First visit to a Bonchon after a ton of recommendations from friends and coworkers... and I gotta say the flavor somehow exceeded the hype. I had the pork buns (which were solid), but the chicken really is where it's at. I had a half and half order of the soy ginger and the spicy breast meat, both were amazing. The spicy really means it though, so watch out.

Treat yourself to delicious Korean fried chicken. I'd recommend the dark meat and no spice. But again, I'm a weakling when it comes to spice. I got the chicken strips and they were a bit crunchy and dry.

Not the best location. Lacking some key items from the menu like Fried Rice as well as some ridiculous prices. Most locations offer 8 wings with a premium side for the lunch special, this location offers 4 for the same price. Half the value and the same price. If you have the opportunity to visit a different location, you should.

Great chicken, good service. The floors can be a little slippery (we witnessed a customer slip and fall actually). They might consider replacing the floor with some higher-grip tiles or adding a layer of adhesive sand to the tiles. All in all, we'd recommend them; just be careful walking around.

The crunch and the slight sweet and spicy taste is incredible. The spicy taste great but is too spicy for me I can only eat half of a leg before I'm on fire, but it's so good, you cool off and finish the rest.

Heavy cleaner smell in the restaurant doesn't make for the best appetite. Had about 4 tv's tuned to various sports. The food was as expected in terms of quality. Wings were good sized and tasted pretty good, although I was expecting the spicy wings to be more spicy. Service was very friendly.

Favorite BonChon in the area!!! Better than the one in Fairfax and Manassas. Customer service is superb/orders are always accurate. Give this place a try, you won't regret it. Chill/cozy ambiance. My favorites are the spicy wings and the bulgogi bibimbap. My bestie loves their garlic wings and bulgogi as well. Overall, their entire menu is quite the appetite.

I wish they expanded to 7 pm. with the tragic in this area we barely make it in time to get one round. a couple of times the floor on the hall towards the restrooms was so greasy it was slippery. hope they fixed that problem.

BonChon is excellent. I've never been disappointed with the food or service. Go early as the parking lot is always a madhouse and the restaurant is always crowded for good reason. When ordering, the Drums are large, think between normal "wings" and "turkey leg" size, they are bigger than your hand. The Wings are like your traditional sized wings when you order buffalo wings. Their hot wings are very hot, much hotter than buffalo. I've been to two other locations around the area and they all have different menus. The chicken is still the same but their sides and appetizers differ.

Had a doctor's appointment in Centreville today and was starving. Drove into a shopping center that I knew was nearby, lo and behold, there was a Bon Chon! Since a lot of you raved about their chicken, I got a medium order to go, while I sat down to enjoy their Japchae! I guess that I looked odd there not eating their chicken, so the manager(Ray) asked me if it was my first time and I told him yes. I also told him that there seemed to be a cult following for their chicken and that I was already taking some home with me. He was really nice and gave me a sample of their wings for free!!! Now that's customer service! And I loved their Japchae and the chicken was life changing!!! Definitely coming back here to try their other food and get more chicken!!!

The spicy chicken may very well be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The sweet then extremely hot is a nice yin and yang no pun intended. But this place loses a star due to the sides, the rice is horrible so is the cole slaw/ cabbage Further review: I came in 4/13 my 3rd time this month and the usual nice young lady that works the register wasn’t their, I came in then was sat down the guy was tooooo busy to ring me up HOWEVER as I sat waiting patiently someone else walses on in their An gets his take out order as soon as he walks through the door AHEAD OF ME!!! The two acted as if it was business as usual? Not good costumer service.... I may give this place another shot due to the good chicken

Food was very good but customer service was not great. The server did not remember who's food was who's (they were all fairly similar) and put them in front of the wrong people. My friend started eating his wings and the server came over and said "sorry, that was the wrong food. Here is your food" and took his plate, put his correct order down in front of him, and took the plate to the back. A few minutes later, they came back out and gave the plate that my friend had started eating off of to another person at my table, saying that that was her food. It was not handled very well and they should not take food away from a customer, bring it to the back partially eaten, and being it back out to another person at the table.

Bonchon chicken is delicious. You cannot get a similar experience anywhere else (except a different bonchon). I wouldn't give it a perfect 5 though, it's not cheap. I was kinda sad to realize that 10 wings and fries is more expensive than Iron Age Korean buffet a few hundred meters away. The smashed amount of wings is 10, which is actually too much for me to finish, but also guarantees you to pay more than $13 for food here. ...so not 5 stars because of price.

LOVE their wings!! Its a different kind of spicy from traditional Buffalo Wings, but these aren't meant to be buffalo wings. I believe either the management or ownership changed not too long ago along with the menu. Prices went up, but that went along with the portion sizes they give you in an order. I prefer to place orders for carryout well in advance (the frying process can take awhile) and take it home to enjoy.

BonChon chicken is a great place to eat. I've only eaten at this location a few times, I usually done at the Annandale location. I have to say that the customer service at this place isn't as good as it's other location. They seemed angry every time I come here. The atmosphere is alright, wouldn't bring a date here but to grab a bite to bring home and make a movie night would be the only option. All said and done I would still go to this place again and recommend it off your looking for some good crispy chicken and don't feel line cooking it yourself.

