REVIEWS OF Bastille IN Virginia

Carla Kooij

Love Bastille! Every special dinner we had here with family was amazing. I cannot WAIT to move back to our home in Virginia and dine here again!

Michelle Everett

Awesome had lunch at the bar with Adrian. He was charming, efficient and entertaining. I ate alone and he was great company. Food is excellent and I shall return.

Amy Friedlander

The food is imaginatively seasoned. I found the space unnecessarily loud. Where I sat, the tables were lined up New York City style, so I could follow the conversation at the table next to mine better than I could understand the friend sitting across from me.

Tucker Patterson

Great food! Service was good, but not equal to the cost. It was like being served at a chain restaurant, but the food was awesome!

Robert Walker

Good food fine service

Janice Fortunato

They had a good menu for Restaurant Week.

Angela Miller

What a wonderful experience! We went there for our 3rd anniversary and everyone in the staff went above and beyond to make it an amazing night out. We had the steak and frites which was delicious and cooked perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

Edward Heaton

Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, plenty of parking.

Margitta Hanff

Fabulous food as usual. Oh so tender Maigret de Canard. We love the European atmosphere here.

Kristi Lowman

Went for restaurant week. The food was excellent and the service was great. It was pretty busy but our waiter was always checking on us and making sure everything was good.

Melissa Stefun

I love this place! The atmosphere is relaxed and classic. I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of the food and the flavors are always excellent. Our server, Yvonne, was very helpful in assisting members of my party with food allergies to select dishes that worked for them.

Anne Peterson

People are coming here because of the name. The restaurant was good when it was on the North End of Old Town - an excellent kitchen and excellent food. The restaurant seems to have gone down hill since the move to Fayette St. Honestly, the meals our party of 5 had were greasy, oily, overcooked-just like overpriced diner food. The steak was tough, the salmon oily and seemed cold in spots, the escargot were rubbery. Ugh. So, we just can't go back there. It's too bad because the location is good.

Brian Jenkins

Came in late maybe 25-45 min before close. Kitchen was closing.... however the host was king enough to find out what I could get made. Had the confit wings. They were GREAT. Service great

Virginia Record

Bastille never disappoints. Excellent menu and a fabulous wine list. One of my regular go-to restaurants.

Liz Hardy

Went a few weeks ago for brunch with friends. Took a while for a server to acknowledge us, but once he did he was very attentive. Strange though, when we ordered, he told my friend not to order something. Told her to literally order anything else, but she wanted the flatbread and she got what she ordered, just took some convincing. Good food, a little pricey. We enjoyed our time, just the waiter was a little strange.

Lee Mataya

This is a very nice place with good food. As it is a French food themed restaurant, the decor is pretty basic. They have a very nice outdoor space when it is nice out and a private back room if you had a very large group. I will continue to go back to this place because of the low key atmosphere and the great service.

William Klein

Excellence service, great food.

Nicole Garner

I visited during resturant week 2018. Service was good, though a little long between courses. I had the seafood stew, which was cooked just right, and I had the cake for desert, which was also very good. I do plan to return outside of resturant week.

Brittany W.

We had a great time dinner. Defiantly a treat night for us but worth the splurge. The cocktails we're well made, and the waiter was able to recommend a good wine for you each of our dinners. Escargot was deliciously drowning in butter, the chilled asparagus soup was refreshing. Our entrees we very well prepared with complimentary flavors. Lushus duck with pears and pepper corn. Monk fish boullabase was just the right combination of filling and tangy for a dinner on the patio. And dessert's sweetness was set off by a well made Americano.

Anika Dieguez

The service is excellent and the ambiance is nice. The food was good, but when I ordered steak and asked for medium rare, it was more rare. They cook on the lighter side. Overall, I would go back!

Debbie Dittmann

Truly delicious food.

Kenneth Sprang

The food was excellent. We enjoyed the flight of wines with each course as well as a cheese course and dessert. Each course was served at the appropriate time with a thoughtful explanation of the wine served. Dessert offered several unique choices. Plan a whole evening to savor the good food, fine service, and pleasant atmosphere.

Jim Burn

Great food! Unfortunately half of the food we came for is only available on saturday/sunday mornings and the other half is only available after 5pm. We came for lunch on a week day and couldnt get any of it.

Bri D

Excellent service and exquisite food. I loved the mushroom soup and their desserts are SO good.

W. Chris Davis

Great happy hour. Steak, wine, & classical guitar.

Sharon Seymour

Excellent food, good service, nice atmosphere.

