Food was good. Waiter was told no peppers and onions on pizza. Showed up with pepper. One of our group can't eat peppers. He should have told us that all the veggies were roasted together. Also, the small pizza (9 pieces) was too small- 4 of the pieces were only 1"x2" - maybe. We had to order a second due to size and peppers. Manager came and apologized, but didn't offer and discounts.

OMG I totally loved this place! Got the meat market pizza and can't get enough. Wow! The combination appetizer.... remarkable! Meatballs, cheese sticks and guacamole all were fabulous! Well done! See you in 2 wks for the lobster sirloin!!

This Uno's went above and beyond. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. When I arrived, the hostess came out and told me that my order was given to someone else by mistake and the restaurant was hurrying to make my order again and because I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes, the manager would do something about it. To make a long story short, mistakes will happen and the manager and hostess made sure I was taken care of even though I assured them I had no problems waiting! Kudos to the manager this evening and the hostess! I will be coming back:) what they did was EXCELLENT customer service!!

This place use to have service!! I was sitting here 5 mins waiting to see server to get a refill. When I noticed server at bar filling her friends drink and showing each other there phones. The appetizer show up 45 mins into meal. Minute later food showed up. Good job on failing on so many issues. Also table had a red mark couldn't tell if blood or make up.

Slow!!!! We had to ask for a server. There were employees standing around playing with their hair. Once we got a server she was very nice but disappearrd.disappeared. The food was okay but we've had better at other locations. The place was empty but there were several tables with dirty dishes sitting waiting to be cleared. I'm not sure I will go back k to this location again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Whether it is the lack of cleanliness of the tables or the lack of cleanliness of the silverware or wine glasses, it is incomprehensible as to the disregard of cleanliness. The management is poor. It is clear that Unos is understaffed at the bar and in the kitchen. It took 25 minutes to just get appetizers. I used to eat here weekly with my family. I took a hiatus for six months due to the decline in service and cleanliness. I came back today to discover that things were worse. Totally disgusting. The gnats at the bar are a dead giveaway regarding cleanliness. My wine glass still showed signs of another customer's lips!! I sent it back and asked for a newly cleaned glass. And, the staff had a laxidasical attitude about the dirty glass. I took pictures to send to corporate. But, I give up. Until Unos remodels and finds better management, I will not patronize this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff is nice, but poorly trained and managed.

Never had a deep dish pizza before but i didn't regret going all the way out of my way to go get one. It was great. Me and my friends came really late but it was fine because they stay open late. They have a pretty good selection of pizzas to choose from. They're pretty big though. I wasn't able to eat all of mine in one sitting.

I paid with my card and didnt get a ticket she brought it back 15 dollars higher then what it should have been I said not my bill but had been charged then I told her this was BS I want to talke to manger he may and was I dont like how you talked to her I said get me my f bill and I will pay it he saide I dont like your attitude I said give me my bill all while my server washed dishes in front of me worst service ever. Finally got the right bill. And when I left food was cold. Lol I will see if my chargers are returned tomorrow. We will see if not they will here from me. Don't redeem. Cant give a zero.

Service was extremely slow and the restaurant was almost empty with only a few tables. The waiter got us a sampler of three different beers, but when we asked for a glass of the one we liked, they got it wrong twice! And by the time they brought the second (wrong glass of beer) we were done with our meal. The food was so-so... we ordered the Cobb Salad and the Honey Crisp Chicken Salad for us and the kids got Mac and Cheese and Pizza. My sons pizza looked like it was something out of a microwave box and had about as much taste... and the Mac and Cheese is Kraft... Not worth the $55 dollars not including tip for the meal, we won't be going back.

Excellent pizza, a little pricy, but the amount of toppings and size of pizza justified the price. Their thin crust is not as thin enough for me to consider it a true thin pizza, but they claim to be the original pan pizza so... It only makes sense their thin wouldn't be as thin as a cracker. Servers are excellent. Appetizers are well priced and delicious (wings, mozzarella sticks, and chips/salsa/guacamole). We will be back.

