Hostess and wait staff are great. My mom's salad was messed up and they immediately fixed it. The wait staff was on top of refills and seeing if we needed anything the atmosphere was welcoming and felt like a place you want to come once a month if not every two weeks. Greet food and drinks.

Have been to this chain many times. Love their pizza and the cheese curds. Stopped in on Sunday for some lunch after doing some shopping. Service was fantastic and like always food delicious.

I went during happy hour and the service wasn't as great as my first visit; we waited more than 30 minutes for the checks and one friend was late to work due to that. Checks were split correctly but the server seemed like he had a lot on his plate so we had to wait a lot to get his attention. We never got our water refills. Dessert is always good but the mini deep dish pizza was literally a pan pizza. Not what I expected. This is honestly a place for drinking and desserts.

There is a large selection of beer on tap and their menu has a huge selection of food. Met up here for a work social, plenty of room in this restaurant for a decent size crowd. No complaints about the food, service, or drinks. I did have an issue with figuring out where to park at first, as this was my first time here. Eventually I did find the parking garage and all was well.

Had a delicious sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. Our waiter was exceptional and also gave us a tip to use their app and by doing so we got a discount on their dessert menu. One big change I have seen at the restaurant is their dessert spoons. Call me crazy but the old ones used to ruin the whole dessert for me by tasting like steel. This time it was a success!

Confused because we had to wait 20 minutes for a table when more than half the room was obviously empty and the waiter was standing at the host/hostess station while we waited to be seated. Service was ok after seating and food was very good...burger and fries and a salad.

I keep giving these guys a chance, but come on. This time I ordered the Atlantic salmon. Dry and fishy smelling! Small portion. We also ordered the deep dish pizza, which was just bread with a few pieces of dry chicken on it. Hmpf.

Servers are good, but the food is not. Deep dish ziti was an especially disappointing dish... The pasta was quite clearly not actually baked but cooked separately and then the sauce was added on top resulting in it not covering the pasta correctly, and just overall very oily and not tasty. Their deep dish pizza was okay, but it was absolutely not the Chicago style I was imagining.

Great atmosphere and all around layout. Typically busy during peak hours. Went on Saturday at 3pm...took about 20 minutes to be seated. Great selection of steaks and fish. Prime rib is pretty good. Large selection of beer and mixed Drinks are good.

We order an appetizer trey and when it came the wings were Luke warm, then then our dinners showed up 5 minutes after the appetizer trey arrived. Finally, seemed like the server was spread too thin. Couldn't hardly get a water refill due to her having a 30 table group in addition to us.

The food is consistently amazing here, I got the baby back ribs last time, fall of the bone awesome. Their beers are all pretty good, but if you're brave, try a "double silver Patron jalapeno and cucumber margarita". BJ's is the only place that makes them right. Enjoy!

Good food, a little pricey on some items for me. I had the Thursday rib special (1/2 rack, salad choice, 2 sides, and a dessert) for $13.95. The ribs were meaty and tender, the sauce perfectly seasoned. The mozzarella and fresh tomato salad needed a bit more balsamic vinegar. Roasted asparagus seasoned and cooked perfectly and white cheddar mashed potatoes smooth. I would also recommend the crispy calamari appetizer. There was enough for the three of us but they need to give larger helpings of the sauces. I am hoping to go back and try one of their lunches.

We had an incredible experience here! Our server was the best. She went above and beyond. We ordered pizza and she brought our kiddos fruit to snack on while they waited. This was a great spot for us. If you're looking to dine out with kids, and still enjoy a good beverage and bountiful menu, look no further. Pretty much anything you may be craving is probably on the menu which is great to be able to please all likes and dislikes; the one ding is due to our very yummy sriracha queso being not thoroughly melted... maybe it hadn't been a hit yet that day, or a big menu downfall. Regardless, wonderfully roomy seating for.pur family of 5, one of whom is in a highchair and loves all the toys and snacks. The ambiance is pretty nice too, you forget you are outside of the mall. ;-) It's convenient for us and we all left happy and full with leftovers. **Also, I highly recommend the BJ's Blend Berry Burst... yum.

I took my wife to eat here for lunch because she loves their salads. But it was my first time and it wasnt that great. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and the burger had no flavor or taste to it whats so ever. The beef was flavorless and it just felt like i was eating bread and lettuce. But the service was good and the Berry Blast Cider was delicious. Is give it 5 but the food wasnt that good.

I've been coming to BJ's for years now (not just this location). Over time the staff has changed and they just don't seem to have the same personable feel. Prices have also increased here and so lately it doesn't seem as worth it The food is still good and the staff is nice but for the price you can find other restaurants that offer a better experience in my opinion, perhaps just not the variety. Their beer selection is great.