Gabrielle Crofford

At my organization, we enjoy visiting Bastille on special occasions. The atmosphere is clean and chic, and I've never had a bad dish on their menu. Although their offerings are constantly changing, I've especially enjoyed their daily soup and several variations of salmon I've tried. My boss especially enjoys their chocolate desserts! Highly recommend for visitors wanting a taste of Northern Old Town.

Kyle Manning

Completely love this place...food is delicious and one of the few "Bistros" that get it right...classic french fare and the bartenders are awesome

Sarah Stroop

Food was delicious and the service was excellent!

Miss Tina

I haven't gone there to eat yet. I was only picking up a delivery, but my first impression was that it was the cozy and inviting atmosphere that I like. Friendly employees. Food looked great. I definitely recommend going there to try it out.

Elias Montilla-Rad

Food is awesome however the it takes q bit longer than expected to get served on the table

Walt Weller

Very pleasant! Had the veal chop...very tasty!

Elizabeth Williams

Great service! Love the vibe! Delicious food. We will be back!

John Winstead

It's nice to have a good French restaurant nearby. The food is excellent and not overly expensive. Location allows you to avoid the crowds of King Street.

Wiz Kid

My experience at this French restaurant was GREAT! My food choices were delicious and the staff was on point. I had a great time.

Patricia hatfield

Very quant and comfortable. Excellent French dishes with a twist. I had the duck with its of pineapple and glazed bananas slices, served with a swipe of butternut squash puree. Excellent, very different than the typical duck ala what ever. They have price fixed menu options for $35 includes a app, Main course, and dessert. Very good choice to go this way since it can pricey otherwize.....if you for for the three choices independently. Service was friendly but slowish. Waiter kinda kept forgetting he was waiting on a table of one. The, dessert was very good as well as the coffee. Fresh not burnt or heavy. Would recommend.

Stephen Lovins

The food itself is exquisite but the service is slow and poor and the general ambiance/style of the restaurant is hysterically out of line with actual French cuisine or culture.

Julia S

Wonderful menu, great selection of food and wine. The best steak frites!

Tan Sav

I had brunch with friends here on a Sunday. We made a reservation. Street parking was fine. We did the pre fix menu. Our server was very nice and food was tasty. The waterfront is about a 20 minute walk or few minutes drive away. This place is walking distance from the metro.

Alexander Laurie

Great food, wine and kir royale!

Kim Lawrence

Wait staff was very attentive. Food was wonderfully prepared, nicely presented, and delicious. We were there for Sunday brunch--make sure to do Mimosas and the 3 course meal. BTW, the cinnamon doughnuts were very nice.

Jette Hansen

This is the best place in town for a mid week lunch. The menu is comprehensive and the 3 course pris fix is a steal at just under $30. The sourcing is local and organic as often as possible without it being a pretentious Farm to Table. Husband is chef. Wife is pastry Chef. They pull off a rare feat a restaurant that focuses on great food at prices that are affordable. I keep coming back and am never disappointed.

Maya Verros

Have been here several times for multiple occasions and never had a less than stellar experience. The food is terrific in the restaurant and I've very much enjoyed a charcuterie selection at the bar, as well. The service is always outstanding.

Charlotte Overcash

Great service and food!

Josef Schachner

Very nice French restaurant, run by a husband & wife team. We went for the 4 course menu, or variations of it. The where very accommodating for our dietary issues (gluten ;-) , vegetarian, nuts). The food was very good, my oysters and scallops in particular excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. Would go again.

Gregory Linzey

Visited Bastille for lunch today and sat in their cafe/bar area. They have a pretty good deal called the "French Quickie" where you can choose 2 items for $15.95. There are appetizer, wine, entree and desert options - a great opportunity to really customize your meal. I ordered the Caeser salad and burger. Salad was good - could have used more croutons and dressing but still good. The burger was great, came on brioche with crispy onions, lettuce and tomato with a side of fries. They serve the fries with house made ketchup which was delicious! Had a coffee after which was good but nothing special. Overall nice atmosphere, great service and food. The food was good value for the price. I took a star away because the coffee was $4.50 and the bottle of sparkling water was $7.50. If those were more reasonably priced this would have been a 5 star experience.

Josh Collins

Great food. Great atmosphere.

Giun Sun

Steak was cooked at my preference (med rare). Well seasoned food. Good atmosphere. Could've done better with a steak knife, but other than that, pretty good!

Diana C

Great service, cozy interior, very good food. My favorite were the savory beignets. Everything is French, even the sparkling water!

Colleen Strawhacker

Great happy, yummy mussels, and good service. I love the back patio when it's nice out!

joeble

Bastille evokes an older Paris with its atmosphere. The brunch is American. The Galette is a tarte, similar to a pizza. The Oeufs Benedicts is served with salmon on a croissant. The staff and service were all very hospitable. I will come again when there are more vegetarian options. Thank you for your service at Bastille!

