Great menu selection. Our Southwest salad was delicious and a generous portion. Their business model of ordering and paying ahead of time is amazing- not only does that free up servers to assist anyone instead of their own tables, but being able to leave as soon as your done eating is so convenient!

Just simply a great place. I brought 3 adults and 2 small children in, they took our order quickly(fair prices and great options). Sat down and they already were already bringing us 2 high chairs without us needing to ask. Our food came quickly and they gave us great service for the rest of the meal. Very happy customer.

4 1/2 stars...almost perfect. Family friendly, lots of seating, tasty food. There's a nice bar, too. Do be warned; you order when you walk in, then find your own seating. The staff will, however, stop by and help you out; they are more attentive than some wait staff in a traditional restaurant setting. The kitchen did forget my husband's jalapenos...but, he didn't care to bother them to fix it. Also, at first I thought that my garlic parmesan fries were under-flavored...but was impressed to find more underneath! It was plenty. And delicious: fresh, not powdered. The cajun ones were merely a seasoning, though. Overall a good experience. A little bit of a wait at the table, but worth it!

Service is always real slow here for some reason. Takes a long time for your food to arrive and for the server to take your order. Today on a Sunday at 4 pm a table next to me in the bar area had to get up and get their own menus. Then they had a problem of some kind and had to take the food back themselves because the server didn't go check on them. When I went to use the restroom there was a huddle of 5 or 6 servers all standing around by the food window. Not sure what they were doing... Food tastes good though.

A great place to take a group. You order before you're seated so everyone can easily pay their own tab. They were very accommodating for our large group with several children and we were all able to sit together. The food was delicious and we always enjoy the never ending fries!

Love this location! It is the only decent one of these restaurants. Every time I've gone to one of the other ones, I've been extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the food, the mediocre to poor service and the lip service you get when she complain about having your food burnt or cold. If you experience a problem, just ask to talk to the manager and he will go out of his way to fix things for you. Anytime I've had a problem, they have done a wonderful job of fixing it.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for! The managers need to be retained along with the supervisors. I thought I was coming into a good company and I almost gave them three months but this company need loads of help. Corporate need to come in and not only reevaluate the whole restaurant but also Re-train-the bartenders! I came into this job with a open mind and have always been really nice until, I get told I don’t need you here go be over there. The bartenders are way to worried about themselves and not making the guest happy. I was told when I started that we are suppose to work as a team. Not one day did I ever feel like I was part of a team! I have received nothing but disrespect and no good training. I would never talk to a new employees the way they talk to me. Chelsea is suppose to set the example instead I get told I can do it. In a very bad tone. I talk to people with respect and I would think other people should do the same but nope! If your looking for a job I wouldn’t even bother. Like I said I got nothing but disrespect and told to move out of the way instead of being taught. Hopefully corporate steps in cause this place needs it.

3 stars, because the service and weight staff were excellent. Very friendly and very on the ball. But of the three of us in my party that night none of us finished our food. Mediocre at best. Great for social gatherings and if you like sports. I do not. So the loud, busy atmosphere and mediocre food make this a place i probably wont go to again

1. I have a huge list of food allergies and these guys bend over backwards to make sure I'm safe and happy. 2. It's one of only two Balzing Onions that I'll even consider going to. 3. We ONLY go when Biz is working. We went to surprise her once and she wasn't there. We stayed, but I worry that we made the poor kid feel bad for not being her. What can I say, she and Rudy work really well together and know how to please. 4. By far one of the best Date Night spots I've ever been to. We always sit in the bar and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We Love You Guys!

First off I was expecting to come in and be seated and served. Instead I got overwheled with the confusing menu above the counter.For appetizers we ordered the onion petals and boneless teriyaki chicken wings.The onion petals were good and served hot before our dinner.However, the boneless chicken wings came out with our dinner, not the other appetizers and they were cold. The milkshakes were good, but took a very long time to be made. I had sliders and fries. Did not like the sliders. The fries were good. If I do go back, I'll sit in the bar where full service is offered.

