lunch or dinner, this is a great option.
Great birthday breakfast! Had the California Benedict (I think that's what it was called). It was delicious and the potatoes with it were fabulous! Excellent coffee and great service!
Very classy establishment. High quality food. Friendly staff. Edit: this place has gone downhill. Last two visits have had terrible service, and both myself and my date got terrible food poisoning. Both of us ordered different things each time. I would no longer recommend.
We ordered the mahi-mahi tacos and on the menu and it didn't mention lettuce and yet the tacos came out with lettuce(due to abdominal surgery I cannot eat certain things and one of those is lettuce.) and when we were requested for one of them to have no lettuce the server threw a fit and told us that if it wasn't that big of a deal we could do it ourselves, and then after we asked for only one of them to have the lettuce remove they completely remade the plate and brought out both of them with no lettuce. The server was extremely rude and ignored us the whole time. The server's name was Andrew K and because of his behavior we do not plan on going back. The food was mediocre. We also ordered a chicken noodle soup to go and they did not inform us that getting food to go cost an extra $2.50. I understand that is not a lot of money but the fact is they did not inform us of this cost and they got upset when we asked about it.
This restaurant is attached to a hotel. Service is kinda slow but the waiters are very nice and smiley. The main reason I gave them 5 stars is because of the burger. The patty was thick, and super juicy. The bacon was thick and very crusty. The brioche buns were fresh ans soft. The cheddar cheese was melted on top of the burger and it was the right amount. There is a layer of mustardy sauce underneath the patty which added a welcome tanginess. I loved every bit of this burger.
It was great first time.
Like a secret for locals to eat breakfast here. Amazing food, great value, great service. Forget the mediocre hipster hangouts, head to Jimmy's.
Went for late night dinner, had a little bit of everything off the happy hour menu and shared dessert for my table of 5, all left happy and full. Food, drinks, and service were great.
I've been a customer going on 4 years now, and have never had a bad experience here. Excellent customer service and fantastic food at a great price. Everything tastes delicious and fresh. The owner and staff are a professional, personable, and nice. I highly recommend this place.
Good Bloody Mary's....
We went here for the Seattle Restaurant Week. We booked a reservation ahead of the time and arrived the restaurant couple minutes early. But the host did not show up for 5 or so minutes. We thought it was gonna be a long night but our server was really attentive and helpful. The food was surprisingly good despite it is in a hotel. We over order the food.. by a lot. The portion is a good amount. Ended up boxing more than half of our food. The server was very quick on boxing the and set them nicely in a bag. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Sat in the bar. Good service and it was a nice quiet place. Great environment and the food was awesome. Best calamari I have ever had and the burger was perfect. The hot fudge sundae was everything you'd expect out of a good sundae and the staff was very professional and did a great job. My girlfriend was very happy with this place as well. It was about $70 for us to each get an entree share and appetizer and each have our own sundae. I had a beer and she had soda. For the quality of dining I would say $70 was not even close to unreasonable pricing. If you get a chance and can afford it I would say definitely try it.
This place was okay for breakfast... Eggs Benedict was okay but coffee was... terrible, if that brown water was called coffee. Place might be better in the evening for drinks with bunch of friends, watching soccer.
Wonderful upscale show kitchen
This is a very comfortable spot. The decor is nice, there's a pleasant amount of wall plugs for laptops, and the big window on the corner is nice to look out of. Staff is pretty nice. Haven't had a problem yet. I didn't enjoy the breakfast food but everything else is pretty nice. The bacon burger is my go-to and they make great alcoholic beverages. This has become my pre-game spot or my "I need to work and drink at the same time" spot. I would recommend.
Nice location. Breakfast was ok, although eggs Benedict is supposed to have hollandaise, not cheese sauce
This has become our go to place for brunch with my mother-in-law. Food has been really good every time.
I go eat there whenever my mother comes to town and the food is amazing. Very nice staff as well.
Was very happy with their food and service during several visits.
Great service and even better food. Esp breakfast!
Our go to brunch location. Can't miss!
Amazing mothers day brunch, service was quick food delicious, convenient parking.