Krissy Coles

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. We finally went on a Saturday morning for brunch. We arrived at 11:25 a.m. and a line began to form outside the restaurant so we knew it was going to be good. The host and the waiter were very nice, pleasant, and tended to our every need. The food was absolutely delicious. They had a great deal for three courses for $25. I will definitely go again.

Manggo Licauco

I went during restaurant week. They had a great selection of food and drinks. Good service and delicious French food!

Mark L.

My favorite place in Alexandria to visit with or without friends and family, the staff, the food, and the vibe just can't be best in my opinion.

Paula Norman

The food is worth the price, the service great, really enjoyed my visit!!!!!!!

Alana T

Really enjoyed brunch here. Especially the mimosa pitcher. Classic French food and the staff is awesome! I will debit be back, especially because they are dog friendly on the patio!

manuel collazo

Horrible first experience and last. We sat in the bar, got the drinks after 15 minutes of waiting, then we waited some more. A couple sat next to us and got their drinks quickly after sitting, we were ready to order but the bartender wasn't, basically we were invisible. He took the order of thecouple's that got after us like nothing. So we left, thank you so much for letting me know what a great customer service you have.

Chelsea Cantrell

Bastille is a hidden gem in north Old Town. Classic French cuisine. Great specials on weeknights. Attentive staff. Warm atmosphere. Also, they do themed tasting dinners. I consistently bring friends, family and out of town guests here. It's a spot that never disappoints.

Ife Idowu

Excellent service. Beautiful outdoor seating as sun goes down. Great menu.

Peter Patterson

We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The food was excellent. The service was smooth and well paced - neither rushed nor slow. Our sever provided background for each of the wines. I was impressed that a first question asked was whether we had any food allergies or dislikes.

Jeff Luttrell

A bit of confusion when we went to check in with out reservation on Open Table, but we were seated fine. Service was not too invasive or exceptional but again, fine. The food was pretty tasty. Coq au vin and mussels were tasty. The profiteroles had ice cream, not pastry cream, but the creme brulee was delicious. We will try again!

Mika Williams

Went here for the first time for restaurant week. The special was great, the price for value and quality of food was very impressive. The service was good considering how busy they were. The food was really good, great taste and texture, great combination and many options.

Ann Mous

It was all mediocre at best. I was surprised there were so many good reviews on your google listing. The waiter was not knowledgeable or personable, I believe he gave me a caffeinated coffee rather than the decaf I ordered as I couldn’t sleep until 4am. The food was not presented that well and all so salty. I couldn’t taste and other flavours. I walked away from that experience very dissatisfied and really felt like there was not enough general attentiveness applied throughout each aspect of the Resturant.

Weekend Warrior

The food was worth the price. We went during restaurant week and thought i definitely got what I paid for. The food for me, not really liking French food, was not my cup of tea. The outside doesn't match the inside, and i thought it was a little crampt.

Jamila Smoot Burrell

Tasty food, comfortable atmosphere, great service. Not in the more crowded part of Old Town Alexandra.

Emily Belcher

Lovely little place, lush outdoor area out back nice and peaceful. Great staff, polite and knowledgeable and a good bar menu to accompany. Lots of gluten free items. My brulé desert was a little curdled and as such the texture was grainy which let the meal down, but otherwise it was a good night out and I'd go back

Amylane Duncan

Terrific brunch with fresh appetizers and entrees.

David Phillips

Great Restaurant Week lunch. Best mussels in N.Virginia.

Ivelisse Cruz

Service is excellent. Escargot was well prepared, but other dishes were salty, including the dessert custard.

Nick Webster

Dinner on the Patio was perfectly presented. Started with an interesting very tasty Caesar salad followed by scallops over green pea risotto. Perfect! The salmon and asparagus was prepared perfectly. Dessert was amazing. We will be back!!

Amanda Persad

I always go for restaurant week and the food is always dynamic and rich. I had the most incredible salad I would recommend for app - cucumber, watermelon and fried green tomato, with a feta herb dressing. The scallops for main were good, but not the best I've had. The dessert was incredible - a spring cake w edible flowers, berries, and cream. Perfectly tart. I'd recommend apps and desserts here, even the soup. The staff is kind and attentive. Generous with bread and work to create a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.

Tim F

Ruined evening. There are two other very good French restaurants in old town so no need to go back to this one.

Dan Gentry

Bastille was absolutely amazing in every way. Wonderful food, great service, delicious wine, everything.

