Well, I was feeling like some Korean food so I ordered from BiBiMix. They were offering 25 % off for first orders. And I ended up with mixed results. I ordered the Korean Spicy Bowl and a side order of rice. The order was kind of early if you take into account they changed the time of ETA to a later time. The (Gubhub) driver kind of forced me to meet him in the parking lot because he didn't seem to want to leave the lot and, while not rude, wasn't really polite either. Oh, and the Spicy Bowl wasn't Spicy. If it wasn't for the discount I would be giving them two stars only. Even taking into account that the driver wasn't their's I was still not impressed by the food.

I ordered from here tonight and unfortunately it will be the last time. I only received half my order, ordered again (as I was told to by the restaurant), and never received my food that I have now paid for twice. When I called back for the second time the restaurant gave me a fake number of a driver to call, who obviously didn't answer the phone. As for the part of my order that I received, the sauces were wrong. It is currently 9:41 and the order was placed a little past 7pm. This is NOT the place to order Asian food in Arlington.

YUM!! The service and food are both Wonderful! I got almost all of the veggies in my bowl, they are so fresh and delicious. The sauces, especially the Gochujang, are so good. The portions are large and everything tastes amazing. So happy that they're in the neighborhood, I'll be coming back here often!

Fresh ingredients, great variety of options for all (vegan, vegetarian, low carb, omnivores, etc), decent sized portions! Takes a little time to cook the protein so there will be a tiny wait between ordering and recieving your food but it's well worth it! Ample sauce options to choose from and the ambiance of the place is nice to sit in and eat also.

This was absolutely delicious. I had the kimchi stew, with a (massive) side of rice, spinach, kimchi, cucumber, and an egg. They have all kinds of sauces to try. I'm always a fan of gochujang, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Wasabi cucumber sauce. I will definitely be back!

For me, eating and enjoying food is about the old memories a dish invokes and the new memories it creates (similar to the food critic in Ratatouille) and BiBiMix nails this, for me, 100%. Not only is the food delicious but the atmosphere is so bright (even on a a cloudy day), chill, and homey. I cannot wait to try more from their menu even though I could spend every day just eating their rice and noodles topped with their yum-yum and spicy sauces.

Very much enjoyed the food combo. Very clean and proper place for a quick lunch or bite. I am not sure whether was the lick of the draw, but they used new kimchi which I find easier to digest because it is not as fermented. The service was fast! Staff are very professional and customer oriented.

Korean fusion create your own bowl restaurant where they cook the protein as you order so everything is moist and juicy and not old and overcooked. Great food with comparable DC DIY bowl prices.

Delicious fresh food! we tried BiBiMix for the first time this past Saturday. We order the bowl with noodles and one type of protein, my husband had beef and I had tofu. The noodles are delicious, and you can choose from more than 20 different vegetables for toppings. Every ingredient was fresh and with great flavor. I loved their teriyaki sauce. We are definitely coming back!

This was the best Bibimbap I've had since eating it in Korea. Do yourself a favor and order the hot stone bowl. It's worth every penny and every minute of extra waiting time for a properly prepared authentic Korean meal. Do not hesitate - eat here now.

This is a good deal. I like the fried chicken options, which I have never finished because the proportions are so big. And I like the bowl options because they are a good mix of options. I would highly suggest this as a lunch place to add to the rotation in Courthouse.

Best bibim bowl I ever had and I have worked In Korean restaurants for years. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I can talk about it forever but to sum it up I ate it all right on the side of the street once I took a bite to sample my bowl in no more than 5 mins. It didn’t make it home so here I am with no dinner tonight because it’s all gone thanks to u guys

Great modern American twist on Korean Fried Chicken. Though a limited menu, they offer go healthy options like bowls. Though they have seating, I see this mostly as a take out place (admittedly, I live close by). They also have a diversity of sauces so your pallette has a lot of choices.

I really like BiBiMix. Their popcorn chicken is so delicious and juicy! I really enjoy their Bibimbap as I can select what I want and they are so patient when I select things. I love i can get a delicious veggie and chicken mix for $10! There is seating for about 20 inside.

It's alright. The chicken and overall ingredients aren't the best and even though you get bowls with your different food choices it doesn't strike you as Korean. Things such as bulgogi aren't here sadly. Gotta go to annandale for the Korean food. Also the wait times are a little much.

