They were so gracious-despite us arriving 30 minutes before closing(we did not know that!) We were a big party,yet they had everything done asap and the food was good. It's a little bit expensive for a burger, but I can tell you that every single place you eat out is little bit expensive for a burger so the good thing is that their burgers taste really really good. Another favorite of mine was that they left the martini shaker at the table. So I basically got two drinks out of the one price which is very much appreciated. Everything tastes good and the presentation is good. That's important.

You can't go wrong at Bobs.if its breakfast you are looking for try their Sunday buffet it's got everything and the price is right. If you want a kick butt burger this is the place. I like spice so I get there jalapeno grilled sour dough mmmmmm so delicious and you can have choices like potato salad, wedges which are my favorite or fries or salad I love this ace. Oh and did I mention they have an amazing bar too Sunday bloody Mary's are awesome.

The food was amazing. Our waitress Sarah was super sweet. It is a little spendy, but you get tons of food. Try the tots, they're so good! Onion rings were also good, JoJo's are not really seasoned, but very fresh. I could pass on the fries, they're small like McD, but the flavor is different (worse). The bacon on the burger was amazing!

Good food but a little bit pricey for the area. They have an interesting selection of beers on tap. The most off-putting thing was the TV showing ufc fighting in the dining room. I really don't want to see half naked people fighting each other while I eat.

Just found finished lunch with the family. It was all around excellent. Our service was fantastic. Had one of the new wraps which was great. Father in law tried the Squirrel sandwich A+. I would absolutely recommend them for lunch and if they still do Sunday brunch to give it a try.

I ordered a Gardenburger with fries, and a strawberry drop. I thoroughly enjoyed it all. The bun was nice and toasted, my burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were nice an crispy. I gave it four stars, because my SO got the Greek Chicken Wrap, and he said it was solidly mediocre. Sucks for him, my food was great!

Yummy food, gluten free options. I wish they'd bake a few yams or sweet potatoes along with the russets, and offer gluten free (not fried with breaded items) sweet potato fries. Russets are a nightshade vegetable and not good for certain health issues. I'd eat there more if they had gluten free sweet potato fries like Red Robin does.

My partners fries came out crispy, perfectly cooked, and browned, but my fries came out soggy. It looked like they were dipped in the oil for thirty seconds then dumped on a plate. Not sure how we got two very differently cooked plates of fries. Probably from different batches. Other than that, service was prompt and the bartender was polite.

Worst customer service ever ordered an item without a few things one it and got our food and it came with the bun wiped off and still had what we didn't want on it on it and we said something and they offered us a new bottom bun...who does that? Needless to say it wasn't eaten and they didn't even offer to make a new item or even take it off of the price we even complained to a few staff and still charged full price. This place is a joke not recommended.

Nothing else to be said but WOW! This location was top notch, the service was prompt the food was amazing the environment was well lit and the staff was friendly.! The burger was exactly as ordered and literally looked just like the picture 5 out 5 for you guys! Thankyou for an awesome experience!

Very slow service. Burgers just marginal. Was told fries were "excellent". They were institutional and sub par. Wouldn't be surprised if they got a frozen bag from Costco, threw them in the deep fry and served them. Not even crisp and were mushy in the center.

We love the Sunday Brunch, especially on special occasions like Mother's Day and Father's Day. We love the regular menu! Great food. Reasonable prices. Excellent service. Very handicapped accessible. Very clean and modern. Nice senior discount and rewards program, too! Plenty of parking.

I am unable to give a full review of this restaurant because I want able to eat there. My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon to have lunch. There were about 10 people in the place at the time. But after waiting for almost 10 minutes at the front counter by the sign saying please wait to be seated, and having no one come up to help us find a seat even though a few guys walked by the bar and looked at us but didn't acknowledge us. We decided to just leave and find a place that wanted our business. If you don't mind bad/no service drop in and wait longer than we did and let me know how the food is. We will not be returning to try.

Not good at all I got the Key Lime Martini, Blue Cheese Burger and Clam Chowder. The key Lime was tasteless and sour and I love Key lime. The burger was bland, and the chowder was ok. Least I had a decent server. I will not be back there

My family and I decided to meet up for dinner. Our server was GREAT at accommodating that fact. We did not wait long for our food and it was DELICIOUS! She also was considerate enough to take my daughter's order first so she could get it sooner. My husband took longer to get to us and she waited to fire his burger. The price was priced well. The decor is fantastic! The only criticism I would give is to train non lounge servers to bring out extra hot water for tea drinkers.

Good food. Good beer selection. Excellent service. Clean, and comfortable with plenty of seating. I've never had to wait more than a minute or so getting a table here. The staff have always treated us like honored guests. Attentive, polite, and accommodating without being annoying. They strike a great balance between helpful and respectful of your private dining experience. The food is definitely comfort food for me. There are probably healthy options on the menu, but I'll never know what they taste like... The meaty, cheesey, oh so flavorful but not great for my body options are what keep me coming back. Burgers of all kinds, Cuban sandwiches, squirrel sandwiches, just a long list of awesome on this menu. Their onion rings are amazing. Perfect ratio of batter to onion, and the onions are cooked just enough to be easy to bite through without being mushy. And the prices are affordable and fair to boot. Definitely happy Bob's opened this location closer to my home.