Yesterday I went for the first time and it was the worst service experience I have had. since we entered. We then waited over 30 minutes for them to take our order and the restaurant was empty. the food was delicious! but the service is horrible. the waiter never returned to our table until I stopped him to order something else, then instead of taking the order, he brought us the receipt. so we prefer to pay the bill and leave without ordering. My husband and I visited restaurants at least 3 to 4 times a week and we had never had such a terrible service.

We were greeted as we walked in the door, promptly seated, and ordered. My entree was fine, but my husband’s “medium” steak resembled a charcoal briquette. We didn’t complain, since he ended up eating half of it, but I don’t know how the kitchen sent it out looking like that. It would have been overcooked even if it was supposed to be well done.

The food is good! The service is a hit or miss. We use to go all the time. Its one place we can take our dog and eat on the patio but recently people are smoking outside in the unopen area. Ruined are whole dinner. The smoke was going directly towards my little girl and I. So we won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Waitress was very nice and food was good. Drinks were delivered quickly and in clean dishware. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because of the environment. It seems that the standards of the place are decent but there's kids climbing on the brick wall separator and many families were loud and distracting from our conversation. We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we entered. Our waiter (I believe his name is Fabian forgive me if I am wrong) was very pleasant and attentive. I could really tell he wanted our experience to be as pleasant as possible. I ordered the Haddock and lobster Florentine with broccoli and cauliflower smash. The cauliflower smash was very flavorful. The Florentine was very oily/ greasy which also got all over the broccoli. The oil/grease puddled on the plate made the meal unpleasant. There were also a lot of gnats/fruit flies that harrassed us throughout our entire meal.

Ordered a small cheese deep dish for me and my little guy and it took forever for them to make. Pizza was good, but it doesn't seem like they want you to take out. I kind of felt like maybe I was doing something I wasn't supposed to be doing. Maybe they want you to sit in here and eat there? Seems clean, would try again but probably dine-in instead of take out.

Went in for a quick lunch over the weekend. Josh our bartender was doing his best to juggle tables, bar guests and the service bar. Food was good & he helped us adjust an order for my friends restricted diet. I ordered a red sangria but found it far too sweet for my tastes. He was nice enough to explain the recipe he followed & illustrated how it’s made mostly with Monin syrups, a sweet red wine & fruit juice. So it’s nothing but sugar. He wasn’t sure he could get the drink taken off of the tab, went ahead & dumped it out & let us know he would track down the manager to see about convincing them to remove it from our check since we didn’t drink it. Poor Josh was so overwhelmed, I hope they start to schedule someone with him so he has the help he needs. He was such a sweetheart!

First time we tried Uno Pizza was in Deep Creek MD, not enough of these places around the pizza is excellent !! The best around the service is fast and the staff is super friendly. Someone needs to open up a few more Uno Pizzerias one or two visits a year just isnt enough..I would recommend thos place to anyone.

The price is a little high but you get what you pay for. The staff were very friendly and made sure our table was well taken care of. I have a food allergy and the staff was quick to help me with my issue even when it was my fault by not telling them of the allergy they insisted on fixing my order over and took away my pizza even though I was willing to risk it and pick off what I was allergic to. I would recommend this place.

I used to really enjoy Uno as before the service was good along with the food. However the past two times I've gone here things have been less than stellar. First the person who seated us automatically took us to a table at the bar area and did not bother asking if we wanted to wait for a normal table to open up. Following this the server would go lengths without bothering to check on us after taking our order and had to have a different server get me a refill for my drink. Food was the saving grace for the night but took a good while to the point my grandmother had our server bring the manager so she could talk to her directly. This and the time before really soured my view of this place. Hope they shape up fast, will not be excited about coming back until they do.

Our waiter Blake was training a new person, Gabrielle. Both were competent and friendly. This was my first Uno pizza visit. We ordered the bacon cheddar pizza and it was done to perfection with a very tasty crust. The side salads were reasonably priced and complemented our meal. They cut the pizza in a weird yet wonderful smaller pieces. I loved it.

Great location right outside the Bull Run battlefield. We had our dog with us and they had outdoor seating which was perfect bc they let us sit under the patio with him. Server was great & even brought out a bowl for doggie water. Good spot for lunch if you're out exploring Manassas.