Shannon Mitchell

Great food

Brandon Grimes

Went here for what I thought was Alexandria's restaurant week but I was a week off. Oh well it was nice. The food was pretty good. Honestly it was a while ago but there wasn't anything to special about this place that struck me to be like wow I need to come back. I had steak which was pretty good but again, nothing to special about Bastille.

Mary Lauer

Lovely venue with amazing food. The trout was delicious, and the creme brulee is utterly classic! So thrilled to have this in my neighborhood!

Peter Heller

Great food, but no selection for those not able to eat seafood.

Donna Davis

The good - lovely atmosphere, clean bathrooms and good starter bread. The bad - all the food. I had the Shrimp Beignets - over-fried and served spicy on guacamole - how you can call something heavy/fried a Beignet is beyond me. I expected something light and delightful - yuck. Next the Coq Au Vin - very heavy and the taste just plain unsavory. Finally, the desert the chocolate profiteroles - the "fluffy" pastry portion was hard and doughy - not fluffy at all, the chocolate sauce tasted cheap - it wasn't even as good as Hershey's, and the chocolate shavings also tasted cheap. the ice cream - well it was an unpleasant surprise, I expected a light and delicious cream - so the ice cream was a disappointment too. Overall, I spent $50 on one of the worst meals I've had in a really long time. thank God my friends shared a little bit of their steaks with me or I would have starved. Update to review: I got a call from Bastille. Interesting. I had hopes that they would offer me the pportunity to come back and try other items to make up for the awful meal. All they did was say they were surprised and tell me that the Coq au Vin does have a "strong taste" and that the chocolate they use is expensive. That's great - but if it tastes cheap then ???? Second update they finally called again after my first update and wanted to offer me a meal to try. And honestly I just didn't want to eat there again. I didn't want to go through that

Léa Fanon

As a French national I have pretty high expectations in terms of French restaurants. I went for restaurant week. Though it was pretty busy I was extremely pleased with the quality and authenticity of the food. Highly recommend (especially to impress a date)

Tomas Velasco

We went for dinner because I wanted French food and we were not disappointed. The chef is French and there were a number of specials on the menu. We had a mushroom veloute that was outstanding. We had salmon and duck, both excellent. We had a hazelnut dessert that was scrumptious! They have a very nice wine list and not everything is pricey. There were some value wines as well. We will be back!

Andrea Martin

Great food and nice service. It was perfect for a laid back date night, not too fancy and not casual either. My boyfriend's steak was a bit overdone with a fair amount of gristle, but everything else was perfect. From the escargot to the beet salad to the coq au vin, we enjoyed the meal. We also especially loved the roasted vegetables served with our meals. The live music was a nice touch.

De BlackPearl

Participated in restaurant week. The place was not too crowded. The hosts at the door were very pleasant. We ate sat outside, the setting and weather was perfect. The food was good however, each course took a long time. The waiter and attendant were not rude, but direct. I didn't feel a warm and welcoming vibe from them.

Evan Tracey

Great food and service

David Lo

Excellent food, good service. Enjoy it

Sean Jones

Food was great, service was too. Definitely would go back.

Don Rubin

Nice brunch with a French tilt. Benedict was great, avoid the chicken and waffles

Scott Money

Staff is great. Food is amazing. I love it here. I never get the same thing, and I have never been disappointed.

Tom Vasale

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Bastille. Crispy skinned salmon over corn risotto surrounded by a lovely tomato broth. I followed that with a caesar salad. Both were accompanied by a glass of Beaujolais Villages. The restaurant is nicely appointed and very welcoming. The bartender, Dimitri, was a good conversationalist.

Jon O

My mom and I went to Bastille for the Prixe Fixe Brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our favorites were the Confit Chicken Wings with Horseradish Sauce and the Croque Madame. The price was very good for all the food you got and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

bloodlust red

Great food and good ambiance. Recommend escargot and seafoods.

Lauren Crow

Went during restaurant week and haven’t been to a restaurant in a while where everything I tasted is cooked perfectly! Started with fried green tomatoes with watermelon, feta and a light dressing which was phenomenal. For dinner, had the scallops with ratatouille vegetables which had great flavor. Scallops were not too chewy. To finish off, had the summer fruit tarte. Delicious almond bar topped with fresh blackberries, raspberries, white chocolate bits, raspberry sorbet. Awesome experience and will definitely return again.

Patty Palafox

Very tasty food nice service

Paul Bethe

They have a wide array of delicious foods and an excellent wine cellar. They have special events, such as wine tastings, that are worth attending.

