Hidden gem in Arlington. Nice, cozy, small place. We bought a groupon for it and didn’t regret it! Food was amazing. We had this lady server- she was great! Thank you so much if you can see this review. She did a great job and was really nice and polite! Good place. Will be back again

We just came back for a second trip. I had silpancho with was a thin breaded meat. very good. My BF had lomosaltado. He liked the spice. We didn't get plantain chips this time. We liked the plantain chips they brought out instead of corn chips. We got the traditional meat and potato dish. It was good but too much potato for my preference.

Diego Chojkier

Disappointing food, terrible drinks. Service was friendly. Looks like fun from the street, but you're better off at any number of nearby restaurants.

Maynor Bernal

What a great find. This is one of those hidden gems in Arlington. I came here the other day close to closing time and the staff was very welcoming. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the front, but there is a large back area with tables and booths. The water is interesting, it is infused with jalapeno so it is a little hot. At least I think it was jalapeno, it could have been another hot spice. The staff was friendly and helpful with food selections. I had the silpancho and loved it. The dish came with rice, potatoes, meat, eggs, onion, tomatoes and hot sauce. It was so good. There is regular beef, pork, chicken or lamb silpancho. It was delicious and I will come back again for this dish. It was my first time having Bolivian food and was very pleased with my experience. The food portion was huge, so if you wish to split a meal the dishes here will have both people full.

My wife and I really love this place! It's a bit off the beaten path, but the steaks, chorizo, yucca, and plantains are delicious! Order the Planchita - it gives you great variety and works perfectly for two people. We also love trying the juices that rotate frequently - they have had blueberry, peach, lime, and passion fruit - you can get a pitcher for $7, and it's more than you'll need. They also have good happy hour deals - we haven't used them yet but the earlier you get there, the cheaper the wine, beer, and selected rail.

Nicol Settle

It was ok. Didnt have half the stuff we wanted to order and the staff was pretty unprofessional from the start. Kept waiting for long periods of times between ordering and eating. Would not recommend.

Aníbal Nicolás Saldías

As a fan of food from the Andean region, this restaurant is a great option. It really caters to meat lovers and has a lot of Argentine influences (asados, chorípan, milanesas). The portions are also very generous. Staff is also very inviting. Strong recommendation.

JOSE GONZALES

First time visiting this place toda, it's was recommended by a friend. The food was delicious and customer service is great.

P Paroline

Great food! Service was terrific!

ANA PEREZ

Never come to this place, employees were drinking alcohol with the customers (the cashier, the server and the cook) Also I paid almost $50 dollars for three meals and the portions were so small. For how much you paid it’s not worthy to get just a half a cup rice and 2 pieces of potatoes plus the meat was so greasy, for each meal per the price of $16. I will never come back to this restaurant. They shouldn’t be call this restaurant a Bolivian restaurant at all, starting with portion and so greasy so this is nothing comparing to the real Bolivian food. The food is gross and unprofessional staff

Ryan M Reynolds

Great food. Tell them you're new and they'll walk you through it all. Great staff. Will return.

Kaitlin Kitchen

Delicious food, great atmosphere, wonderful service. Hands down, SiBarita is my new favorite restaurant in Arlington, maybe even the DC metro area.

Ryan Austin McAdams

Sibarita has some of the best food I've ever tasted. The staff is friendly, the food got to me and my wife quickly and was exactly right the first time, and I enjoy the atmosphere. They serve classic Bolivian dishes with great tasting meats, plantains that I only wish I had more to eat, my new favorite picante sauce, and several different beers from South America. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

John Ehrhart

First off the waitress was very friendly and did a great job. But the food.. nothing was really wrong with it per se, but nothing was really right about it either. It may be that Bolivian food is just not very delicious. The chicken grilled plate had a hint of that propane gas taste when the grill is gas instead of charcoal or wood. The $8 guac app featured off brand tortilla chips from a bag and very salty avocado. The $16 mixed plate had a bunch of stuff but not much flavor or presentation- below average chorizo, chopped hot dogs, boiled egg, beef steak bites, fried potato wedges. Something I'd eat after a hard workout when I was 21 and cared more about protein calories than taste. The outdoor area had some charm and that coupled with the music videos from the 70s and 80s did sort of make me feel like I was at a bar in (insert developing central/South American city here).

Stanley Chan

This place is amazing. Portion sizes are huge and food is delicious. The service is impeccable. You won't regret your choice in coming here.

Ted Ehrlich

Good food, used a Groupon

Joseph Sigona

Great food, great drinks, amazing staff. The perfect spot with a great outdoor area in the summer. They treat you like family.

