We loved this place. Ate here all the time. The best burgers and wonderful fries. The last visit we ordered to go. I walked in and the woman at the counter didn't have them make more fries so we each got a pinch of fries. About 10 to 15 fries each. You use to get more fries then you could handle. Never order out on a Friday I guess.

We visit almost every year, I'm not a fan of them cutting the burger in half though. Good fries burgers tasted great and you can taste the bears before you order. The gunslinger & The New Mexican, ginger pear cider & BrewHaHa beer

Cool little out of the way place. I rarely leave reviews, but the food and service here was really good. My wife loved the peanut butter burger! Great milkshakes too. Nice to find a place in Leavenworth that doesn't sell sausages :)

No matter what season my family comes to Leavenworth for a vacation, Fresh Burger is an essential stop we have to make at some point in the trip. We all universally love the place. Visually, it's cute, cozy, and clean. It also provides outdoor seating whether is summer or snowy winter, providing out door heaters during the cold season and little sprinklers that provide a cooling mist in the heat. As for the food, the burgers are high quality. Just delicious. The only complaint I would have about the place is that their shakes aren't any good. I ordered a chocolate one on my last visit and they gave me a vanilla with chocolate drizzled through. Even when I mixed it together, the shake was never brown and it didn't taste like much of anything. But that's my only complaint.

Delicious. Great dipping sauces including garlic aioli, and a Sriracha aioli that nicely straddles the spicy/flavorful threshold. Regular fries are crispy and not too thin. The burger was juicy and well proportioned, and it was paired with a resilient bun that held up to dipping and the juices from the burger. Quick service, open seating (inside and out), and friendly staff rounded out the experience. I will definitely be back.

The meat was very strange. Maybe it was broiled instead of grilled, but It didn’t look like a typical hamburger. The texture was off. Flavor was ok. Fries were ok. For a $12 burger I expected waaaay better.

Definitely over priced for the quality. The burger was dry and appeared to be a frozen patty previously. If it was freshly made then that is talent...make a fresh patty as dry and flavorless as a hockey puck! The beer selection was nice and the burger toppings were fine, but it didn't make up for the price tag on an extremely dry, bland and tough patty. The fries were nothing special, but not bad. The porch was very nice and the atmosphere pleasant, but I wouldn't go back for that considering it was one of the worst burgers I have had in a long time.

Family loved this burger place! We even went back a second time during our trip. Great atmosphere and outdoor area (although a little small for crowds). Awesome view. Pick the burger you want and don't look back...fries are pretty good too. They also have a bunch of different ketchup sauces to dip the fries in (curry ketchup was very interesting if you like Indian food). Dog friendly (many people brought their dogs both days we were here). Service for a burger joint was excellent!!! Very knowledgeable and attentive. We never felt rushed and we felt cared for. They do have a PBJ burger, so we had to ask about cross-contamination. We were informed that they work hard not to cross contaminate, but they would also be especially careful knowing we had a peanut allergy order. We would go back there again and again.

Can I give it lower? All the beers were “meh” at best. Not a lot of distinction between pours. The cider was decent, but that was another brewing company. Service was a full on joke. Poor guy behind the bar acted lost the entire time.

If you are looking for quality FRESH ingredients, this is not the place. The meat is definitely not fresh. you can taste that it was frozen. The meat consistency was more like a vegetarian Boca buger. Very disappointing considering the website shows a quality burger and states... "if it's not perfect and cooked just the way you ordered it, we won't send it out". I ordered Medium rare and it came out well done and dry. If you are a burger aficionado, steer clear of this place.

If you want an extraordinary burger, go here. It's off the main strip for Leavenworth which is nice because the lines are never too long. Their onion rings are the bomb, and their milkshakes are delicious. They have many options for burgers, that are all cooked fresh, and make sure to check out their special burger because it rotates and usually has a nice kick to it. The staff is super friendly every time we go here too.

I really enjoyed my beach burger! The staff was friendly and helpful! My friend liked his food, a sausage burger with sauerkraut but felt it would have been better with beef.. he really likes the curry ketchup tho. Definitely a different and fun menu! We went because someone said they are the best burgers in town, and as we walked up another person said- good choice, you won't be disappointed. And we weren't! I don't like blonde ales anywhere. Never have. But there's a first, I liked their dirty bucket blonde. Smooth flavor. I try a new place each time I visit Leavenworth, but this one I'll return to. It's the first one to leave a lasting impression.