This place is pretty consistent. It's open really late. Extensive beer menu and in house brewed beer. I normally get a house beer. When I went on Vetrans day the manager blew it out the park with customer service. I normally get food to go and sit at the bar which works out well. I always end up sitting next to someone and strike up the best conversations while waiting for my food and sipping on a cold beer. Bar tenders have pretty good service as well. I am a semi regular here.

We came in about an hour before close for our anniversary. Christine was our server and she was amazing. Very professional with a dash of silliness. My pasta was delicious and my boyfriend was IN love with his steak. The stuffed mushrooms were to die for and the cinnamon toast crunch pizookie was AMAZING. We will definitely be back again soon!

Worst service ever by Daniel C (#126) gave everyone at our table terrible service followed by messed up orders, rudely walking away from people as they were ordering, and rushing the entire time. After he walked away from someone ordering someone else across the table tried to order and he just ignored the request and made eye contact with someone else. This was the evening of 9/12/19.

Ate here a few years ago and loved it. Last 3 times we have been here it has gone down hill. Tonight the waiter said let me get these plates out of the way for you - took the plates and we still had food on them that we were still eating. In a hurry to clear the table - but had to wait another 15 min to get our check. Will not be going back here any time soon.

This is the first time I eat at a BJ's Restaurant. My best friend in CA loves this restaurant and I didn't realize we have one here. Our waitress was one of the best! She was so friendly, attentive, and patient. My friend and I haven't seen each other in over 2 years and we have to.much to catch up. Our waitress gave us plenty of time to look over the menu, and didn't rush us at all. The food was delicious! My friend and I had the avacado rolls and calamari as appetizer, the ahi tuna salad and the trio dessert. We ordered so much appetizers that we decided to share a salad and the waitress split it in 2 plates for us. The dessert trio was a lot of dessert: 3 freshly baked cookies with a scoop of ice cream each! I would come back for just the dessert!! I will definitely return to this restaurant. Everything we got from service to food was excellent.

I ordered the prime rib and my partner ordered the sirloin. Mid rare for the prime and medium rare for the sirloin. My prime came out looking and tasting uncooked altogether. The sirloin was definitely rare. Also our 6 year old complained of "fake" cheese on his grilled cheese sandwich. We did not get what we paid for. Our server was awesome, but the food was not satisfying. Sorry to say, it wasn't what we expected..

Melquea was great! Great sense of humor and just right amount of attention. Give her 5 stars! We were so happy to find this place open on New Year's eve. We'd been working our a**'s off moving my partner's counseling office. Food was very good, drinks were very reasonable and good and the place, while moderately busy with music playing, was quiet enough for us to have a normal conversation. What ever they did with sound deadening was spot on! If I can say only one nit-picky thing - dinner came out at almost the same time as the salad. Party foul.

Standard fare for cookie cutter corporate style restaurant. Over zealous with trying to recreate the basic burger, where by a simplified offering would be a positive addition! The array of current offerings are commendable but require an attempt at deconstruction in order to consume. That said, quality ingredients do prevail! The hickory brisket and bacon burger( I ask for no bacon) was rich in flavor and texture and the tangy barbecue sauce was delicious! Unfortunately the fries were somewhat greasy and arrived lukewarm to cold! The lunch menu chicken fettuccine Alfredo was rich with flavor and broccoli florets were cooked to perfection! 3/5 stars for service and food temperature

This was my first and very last visit to this restaurant. Our server was Khalil. As soon as we sat down in the bar area he told us that he will assign each one of us a number, and that's how he will separate the checks. We placed out orders based on the assigned number, but somehow that numbering got mixed up on his end. Luckily we each knew what we ordered except when he gave a chardonnay (instead of pinot grigio) to the wrong person in my group. The wait time to place the orders and to receive the orders were too long. For example I ordered a glass of chardonnay and I had to continuously ask the server about it. The epic screw-up was when we asked for our bills. We each handed him the receipts/cards. I specifically wrapped my receipt around my card because I figured he would charge it incorrectly. Instead of charging my $11 bill to my card he charged someone's $44 bill to my card. Of course, there was another long wait for his manager to fix that error. I would definitely not return to this restaurant for all of the above reasons.

Went there late on the night before Christmas eve with family and friends. Had a very bad experience with the server. He kept forgetting things from our order, bring cold food (Pizza and appetizers), spilling food (chips and cheese) and to our disbelief arguing with us over complains/changes requested by other patrons. I took my friend and his family (as a recommendation) for the first time to BJs but left with a very bad impression. Even our elementary school going kids could notice the bad behavior of the staff. We are big BJs fan but we are never going back to that location.

