This place was amazing. I had the short rib grilled cheese and it was massive. The meat was tender and flavorful. I loved the pickled onions. Everyone at our table loved their food so much we went back for lunch the next day and I had the fish tacos. The fish was fresh and fried wonderfully. It came with a really yummy side salad. It’s classic food done really well and updated a little.

Not quite sure I understand the reservation system....I couldn't get a table at 5:30 but I could at 5:00. So when 5:30 arrived, the restaurant was half empty and still that way when I left at 6:00. Just a question, maybe something that can be improved you for the future. Definitely a must visit for everyone.

Decided on Burtons Grill for a date night and was surprised how much we enjoyed the total experience. First the hostess were very friendly, and our waitress was perfect. The food was very good. My wife got the classic cheeseburger and it was good but could have used a little more seasoning. I got the short ribs grilled cheese, and I can describe it in one word . . . Amazing. You have to give this place a try.

This review may be biased. I did not recieve any birthday gift on birthday, although sells my email address to the stupid reward program. The service is slow as well. Stubborn management... The assistant and the manager did not even say a single phrase Happy Birthday. So don't waste time regostering the reward program on your birthday! Food and services are good though. :-) In regards of price, the reward program should be more smart.

Burton's has long been a favorite of mine. I love the burgers there and am comfortable enough with their food quality to order them rare. The fact that I can get onion rings and straws on my Maxx burger is wonderful. Always go for the rosemary parmesan fries if you have the stomach space!

They get 2 stars because the food is not horrible, but the service is painfully slow and always has been. I stopped coming to Burtons because of the slow service 2 years. After two years, I went back to order take out. The website said my food would be ready by 1:45. I showed up at 2pm and still had to wait another 15 minutes. I am bummed because I tipped 20% online before I showed up. When I got to my office, I noticed that the fries were burnt and my sandwich was missing tomatoes! The food is usually fair, but not this time. Service still very, very slow.

One of the best meals I've ever had and the owner was incredibly friendly! This is a special gem of a restaurant with excellent menu options for the health-conscious and foodie friends. I highly recommend testing out their delicious menu options. You will not be disappointed!

The food should have been good considering how ill- priced the menu was. But ALAS!!!! t'was not meant to be. I ordered a fork and knife burger- great concept, pisspoor execution. The meat was dry, small and flavorless. The fries were cold. No condiments offered. I wasn't given a choice between plain tea or sweet tea in my Arnold Palmer, I was negligently given tea colored water and overly tart lemonade. I could just leave it at that but where's the fun in that. This place is for accomplished suit donning talking heads to show they're "humble", bah! No, no, no, no, no...... My friends I'm afraid if you don't look like a "good tip", perhaps an affluent social media influencer, the bartender is oblivious to your meek unimportant presence. I know he (the bartender) wished I had just ordered to go, I mean here I am stinking up the place with my unprofessional attire and loneliness. I ate quickly, tipped well, in spite of my forgettable meal and lack of human contact with any staff member and vowed as I smiled politely and waved a faux friendly wave, to never return again

I ordered the Super Food Salad with Grilled Salmon. Its delicious, so I asked a question about the calorie count. The server returned and said they didn't have to disclose it, legally. Really? This restaurant prides itself on focusing on nutrition and allergy needs. Why can they not disclose what the count is? Is it a really high count? For a $20+ dollar salad, I should be able to know if the SUPER Salad is a dietary pitfall.( the salad tastes wonderful, however it may NOT be SUPER GOOD for you?? Who knows? ).

One draft beer $7 and that is a small one. For $22 the food was minimal at best. Chicken looked like a leg was sticking out of it still. Not sure what part of the chicken it was. The cauliflower mixture was the most horrible tasting thing ever and it was cold. Hot chicken, cold cauliflower mix, and roasted grape tomatoes in a bed of juice of some sort. All told - totally not worth the money. I won't ever go back - expensive and not that great.

This would be a five star review, but this place made a terrible decision and took what they were famous for off the menu. Short rib grilled cheese is off the menu. Everyone I know came here specifically for that. I actually brought a group here today and everyone was going to order it. I had been talking about it all week. We went 20 miles out of the way to get it. Send me an email when you put it back on the menu. I know about fifteen people that won't be back until that sandwich is. It was literally the only thing anyone I know ever ordered here. PS. The brisket sandwich is NOT an acceptable alternative.