Delicious crispy chicken. I hope they offer organic options in the future, especially for the chicken and fries, even if there is an extra charge. The fries and kimchi coleslaw were also delicious. Great customer service. The lunch special, which is Monday through Friday, from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM, is quiet affordable if you want to try a few things and costs less than $10. Plenty of free parking.

I love the chicken from Bonchon in Manassas. However, the last 2 times I've gone to the Centreville location I've been disappointed. The chicken has not come out as crispy as it used to and they barely put any sauce on my wings both times. I don't know if they aren't making the chicken right when you order anymore or what. I had to wait 15 minutes to receive my order so I wouldn't imagine that's the case.

Only go here for the chicken. Good Korean fried chicken, I like getting the soy garlic and the spicy. I wouldn't recommend the other food here (only cause you can get better at other restaurants). This should solely be a wing place if you go lol (or tenders... If you're into that).

This was a huge surprise. Bunch of friends were really hungry and it was really late, so this was our only choice. Service was a little slow, but the wait was worth it! These are not ordinary wings. First of all, they're HUGE. Each wing is basically the size of a drumstick. Second, they're delicious, the skin and flavor both work really well. The fries are good and plentiful, but the buns are very small and expensive, so stay away.

I was in the mood for Bonchon and placed an order for a 20 piece hot chicken. Myself along with my friend ate the chicken. A little later in the day I went back for some of the chicken and noticed several feathers cooked into the chicken. I put that piece down and got another piece and noticed the same thing. I called the restaurant and talked to Teres. I explained to her the situation to which she said begrudgingly she would give me a free appetizer. That's when I said, "so you are not going to give me a credit for the entire amount?" To that she said, "I can't do that." I get that you are trying to make money and by giving me a full credit you would lose money, but answer this do you think by giving me an appetizer it is going to keep me as a customer? I will answer for you no it will not. Then she asked if I was okay with that. I told her you aren't really giving me a choice. Word of advice Teres, if a free appetizer is all you can do as a manager then you don't have any power and are clearly just a regular employee. I hope that in the future you are able to offer your customers something of substance; therefore, they will remain a customer.

I'd heard good things about Bonchon for a while now, but whatever reason thought it was overhyped. Well, I finally tried them and I’m eating my words. From the outside, this place doesn’t look like much and neither does the inside, but they sure know what they are doing when it comes to their food. My wife and I tried their 8 piece wings, Korean chicken tacos, pork buns, and bulgogi. We would order everything over again except the tacos. They were just okay. As for the service, our waitress was very helpful with our orders from the menu. She brought our food out to us quickly and correctly. The restaurant itself is kept clean. For the first time experience, my wife and I were highly impressed. We will definitely be back soon for more wings.

Love the chicken here! It has a crunchy outside and warm tender inside, and they have a spicy cream sauce that pairs well with the soy garlic chicken. Make sure you call ahead if you can because it takes 30-40 minutes to prepare.

Food was good. Ordered the takoyaki, taste was good but seemed a bit undercooked in the middle. Tried the new sweet chicken for the first time and it was really strange. It smells sweet but when you taste it, its like a fake agave taste? The acutal chicken was good so you can survive it, but they should definitely experiment with that recipe some more. Soy garlic was good as usual and fries too. Wish the tvs had more variety on them, and that the waitress looked me into the eyes more. She seemed a bit uncomfortable to serve us? Okay experience but the food hasn't changed too much after being away for 5 years which was nice.

This Chicken is so money it doesn't even know! By far some of the best wings that I have tried in the NoVa area. They are crispy and tender with a Mike tyson punch of flavor and Heat. Be warned that they mean hot when you ask for the spicy version of their wings, but I would order it a million times over. The heat is sweet and compliments the chicken like a Canadian on a first date. Do yourself a flavor and stop by for some great Chicken.

This place use to give complementary side. Now no more. Also every order use to be cooked as you order but it seems that during certain times they would precook. So I called in takeout an order the other day. She said in 10min. I picked it up in 30. And DRY. By the time I got home it was room temp. Not even slightly warm. Disappointing. If only on this trip the review would be two stars. It's getting there because normally it is very good

Today Door Dash completely screwed up my order. They took my money but did not send the order to the restaurant. The staff and manager handled it amazingly. The did everything they could to fix the problem, including prioritizing a replacement order with a comp and no negative impact to me. They demonstrated the pinnacle of customer service. I just hope they didn't take a loss to compensate for door dash.

The chicken itself is better than most other bonchons. The potstickers are really spicy! Service is friendly but really slow. It took 4 of us 40 minutes to get a large order of wings. I know it's not fast food but 40 minutes for one large order is a bit much. Thankfully the potstickers were out in 15 minutes - so we weren't hangry. They give you free refills on drinks which was a surprise. Be careful - the floors are rediculously slippery!

Excellent customer service! 10 out of 10, much wow... But seriously, I called to place an order and the employee who answered the phone was a delight to speak with. Very polite, exceptionally efficient, and even took the time to ask her manager a question during peak hours. She came back to the phone and asked if she was “speaking to Jacob?”, which was actually really cool to hear. Besides this, the food is always great, and the spicy chicken is delicious <3