Extremely frustrating! I couldn't get the online app to work to submit my order so then I had to call. They take my order and it's $10 more than what I had online. They tried to tell me it was an online coupon or rewards which I'm not a rewards member. This is my first time eating here. I go pick up my order and a manager takes the extra $10 off. Great! Then they check my order and come to find out the $10 difference was the fact they put in two orders of queso instead of one. I get home with my food and get every passed out bite into my burger which is supposed to be medium well and it's rare!! We will not be going back to this place ever again!

I can't speak to the entirety of the restaurant, but our service was terrible. We asked for a dish without an ingredient, but we received it with the ingredient present. When we informed our server, we were met with "Oh, so basically you ACTUALLY wanted x item? You should have said so". No, we wanted what we ordered. He entirely forgot a few portions of our order. We also only were able to speak with him at 30 minute intervals. We arrived at a relatively quiet time, after the dinner rush had ended. It was just an overall unsatisfactory experience. The food itself was delicious, which is the reason for the 2 stars.

My mom and I wanted something to eat and my mom is in the hospitality industry. We usually go to high end places but since we were hungry we came here expecting the least. It turns out to be one of the best restaurants in Tacoma our prime rib was spectacular and same with the rest of the dishes! We even called corporate about how amazing the staff was!!! Have gone here a dozen times. The service is always very good. But other things are slipping. They need a new dishwasher. The silverware and plates are dirty. My napkin had dried food fall out of it when I opened it. The salt and pepper shakers are always sticky ( yuck). Forget mixed drinks. For $9 you should get top shelf. Pretty certain you don’t. And they are so weak you may as well save your money. Food is pretty good and servers are nice, but I doubt we will go there anymore.

Standing behind Cooper Rummel as he enters his review. He's 12 to 14 years old. They were told the wait when they checked in and decided to stay. He's here with his parents and two brothers. And they are now seating. Funny that they had to wait two hours "one time "but they are still here. The food is good and the wait is long because of it. Kids don't like it, but rather than criticizing the restaurant, I suggest they discuss it with their parents.

Food was pretty good - their 'light' options are actually pretty filling. The restaurant is pretty large and noisy (even though it wasn't very crowded when we were there). Also, our relatively simple lunch order took over 45 minutes to arrive. IMO more appropriate as a sports bar than as a restaurant.

The food here is delicious and the drinks are just as good. They have a pretty large menu with a variety of dishes to satisfy your palette. However, the service can be a hit or miss depending on who is working their shift. Sometimes i’ve had to wait almost 20 minutes to have my sever come back to my table. :( Also, it’s always 45 degrees in there year round. Aside from that i highly recommend this place for a nice delicious date spot

I guess I'm not a fan. My family enjoyed it, but me: not so much. Lousey call ahead, poor chicken. Here's the details. We were in the car about 20 minutes out, and tried the call ahead. After waiting through a long ad for their takeout offering, we select call ahead (now we're about 18 min out). Then there is an ad about how we can do the call ahead on the web. (17 min). Then it starts ringing. And ringing. Finally a guy answers, and we say we want call ahead, and he says "great, can I put you on hold" (15 min). A minute later, a young lady answers, says there is about a 25 min wait, we give her our name and phone number, and she she rattles off an ununderstandable phrase about what call ahead means, but something about it starting now (about 12 min out). So, when we arrived, they told us 20 min, but we were seated about 10 min of after we arrived, but I was already miffed. So, waiter (a young man named Christian) was friendly, efficient, and thoughtful, and food came out reasonably fast. I had the grilled chicken antipasto salad (trying to eat lighter) but grilled chicken ain't bad. The chicken though had no grill marks, and lacked any of the grill flavor (the only thing that makes such a meal an acceptable dinner, in my mind). The chicken looked pale like it was microwaved, but was moist and cooked through. So, long story, but I rarely give only 3 stars.

I typically like this place. Never had a problem before. Our waiter, Andru F. only cared about the large group that he was serving. The third adult never got a menu, the second adult’s drink was late, and he brushed us off when we tried to flag him down to order an appetizer. All in all, our waiter was a bust. Will I be back, yes. The manager was extremely gracious and I’m sure our waiter was more concerned about the large tip he would have received from the large group of people he was serving. Food was good as is the selection. We got a burger and a flat bread style pizza and a quinoa salad and sweet potato fries. Beer was good as is the selection. Restaurant appears very clean. The decor is very nice. Friday night and lots of empty tables and bar was not full. Prices are too high. Waitress was not the most pleasant but I can't say she was rude. Just seemed a little short and like she was not so happy about being there. Be careful not to park in the wrong parking deck. If I don't come back it will be mainly because of prices.