We have been here about 3-5 times. The food is usually good but the service is very inconsistent. I like the food there but the service is hit or miss from wait staff through reception. Yesterday, we called to see if we needed a reservation before going to dinner; since we live about 3 minutes away from restaurant. We were told that there was no wait. We got to the restaurant 5 minutes later and were told there was now a 25-30 minute wait. The reception personnel, which we had just spoken to on the phone, acted like they had no idea what we were taking about after one of them had obviously just talked to us 5 minute earlier. I really want to to there more often and enjoy the food but you never know what kind of service you will receive.

This is the best place to eat among all the different ages of our family members. Customer service is superior & the menu has lots of variety to satisfy everyone. The mixed drinks are unique & very tasty. The greens in the salads are ideally cut in small pieces, instead of big floppy pieces that can fall off your fork into your lap or onto your top, a feature I have never experienced in any other restaurant. That results in amazingly substantial, dense salads!

I just had my first experience at Burton's. I met a date their and it was his first time as well. We sat out on the patio in the shade (plenty of umbrellas for the other tables) and were able to have a discussion with out struggling to hear one another and comfortably spaced away from the other tables to be overheard or hear their discussion. We didn't eat since we had both had previous meals right before our meet and greet. But as we walked through the air conditioned restaurant, my salvia gland perked right up! The aromas from the various dishes smelled very inviting and I will (and so will he) going back to taste it for ourselves. The presentation of the food with ample proportions also called out to me. I used the ladies room before I left and it said if the restroom is clean, so is the kitchen and it was clean. A woman from the Honest Soul Yoga Studio is the one who recommended that we meet there as she said the food was great. Once I've actually sampled the food, I might upgrade to a five star, but for now a four and was very well pleased even with our patio service. I highly recommend their Chefs Whim cocktail of the day as it was a strawberry bourban cocktail that was perfect for a summer day with it's fresh basil and surprising balanced taste.. not sweet, crisp and light and enough alcohol to justify the $13 and I rarely say that about bar cocktails. Go ahead and venture out for yourself, I suspect you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Great food and nice atmosphere. The staff was great as well. The brussel sprouts were good. A little over sauced but a lot of people like that. I had the street tacos which were great. The fish in the tacos was awesome. My wife got the scallop risotto and she loved it. Really a great place and kids menu. They have a certified allergy specialist that makes sure there is. I cross contamination. Really a great place. We will be back many times.

It was a DoorDash order. Well done cheeseburger with fries doesn't mean a charcoal patty, stale bun and burnt potato sticks. Salad was meh, but let's say "ok". One star for salmon with rice - salmon only, because somebody forgot to put the rice in. Kudos to the DoorDash driver, food was still warm and his manners were outstanding!

Food was good but our server was bad. This is the first time I had experienced bad service. The server didn't state his name. When we received our meal, we had waited 10 to 15 minutes before he came out again. He didn't ask how was the meal and no refill for water for hot tea and glass of water. We had to ask him for it. Just had the stuffed zucchini. It is a great Keto and gluten free friendly dish and was absolutely delicious. It is an appetizer. I ate half an am full. It is so good though I am going to eat the rest. It is zucchini stuffed with ricotta cheese covered with some home made tasting marinara with great seasoning and possibly onion and cooked tomatoe pieces with cheese on top.

We've been here twice so far and both times have been amazing! Food is so good and they have a huge choice of sides ( our favourites are Parmesan truffle fries and mushroom risotto). She answered all our questions about the menu, she recommended food that turned out to be absolutely amazing. And then when we asked to split the bill it was no problem either. We've never had bad service at Burton's but we were just completely blown away at how great the service was. Then to find out as we were walking out the door that she had only been there for a week and a half!!!! Wow! Management is really doing a great job training their new hires because Emily is fantastic!!! We will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places by far. Their food is always amazing and the bar always has great beer on tap. The grilled shrimp tacos or short rib grilled cheese are my go to choices but really nothing will disappoint. Great atmosphere and service at the bar everytime. Ask for Tom and Jerry because they are my absolute favorite! If you haven't had a chance to stop by I would highly recommend making it your next stop!