The environment seems to be going for a family friendly sports bar feel. Decore is a little dated and the whole place feels like it could use a good cleaning. I got more of a dive bar vibe than a sports bar. Food was good but nothing special. The burgers are decent and there is a unique selection. I was disappointed that the selection was a bit bland. Your options are standard burger, standard burger with bacon, standard burger with onions, etc. Not much verity, if you want anything other than a basic burger go to Red Robin's. The big thing for me was the waiter. He was disconnected and didn't even seem like he was listening. I asked if I could sub onion rings for my fries and he told me they didn't have onion rings. Five minutes later the same waiter was delivering an order of onion rings to the table next to me! There are plenty other places around to get a good burger, go to any of them.

My family and I went to this restaurant hoping to have some amazing burgers and what we got just wasn’t what we were expecting. It was way to expensive for what we had got. My father ordered a burger that easily could have been a Big Mac from McDonald’s and he could have paid half the price. Too expensive for what you get point blank period.

It's a chain type restaurant with good comfort type food and craft beer on tap. It doesn't break the mold, but good is consistently above average and wait staff is friendly. I'd put it above Applebee's and the likes, on par or a little better than Red Robin.

Literally just left after sitting there with my family for half an hour with NO service. No drink order, nothing. Plenty of employees walked by, saw us and just acted like we weren’t there. I shouldn’t have to remind anyone to do their jobs. SO disappointed! I’ve always liked it here, I’ll never come back to this one. Gladly take my money elsewhere!

Food was good, nothing special. The most damaging part of my review would be the service, which I’ll fault management with. There seemed to be only on person working the tables including the bar too. Was never greeted by a hostess and the food took a good 30 minutes during a fairly slow period. Only two others tables seated and they were already helped. I wouldn’t say don’t go but would not go out of my way for this place.

Strange experience from when we were waiting to be seated, to when we got the check. We waited about 5 minutes for anyone to come to the front to seat us, and once we were seated our waitress was impolite. Maybe she was new, ok but she stuck her fingers inside of our glasses when taking them to get refills. We ordered an appetizer, and it was all brought all at once with our entrees. Couldn’t find the waitress to get our check. This place is usually not bad but today was unexpected.

Nine for a light B'Day dinner were seated promptly and the drink orders arrived quick and correct. Our server, Steven, is a gem!!! If all places had staff like him, there would be no complaints ever. His patience with us was amazing and he treated us like we were family. The food was delicious as usual but what really made the meal for us was our wonderful server! Thanks for a great time!

The restaurant was very clean, plenty of windows, the booth was cozy and comfortable. Our waitress was excellent. Maintaining a professional demeanor but warm and engaging. I wish I looked at her name tag. We went to the Everett BBB. Beautiful blonde. Each of us enjoyed our burgers. The apple pie and ice cream completed our dinner.

I gave this experience a 3 because the food is always good. The service wasn't, our waitresses didn't bring our food out like she said she would she didn't take the time to check on us and after being seated she took her sweet time 10 minutes plus to take our order we were 1 of 4 tables 1 of 4 and another server had 2 of the 4. We had 2 kids with us she didn't bring extra napkins, we had to look for her to get napkins after waiting for a bit, I went up to the front counter and I saw her sitting at another table eating. Maybe a break which is okay, only after you have checked on her (two)( 2) tables. We order 3 appetizer and she only brought one of the out then didn't come back to the table till we waved her down when asked where the other appetizers were she stated the rest of our food was up avoiding the question asked. Where were are other appetizers. My daughter in law order a Caesar salad and was brought a dinner salad with caesar dressing and yes we paid for a caesar salad. Again the food is great but this is the second time we have been disappointed at this Bob's. I have had great service at Marysville, Burlington & Bellingham but Everett doesn't seem to have dialed in on service accept one time we had a male gentleman he was great, he was even working the evening we came in this past week, we had all wished we had been sat in his area. Our bill was $94 an change I left a $100 bill in hopes it covers the taxes she will pay. As for service maybe this will be an eye opener tips are earned not guaranteed and should never be expected. Evertt Mall has many restaurants we chose Bob's because we like the food, but I can't say I will return to this Bobs, I don't go out to eat to be frustrated by a server who doesn't enjoy serving.

I ate here after getting of work and it's overpriced for a drink and a bacon burger was 18 bucks and once I added tip was 21 bucks the burger are just average and so are the fries that's the worst offense of this place is that it's just average and overpriced it will get you through the night but not much other the that

17 minutes to get a burger that wasn't fully cooked and fries that tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. The server came by 4 times, first on a mess up, 2nd to give us menus, 3rd to take our order and 4 to give us the check. Didn't refill any drinks walked past us at least 12 times. If I could give a 0 star I would.