Mina Meawad

Terrific service and delicious food

Olga S-K

Its fun the food is great bartenders are fun

Tyler Gillies

Great little hole the wall!

Rebecca Hill

The food was absolutely amazing!! Worth the trip even when the service was poor, slow and the manager showed no empathy or customer service when we mentioned the bottle of wine we ordered took so long we got it after the meal was delivered! But still I recommend as the outside patio is beautiful and the wine list is top notch!

James R.

Friendly service and good food. Nice place to hang out with friends and have a few Margarita's.

Tony Dubose

Good Bolivian food, it was better 2 years ago, no more breath at the entry and no more drink with your lunch, that's a bummer.

Christopher Dunn

Had a great experience here and truly enjoyed all of the dishes. Their guacamole was fantastic and we got multiple Dos Equis for $2 or $3!

antonio daschke

Melissa Cecchine

Super yummy Bolivian eats in Arlington. Small joint off the beaten path on Washington Blvd but worth checking out. Start off with a mojito! For an appetizer I recommend checking out the Masaco Pupasas with plantain and beef jerky....haven't had anything like it before. The Planchita dish is recommended for 2 but could serve 3-4 if you add some appetizers. It is an amazing amount of food. My fav is the jalapeño relish/salsa that comes with the dish...wahoo hot and delish. Server was super great with recommendations since we had only had Bolivian food once. We will be sure to return.

Mike Rhode

Had a quiet Saturday brunch which was very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff made suggestions and provides samples of soup.

Ty Williamson

Good food and great drinks in the Tiki Bar.

Truly a hidden gem in North Arlington. This is by far the friendliest, most accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure of dining with. I've been a few dozen times, and I've always had a great experience. The owner and staff truly are family at this point. As an added bonus, after your meal, you may have the opportunity to play with an adorable puppy!

David Holloway

Stumbled into this little gem and was pleasently suprised. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside was very warm and relaxing. I've never had Bolivian food before and was completely lost on what to order. The waiter was very helpful, and in the end I decided to let the chef suprise me. I was very happy with what I received and the food was delicious. If your in the mind to try something new, or want to try Bolivian food, give this authentic little slice of Bolivia a try!

Levon Bagramian

Lovely outside patio. Food and drinks are good, and decently priced.

Aaron Hawkins

One of the best places I have eaten in this area. Best bang for your buck! We ordered a small meal for two people that could have easily fed four people. Fast service and friendly staff. I would recommend trying the Sangria also. Being your appetite. My only complaint is we didn't find this place sooner!

Nicholas Moyano

Awsome Bolivian food, week days lunch special are great you get soup and a meal for $10 you can't beat that.

Renato Cataldo

I read some good and bad reviews of this restaurant. I ordered the Silpanchos de Pollo. The chicken was fantastic. The rice and potatoes needed some seasoning, but the green salsa on the side was great and added a needed spice for the the rest of the meal. The meal was $13 and definitely a good value. My only major disappointed was the booth seating. It is so easy to fix the covering of these seats and they misrepresent the restaurant. To the management... Get your booths fixed and you could get five star reviews. Update.. I talked to the management and they said new booth seats are coming... Hmm.. we will see.

Alejandro García

Awesome place, nice services...

Jeff Welch

Great place! It's off the main path, but worth driving a few blocks to visit. Their menu had a ton of food that sounded great, and what we had was perfect.

I had promised to write a review on this place and now that I have time.... Its quirky and fun. The food is good. Kinda unexpected textures and flavors in some of the dishes but in no way is it bad! Awesome happy hour!

Vani R

Amazing. Wish they had more salteñas.

Elizabeth Barringer

If you like Hispanic food and have a big appetite this is the place to go. Plus customer service here is GREAT!

Christopher CP

Long time for little food. They didn’t have salteñas or sopa de mani. It was frustrating that they were drinking on the job and not focused on helping us with the food.

Ce L.

This Bolivian, place is the worst horrible ever restaurant, that u can ever being...we order trancapecho in the rice was cold and hard, plus the meat was hard , dry in greasy..we also order fricassee this soup it was so watery and was no potatoes no corn and it was just. Like. water whit plenty salt plus really greasy,we'll get some bread for the soup but the bread and was no fresh and was hard and it was horrible , the drinks mango and Peach they're horrible they're so sweet and disgusting i hope no one else make mistake going to eat here...they should close this place forever.