Terrible service that night and they we're not busy. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time. After waiting more than 25 minutes for our meal she came to the table and said "oh I guess you don't have your meal yet let me go check on it". She immediately returned with our meals which had clearly been sitting there waiting for us as the food was lukewarm at best. I didn't finish half of my meal and she took the plate away without even asking if I wanted to take it home with me. Very disappointed with this restaurant and with so many options in the area, we probably will not return.

First time visit not the last by far. Came up from Olympia to handle other business at the Mall and ended up at BJs for the lunch. We were there on a Saturday, and they were quiet as we hit the quietest time of day by thier traffic gauge here on Google. The front desk staff was professional and patient. Our waitress had one of the best personalities of any wait staff Ive had in recent memory. She explained the menu options and the different things I could do because of minor dietary restrictions. We ordered the soup and salad. The salad wedge was cold crisp and delicious. My wife got the clam chowder and I got the chili, which is no joke the BEST chili Ive had from a restaurant. Check out is at the table and gratuity is pre measured for you. All in all a great experience and a motivator to go back and try something else. This place does it right, do yourself a favor and check them out!!

Was Amazing for a Tues night out with the Fam! Prices were less than expected, food was beyond Great, & my Daughter even got an oreo ice cream for free( her Birthday) of which she shared with her brother...they Never played this nice together at the dinner table. Made reservations & within a min we were in our seats. The Waiter was very vigilant to our needs not a moment went by where we had to do the "squinty eye, while scanning thru a crowd thing." This may possibly be our Tues dinner meal prep! Excellent!!!

I like the food and a good place to watch a game, but the beer is awful. A real miss on the the brew house part of it. The one non-house beer they have on tap that I like is always out. The house beers taste like relabeled domestic beer (bud, coors, etc...). Good food deals and love the deserts.

I dined at this restaurant twice during my stay in Gainesville. First thing -- THE SILVERWARE WRAPPED IN A NAPKIN HAD CRUSTED FOOD ON BOTH FORKS AND THE KNIFE. So, someone handled them, wrapped them, and left the food on it. Not just a little food -- crusted on both sides. The staff promptly delivered shiny, pristine silverware, so they were forgiven. The second visit my husband and I BOTH received napkin-wrapped silverware with crusted food on each piece. UGH! Really, people? Now the food...first visit, the food was delicious, but the chicken tortilla soup had three tiny pieces of chicken in it and it was terribly SALTY. You could only taste salt. Second visit, we left. Cannot trust that the plates were any cleaner than the utensils. Too bad, as the BJ's in San Antonio always delivers clean cutlery and delicious food.

I feel somewhat disappointed: I ordered and paid for a large deep dish pizza (14”) but was given two small pizzas (9”) to compensate because they were out of large crusts. The value of the pizzas does not balance out, as 1 large pizza is 154 sq in, and 2 smalls add up to 127 sq in, a 20% difference! Now this is minor, but as a matter of principle, if something is not available then I firmly believe that one should provide more, not less. Unfortunately the app was not allowing delivery either. Ensure you get what you paid for here.

BJs has a huge menu to satisfy any craving. Anything from pizza to termuric roasted cauliflower to bison burger... I've had all, and they are delicious! My favorite beer of theirs is the Jeremiah Red. If it's a busy night we use the app to get on the wait list and usually wait no more than 10 min. Service is very good!

I visited the Tyson Corner location last weekend. In looking at the pictures for some of the reviews....the deep dish ziti looked appealing so i ordered it. It had more Alfredo cream than tomato sauce and cheese. At $18 for a small round tin bowl...barely filled to the top...it was not worth the price. In addition the flavor and presentation was just not toy liking.

This was my third and final trip to BJ's. The waiter was nice enough. The two appetizers we ordered came out quickly but were both slightly above room temperature--not how I like my wings or pot stickers. The main course wasn't any better. The Brewhouse Philly was cold as well as the fries on the side. The meat used in the Philly we're large, chewey chunks--nothing one would expect from Philly. The rest of our order was similar: cold and uninspired.

BJ's is my go to eatery. However, today I had to ask for additional brisket on my hickory brisket and bacon burger. This is a favorite in the app, so when I was served my plate, I had to ask the server what happened. She started to make excuses and then asked if she could take it back. After several minutes my plate returned the way I was used to seeing the burger, but my fries were not refreshed. I like bjs, so hopefully this isn't an indication that things are changing behind the scenes.

