I really like this restaurant. My family and I go here quite often. This is one of the few Silver Diners that get you in pretty quickly. My only gripe would be that our order wasn't written down on our previous visit and several ordered items did not come until the end of the meal. I still love this place and would absolutely recommend them!

Visited here with my family some time ago so the following review is likely outdated. Now, I love the Silver Diner but when visiting this one I felt it was a little off. The waiting staff did not seem to have the high energy you get from most Silver Diners. And the atmosphere was lacking. And the food came across as okay. Just okay. So just had to take away one star.

What a fun diner! It has been recommended to me on several occasions. I should have listened sooner as this was legit! We went for brunch on a Sunday and although they were packed the line for a table went quick. Less than a 10 minute wait. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. Great all day breakfast. We will visit again.

Sat at the booth for 20 minutes and was only served coffee (which tasted strange). People to my left and right got their orders in but despite the number of waiters, nobody seemed interested so I left. Normally I visit once every few months but next time I'll just stay at home.

Great place for a variety of choices. The crab corn chowder was delicious! The chicken pot pie was hardy and tasty. The stir fry was generous and flavorful. And the meatball gyro was very good. But most importantly, you must leave room for a milk shake! They are exceptional! Good prices. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Definitely worth checking out!

In my head I think of diner good being greasy and not so good..... Maybe from a bad experience once involving to much adult beverages. Not this diner though!! The food was excellent and very classy! I had the eggs benedict (would highly recommend) while my mother in law had the cod. Her fish was cooked perfectly! She ate it all..... which says a lot because she is a very picky eater. We also had the s'mores milkshake. Yummo! Definitely give this diner a try! I'll bet you'll find something!

This one Waitress was so silly she had us laughing and was very attentive. I immediately got on my phone and was looking for another silver diner near us. What a great place!

Went to Silver Diner yesterday for a wholesome meal, didn't get it, nor did we get good service. The food has gone down. Our server was Zach, who started out ok, but slowly went down hill. I ordered the brussel sprouts, Organic Bison burger and FF, with a side of gravy. Everything was terrible. Brussels sprouts were overcooked along with the burger. It appeared be a frozen burger, which they should state on the menu. When we asked for the check, Zach brought it over. I put my CC on the table with the check, he ignored it and commenced to take another table's order. Which took awhile. When he finally took the CC, he came back and just laid the receipt on the table, no thanks. have a good evening or anything. Terrible experience at a once decent place, but no longer.

Came here early on a Sunday to avoid the rush from brunch and we were seated right away which was nice. Been meaning to go to this place for awhile because I have heard great things about this restaurant, but from the time we were seated to the time we were asked what we wanted to drink was 10 minutes, it then took another 15 minutes for our waitress to get out drinks. Now I can understand if the place was busy but we came early, so that we didn't have to wait as long for service. It took almost an hour to get our food as well, so the service was definitely lacking. I will say that the food was excellent and on point and there is a wide variety of healthy choices as well as your typical breakfast foods on the menu, so no disappointment there, however because of the service I will not come back to this location. Hopefully we have better luck at another location.

We had lunch here with friends last month and again today. The food is good and the menu choices are nice. They include vegetarian and gluten-free options plus delicious milkshakes! The service is pretty good too...our waitress last month was awesome and even shared her home-made brownies with us! That was really going above & beyond but in general the servers are good anyway.

Menu looked great. Lots of gluten free options. Would try again. The place is a no kidding diner, complete with little table juke box. I had the cod with grilled tomatoes and asparagus served over quinoa with pomegranate. It was good. My husband had a hash dish. It was good too. The breakfast options looked great. Lots of dessert and milk shake options for those with a sweet tooth. Will go back at a breakfast time. They do serve breakfast all day, just wasn’t in the mood. The burgers that went by looked yummy too. Give it a try. Service was good.

This place was an Uber fancy diner, something I wasn’t quite expecting. I wanted more the traditional American diner faire and what they offered was quinoa and salmon for kids. The food was delicious with many options for those vegans. Service was great. I did get a BLT, the closest thing to a diner BLT I could’ve ordered. It was a nice experience.

I absolutely and completely miss my Hummus Platter, Black Bean side, more carrots and celery sticks for the wing platters. Very over priced and the smallest eggs I've ever seen. The never get orders right the first time. Eggs Benedict are supposed to be poached, but they fry the eggs and when covered with hollandaise they hope you won't notice the eggs aren't poached. Not recommended at all.

My kids love this place. That's probably the biggest reason I give it 4 stars instead of 3. The great variety and general quality of the food also helps the rating. Another bonus: the manager was super friendly and professional, and he quickly fixed things when my wife discovered her burger was very undercooked.

It was good! Twon was an amazing server and out food and drinks got to us in a good amount of time and it was delicious. I had the Just Egg Benedict and my friend had regular egg Benedict. It gets busy late night and breakfast on the weekends. the staff is always so nice and ready to help you this place is really wonderful you need to get going and stopping soon because silver diner in Springfield as all of your restaurant delicious fresh food. they even have these little jukebox on the tables that play old-timey songs if you want which is a really neat thing. the diner is retro style and brings a little nostalgia middle America back to all of us, thanks silver diner!

If you haven't been to a Silver Diner in a few years do yourself a favor and go check it out. Heathy, fresh, delicious food at reasonable prices. And they still have all the "regular" diner foods. It's surprisingly awesome. I also appreciate the fact that they hire local kids. We're losing that these days.

I'm giving a 4 star due to a couple issues...late meal and loud atmosphere particularly from the family of 6 sitting behind us. As for food...my wife had the Cauliflower Sandwich and it was great! My Turkey Burger with all the fixings was very good, as were the sweet potato fries. My daughter's meal was free because it didn't arrive until we were almost finished eating. Glad to see Silver Diner recognized this and took my daughter's meal off our bill. My daughter also had an Oreo Shake, which she loved! For dessert, we shared Apple Pie with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. It, too, was delicious! I hope your experience is as tasty, but without the little problems we had.

There was no wait time when I went at 5PM on a Sunday. I was quickly escorted to a booth. The waitress was very kind. This place has a really nice, friendly environment. It's the kind of place where everyone knows everyone. I ordered the Belgian waffle and the waitress was great in offering non-mean options for my side, as I dont eat meat. My partner and I both ate for a total of $23. Not bad!
