Food was great and so was the service. I’ve been to all the burgermasters and this one definitely has a different menu making it unique. If your in the area definitely swing by and get some onion rings w/ tartar sauce.

Food was fast and good BUT the service wasn’t good. No smiles, no thank yous. And after I paid, I got ranch and he made me come back and pay $3 for ranch! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I should not have been charged for complimentary condiments. He weighed out my ranch and charged me! I couldn’t believe it. I would’ve asked for a manger but I just didn’t want to cause I scene. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends and I won’t be coming back.

Fast food with a few additions, like a salad bar charged by weight (it's the only Burgermaster I've seen with a salad bar). Good milk shakes, okay burgers, iced tea along with the standard sodas.

I was craving burgers and someone mentioned this spot. I ordered the combo 2 - the original burger, fries and drink. For the price, you get what you pay for. The burger is average and the fries are ok. It looked like they are known to have some good milkshakes.

Back at Burgermaster after many years and sad to say our experience was poor. First they forgot the cheese on a gardenburger which after fixing the issue was barely lukewarm. Second my baconmaster which is announced as coming with thick bacon had slices that were paper thin, really disappointing for a $10 burger. Lastly my kids burger had an extra layer of griddle residue which was just nasty (see picture.) Not many reasons to come back.

This place is starting to show its age. I got the French dip. The meat was pretty dry and the bread was both burnt and soggy at the same time. My wife the burger on the gluten free bun, which is nice that they offer the option, but she said it was also dry. The fries were good as always. Overall, it was just an okay meal.

I was very happy with my blt on delicious sourdough and black berry shake was to die for. It was a comfortable setting with plenty of space. I enjoyed my visit there for sure a 5 star experience in the burger world

It's a burger place. I don't quite understand the fuss. A little bit more expensive than I'd like for what you get, but they do seem to treat their employees well, and I respect that. If you want a burger to go, just go to Dick's. If you want to grab a burger (and maybe a salad bar experience as well) and sit down for a bit, come here instead.

Made an effort to visit this location and sadly it didn't live up to the reviews. I've been to the Aurora location (not great either) and to the Bellevue location (really good-the best in my opinion). This location is a "sit down" restaurant. It's nice to be able to go inside and sit. Large dining areas, comfy booths, clean bathrooms. It's nice that you can help yourself to the condiments without being charged for each pack of ketchup, etc. (Other locations do). The wait for my meal was long and the burger wasn't that great, it seemed as if it was pre-made and sitting a while. The fries were stale. They were kind enough to replace the fries with a hot, fresh batch. I didn't mention the burger to them. They have a salad bar, interesting for a burger joint. Would've considered it, but at $8something per pound, it's very unappealing. Most of it didn't look fresh. That price is about the same for a fresh salad bar at PCC or Whole Foods, etc. Plenty of free parking, bus stops right in front. Seems to be a popular place. I most likely won't return. But give it a try if you're in the area and really crave a burger.

This is very active fast food restaurant. Lots of small groups head for BurgerMaster for small get togethers. The food is good and there are a lot of seating areas for groups to gather. Of course people come from everywhere. The reputation of this place seems to have spread far and wide. I would more than likely skip the salad bar but there are so many choices it just doesn't matter.

Fast service. Diner fare. You order up front like in a fast food restaurant. Then they bring your order to your table along with your silverware. You bus your own table after dining. My mini breakfast of was inexpensive and cooked as ordered.

Food is on the pricey side for fast food. What they charge for their breakfasts is the same as what you'd pay at a full service restaurant like Denny's or Shari's but you have way more choices at e8ther of those full service restaurants. The old man that runs this place doesnt seem to care about much of anything. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes one morning with nobody at the counter to help me. Finally he the store manager sees me (old guy with grey hair) and I mention to him that ive been standing at the counter for over 10 minutes and he just shrugs his shoulders and says "well I'm here now". Seriously? No apology for making a customer wait that long just to order food there and for leaving the counter unattended for that long of a time? The other thing is that therr is a tall heavy set Mexican lady that works in the monrnings and all morning long she's shouting in Spanish to all of the coworkers there loud enough to where ypu can hear her no matter where you sit in the very large dining area. All in all this place could be aot better if they ever change management to someone that actually knows hownto treat customers and is a bit more professional and trains the staff to keep theor voices down while having personal conversations so that the entire dining area doesn't have to listen to it as well. After having gone to this location regularly for 30 years ive finally given up on them. The prices they charge don't match up to the total experience they ptovide, specially considering there are so many other burger places in the area. If you are nearby and in the mood for a burger I suggest you go a couple blocks down the street to Great State burger. It's pricey as well (grass fed beef) but the burgers taste bettet and the overall experience is definitely what you would experience at this Burgermaster. Sad to see this place go down hill like this when it used to be so much better

Burgermaster is for me the burger (and other food too) joint, and place for breakfast that has a homey feeling. Customers and service staff are very friendly. This location is a favorite of University of Washington sports teams.

Superb perfect timing. No one was there. I came over right after my tai chi and yoga session....just around 4pm and no one was in there. Only 2 guys and a couple. I was right up in line after the couple and my Turkey master was perfection! perfectly golden brown, not too greasy, not too underdone...just superb. Whomever was on the grill needs a food network show! I almost got a BLT to go...damn I shoulda got one!

Sometimes quality is far better than quantity, I ordered a fish sandwich, the type of fish was cod. The pieces were large however, I didn't enjoy the lack of flavor, the bun was very wet therefore made the sandwich very sloppy and falling apart due to the large amount of tartar sauce used. The shredded lettuce was wilted and tough because it was placed while the fish was still very hot. The French fries were thin and fresh, however, tasted dry and had a slightly burned flavor. The meal came with a drink which I requested a small cup and chose high C which was watered down. I informed the staff of the issue. They claimed to have changed the mixture out but that failed to fix the weakness of the drink so I chose a carbonated one and it was also mixed wrong. All this quality for a mere $15.00 + tax, nearly $16.00. In plain English, TERRIBLE

Stopped for dinner and sentimental strawberry milkshakes. I hadn't noticed that burgermaster had a salad bar before, so I tried it. Hubby had chili, kid had chicken strips. The salad bar, see by the pound, was decent. I swear I thought the white meat was chicken breast, but it was tuna. Good, though. The chili was tasty, too. We ordered a mini burger master, and that was not good. The burger was so thin it was completely dried out. Not worth it. The shakes were excellent, and a reason to go. Thanks.

THEY HAVE A PAY PHONE The classic Seattle burger, at least for me. Burgermaster fries use very little salt compared to other places. This location is obviously busy based on location, sometimes misery to get in and out of. Game days? Hoo boy. Come in when you can and enjoy a combo.