So delicious. We usually order through DoorDash, but went in person today. We are obsessed! I ordered the shrimp tacos and my fiance ordered the seared ahi salad, which is what I usually order via DoorDash. The tracks were okay, but just a bit bland compared to the salad flavors that I've had before. I wouldn't order it again, but not because it wasn't good. Just not my type of flavor profile. We always order the salted caramel pizookie, which is amazing. So good. One day we'll try something different. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Though last note, I have an onion allergy an nearly EVERYTHING seems to have onion in it.

We went late (9:30pm) on a Sunday night, so there was not a lot of people. We had a pleasant experience, as the service was quick. The prices are definitely more on the spendy side. Food tasted excellent. The burger is the bison burger and the second picture is the top sirloin with mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese.

We needed a place to grab dinner after ruining some errands and BJ's was convenient and looked tasty. The food was tasty and well-prepared, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. However, when a customer places an order for a specific beverage from the bar through the wait staff, the customer expects to receive that beverage in return. If the bartender "decides" to pour something else ("because that drink was very sweet"), and the wait staff brings out the different beverage, AT A MINIMUM, the customer needs to be informed about the switch!

7/12/2019. Significant food quality drop off from previous experiences. Change from fresh broccoli to bag pre cut heads. Undersized, oddly cut tough sirloin, poorly presented mashed potatoes. "Spinach" mostly artichoke dip. Giant chunks of artichoke with no spinach to be seen; basically a goo they sell for 12$. Disappointing food. Value barely above Applebees. Great atmosphere, great service, good drinks.

Not impressed. Service was poor. Ordered baked potato, got just that, no butter, sour cream, nothing. When e asked, it took them minutes and they bought new rock hard butter, that wouldn't melt since my potato was cold by then. Hubby got clam chowder, wasn't impressed. My daughter got chicken sandwich, but there chicken was so big g she couldn't even bite the sandwich! Fries were cold. Never got refill on drink. While the menu is huge, it is overpriced. Will not be returning!

My wife is pregnant and has been nauseous for weeks and the caesar salad and potatoes here were not only tolerable but she loved them. I have ordered delivery many times from here and it is always really good. I went to pick up my order and part of my order was missing. I went back and stated what I needed. The waitress got me the rest of the order. When she came back I politely said could I be compensated for having to wait around 10 minutes for the rest of my order as my food is now cold. They gave me a free desert and $25 gift card for next time. They did not hesitate to give this and were very apologetic. I have always liked BJs and since this experience I like it even more as it shows they value the customer.

The bar service is really bad. We actually know this and have to set that expectation for ourselves when we go. They are convenient to where we live and the have some good gluten free options. Actually there gluten free pizza is really good. Large bar and they have ciders on tap which can be hard to find. It took an hour for seating. The restaurant did not have an appearance that it was at a high volume capacity. After being seated it took a significant time for a waitress to take our order. After the order was taken it was approximately 20 to 30 minutes to find out part of the order was out of stock and I would have to choose another item. It took approximately 20 more minutes to get the food to the table. The waiter did not come to the table to check on us. The food was cold and lacked flavor. The pizzas lacked toppings and were poorly made. Will not go here again.

Service was great. Servers are very attentive and helpful before you even ask. Food was good. Selection was really broad. I tried the Fish & Chips & the portions were good. Fries were excellent. My only issues are that parking is challenging, which isn't a problem with the restaurant but that it's at a mall. Also, it was so busy that the noise level made it difficult for people just 1-2 seats away to hear me & talk. I probably wouldn't pick it for an intimate date night with my husband, but after work get togethers or groups that cluster would do well here.

Ordered a prime rib dip here Togo. Got all the way home, bit into my sandwich and out comes about 25% of the “meat” which was one HUGE piece of fat. I’m not talking about some fat here and there on the meat, I mean if my sandwich was 12 ounces of meat, I got two VERY LARGE pieces of fat that totalled 4 ounces at least. Literally 30% of my 20$ sandwich was pure fat. This is absolutely carelessness on the cooks part and has ruined my experience at BJs.

We had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. We walked in at 5.15pm party of 4. We were told to wait about 40min that we go walk around and would receive a text message. 40 min later still no text so we went back inside and asked how much longer we should wait and were told up to 10min. So we waited and waited for about 15 min. I asked one more time if our table was ready and I was told to wait another 20min. They did not try to apologize and were unprofessional. So we just decided to leave and eat somewhere else were we did not have to wait before to be seated and served. I will never go back to this location and would never recommend it to friends.

