We ate here after a day at the waterside and so glad we did. The restaurant was clean, they accommodated our large group with no issue, and the service is great. The food was also super tasty. I have been thinking about my honey mustard turkey burger and how good it was since we left.

Big parking lot surrounding the building. The building itself is nicely done. Some outside seating available. Atmosphere is open and relaxing. Furnishing is tastefully done and comfortable. Wifi works great. We were greeted promptly and were offered a choice of sections to sit. After a little wait, our drinks order were taken. When the drinks came, we placed our order of a burger and a chicken burger. The food came in reasonable time. The burger was not bad, but not exciting. The regular fries were good. The steak fries were better. The chicken was super dry and bland. We wanted some other sauce, like hot sauce, to go with it, so we looked for our waitress. We didn't see her for a long time. And when we finally saw her, it was difficult to get her attention. Finally, after a long wait, we got her attention, and she brought us some hot sauce that finally made the chicken more palatable. The building atmosphere is nice. The food is hit and miss. Service could be a lot more attentive. The place works as a rest stop to get something to eat.

We saw the chef pick his nose and put meat on the grill, no gloves, no hand washing. They are lucky I am not Gordon Ramsey. No manager on duty, no one in charge. We will never eat there. Hepetitus A is transmitted that way and it.is deadly!!!

Service is good food is all right. When you sit in the bar getting off the road it seems like the bar is just for the regulars. Anybody that does not fit the status quo of the area gets funny looks from not only the other patrons like what are you doing here but also some of the waitress as well. I only go here in a pinch because I know what to expect it seems like a whole bunch of the good old boy syndrome going on in this restaurant. I ordered a Caesar salad at one time wilted lettuce which was also turning red at the time, I do not complain I just paid the bill and I left because I did not want to go through all the hassle.

Bob's is great at standardizing everything, so no variation bt restaurants. Their squirrel sandwich is the go-to. Don't come here if you are a health nut. Nothing for you here

I've gone to this Bob's a number of times, and it's always a great experience. There are 3 or 4 TVs in the bar which make it a good place to watch sports and grab a few drinks. I believe their happy hour is 3-6, which has both drink and food specials. Try the jojo's!

Good food, although their barley soup is always too salty and they don't have decaf coffee on Sunday afternoons (you'd think they could just buy it at the store next door, it's not like they don't have a coffee maker), considering they charge at the Starbucks level.

Best tasting burgers and fish and chips. Unfortunately, the roast beef au jus was sadly soggy. The au jus on same plate must of splattered out. It was very soggy. Before I dipped it myself. I like very little au jus and definitely not pre soaked. Service was mediocre. Did not ask once if we were happy or satisfied with our meal.

Service was terrific. They offered free wifi and was a family friendly venue. However, I am sorry to say, the quality of the food was below average. I first ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich. The chicken was seared on the outside, but seemed undercooked inside. I informed the server, and she easily replaced it with a different burger of my choice. My next burger was beef. It tasted better, but still lacked quality. My childrens' hot dog and grill Cheese sandwich were also whatever. My wife was also not very pleased with her veggie burger. Our french fries were also somewhat overcooked. I'm sorry to say, we will not return again.

The burger I had was not good. Sorry to say. I went there for the first time as my wife spoke highly of this place. I ordered the Bob's Bonanza burger. It had no sauces as mentioned and I could only taste bitterness like burnt or charred patties. The ambience and service is good but I am giving only 1 star due to the food.

The drinks were terrible. They were training a new bartender. The fish and chips we're good. The grilled ham and cheese sandwich was not grilled and there wasn't much cheese at all. The service wasn't very good either. No knife or fork,no napkins. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Chain restaurants with great menu. Lots of options to choose from and a good menu for kids. Very popular so typically a wait to be seated. This one in Birch Bay is right next to the nexus office so handy to eat there while waiting for your appointment

Went there for a quick bite. We had a blue cheese burger and a wrap. Sides were sweet potato fries and onion rings. Everything was done perfectly. Please note that the sides like fries and onion rings are HUGE portions! Plenty for leftovers! Good restaurant and nice people!

Gluten free buns need to be toasted and buttered for them to be edible. The rest of the food was only okay. Waitress was nice at first but after she delivered our food we didn't see her again till after we were done eating. No refills on beverages. Disappointing!

Similar to other burger joints. Fairly clean with nice service. Good bathrooms. Never needed this before but they didn't have a power outlet for me to plug my phone into close by. On the plus side, when I asked, they found an outlet in another room that they let me use.

Grand selection of burge, sandwiches, & salads. They have wraps too. Kids menu for the youngsters and side choices with the burgers a plus. Desserts if you can find room. More food than we can comfortably eat, so like us, you may not want something more. Lots of beverages too!

The food here was sooooo awesome. Stopped by after we crossed the boarder. The I got a burger but asked for chicken instead of beef which I 100% recommend they barbecued it and was so juicy. Lots of fries too! The staff was super kind as well!

I really enjoy all the bobs you never leave unhappy you never leave hungry there's always more than enough portion and the prices are very reasonable, it can be 50/50 on your server sometimes that great and sometimes it just a little too bitchey for me.

We were seated quite quickly. The dirty fork I picked up off the floor when we were seated, remained on the table during our entire meal. The menus remained on the table the entire meal....the extra room would have been nice. Refilling coffee, and other drinks was not happening. Today the service was very disappointing. I have not experienced this low quality of service in the many many times I had been there in the past. The food was good. I can honestly say I have always had good food there. The buffet was nice and stocked well. I am sure I will be back at some point, however, if I experience the same low quality of service I will put this restaurant on a back burner as a last resort.

I try to make a stop into Birch Bay, just for these burgers. Whenever I head across the border for some gas/groceries, this is where we go. Burgers are great. Lots of sauce and the buns are the best.

3 of us dined here and had to eat in the bar - or wait 20 minutes for a table. No problem with that. This is a very busy and popular restaurant. They have great food! Only downside is, because they were so busy ( my guess) my Burger Patty was very well done. I eat at Bobs often, because their food is SO good! This was the Bobs at the Birch Bay shopping outlet mall. I usually go to the one in Lynden.
