We've eaten at this location before and usually it is wonderful. This time, however, not so much. I special preferred my burger but they put all the items in it anyway and both mine & my husband's burgers had meat that was not hot; calling it warm would be a stretch even. Also, the fried zucchini came with a deep fried hair in the batter in one of the slices which totally took away my appetite. I would hope that, regardless of how busy they become at times throughout the day, they would retain the quality I've experienced here before.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after giving my order. The line didnt move once and everyone was clearly getting impatient. I ended up leaving along with about half the drive thru line once it became clear none of us were getting served any time soon. This is a common occurence here.

The food wasn't horrible, but man.....we sat down to eat and the staff had blocked off most of the lobby and the restrooms to clean. Now...I am all for a clean place, so please...read on before you judge me. The whole place smelled like an outhouse, since they brought the mop bucket from the restroom to the dining area. Then, they started cleaning where we were sitting. They put up all the chairs around us as we were eating our meal. It was 830 PM. I asked her what time they closed, and she said 10. Why make your customers feel unwelcome??? Why do they do that with customers in the area? I suppose if I want to sit and eat my food, I will go elsewhere.

Dirty. Over cooked and over fried. Couldnt finish anything. Milkshake wasnt cold enough to stay, melted so fast. Water temperature in bathrooms was unbelievably hot. Spoke to onsite manager and was treated like I was being outrageous. In 40 years it was my first time ever complaining to management of any establishment, so I know I'm not a complainer. Toy area was nasty.

The food is good and I like it, that's a given, it's hot, it tastes good, has quality, and the serving sizes are bad(although the milkshakes don't have much taste). The manager that was there when I was, I don't know his name, was extremely loud and disrespectful to his workers. His constant yelling stressed me out, and I'm not too fond of being asked a question by having "WHIPPED CREAM, LADIES?" yelled at my mom and myself across the room. My biggest issue is, as someone who has worked in food service myself, the fact that he was non-stop VERY LOUDLY degrading his workers and they were definitely upset. That's an uncomfortable situation to be in for them and myself.

Food was as expected. My complaint is the cleanliness. The kid area has food and garbage all over the play area floor. I took my child to the restroom, and the men's stall had poop and pee all over the toilet and seat, and some degenerate actually wiped their poop on and around the toilet paper dispenser. Pretty bad that I had to clean the toilet myself so that my child could use it.

My first experience with Carl's Junior was in nineteen ninety eight when when the undertaker threw mankind off hеll in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table. I only really remember it because my mom liked extra salt but she accidentally got sugar. Sweet fries. Years later when Carl's Jr. moved to Washington State we elected to try them again and oh my, for fast food, they really are something. The super star with cheese is an amazing Burger. The original 6 dollar is nearly as great. The worst part might be the fries but they still have a great crisp and flavor. They have fry sauce too! This location has exceptional service when compared with their peers in the industry virtually all hours with some rare exceptions. As a fast food restaurant, the prices are decent as well providing large portions for a fair price. This is pinnacle fast food.

Very disapointed, got there late and they where more intrusted in getting closed than the quality of their food. My burger was precooked, old, and so dried out that it was inedible. Fries were the only thing good although I think they gave me a small when I ordered a med. I got a block away when I saw the mistake but they already locked the doors and wouldn't answer the phone. Won't be back again.

Extremely poor and rude service from LAZY employees who have no problems DISCRIMINATING against disabled customers that appear to be veterans or homeless. Stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement that I was even in the store and the dining area was DISGUSTING.....I finally left and went across the street to Jimmy John's where my $11.48 was worth some respect and EXCELLENT service!

I was up in Cheyenne Christmas shopping and we stopped here for a drink to keep with us while we were exploring the area. (I am from Denver) Anyway, when we got there I decided to use the restroom before we ordered, and I was surprised to see that you had to have an associate unlock it for you, and once you got inside I think maybe the sewer was backed up! The smell was terrible. My husband said the men's smelt bad and that the men's restroom was gross! The dining area was nice and the people working seemed nice. Overall, to eat it's probably good.. just don't use the bathrooms!

Carl's Jr. Is somewhat of a treat. I've had it twice in 2018, and tried it once more on February 7th of 2019. It was around 830 pm, and we ordered their charbroiled burgers, the jalapeño and California one. They were actually pretty tasty, coming in at 3 dollars a pop. My issue with the burger, despite waiting about 10 minutes before biting into them, is that the burgers were Luke-warm, at best. The cheese wasn't melted, and it threw off the flavor of the burger. Not sure if it was a one-time occurrence, but I hope that they heat up the cheese some more, as well as the beef patty.