Great place to eat everyone is so nice especially to my dog RUBY
You can get a perfect burger cooked medium rare...love it!
Jimmy's is my go-to spot on the Hill. They have a great brunch on weekends and a great bar all the time. Big windows open to Broadway on one side, and Madison on the other. Dotted with gas fireplaces that emit warmth and ambiance. No reservations needed. Service is always really good. Last time I was in I had a to-die-for smoked salmon eggs Benedict I would highly recommend. Capers, red onions, bearnaise, runny yolks... nothing was missing! It was perfect. You can find streetside parking in back between Jimmy's and Ihop... or you can valet at the Silver Cloud Inn next door.
A little delicious unsung hero with awesome food and drink and fabulous staff.
Service a bit slow this evening. Otherwise great.
Fantastic lunch spot on First Hill. Chicken Caesar Salad is my go-to meal.
Only two options in Breakfast for a veterinarian person. I tried both and fell in love with the one that has fruits and yogurt, along with muffin. The other option had cinnamon over the oats. Some people might find the flavor interesting but scientifically, i am not a big fan of using this spice in a kind of recipe which itself has no high cholesterol content. Veggie burger has a thick patty (some good brand from some supermarket) made of mix of corn and pea. The only down-point was request was denied around 10.45 PM for serving me something, which i also felt kind of late but menu says serving time is up till 11:00 PM. and no restaurant (nearby) was open when you come to know this. Ambiance is good. Anyways, overall was a good experience.
Loved the brunch and lunch dinner menu at almost 2pm. The fish and chips were nummy and presented nicely. Caesar salad was perfect, the burger and coleslaw I tried bites of was good too. Beautiful Sunday lunch for fifty dollars
The Freshest, Tastiest for all . I'm vegetarian and I not only enjoyed my meal, it's my #1 Favorite ! Jimmy's caters to every Taste Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
Came late. Still got served. Excellent food. Glad to find a local place!
Enjoyed my delicious crab louie! The bartender named Richard was so attentive he saw not only to my drinking needs he also helped us with directions and great places to visit while in Seattle. I will defiantly go back.
Was there for happy hour. Food good but happy hour wines were horrible!
Wonderful brunch at Jimmy's. I had the brioche french toast with cinnamon butter.
This has an upscale atmosphere with great and value oriented menu selections. I love their salads.
Very clean and chill place. Good service but the food wasnt anything special.
The prices were crazy. I splurged and ordered a burger made from wagyu beef. It may be the best beef, but it was ruined by the cook. I ordered it medium but it was so charred that it tasted like charcoal! The most expensive and distasteful burger I've ever eaten. At least McD's doesn't turn their meat into charcoal. Lol. I did tell the server, but it didn't matter. No one said anything.... no discount... no apology. I would NOT recommend this place or ever return. In hindsight, I would have taken a photo of the Matchlite briquette on a bun that I was served
Had a very nice going away lunch for some coworkers. I called the day before to make a reservation because of the big party of 10. Upon arrival they had our table all set up with waters ready. Our server was excellent, the drinks were yummy and the food was delicious. She even separated all the checks which always helped. Great place, will be back.
Great drinks, great service and good food. Tough to beat.
Good breakfast and service!
Update 11/27/18 So hit and miss....I love what they could be. This hotel and restaurant can be great at times, the hotel being a five star class act on the last visit. One thing I don’t like is the room service Tips are bundled into the cost. I had been told by several servers that they don’t see the incorporated gratuity. This is possibly in miss understanding . I will add my own tip going forward but it leaves me with a bad feeling. I want people that handle my food to be unhappy. Uggh, Got the chicken burger and chicken fettuccine, both very dry, we ordered early diner , big mistake, they can keep it four hours by law. It doesn’t make it right. This is no relation to the Silver Cloud, I knew Jimmys is hit and miss, this afternoon was not good. It would all have been good if not dried out over kept chicken. I do love the menu , but it can vary so much in quality! Just really depends...
Pricey
Great place to eat! Food was delicious. Especially the Gouda bacon cheese dip
Absolutely epic breakfast/brunch options. If you are passing through the area, Jimmy's is worth a visit.