What a Great Find! My wife wanted some BBQ, but we saw this place and walked in. The staff was amazing, especially our server, Son. He knew the menu in and out and suggested the scallops risotto accompanied by the calamari. Both were amazing. The local beers are great and their mixed drinks are over the top. Seriously, I would take people visiting from out of town here. Can't wait to get back.

Had the salmon superfoods salad, awesome! Salmon was cooked so perfectly! Everyone's food and apps were awesome, our table got the general tsos cauliflower, which sounds weird but was great, nice and crunchy and perfectly breaded. Such a unique appetizer. Service was amazing, fast and polite. I don't know if this is a chain, but it seems like it might be based on the location, but it was still great.

I have been here three times and each time the service, the food and cocktails have been great. On my second visit I had their daily special which was butternut squash ravioli. I don't remember what the sauce was, but it was fabulous. I literally closed my eyes after my first bite into the ravioli so I could savor the flavor - it was that freaking good.

UPDATE: Burton's has changed their menu and it's smaller, still good, but they have made changes to some regular dishes. One of which was the crab cakes. It used to come with slaw and fries but now it comes with a cold green bean salad and a potato bacon hash. I told our server I didn't think it fit the dish especially heading into the summer months. That's just my opinion. Haven't been back since so haven't tried what else they may have changed. Burtons has become one of our regular places to dine out and we love it! The staff are very friendly, good wine list, and the food is wonderful! I have celiac disease so I thoroughly appreciate the attention they have for preparing my gluten free meal. Lots of options to choose from - some of my favorites are the chicken risotto, roasted chicken, and the crab cakes.

I made a reservation for a large party of 12 and the staff here accommodated my every need! I was in constant communication with the manager through email and they were very responsive and did everything I asked to make my birthday dinner a special one. They offered a variety of customized menus for me to pick from at a set price for each person, which was super helpful. Bethany was our server and she helped set up my decorations and made sure everything ran smoothly that night. She was amazing and super sweet! Also, the food is PHENOMENAL. Overall super classy restaurant with a chill atmosphere.

Usually love this place. Had the worst service last night. I’m hoping it’s just a one off. Our server definitely needs training. Won’t blast him by name here since everyone can have a bad night. We had to read the specials ourselves ... no one was inspired to order them...and our server cleared the appetizers before we were done. Our server came to our table so infrequently we joked about sending a search party. We had to ask for everything. Our food took so long to come out, either the kitchen staff was short or the order never went in. I was embarrassed for recommending we go here to friends new to the area. Very disappointed!

First time at Burton's. We will be back. Great waiters and waitress that are so knowledgeable of the entire menu. Attention to detail and care for all allergies and special food needs. Tonight we started off with Ahi Tuna searred with a wonderful homemade citrus soy sauce. This was followed by a outstanding tasting entrees of Crispy Salmon bowl and Fork and Knife Hamburger. This place is really accommodating for food allergies, I wish it was the norm at restaurants. Wednesday happy hours specials include half off bottles of wine. Food is top shelf. Try saying no to the Short Rib Grilled Cheese that comes with red wine jus for dipping. Next time go lighter with a Paleo Knife and Fork Burger or Vegetarian with the Wild Mushroom Risotto. Desert, I think the Key Lime Pie with graham cracker crumbs is stellar.

4 couples had a reservation for 8 at 6:30. We were seated promptly and both the hostess and our server were friendly and excellent. I had the small salmon on the small super food salad and it was delicious. Everyone at the table was pleased with their meal choice. My husband loved his she crab soup. We did not leave our table for 2 hours and no one made us feel rushed. So unusual and much appreciated by friends wanting to catch up. I will come again.

Went for the first time based on reviews. Had the Halibut, bronzed or blackened, with risotto. It was excellent! Place is a little dark and can be noisy but happy it is near. It can be part of my restaurant rotation whenever I eat out

I used to like Burton’s when it first opened, but the service has gotten progressively worse with each visit. I won’t be going back after our last experience. It was a Wednesday night, so not very busy. Our food came 45 mins after we ordered it and then our drinks came after that! That’s right - no water, wine, bread, nothing except visits from the waitress asking us questions about the food and drinks we already ordered. Luckily the food order was so screwed up that we had to keep sending it back, so we eventually did get to have our drinks before the meal. The waitress tried to blame it on the kitchen, but I had little confidence in her since she kept coming back to the table asking us questions. Then the manager gave us a free appetizer for our “next visit” but didn’t take off $1 for the awful meal. No thanks - a free meal wouldn’t even tempt me to go back.