Went there for lunch, not the first time, but the same bad experience. Likely the last time. The unlimited soup and salad isn't really unlimited unless you have all day. Hour and 15 I barely got 2 bowls of soup and 2 salads with the second serving much smaller and lower quality (chicken tortillas soup had no chicken or avocado on refill) sad sad sad!! And $40 bucks out the door with tip. I feel like a dope.

We went for lunch. We had the parmesan crusted chicken which my mom enjoyed. The cold soba noodles with ahi tuna was very good. The bottom of the noodles has a cucumber salad layer that is very tangy. Not bad but a bit surprising. The restaurant had a vibrant lunch crowd. Make sure you have a sweater or light jacket they keep the place a bit cold. Also if you sit in the bar area you will want to sit towards the back wall to avoid the cold air that blows in everytime the take-out door opens. Overall we enjoy going to BJ's and will go back.

I've been to several BJ's (BJ'ses??) and I'm always pleasantly reminded about how great they are. The standout feature is how uniformly delightful the staff ALWAYS is! Friendly and attentive are good descriptors for them. I've probably tried all their beers at this point and have enjoyed every one of them. The blonde and the two amber ales are my favorite. The food is likewise delicious. My wife got the steak there recently and said it was one of the best she's ever had. This BJ's in Vienna is huge and comfortable. We had a happy hour there with our vendors and the 30 of us fit very comfortably in the area they sectioned off for us. The location is great -- right across from the Tyson's Corner Mallplex -- and the parking was free and one floor underneath the restaurant. You can also go across the lobby of the building to the Nordstrom Rack from some discount shopping! I'm really looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu and beer list!

I should be giving this a 1, but the manager was friendly and took care of the problem, and the food order was 50% cooked okay. Service: The service wasn't great. We were seated quickly, but our actual server didn't come to our table for at least 8-10 minutes - we were actually on the verge of leaving. When we asked questions, they weren't really answered. Ex: what's the roasted tumeric cauliflower like? -Oh, you'll love it. It's cauliflower with seasoning. As the meal went on our drinks were never refilled, and it wasn't until almost 10 minutes after we received the food that our server bothered to check on us. Which brings us to food. Food: Two out of the four meals ordered were good. The wings were delicious, the deep dish pizza was okay, albeit a little undercooked for my taste, but the person eating it has no problems. The two Prime Rib dinners were terrible. The meat was so well-done they were nigh inedible. I could barely even cut into mine with a steak knife. The plates were dry and bare of any juices to give you some idea. The side dish of tumeric cauliflower was delivered in a soup bowl. There were 4 or 5 small florettes in a bowl of lentil soup. Menu said oven roasted cauliflower, I got a bowl of lentil soup. The asparagus with the second dinner tasted as if they were cooked in Asian hot oil or possibly some form of jalepeno/habenero oil because they were hot as hell. Even in a family where spicy foods are appreciated, they were too hot - and also it wasn't mentioned on the menu that they'd be spicy. After the waitress came around (finally) we were able to speak to the manager. The manager saw the overcooked prime rib and bowl of soup, so seemed to immediately understand, even saying she noticed the meat "brownness" before even asking what was wrong. She wasn't sure what happened with the asparagus, but did say the cauliflower soup was completely wrong. She took the food off the bill, which was nice - and she was polite, but when our server came back she said it would be too hard to ask what the manager told us so we should tell her the manager's decision. Not sure if we'll go back. There's are too many other decent restaurants within walking distance of this one.

Worst food ever. It looks like a nice steak house, I thought that way, too... Until we tried it. Super small portion, the food came to the table cold. Ordered kids pasta, the cheese didn't even melt on the pasta. The dish was just lukewarm... The green beans were like rubber, no butter or anything. Fast food like mashed potatoes. The rice was under cooked, not chewable from the Jambalaya. The salsa was like made from 3, 4 days ago, mashy and freezer-compromised. We haven't had such a bad restaurant experience for a while. Really terrible food. The staff was friendly.