Bartender Cody is A+! Drinks and dessert was top notch.
Very friendly staff. Moderately priced. sad that its closed now
Just stopped by for an afterwork get together. Staff was friendly and promt service. I would return
While staying at the hotel attached to Jimmy's, we breakfasted there 4 days and had the most delightful and attentive waitress, named Cara. She was attentive, engaging and super at what she does. Not only remembered our names but our previous orders and preferences as well. The food was fresh and deliciously prepared and affordable.
A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I come here all the time with my mom when she visits for medical reasons. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Delicious food and drinks!
I frequented Jimmy's when I lived in Capitol Hill. It's great for any meal, really. I often came to brunch, but their dinner is also great. They have a cookie dessert I have always wanted to try, but I can never convince myself to choose a dessert other than the creme brulee and I've never been disappointed.
Nice, laid-back atmosphere.
Awesome atmosphere and great food!!
It's a busy place but the food is great
Great food and attentive staff ;-)
I love the Buffalo Chicken Sliders. I would come back just for their food. Great food and great service.
Dining is excellent !
Delicious food and the bar is really nice.
Great food!!
Great HH menu. Solid beer selection, great onion rings
Cool architecture. WiFi with Silver Cloud hotel room. Decent food. Big bar. Never attracts college kids.
I met with a group of about 20 for brunch at this location joined to a hotel establishment. The service was exemplary and the food was to die for. My compliments to the chef and the rest of the staff! Please note the parking is a sharp turn inside the building so drive slowly or else you'll miss it.
Been going here once a month, service is great, not too busy, cozy spots near the fireplace to sit. Have tried both breakfast and dinners here and both have never failed to disappoint. Would recommend to friends
Normally hotel restaurants are not very good but this was a pleasant exception! We booked based on the reviews on Open Table and were not disappointed. I had the weekend hash special which was super tasty and filling. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't finish it but I don't regret trying!
Good appraisers and local beers.
Good food. We stopped in for a late dinner because it was listed as a $$ restaurant. It isn't ($$$+). But, it's cool, and clean and the service was decent.
Excellent steak plate I am from Hawaii so I'm always going to different restaurants this was one of the better ones. I highly recommended the prices are not I nor are they low their average. Good for a family.
Fast and friendly service. Good for locals and tourists
Advertises gluten free food and then you get there and it’s not gluten free. For example, I wanted to order a french fry dish that was listed as gluten-free. The waiter asked if cross-contamination was okay because they fry everything in the same fryer! Definitely NOT okay!
Drinks are exceptional. Very knowledgeable bartender. Food is terrific, you simply must try the rosemary fries and the joint has a great happy hour selection and prices. There is free parking, which is very rare for the area. Must visit.
This has been a favorite weekend morning breakfast for some time. The ham and cheese omelette is heavenly and the serving staff, especially Annamaria, is fantastic. There is parking below the hotel (enter from the front) so the biggest hurdle to dining in Seattle is solved.
Spent a week at The Silver Cloud Hotel. The first morning we stopped in for a quick bite at Jimmy's on Broadway while we waited to check in. Cara, our server, was perfect. I've been in Hospitality Mgmt for years and once in a while you meet a server who knows how to read people and situations and anticipate the next steps. It seems simple but surprisingly it is rare. Cara is going to go far in this industry. The atmosphere was friendly and casual with an upscale feel. The Food was so good that we have spent many hours of our vacation tucking in to the menu selections. We travel constantly and we come here every year for our anniversary and have seen many things done very well. This trip we saw a few things done flawlessly. We won't forget it.
I go here on special occasions because I have never had to wait, and the food and beer selection is awesome. The staff is friendly and is usually always in site for helping. I highly recommend the beef tenderloin. The salmon is perfect as well. I would say more... but you should go there for yourself and enjoy!