Delicious food, very friendly staff. I followed her recommendation and it was great. If you want to try Korean food don't hesitate, visit them, you won't regret it. No doubt about about it. In case you wanna try to build your own bowl there are many options to choose from.

Pretty good - food was obviously well made and tasty, but light on flavor. If you like it extra saucy, be sure to ask for that specifically. Also, order the banana rolls. Trust me on this one.

Great food at a great price! My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on a Friday. It wasn't too busy and we were in the front of the line to order right away. It's kind of like Chipotle in that there are a couple of different base (salad, rice, noodles) and meat options and you work down the line asking for vegetables to be added. The meat is actually cooked when you order it so that was nice. We both got salads and I got the normal chicken and he got the spicy chicken. There are four different sauces you can add to your bowl. We both had yum yum sauce and then I had some of the green sauce as well, delicious! Overall, what a nice quick little lunch place! Will definitely be coming back here and would definitely recommend!

I have an allergy to shrimp and I was initially worried about eating here since they cook all the meat in the same fryers and cooktop. When I mentioned it, they offered to cook it in a separate pan for me, and then on top of that they gave us a 20% discount for the “long wait” (maybe 10 minutes?). As I sit eating the food, there’s no doubt I’ll be going back many times.

I love Korean foods but didn’t find a really good one yet in the DC area! This place is okay but the price for being ok is a bit high. It’s very clean inside, looks like a brand new place with Korean owner I believe! I ordered my favorite food which is Hot Stone Bibimbap with steak but you barely see the steak and the value was $17! It came with the little plate of kimchi and a little cup of miso soap! Normally, when I go to real Korean places they offer more sides with half of this price for lunch special! I think it was good for just a visit once in a while when you have cravings but not for every week or more!

Mimicking the Chipotle layout of ingredients (Protein, base, toppings, sauces), BibiMix took putting it all together to another level. When asked by my co-worker if I liked Korean food (OF COURSE!) I was excited to hear of a new place...not excited when I saw it was BibiMix because I was told their portions were more like rations...ERR (BUZZER SOUNDING)...not my experience! As I combed the menu I was schooled by my coworker Michael who expained ordering, flavors, condiments, etc. I basically had a pro with me! Needless to say, I ordered the wings (9) with a side of fries. They come packaged together, so if you don't want your sauce on your fries/side, ask for them to be packaged separately. The wings were great (definitely meaty) and the sauce on the fries was amazing. The condiments were a great addition, and the store had a nice presentation with plenty of seating. Great beverage selection and some tasty desserts. I have surely added BibiMix to my list of the food spots to eat at while in the area.

This place has amazing food! My husband got the steak and rice in his bowl and I got tofu and noodles. We both loved everything. There were so many different vegetables and toppings, it was fun to customize and create our own dishes. You can pick your own sauces too. I recommend trying the cucumber wasabi, it was delicious! Everything here was super fresh, all staff were nice, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable.

This food was extremely fresh and amazingly satisfying! It’s sort of like an “Asian Chipotle”. The dining area was nicely set up. I feel so refreshed and not sluggish after eating my food. All the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The chicken was very tasteful. This is definitely my NEW go to spot! I highly RECOMMEND this place for your lunch break, your family dinner, and even left overs... it’s a great experience, you should definitely come and enjoy it !

Outstanding bibimbop bowls made to order. All proteins are cooked fresh and the selection of veggie toppings is extensive. The pork cutlet is a great choice, along with the spicy chicken and/or tofu. The sauces add a nice touch, particularly the yum-yum sauce.

They messed up our side order. We already had plenty of rice so we wanted a side of fries. They said we had to pay and we had already tipped them $8 in the tip jar. We ordered to bowls and an order of wings. Not the best customer service but food was decent but not enough for me to go back.

I definitely recommend the bowl, the katsu and cake not so much. They were so generous with the vegetable selection that I basically had enough fresh veggies for 2.5 meals. Shrimp and tofu were well seasoned (maybe a tad too much), and there's tons of sauces to choose from. A great place to go if you're looking for a hefty and healthy meal.

Sooooo good! This is my go to I-dont-know-what-to-eat place to quickly get a hot and delish Asian bite. Customize bowls, pick from the selected ones, dumplings that are fried and amazing, kimchi, other delish koren yum. So easy to have a heathly veg or balanced meal. The Tom yum sauce is crack, I'll be back within a week!