If I eat a burger, it's probably Carl's. Look, it's fast food, not gourmet fine dining, but the meat is cooked well, not over-cooked, there is plenty of sauce already ON the burger, not in stupid little packets, the fries are hot and tasty, and the choc shake is an enjoyable way to indulge. Plus, important to me, the grass-fed patty is available for whatever burger you choose. There IS life without pink slime!

A notch above average tasting fast food. Greasy, but perfect if you want a quick greasy burger. Prices are in line with other chains: sub-$10 meals with budget options scattered around. Reasonably large play structure separated from the main restaurant with a small amount of tables and chairs for parents keeps the noise levels out of the main seating area. Great place for kids to work out the wiggles during a road trip. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I would not advise eating at this location in Cheyenne. The bathroom is used by the homeless which contributes to urine on the floor I spotted the few times I haved visited- I also observed dirty tables and an overall unsanitary environment. The food taste fine but I can't get over the restrooms and how people making your food are transfering that to the food prep- back of the house area.Until they upgrade their restrooms,stay away.

When I have an extra $18 to blow on a great fast food burger and Crisscut fries, maybe some poppers of some sort for only myself...I'm goin to Ole CJ'S Everytime. Very nice people. Hamburger barely warm bun inspired, lettuce completely white, cheap pickle, slightly soggy and absolutely no taste except for the hot house tomatoes. And this was the black Angus. Large fry for 2.99 was same size as McDonald's small fry. Their package is very thin when opened. Not worth the value.

Steve gave us awesome customer service above and beyond what I've experienced in a fast food setting. I ate at Carl's Jr in Sunnyside on Saturday and the girl delivering our order threw the tray on the table and walked off without a word. Steve was polite, courteous and had a big smile. He even asked if we wanted any sauces then happily brought them to us. We observed Steve constantly cleaning while taking drive through orders never missing a beat! We will definitely come back to the Ellensburg store!

Just got home to a burger covered In mayonnaise the burger was literally almost half mayonnaise. There was splattered mayonnaise all over the inside of the burger and on both sides of the lettuce. The drink tasted like it was more than half water disgusting the night crew must really hate there jobs to make food like this seems purposely hateful towards customers I went threw there drive threw and got this aound 7:45-8:00pm 11/1/18 hope there manager actually does something about this apparantly it’s been happening more than once to other people these past few days.

We had order the big chicken sandwich. When we got it the chicken was overcooked and hard and it was a very thin piece of chicken fillet.The tomatoe was the size of a fifty cent piece.For something that big it could have a bigger tomatoe or two that covers the bun.We always have to look for a clean table.

I walk into the lobby around 8:15am. No employee in sight. No other customers in the lobby. No cars in the drive thru. I stand there for five minutes waiting. The only reason they noticed me was because the drive thru bell rang, then I'm told they will be with me in a minute. After my order was taken which was just two sausage egg and cheese biscuits of which they forgot the cheese. I waited eight more minutes for them to get me my order and in that time they had helped two customers in the drive thru.

I stopped by Carl's Junior in Ellensburg, WA, for lunch. I noticed that the building was larger than other Carl's Junior places I've stopped at. Closer inspection revealed they had a children's play area similar to that found at many McDonalds in the 1990s. I didn't see any children playing there. I ordered the spicy chicken and the “big” hamburger. They always have some new fancy (hard to eat neatly) menu items that I ignore. The service was fast and the staff was polite. Another customer was friendly. Carl's food is usually somewhat better quality than other fast food chains, and this one was typical. The fries were hot and good. The burger was fresh and tasty. This business was barefoot friendly

Horrible manager. Had driven for 2 hours, my driver asked to use the bathroom because he has to get right back on the road and as he got back in his car the fat manager lady yelled at him to never come back. I was pretty upset so I tried to call and speak to the manager,she got smart mouthy I asked her not to smart off and hear my issue she hung up and will not answer my number at all. I called corporate and they were suprise not only about her attitude but the condition of the bathrooms was so poor I lost my appetite. Had $20 in my hand ready to buy my crew some lunch and this is how the staff acts. Never again will I step foot in this grimey place.

Im so sad with how this place has been lately. This used to be my favorite convenient fast food place in town for a good burger until my recent experiences. Just today I order a 5$ meal deal though the drive through and the employee barely talked to me. The total wasn't even 5$ it ended up being 9$ with large order.Which was fine i just wanted a quick bite and leave but to my surprise I had to wait 15 minutes for my food when there was NO cars or people at the restaurant. After waiting so long i went inside where they had my food just sitting. Aside the slow and poor service my burger and fries were cold. Ever since they got rid of the all natural burger, the burgers here taste similar to a McDonald's burger. For the time and money I spent here, i would much rather take my bussiness to McDonalds or Wendy's.

