Tasty, I prefer the Popeyes spicy over Church's spicy, but their inclusion of okra on the menu is a nice touch. A bit slow, a bit over priced, but all in all enjoyed it.

I had really high expectations from this location just from all the raving I’ve heard about church’s chicken. However, the whole experience was disappointing. The wait through the drive through to put in my order was about 10 minutes long. The fries were dry and some were hard (stale) and the chicken was kinda dry... flavor was mediocre. I won’t write them off altogether but I must say I love not be going there any time soon.

My husband and I was traveling through and decided to stop there. We ordered 2 3pc meals and the chicken was very dry and the biscuit tasted spoil. We will never eat there again. I chose not to complain because that's what we do just to get free food but to be honest I would not accept free food from this place. I will chalk it up to try it once and never again.

Chicken that I like a whole lot better than the colonel's. Good sides, I particularly like the Mac n cheese and slaw. Their gravy is a recent disappointment, they do not do onion gravy like they used to. Now it is a corn starch based gravy, not nearly as good as they used to do.

Great chicken and sides, decent soda selection. There was a longer wait than expected due to the dark meat running out and having to be made fresh. The manager offered to swap in white meat at no extra cost, which was a kind offer but not right for us since we prefer thighs. The building itself is quite cold, so this is better for takeout or drive through.

Tastes good, chicken is like KFC the biscuits are buttery and have honey on top, the slice of apple pie turnover was incredible, the okra was so-so, macaroni cheap like kraft fake cheese, the mashes potatoes and gravy are okay (although I'm not crazy about the gravy tastes watery and powdery) and overall would still recommend over cooking myself. ****This establishment does not recognize any coupons you ironically receive over the mail. More expensive.

Had a taste of Church's Chicken. It's been about 6 years since the last time I've had it. Still good. The side other of creamy gravy is $2.66. that's insane! Corn want as good as I remember. Maybe it wasn't buttered. They have $5 meal packs that include 2 pieces/3 tenders and two small sides. Add a drink for $1. It's a great deal! Still the best fast food fried chicken joint ever!

They didnt put in any of the sides to the combo meals I ordered. I only received the chicken and sodas. Really sucked. I live in Tacoma and drive all the way there and then get home with no side dishes at all??

Ever since I was a kid I'd always loved Church's chicken, I go from east LA to the west-side near LAX just to eat, even if I had to ride the bus, at the time I was around 12/13yo...when Church's came to WA I was really excited and looked forward to-it...but yesterday I was almost disgusted with the monopoly BS...to give you an example...(the chicken was ok) 1.- Very few meal/combo choices 2.- You can't buy mix but 3pc or 15pcs 3.- You're buying the chicken-only 4.- They charge for bisquits and jalapeňos 5.- The mashed potatoes were spoiled 6.- Outrageous prices 12pc n' bisquits $34.00 I think I'll let you find-out for yourself's...

Stood there at the counter for several minutes with no greeting, no nothing! The girl at the front counter wearing hair net. Nobody else nobody in prep area fryer area wearing hair nets. Gross! The guy in the deep fryer area handling food with no glove wipes crumbs off on jeans. How the hell is that sanitary!? He said the deep fryer kills the germs. Your bare dirty hands still touching my food. Anyways walked out after pointing it out to the staff that they are disgusting. Oh yeah the girl with open sores on your arms and messy frizzy hair yeah probably should cover that up.

The biscuits were, as always, the best ones. No other place serves such good biscuits. The place itself is super small, so dining in is a stretch. Also, the whole bathroom set up is a bit gross and shady. No access from the inside, and the door to enter said restrooms is around the back of the building, which makes it of a pain.

Horrible horrible horrible. Service was bad and the biscuit was hard like it was sitting under a heat lamp or something. Plus the chicken wasn’t even worth the drive. Now, Church’s you gotta have either exceptional customer service or exceptional food or both but you gonna go bankrupt with the awful customer service and below par chicken dinners ya’ll are servin. One last piece of advice biscuits INCLUDED with the dinner should be standard ops for ANY establishment serving chicken. Look at chick fil a! They put your breakfast chicken INSIDE a biscuit!! They get it!! Come on Church’s y’all better get it together. And CHANGE YOUR FRIER OIL!! Had my 3 piece tasting like last month!!

Horrible customer service. Went in to get a tender meal deal with sides and a biscuit based off a flyer that said they started it two days ago only to be turned away at the drive through and counter. They do not carry the advertised items and won’t even tell you when they will be here. When I asked if I could just do regular chicken tenders instead of the special ones for the same advertised price, the manager refused without even giving a reason. Don’t go here unless you want terrible customer service and to waste your time.

Several health code violations including improper storage bugs in the biscuit mix and employees often don't wash hands, wear gloves, or hairnets, food gives you diahria, no air conditioning, bad surveillance, bathroom is in the back of the building, looking for a job here? Don't. Terrible work environment. And bad customer service.

I am from San Antonio Texas and Church's Chicken is the best and most preferred when we wanted some chicken. Living in Washington State was hard because there wasn't many resturants like the ones from Texas until this Church's was built ( the one located in Lakewood). I was hoping and praying that this Church's taste the same as the ones in Texas and to my delight IT DOES TASTE THE SAME!!! I love their HOT APPLE PIES!!!! If you are from the South then you will LOVE this Church's Chicken.