That was a pretty good burger. We weren’t stoked by the fact that the menu said that fries came with our order but we ended up being charged an extra $3 per (for each of ours) for a “combo”, which was just a small side of fries. Feels pretty typical for a one and done tourist stop - but no complaints about the food or friendliness of the staff. *when we went back to the counter to ask why, we were just told that it was unfortunate that the menu was misleading and that that always happens with the build your own burger option.

We found this gem right off the strip of mainstreet of Leavenworth. It was the ONLY restaurant that didnt have a 2 hour wait. The Burgers were great. I had the Fresh Burger which was just a regular old fashioned burger. Toasted bread and the fries were awesome. Not too greasy. Small portion though. And my husband had the the Brat Burger. He said the curry on it was way to strong. The outdoor seating was full, along with the indoor seating, but it was nice to find a entire patio out back. I love the Ski wall

Best Burger Anywhere, just a block off the main street, Outdoor Seating We went here for a late lunch around 2 pm after walking the shops. On Google maps it appeared to be two blocks away from the main street but was actually only one. When we arrived, all the outside deck seating was taken so we decided to sit inside. It was hot out and even though they had misters for the outside seating, we enjoyed the air conditioning inside. They offered many specialty burgers ( I had the Philly which was delicious) and a "make your own" option where you choose what you want. The meat itself was probably the best hamburger I have ever had. It was so moist and flavorful I could not believe this little burger joint was better than all the numerous places I have tried around the world. The hamburger buns were also so soft and fresh, I wonder if they bake them in house or something because they were so high quality. I only wish we did not live over 3,000 miles away or we would make this a frequent stop. Visited August 2016

The guy at the counter was super friendly, be talked a lot with nearby table about things to do around town. The cook did mess up a couple of things just in the short time I was there, but the guy at the counter was so friendly nobody was put out by it.

Location is convenient. The place has a nice balcony with water spraying on top. The reviews were so good that’s why we decided to give it a try. We ordered signature beef burger but it was not good at all. Very disappointing. I only give a way the stars based on friendly staffs and nice location with the balcony that you can seat and enjoy your meal with the beautiful view.

Tasty burgers! I love the Atomic burger (sucker for spicy things) which is always served pretty quickly. They have terrific fries, and a wonderful soda machine that lets you customize the flavors (orange vanilla sprite is a solid choice!) It's a bit cozy inside, but they also have some outdoor seating as well.

Clean, comfy interior. Friendly service. We were super impressed with the attentiveness of the man working while we were there. Great cozy place to eat with the snow falling in Leavenworth, the wood interior finish is welcoming. Food was great and just the right portion size, service was great. I'm vegan and there is only one vegan option here (the chop salad) but they were patient and talked me through the menu and let me know about the various other spots around town with vegan options. Additionally, the owner said he can't in good conscious offer a "vegan" patty option if it's cooked on the normal grill with the meat products. As a vegan that kind of dedication and honesty are something I really appreciate. My man friend had the Fresh burger and he really enjoyed it. His chocolate shake was a tad too chocolately but really who complains about that.

Stopped by here on the strength of two recommendations, one from our AirBNB hosts and one from the lovely folks at Icicle Ridge Winery. Burgers were good; I liked that there were a number of pre built options and a build your own. Could have used more seasoning in both the burger and the chicken, and felt the burger patty was too small for the pretzel bun I got. Did not like being charged for ketchup on the burger, nor did we like the fries - bog standard Sysco frozen shoestring fries. I'd go back and try the beer and different sides; perhaps those would make it a four star experience.

Very disappointed in this place. We came here last Labor Day (2018) and this place was great; with delicious, real fresh burgers. Came back Labor Day 2019 and the burgers seemed to have changed. They were an odd gray color and are definitely not “fresh” at all. It’s almost like it was a frozen patty they through on the grill. Definitely not coming back here ever again.. what a shame.

$12 for a burger--sides not included... Realistically, it was $12 for a slider. It wasn't even big enough to be considered a burger. We decided to skip over this place, and it's a good thing we did. There is a brewery, with delicious pizza, a few steps down the road (Blewett Brewing). However, Fresh Burger does deserves two stars for supporting local farmers and it's out door seating area. When the weather is right, it has a nice deck with a great view of the mountain. If you don't mind overpaying for a slider, I'm sure Fresh Burger's non-antibiotic/non-hormone beef taste just fine.