Front Hostess and Management in need of training. Saturday evening at 5:40 Pm , 5:51 before we could get our name on the waiting list. 6:28 before we got our seats. But 18 open table and clean tables this whole time. Would let anyone sit in the bar area. Food was pretty good and and table service was outstanding. We stop here 2-3 a year.

Maurice our server (we sat in the bar area) was great! We told him we had never been there before and he made a few menu suggestions. He was bartender that night as well so, we were impressed by how attentive he was although he was serving about 20 people at the same time. Drinks and appetizers were half off since it was happy hour, which was a nice surprise! (3-7) The pizza was great, appetizer sampler was on point, and the place was clean. I will definitely be returning!

I love Unos which is why I gave 2 stars. I usually go in Fairfax. This Unos lacked decent service and basic cleanliness, and was infested by ants that crawled all over our table. There is also a horrible sewage smell.

We've been twice and the pizza and pasta there are great! My husband wasn't impressed with the ribs and wings the last time though. But since it is a pizza place the pizza was delicious and the crust was crispy with just the right bite!

I go there mostly for their awesome Gluten Free pizza. It is the only GF pizza I have had in the 13 years I have been eating GF that has an actual rising crust. They also have a large variety of Italian dishes, which are very tasty, and come in large portions. The staff was attentive, but not intrusive.

Ok...I'll admit to liking the classic deep dish pizza. I traveled fm DC to Chicago looking for the best they could serve. I found the creator of the crust at one place. The creator of the sauce at another. Nothing even close to Unos classic deep dish. My Reston Va spot was closed years ago but there is one in Manassas, just off 66. The individual deep dish is perfect, but Unos Corp keeps trying to change up the menu to "keep up with the times!" I saw a pic of their new thin crust vegetable pizza on their computer screen and asked Kim to bring me their new thin crust vege. It took 3(THREE) attempts to get it right before I gave up and asked for my usual deep dish "to go!" The crusts and underside of each attempt was white and raw. Either their ovens are not calibrated correctly or the kitchen staff is putting way too much content on the pizza, making it impossible to bake the crust. My point to you is...stick to the original recipes on their menu until new menu entrees are perfected. Good luck!

You can't go wrong with an individual deep dish cheese & tomato pizza, but everything they have is delicious so don't be afraid to try something new! There have been a few times where I've gone early in the day and my soda was flat (likely just from them leaving the icebox empty at the soda machine, I've worked in several restaurants) but if you're going before say, 1pm, just sub out a soda for one of their delicious teas or cocktails instead.

Been there twice with my sister and while the pizza quality is good I feel as if the service is lackluster in comparison. With both experiences the food simply took to long to get to the table, I doubt it was an issue with the serving staff but more likely an issue with the chefs but it's hard to say if your not behind the scenes. Regardless for pizza It shouldn't take over 30 mins for an order to arrive and is the main reason I've been hesitant to visit a third time due to my impatience. Although if your a fairly patient person I'd say to give there deep dish pizza a chance because the quality of food is very good

Great food, poor management. They let a drunk man cuss out a woman and it got really ugly. The loser man was a vet that had to pick a fight with a lady. The Uno staff didn't do anything. I have it on tape. They served me luke warm meatballs. They brought me more but they don't temp their food for internal temp to make sure its suitable. Great effort but came up short all around.

Our waitress was amazing!! Food was really good. The only real complaint would 've that the prices are a little high, but the food is worth it. They also run really great specials!

I took my 13 yr old son and 10 of his buddies to Unos in Manassas last Sat. night and we had such a great experience with our waiter, Fabbian, and the manager, Cierra. I had stopped by earlier in the week to talk to a manager about bringing my crowd and Cierra was so helpful and accommodating. We had several kids and a few parents with gluten and dairy allergies; Cierra said they had great gf crust (she was right!) and that they take special precautions in their preparation to make sure it doesn't get contaminated. Then she offered to order dairy free cheese for us! That was such a hit for the three of us with dairy allergies. But most of all, my parents and I were just super impressed with the service and attention given to us. We were there from 6:30-8:30 on a busy Saturday night and yet both Fabbian and Cierra checked on us frequently and made sure everything was just right. They were the finest example of great customer service. I don't live particularly close to this restaurant, but I will surely be back!

Service was a bit slow, not sure why I sat down at 2pm after the lunch rush. Food was ok.