I would have given one star if it wasn’t for Samantha’s performance. My husband and I planned on going for a nice dinner, and knowing it may be busy I called ahead. The hostess told me that they don’t do reservations but they do something called a “call ahead”. She explained our name will be put in front of others who did not call ahead. So I asked her the approximate wait time, and she responded with 5-10 minutes, i asked her to put my name down and told her we would be in shortly. Once arriving five minutes after placing that phone call,I told them we have arrived and sat down to patiently wait for my table. Twenty, then thirty minutes ticked by, and as I approached the fourty minute mark I began to become quite frustrated. I asked the hostess if our table would be ready soon and she said she needed five more minutes to clean a table off. She seemed kind of upset, but at this point I’m irritable, because I could have gone to a different restaurant. It’s kind of deceiving to inform a client with a 5-10 minute wait period and then have them wait almost 45. We finally get seated, and already know what we want as we have been sitting there for 45 minutes. I order a sandwhich, my husband the chicken. In all honesty, my sandwhich was pretty good, but we paid 15 dollars for a very small, dry piece of chicken. Samantha our server was very helpful, and smiling throughout our time with her. She was concerned with our satisfaction, and went the extra mile to even joke around with us. I’m frustrated with the hostess, and at the end of the day, we are not satisfied with the food nor the experience. (Besides Samantha) I hope you read this review, and make changes in your establishment for the better. Please don’t inform your customers with an approximate wait time, if you can’t give an accurate estime.

I'm already a fan of the chain, but this was my first visit to this location. Went in late Saturday night for a drink and dessert to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We ordered the pizookie trio and the waitress had them put candles in them without me asking. We hadn't been having a good evening, but that was a sweet gesture. Per usually my mix drink was great and the dessert was delicious.

We've been here with a few times. The quality of the food seems to vary, sometimes it's better than others, but never bad. Not incredibly memorable, but the fries are good and they have a huge menu to pick from (seriously, it's an entire book). The drinks I've had have always been made well. There have been a few times when they were out of several dishes, and once they completely forgot to bring my dad his order until everyone else had finished our food, but they were apologetic and reasonable about it.

This was my first visit to BJ’s & I was unimpressed! There were a lot of tables available but we were told we would have a 20 min wait. I then found out the waitress hadn’t arrived to work yet! Meanwhile there were 3 waitresses talking at the desk! I do not understand why one of these waitresses could not have seated us & given us our drinks!!! Poor management, poor training! There were a group of 5 behind us also waiting & growing impatient! You are getting 2 stars because the manager apologized & the waitress that finally arrived to work was nice. Always great food, plus they have stepped up thier game with the app that allows you to put yourself on the wait list ahead of time, you can even order ahead, have food brought out to curbside, have it delivered and pay for your check when dining in. Service was fast even though they were packed. My wife's steak was cooked maybe a few minutes too long, which is really the only complaint I could make.

Restaurant was busy on a Saturday night but staffed well. Didn't have to wait for a table and waiter came to my table within 30sec of being seated. Ordered the loaded nachos as a meal. A bit pricey at $13 but it was my meal. Portion was bug, came in a round pan like for pizza. Ordered an iced tea, this is where the issue was. At that drink price of $3.25 for one glass. I surely couldn't order dessert, I was broke...lol price way to high for a fountain drink. Can only imagine what alcohol costs? Anyway, food was good and service, just the drink price

The pizza is poop. Deep dish bread pizza. So much bread in that pizza. For the love of god, that's called pan pizza and not deep dish. And they found it weird that I wanted burger meat on my pizza. I recently hosted a business dinner for 35 people at this restaurant. They have us a reserved section that allowed for great business conversation. The biggest downside to the entire meal was the service. They only gave 2 servers which worked hard but resulted in an average experience The food was very good for a mid priced chain restaurant. The wings were noteworthy as an appetizer. The pasta dishes were a favorite of the group and the monkey bread pizokie was a runaway favorite The management needs to put more servers on larger parties with advanced reservations

The food is good and the beer is great. The kitchen and service staff just cannot seem to get it together. The appetizer arrives after the entree, the salad dressing gets mixed up, and the wrong pizza gets delivered to the table. I would like to say it was just once, but it has been multiple occasions since the place opened. It's always fixed, but I wish they could get it right the first time. Most recently, we were seated at a booth with food and silverware on the floor from the previous party.

Excellent restaurant. The staff are pleasant and very helpful, extremely knowledge about the menu and very willing to be accommodating. They will help with any type of allergy or separation of foods that you or your party need. The restaurant makes most of their dressings and sauces from scratch so they know exactly what is in them. Service is very quick and good comes out quickly as well. They bring complementary appetizers for children under 12 which is amazing when you have hungry children and they keep asking when their food will get there. The menu is huge and everything I've had has been outstanding. I've tried something different every time and always been happy. Serving size is fairly large. About half the time I need to take leftovers home. The cost is between 12 and 20 dollars per adult plate. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Love coming here for a nice comforting meal with innovative ideas. Monique is the bartender they have by far. Good drinks made and poured by skilled hands. She checks on you constantly to reind you she know your there your her customer and she appreciates tour buisness as do all bj's employees. You want to be treated like a friend or family come fo bj's at the tacoma mall folks. This is coming from a chef with 20 years experience!!