Travis Reed

Great, authentic Bolivian food, will be back

nathaly rivera

Had a bite of a chicken salteña, the dough was off and burnt. The inside was dry. Mocochinchi, flavor was off as if the water was dirty. Onto the entree —silpancho de carne —just awful. The taste , the smell and it came out cold. The meat felt old as though it had been pre cooked before and then put back into the freezer then re cooked again. The rice that comes with it was just as bad. The fried potato tasted off too. Wherever they’re frying the meat and potatoes seems like they’re frying everything in the same place without cleaning it.

Alfredo suaznabar

(Translated by Google) Very bad food! Sillpancho dry, very guarded, for a change I asked for lamb, but it was disgusting. This place is not recommended. And to those of the sybarite I tell you. If you do not know how to prepare Bolivian food do not go to sell what you do not know. Because the soups that my children asked for were another disgust! Pay a good original chef. Idiots! Idiotas!

Amazing hidden jewel off the beaten track in Arlington, you've driven by it a million times and have been missing out every time. GREAT STAFF AND FANTASTIC AUTHENTIC FOOD! And the prices are super reasonable in a town of overpriced "upscale" places. Stop by for a few of Latin Americas classic dishes. Your palate won't be disappointed.

neal norman

Great food, and really friendly and helpful wait staff. Good deals on beer buckets too, given prices in this area.

Michael w

Nothing fancy, simple, good, and served with a smile.

I loved this place to pieces. If you like odd little hole in the wall places with good food and Fun atmosphere then you'll like this place. The food was delicious. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Seating pleasant. Service fast.

Tabitha Malloy

So tasty!! I grew up in Bolivia and the food brought me back. It was delicious. They also had Paceña (Bolivian beer) which I didn't even know could be found stateside. I definitely recommend it and I will be coming back.

Juan Jose Argueta

Una atencion buenisima. Y un personal amable

Joaquin Valdivia

I am here right now with my girlfriend and this is amazing!!! The food and the place is really good!!! I am from Bolivia and is like to be there.... :)

Hugh Williams

Amazing restaurant with a bunch of spicy and flavorful dishes. I have no authority to say what is authentic Bolivian food, but I will say this place is delicious.

Harkirat Mann

This place is amazing! Really good food portions and quality for a respectable price!

Lucian Florian

Excelent food, big portion and very intimate restaurant. It feels like home and the waitress was very nice and welcoming. Latin music was playing in the background and the place wasn't noisy at all which we loved. It was our first time eating Bolivian and we expected something similar with Mexican but it's very different taste wise. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and tasty.

Maria Del Granado

Exelente Comida exelente Atención!!!

Byron Caldwell

This is a cozy little place with a great vibe. We didn't particularly like what we ordered, but we were trying something different. We would probably go back if in the area and get something different.

Geraldine Murcia

This place was awful! The girl brought out a guacamole with spoiled avocado that was actually black. When I showed it to her, she said "okay, I'll take it back" she didn't apologize or ask if they could make another one. Overall, the services was awful. She clearly did not want to be there and showed it. The first meal with the avocado was rotten. The second meal was okay. I would highly advise that people thinking about going here go to Texas Jack's or the Mexican restaurant to the left. This place sucks.

Reeve Garrett

Pretty good.

My wife and I decided to take a 12-hour road trip that started in PA to visit family in TN. We drove an hour out of the way to eat at Sibarita; we arrived in time for a late late lunch yesterday. It was worth going a little out of the way. Food and service and decor and cleanliness: off the charts. We sat for over 2 hours, ordering food and juices and dining away. I teased my wife - she's Boliviana - about how I've been to Bolivia 5 or 6 times and I've never had such good eats. Great little place.

Mia Hummell

I feel like I was in Key West The food was good but it did not feel like a Bolivian Restaurant

Food was delicious. Portion sizes =huge. Price=great value!!

Dave Krug

Was very good. Service is ok, but food is better.

Leah Gonzalez

Food is OK. It looks small on the outside, but its pretty big inside. The outside dining is cute. There is an outside bar. It's family owned and operated and it's noticeable. The bathrooms are extremely tiny.

Leslie Pacobahyba-Levin

Absolutely delicious food! Good sized portions. Will definitely be going back

Freddy Pena

Food no longer Bolivian , one day they started selling tortillas was very disappointed being a Bolivian restaurant. Was one of my favorite restaurants 2 years ago but since it change owners it’s not the same food is really different that before. If you really want Bolivian food don’t go to this restaurant there many in the dmv area and this one is one of the worse in my list.

ruben jerk

The food is top notch, ever want to eat some real authentic Spanish food and want to get what you paid for, this is the place for you, i ordered the "Lomo Montado" and it was cooked to perfection, the meat was very tender and the flavor was far more than what I was expecting, 10/10 would come here again.