Great staff, have stayed at the hotel before (Silvercloud the restaurant is attached to) and I could probably eat their chicken sandwich everyday for the rest of my life.
egg white frittata and shakshuka were just ok
Good place good food and service
2.5 stars. perfectly ok, nothing special. At all. You eat here if you're staying here or meeting someone who is staying here (it's the hotel restaurant for the Silver Cloud Inn, which it's located in) and it's pouring rain outside. Food is edible, atmosphere is fine. Decent beer and booze selection, at least.
Bathroom closed for cleaning 9:30 am
Great service, happy hour drinks and meals. Comfortable ambience.
Good food, great selection of drinks. I'm always a little underwhelmed here.
Good food and drink. You can watch the game. Parking
Expensive even for a hotel restaurant.
Great service, friendly and attentive. Food is great and they will help you figure out what you want or help modify a meal to suit your appetite. Great selection of beers.
Bday place and happy hour!
Got a burger, which tasted pretty good. Price was right. It’s a nice looking place. I would go back.
Just had drinks at the bar. Richard was very personable and let us sample many different beers!
Great service, comfy atmosphere, good food.
As a guest at the Silver Cloud hotel on Broadway (that this restaurant is located in), I got one dinner from here. I was in the mood for clam chowder, and got a bowl of that and the Blackberry pie dessert. The chowder was way better than I expected -- thick, creamy, and chock full of bacon and clam pieces. I have been to Pike Place Chowder and would say (surprisingly), this chowder was better than 3 out of 4 of their flavors that I've tried. The blackberry pie was good.... Tbh I was expecting like a bread pudding with blackberries, but that's on me. The pie was not very sweet, which surprised me. You had to have a bite with a bite of ice cream so it was not too tart. Also the very middle part of dough was mushy but that added some sweetness, so I saved that part for last. Overall I recommend upping the sweetness a tad on that dessert. Just a tad. Overall would eat here again. The chowder really surprised me. I was expecting like a mediocre Campbell's brand with some added clam or something but you could tell someone made it from scratch and it was tasty.
The staff is fantastic!
Excellent food and service.
Very good food and service. Had a great brunch on my first visit to the USA.
Menu was a bit limited, but the food was good and it had a quiet romantic atmosphere and friendly staff.
Great service and great food. We had the Salmon BlT with rosemary garlic fries... sooo good.
Good food. For a hotel restaurant the food at Jimmy's is really pretty good. Service was top notch both my visits. Onion rings were outstanding.
Amazing food and service. Great place for a Christmas meal in Seattle.
Excellent service and delicious food
I love to come here for dinner and they have good drinks and wonderful food and nice servers!!!!
Good food, friendly staff and a low key atmosphere.
Brunch and Mimosa is great anytime of day
Good food, overpriced
Hotel food suitable for a nice work lunch. Surprisingly tasty Cuban sandwich
My mother and I came here for dinner and the food and service was amazing. Our waitress was very nice and helpful when it came to our questions about the menu. The lemon drop and BlackBerry limeade cocktails were also great. Food portions are generous and easy to share with another if you order a salad. We tried the blackened chicken fettuccini and it was very good. I think it would be even better with more vegetables. The desserts were great with a blackberry pie and creme brulee. I will definitely be back.
Great service
Yikes... sloppy food and the whole place smelled strongly of bleach which was very unappetizing.
Great food and drinks
Richard and Niko!!! Kudos!!!
Big breakfast. And comfy! I guess there's a hotel above..
Great food, good ambience and the waitress was efficient and conscientious about getting our party of 5 out in time to attend the women's march at Cal Anderson park. Bonus.
A hidden gem in Seattle. Solid food, good beer list and a great happy hour. A great spot to start a night.
very good service
My wife and I came for late night happy hour right at 9pm. We sat at a high top in the bar. During the twenty minutes we were there, someone came by with water, but no server/bartender ever came to the table. The last straw was my wife saying we should leave, so I turned around and began starting at the two bartenders talking with each other. I locked eyes with one, and he acted like he was going to walk over, but instead talked with the table next to us before walking away. We got up and began putting our jackets and hats on, right in front of the bartenders. Still, neither acknowledged our presence in any way. We walked out without ever speaking to a server or hostess or anyone other than saying "thank you" to the guy who brought us water.
Great service, good food, nice atmosphere. Brunch