Clean, prompt, good beer selection, and friendly staff. Typically BJ's are known for being slow and taking forever, but this location is running on a different speed. I'm dinging them 1 star because the floors are a death trap (at every location). I'm not sure if it's the material they use or the cleaning product.... But they're SO SLIPPERY!!!!!

I love this place, they have great food and the atmosphere is very nice. If you love sports they always have the latest going on one of their many big screens on the wall. I love their drinks, they have plenty of varieties. Bring the kids or keep them home it's all the same. I've been here several time. Definitely a go to spot of you're at the mall and want to sit and have a great meal.

Bjs Restaurant & Brewhouse is a great place for drinks and food. Happy hour is from 3pm to 7pm Sunday thru Thursday which offers good deals on appetizers and mini pizzas. This location across the road from Tyson's Corner. It gets busy after 6pm so be ready for a wait. The server we had today was polite but younger and wanted to serve us very quickly. So was so quick that we had to correct her on not giving me a happy hour price for a domestic bottled beer. Overall the service was satisfactory. Go check it out.

If you're coming to BJ's, you cannot leave without trying the pizookie. It's got to be one of my all time favorite desserts offered at a restaurant. Every time I come here, it's perfectly baked and I leave feeling extremely satisfied.

The appetizer was good i ordered new loaded nachos...for the entrees i ordered enlightened lemon thyme chicken and mahi mahi fish tacos....the appetizer was good i loved. munching on those crunchy nachos with sour cream, guacamole and salsa...however for the entrees i feel the taste was compromised...the fish tacos were good but i honestly didnt like the enlightened lemon thyme chicken i felt like ingredients were kind if not fresh other than that the tacos were yum... our server was very friendly the service provided was 5/5.. i would give it another try

We have visited now four times, and each time, we had good service, twice, a long wait. Simply because their seating is more appropriate for two. This evening, after a 25 or so minute wait, we were led to a very small table in a center aisle with the table having the less than accommodating drop sides. Our party size was 6; two adults, two older teens, a pre-teen, and a toddler w a high chair. When we arrived at the table, I told the waiter that the table probably would not work as it was quite small and I could not see it accommodating 6 drinks, 6 plates, and an appetizer. When I let the waiter know, he offered to seat part of our group elsewhere and I politely declined. He asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer for an open seat and I said, no problem. After we went back to the front to wait, the group of hostesses all loudly had a less than cheery discussion about me declining the tiny table. As I was standing right next to the desk, I simply chuckled and said, I seem to make friends everywhere I go. I suppose I should have said nothing as it's now been nearly 50 minutes and we are the last in the lobby. I don't think I will ever visit again to celebrate a family birthday, etc. Should have gone elsewhere. I believe their staff is quite unhappy and stressed this evening.

Our group of 6 arrived at different times. Some of us had ordered at the bar...the confusion didn't matter! Our waiter..Chris...was outstanding. Very attentive, even on a busy Sunday. Everyone in the group ordered something different, and everyone was happy! Excellent food. Excellent service.

Deep dish pizza is horrible, and I'm a pizza connoisseur. Got the mini for lunch and it was 85+% soggy crust underneath very ungenerous toppings, which should have included extra cheese. Totally reminded me of the mini Pizza Hut pizza's you get at the food court at Target stores. 85% crust with a thin layer of toppings. Not pizza. Sorry, but just being honest. Even worse, it cost $13.50! Do not waste your money.

We had Prime Rib on Easter Sunday at about 8:30 PM. It was quiet. Service was blazing fast. The food was good. Not perfect but really good. Definitely recommend. You get so much food we had to take most of it home with us!!!

Called in an order to go. Got the to pick it up. Waited 10 more the Togo guy was busy with a problem customer. The manager finally came to greet me she took my payment and checked on the order ( simple order of ziti), it was not ready. Waited another 5 min. And she brought it to me. Went looking for dinner late on a Friday night and saw that BJ's was open late, so we stopped in. The hostess up front was delightful and offered suggestions while we were being seated. Our server, Chris, was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and all of the drinks. The service was first class, the food was superb and the atmosphere was pleasant. Food and beer was perfect. However, my wifes beer was sitting at the bar for 5 minutes while a server and co-worker (off duty) chatted right next to it. Our server was friendly and helpful, there is nothing negative I can say about her. I just wish she had more teamwork from her co-workers.