Full service bar with HH from 2pm to 6pm. Some great craftbeer on tap. The $5 wedge was delicious and satisfying. The beer was icy cold and the service attentive and friendly. I will gladly come back.

food is decent with a reasonable selection. sat at table in the bar Service on the other hand is terrible. Been there twice in the last two weeks and both times service was very poor. Order was incorrect and waitress knew it but still put it on the table. Rather than stand around talking they could at least swing by the table and refill your ice tea or check to see if everything is OK. This chain will soon go the way of Red Robin and start closing restaurants.

Heavy handed in all the wrong places is the TL;DR version. Prices were a bit high, but, the burgers do come with a healthy side of fries. But they charged for all sides of sauce that weren't ketchup or mustard. Both burgers we ordered were overdone. The namesake burger, Blazing Onion Burger, had half an inch of soft, wet onions on top - waaay too many. The texture was off and the flavor was overwhelming and had to stomach. The parmesan garlic fries had more garlic that fry with them. They were nearly inedible from the intense garlicness. The young ladies on the wait staff were all very pleasant, although, I do agree with other reviews that say they are not very attentive when you sit outside. Overall, not the worst burger I've had in my life, but I will not be back again.

My husband got the California and loved it, unfortunately due to my pregnancy the consistency made me nauseous I couldn’t eat the pulled pork mac that I have previously loved. They were able to refund me and get some fries to help settle my stomach. Super grateful!

This is an edited review. Eating in the bar is a completely different experience than eating in the dining room. I like eating the bar and have no complaints. Yesterday I met a friend who got there early and wanted to order an appetizer while she waited for me. The problem is you have to stand in line at the front counter to order your meal leaving no room to order an appetizer and then have your meal when your guest arrives. When I got there she already had her appetizer and burger. I waited in the line behind a mother with three small children who had to have the menu explained to each of them individually. I finally ordered and sat down They immediately brought the dessert . The waitress was appalled that I wanted the dessert served AFTER the dinner. It's a terrible place to meet somebody you must all get there at the same time order at the same time and sit down at the same time. The concept of having appetizer dinner and dessert is completely lost on them. Even though there is no service, a tip is expected I don't understand why. The food is good and the service in the bar is good that's where it all ends. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by having you stand in line and order before you sit down. It seems they are shooting themselves in the foot by taking away the opportunity to sell more items per ticket. Who severs dessert before dinner to a 5 year old?? Just weird.

Very wimpy serving and flavors were average if that. Hamburger patty was skinny. They charged us 45. For 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks. One was a caramel milkshake with no caramel or very little and the other was dr pepper with no fizz. The atmosphere is nice.

It was a good place the food came extremely quickly but I would only go there if i am willing to eat all of it. I ordered the American cheese burger and it fell apart due to its massive size and also because if the amount of fries. All together it was an average place any person would go to if they were starving. My only request is to make the food so people could eat it without making a Huge mess!

I liked the food, very loud not even medium noise level. Eating in there's self seating in bar, comfortable great wedge salad. Disapointed in the deep fried artichoke hearts and zucchini $1 a piece not worth that price. Great mixed drink, very pleasant servers. So overall 4 star. I may go back again pretty good

At first glance, it looked really nice. After we sat down, we started noticing things. The seats were broken, the springs were hanging out, the menus and tables were visibly filthy. Our food arrived (finally) and again, it LOOKED pretty palatable... It was not. The burger tasted of nothing. The tomatoes and pickles were on the bottom, so the bottom bun was disintegrating and soggy. There fries had no flavor whatsoever, and were slimy and chewy (seriously, only one fry had any crispness at all). The dipping sauces were equally disappointing. The mac and cheese was equally bland and rubbery. Signs said "for service, place this at the end of the table and we will be there in 30 to 60 seconds"... We did. And we waited. After 15 minutes, I was bored, so I walked over to the counter and got one. In short, I am not impressed.