I went to buy the 2pm - 5pm double slider special which was suppose to be $1 at that time. However, the worker charged me $1 for the single slider, after explaining him what special i want. The part i did not get was that the special flyer was right at the counter when i was explaining him. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and the sandwich is really small just a hint.

This was probably the worst service I have ever experienced. The people working the drive-through window were so incredibly rude, even after they forgot two separate parts of our order. On one occasion, it was a guy who yelled at my girlfriend because her card wouldn't work. The very next time we went, we spent FORTY DOLLARS for 3 people to eat and were treated like trash by the brunette girl whe works the drive-through. Also, all of our burgers were fried to a crisp and the best thing about the meal were the ketchup packets. Thanks Heinz 41. We will not be back.

Not many in Washington so had to stop in - a treat for the road to Spokane. It was as good as I remembered, so not bad. A good cheat food. I wish I could say " I stopped in too try the New Carls Jr Beyond Beef Classic Star Veggie Burger and I loved it!!" Sadly, my experience was anything but Amazing. Let iT be noted.... I was fine with having too go get Cash when I arrived and was told promptly that all credit/debit/Virtual Pay Services were unavailable My Girl and I were so excited too try this Burger we went and got cash, AND returned promptly. but after waiting 30 minutes för our order the smile on my girlfriends face, turned too disappointment, especially considering we dropped 25.00 för 2 Meals. When I asked the employee what happened he was clearly löst. I had too demand the items be re-made, which was a struggle Ending in a request för a total refund. It seems one of our Bürgers was given Away too a couple who came in after us, AND the remainder of the order was Never Made. while the Manager was giving me my refund the couple Returns screaming about being given a Raw burger.... this part was actually quite funny because the manager could only put his head in his hands turn around and look at its 2 employees and asked if they were trying to kill him what they didn't realize is that they hadn't provided this customer with a raw Burger but that the beyond meat veggie burgers do not actually Brown so they always remain pink in the middle I did inform these guys before I left that was the case and that they have not tried to kill anybody but that was actually pretty funny after that the manager promptly refunded us give us full meals and extra veggie burger and believe it or not they actually tasted really good I was quite proud of his response to my request without any argument he did what was necessary and I would actually compliment him on his service but due to the fact that we had so many problems after being so excited to go try this meal at an establishment that we formally could not eat at I just can't find it within myself to give them a 5-star review due to the service and the apologetic nature of the individuals working behind the counter that afternoon I felt that I couldn't give them a completely bad review and instead would suggest a pat on the back Good job guys kinda.....

Not a place I would usually stop, but it is only 30 seconds from the main drag where all the other fast food is and they were slammed with buses, full kids. The ladies were friendly, the service was fast and the fried zucchini was amazing... I was pleasantly surprised!

It's just fast food, what can I expect? The employees were polite, for the most part. They tell you to take the little number tent and put it on your table then scream your number rather than bringing the tray over.

The food at this location is disgusting, the floats are a prime example. They keep them in the freezer so by the time you get them the ice cream is hard as a rock and stuck to the bottom, and the soda is completely flat. I don’t know how old it was, but when the ice cream started to melt it just got gooey like snot. There was also a bunch of ice stuck to the cup. When I called to tell them the woman replied “okay”, didn’t even apologize. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never had a bad Carl’s Jr. experience before this place and it’s usually my go-to fast food, the workers are idiots.

Very friendly manager here to ensure everyone has a good experience there. The playground is a bit too dark and sticky, otherwise fantastic food and setup.

That place needs some extra cleaning and for it to be maintained. Floor looks gross and tables and around windows are dusty. Smells, and all around dirty. Makes you wonder how the kitchen are is. Also people hanging around outside always look suspicious. Definitely not a family friendly fast food place.

Tucked away on the farther end of the Ellensburg drive-thru area, Carl's jr. is probably one of my favorite ones to go to. The food, of course, is your typical Carl's Jr. stuff, but it's also a typically clean facility with staff that is friendly and quick.

I really like Carl's Junior but sometimes this place is at 5 and sometimes as a two or three depending on who's working and who's cooking I don't know what the difference is sometimes I leave and say gee I'm glad it came and sometimes that leave us a Jack In The Box but overall better than it is bad I will be going back again for the good times
