I ordered 4 meals at bobs a week ago to go! we are located a mile away. to our suprise the food over all was cold and the fries were old and hard and overcooked. called manager and they suggested that they would just cook us some more fries if that would be ok. i replied that we didnot want to make another trip just for fries tne phone went ocwardly silent so I suggested that they replace the meals at another time they suggested that they would be willing to replace 2 of the 4 meals,. I agreed. come time to order our 2 meals they (MANAGER RANDY) wanted to charge me for one of the two. I explained to them that we had 4 meals that were sub par the manager replied... itwas only two meals I "again corrected her " it was four and we were promissed two replacement meals. she still charged me for one of the two meals promised. BUT SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I STATED THAT I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SECOND AS ONE OF MY GUYS WERE THERE TO PICK UP THE ORDER. I have had issues in the past with this location and will never return at this point and I will advertise there customer service. I am in the retail buisness and would never handle my customers this way.

I am always impressed by the quality of food and service at this local joint. The french dip is outstanding, and the broccoli cheddar soup is one of the best I've had. There are many different options, including many senior-friendly options. Whether you're a local or just stopping by on your way through, Bob's Burgers will not disappoint!

All waitresses had the same fake peppy voice with obvious forced smiles. We could hear them gossiping and being rude while we were eating. The burger was undercooked. Thank you Hannah for being the sweetest and most helpful worker there

Great food and a good job of keeping consistency of flavor across locations. While I feel they have reduced the amount of sides you receive, I would count it as a positive due to the fact they used to serve an enormous amount of fries along with good sized burger and I'd feel guilty wasting so much food (or alternatively over stuffed from trying to finish.

Been going to Bob's for years, and consistently love it... With the exception of the Ferndale location, which was under different management, was a major detractor from the restaurant name, and has thankfully closed. This location in Lynden though, is excellent. Great portions, tater food, regularly updated items while keeping their traditional standards, and good service.

Love the bacon burger, fish n chips, and have no complaints about any food from here. Only problem I’ve had is with the cleanliness of the facility, kitchen and safe food handling practices by the cooks. I’ve seen cross contamination take place on several occasions. Chefs do not wear gloves, which should be a requirement of all food handlers at all times. And kitchen always looks very dirty and un sanitary. Good food, good service, just would like to see the joint get kept up a little better.

My wife's steak in her salad was tougher than she has ever experienced at the Marysville Bobs, plus her onion was not cut up in her steak salad, just in rings on top. She had to request the rings be diced so she could sprinkle them on herself.

Last several times service has been sub par. Even when it's not busy it takes a long time to get seated and they try to put too many people at a table. Tonight, as usual, I ordered a "to go" and was told 20 min. It's been 40 and still waiting. If I would of been told that my order wasn't ready I would not have paid. Was informed only after I paid. Sad to say this local icon has slipped into disrepair and food has good with it. My last time here for sure.

I had the avocado chicken salad and the chicken tasted like it came from the freezer and then just heated up and it had grizzle on it and then there was way too much bacon whatever kind of bacon they use and it's very chopped up way too much on the salad.

We went for dinner on Feb 8. First thing staff said was card reader was down and we would have to pay cash so we said ok. The host told us she'd be right back to seat us. In the meantime about 10 more people came in and she did not keep a list of names. Another person came out to ask if we were first and said she would find out what was going on but never came back. After waiting for 20 minutes, others were getting tables before us so we left. So chaotic and no customer service skills whatsoever, didn't even get to eat but certainly won't be returning. Staff could not handle the busy night at all.

Good food and beverages. I had the Malibu Chicken Burger and the chicken breast was nicely moist. French fries were a bit overcooked but still palatable. Server was a sweet young lady that provided attentive service. Soda pop is a bit overpriced at $3.50. Mind you it is bottomless. All in all a good experience. My husband had a Ranch Burger and he enjoyed it.

We went here for a quick dinner. I found the prices were a little steeper than their main competitors and the food was about the same as most places. Not bad, but not outstanding either. Service was good and the restaurant is conveniently located. Parking was plentiful and easy to get in and out of from the street.

Nothing is worse than asking for a salad and having the waitress ask if you want that before your dinner, you say yes please and she brings it with your dinner.. so now my food cold. Our drinks were empty for way too long.

Was 15 minutes for a table when we were the only ones waiting, another 10-15 mins for our drink orders to be taken, and at least another 20 for food to arrive. Would probably hit up a different location next time due to the slow service.

This is not based on the Bobs Burgers show. That being said,I enjoyed my Jalapeno popper burger, its basically like a burger from Bobs Burgers show lol. The clientelle was a rugged bunch like myself that day and the lady who jokes about being a mean person, was super nice. I will go back there and I hope she is there.

The Lynden location needs to revamp their staff. Most other locations serve tasty food with great service, but the Lynden location needs to provide their employees with customer service and etiquette training. Drive the extra 10-15minutes to Birch Bay. They will not treat you like your imposing.

I have been a satisfied customer of this particular restaurant for over 25 years. After multiple disastrous trips this past fall, like undercooked onion rings and cold fries, the final straw was a cold centered/ red raw child's burger! After mentioning it to the server, she took the 1 burger off the bill (I would sure hope so). Corporate said they would have a manager call, it has been nearly 2 months and we have heard nothing. I will definitely not be returning to this particular Bob's anytime soon, if ever. I am still undecided if I am going to bring the remnants of the raw burger to the health department or not. Be warned and protect your child's health!

Their smoked salmon salad with balsamic vinegar (less cheese and onions) was delicious. It is a very generous bowl, no skimping on the ingredients.... fresh. Daughter had the sirloin steak with baked potatoe and salad. Great choice, steak cooked as ordered, flavorful and garlic toast was wonderfully thick slices. No room for dessert....staff friendly and attentive. Thank you!

We were quite disappointed in this place..we went in for breakfast most had eggs , bacon and hash browns. One had salmon eggs Benedict. All breakfasts were cold or only luke warm. My eggs were very over cooked asked for well done hashbrowns that didn't happen. The real tragedy was the salmon...wow was it disgusting it was obvious prepared days beforehand and reheated for this meal. It was very fishy, dry and inedible. We made them remove from bill and they acted surprised. Personally I will never go back and feel the health department should pay them a visit. Shame on you Bob's....do better!!!
