This place provides good service quickly. Compared to may of the other places on H St., it is about a $1 cheaper per item. It is one of the few bbq places that my vegetarian fiancee who does not like spicy food can eat.

Stopped by on Wednesday 2/13, usually the service is great. The guy that took my order this particular day was extremely rude to me when I brought to his attention that something was left off of my order. While trying to resolve the issue with my order, he asked me if I , “ wanted it or not”. I ultimately addressed his attitude as well because you don’t treat customers that way. Will not go back if he’s working .

Very good quality bulgolgi bowls. I’ve been several times and have noticed some inconsistencies with food prep (sometimes seafood pancakes are awesome, other times they are runny and undercooked) A bit more care & consistency in food prep and this place will go far.

Sometimes you just want good simple food. The rice bowl I had really hit the spot. A wonderful blend of flavors with just enough heat to make it interesting. Staff was very friendly. Nice place!

Clean and friendly place but the food is extremely over priced for the bowl of greasy kimchi rice and just a few pieces of bulgogi beef. Not much flavor.

I tried “fusion” food for the first time and must say, it was not good. I had the beef bulgogi bowl with egg. At least to me, the dish was trying to be too many things at once. The saving grace was the (tiny amount) kimchi. I chose southwest veggies which included avocado. That was interesting though. I could not really taste much Korean in the dish even though it had some traditional Korean ingredients.

There kimchi fried rice is to die for!!! And reasonably priced and authentic Koreans own the restaurant I wish they were for a little more kimchi in the fried rice but you got to try it.

After going to a slightly disappointing at best Korean fast casual spot in the city, my Monday night dinner buddy and I had low expectations for BAB Korean Fusion, but we were pleasantly surprised. Here's why: 1) The service: The man at the cashier was super friendly and very helpful. He gave us recommendations and even brought our food to our table. 2) The food: I ordered bulgogi, white rice, and Southeast veggies and it was perfect. It comes with a friend egg, an avocado, and a lime to squeeze on your rice. It's the perfect amount leaving you content. 3) The atmosphere: There's plenty of wall and window seating and a fun chalk board across the wall seating. 4) The quirks: They sell a variety of other fun goods from Korea like banana chips, barley tea, and small yogurt drinks. If you need a quality fast casual spot on H Street, consider BAB Korean Fusion!

Love this place after a long night. Usually just grab a ramen with added veggies and a barley tea (great for hangovers). If you call ahead you can shorten the wait time (which I would suggest - if you order at the counter it can take a bit). They are also on grub hub and uberEATS so that's an option too - hope they keep changing up their menu as it keeps the place fresh in my mind for trying new things.

I wanted to like this place more. I got the tofu with "backyard" veggies. Not a bad bowl of food, but very generic. The Korean food trucks in DC are much better. The one stand out? Their house made "kocwchung" sauce. Gives sriracha a run for its money.

The food is delicious and it's a nice place to sit an eat for a small group or couple. However, the food took forever to be prepared and they completely forgot about one of the orders in my party so we had to wait even longer, which was really frustrating. I was happy to see that the staff was using sign language to communicate with deaf patrons. Go inclusivity!