Dined at Burton's for the first time. Son, our server, provided excellent, engaged and attentive service. Serving sizes were good and for reasonable prices. Food was well-prepared. I ordered the wild mushroom, chicken, and ravioli entree. The ravioli was light and silky.The cream sauce was savory and rich. Chicken was tender. Had a house salad with blue cheese dressing. It was fresh and delicious - bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese chunks, bits of fresh onion, cucumber chunks, and crisp Romaine lettuce. Others in my party had the Salmon Romesco, Crab cake, and Mediterranean chicken. Wonder neighborhood gem!

Tonight, we had a Reuben and a Short-rib and Grilled Cheese sandwich, plus a couple of beers. Both sandwiches were delicious and large enough for another meal. We appreciated that we were able to get samples of the beers before making a final selection. Our server, Chico, has taken care of us several times and gives excellent recommendations, so now we request to be seated in his section. Burton's has a "scratch kitchen" and takes great care to adjust dishes to accommodate food allergies and sensitivities. We've never had to wait for a table. If you haven't already, give Burton's a try.

Had the pleasure of lunch here during a business trip, and was blown away by the food quality and great service. The restaurant is clean, and well-designed. Burtons has a scratch kitchen that does not disappoint! I had the short rib grilled cheese, and just loved it. I can't say I've ever been to a bar and grill that holds itself to such high standards as does Burtons. Very impressed!

Food and service was excellent. Although don't bother getting the street tacos, lack of seasoning and very little meat not worth the price. Ruben was stuffed with yummy corn beef and cheese and not overloaded with sauce. The waters recommended the gen. Tao's califlower which was awesome, a must to start your meal.

My wife has a lot of allergies and intolerance's. The waiter was attentive and actually wrote everything down (sadly lacking in most places, not sure how waiters believe they can memorize everything 100% of the time) and made sure the food was cooked perfectly. I forget his name but he made my wife's dinner his absolute priority and nailed it. Food was perfect, great place to go to if you have any special food needs.

This particular establishment condones prejudicial behavior against African-Americans! The majority of patrons are Caucasian and don't care for others outside of their race. After having reevaluated the two absolutely dreadful experiences I had within the past 6 days, I've come to draw these unfortunate conclusions! On a more positive note, they do have servers that actually have excellent customer service, such as Brittany and Jacqueline. However, I hold those who are in leadership ultimately accountable and responsible for what takes place in their eateries. It needs much work and improvement! What I will also state is that some effort was attempted to make my experience better after addressing matters at the corporate level. For lack of a better phrase, it still turned out to have been an epic failure! I encourage all of my fellow service members of the Armed Forces of the United States and Federal Civil Service employees to not support and dine at this establishment. Pay particular attention-to-detail, especially when it comes to your surroundings and how you're treated!

This was my first visit. The General Tso Cauliflower was a great appetizer and a cool option. It was delicious. The short ribs were cooked and seasoned perfectly and melted in my mouth, they were so tender. This was a place that was selected by a co-worker the server was not assigned to our table so it took forever when we got tired of waiting we went and got the manager then we wanted the check they took my credit card and never returned to the table and because that was two strikes the manager gave us the mill for free the food was okay nothing to write home about

It has been a roller-coaster. One constant thing about this lovely place is location and inconstancy. I had delicious risotto, amazing to droll forever for steaks as well as stale fries and dubious crab cakes. Yet, we keep coming back for their delicious chocolate milk , wine, the atmosphere and .. location :) One note, loosen up hostesses :) If I desire to eat my surprise inconsistency by a window or a larger table, do not fight me! You are not a prison guard who dictates the marching rhythm, but a kind delightful hostess. Righttt :) Keep it light and courteous. My yoga pants and my stroller get a dark booth, while my little black dress gets a luminous corner. My clothes are not there to eat, but I am ;p