Vicente Potts

My son and I had lunch today at Bastille and saw the TA flag flying outside, prompting me to write. Service was attentive (thank you Casey!) and the meal was delicious. My son enjoyed the Branzino on quinoa, and commented that if quinoa was always this tasty he would eat it more often. It was beautifully prepared. I enjoyed the Niçoise salad which was visually attractive as well as delicious. It had a light dressing which was perfect. It was fresh and had delicious anchovies as well as classic Nicoise ingredients. We will return soon. Beautiful restaurant with a classic French menu.

Rebecca Clement

We were mostly there to listen to the live jazz music, which was excellent but this place is also pretty fun. We got there around 6:30 and because we didn’t have reservations had to wait for like 20 minutes for someone to cAncel so we could get a spot in the front dining room. The staff was really great at trying to accommodate us and find something that worked. The food was quite expensive for young people on a budget, but I quite liked the squash risotto. The gnocchi chicken dish was good but was a little too fried for my friend’s taste. We ordered the shrimp beignets which were also good but not as fancy as I was expecting. Overall it definitely seems like a fun place to come back to if I’m not looking for a budget meal!

Mike Zarpak

Great food and service!

David Chaffins

The food was excellent but the service left much to be desired. The restaurant was really not all that busy but wait time between courses was awful. We got our starters and the waited 45 minutes or more to get our entre. It was only after we finished our main course that anyone came to refill my water glass. Maybe the wait staff was new or the restaurant was not expecting more than a couple people. Still trying to decide if I will give them a second chance or not.

Jeremy Barnum

I have one major regret about Bastille, and it’s having not found this exceptional restaurant sooner! My wife and I enjoyed one of the better meals we’ve had in recent memory here on a Saturday night. The atmosphere is perfect, very warm and cozy, and the right balance between enough people to provide a vibrant energy and not too many people to be overwhelming. Service was good, too. But let’s be honest, the best part about this place is the food. Everything on the menu looked appealing, but we settled on the cauliflower salad to start, followed by the braised pork loin for me and salmon for my wife. Both of us savored each dish, trying not to eat too quickly to savor the wonderful flavors these meals delivered. For dessert, again it was difficult to choose something among such an excellent array of options. Ultimately, we decided to split the pana cotta and, man, was it memorable! I should also mention there’s a great cocktail and wine list as well. This will be a meal we’ll talk about for awhile, and we cannot wait to return in the future to check out their seasonal menus!

Mike Kiehnau

service was a 10/10 food 8/10 ONLY due to the fish being quiet dry. all other aspects were phenomenal ambiance 6/10 volume level got pretty noisy once the quaint dining room was filled and the live music started. it was nice to have live music but along with all of the bustling conversation it was hard to hear our own. overall 8/10 recommend. will be back

Becca N

Wonderful brunch menu, excellent service

Liza Frasca

Very good.

Amy Zheng

Everything tastes really good! High recommended!

Eric Lee

Great French bistro. Food was very good and the service too. Highly recommend!

Tiffany Locus

The food is excellent and very well prepared

Schuyler Crippen

Food was enjoyable, but the service was lacking and quite frustrating. Shortly after being seated, our waitress introduced themselves and asked if we would like anything to drink. I asked for a cappuccino and she gave me a quick "No" without offering an explanation. Surprised that a French restaurant would not have a cappuccino, I inquired further and found that the machine was broken. I requested regular coffee in a press and was then told that they don't offer pressed coffee, only regular drip coffee. A French restaurant that doesn't offer (French) Press coffee? Decided to stick with water. I ordered a mimosa which took 15 minutes to come out. Ordered a dish that comes with a pastry. I asked for a jam or preserve and was told that they didn't serve any jams or pastries. Seems odd for a French restaurant. The rest of the meal was fine, but these oddities and rude waitress on top of having to ask for water Everytime we ran out made this an average meal.

Kristen Barbieri

Had dinner here Friday evening with my boyfriend as we had heard good things about this place. We were promptly seated however after 20 minutes had to flag down a server to help us as it seemed as though they had forgotten about us. The server who helped us was friendly and apologetic. Eventually our server came to our table and apologized that he went to the wrong table. While this is forgive able, I couldn’t help but notice that another table nearby by had been missing several of their orders and that another table had the incorrect food brought to them. The food was good enough. Had the service not been as poor I would have given this place 4 stars. I do think it’s overpriced for what you get. As a frequent patron of Le diplomat downtown, there is just no comparison. I would rather bring my service elsewhere.

Natalie Gabriel

That place serves food that is not fresh, plus it has nothing to do with French cuisine, with the acceptance of a decent dessert

Matt Bedell

This is a really tough four star review. The drinks were good, the escargot was tasty with good garlic, the beet salad was dynamite, and the white chocolate panna cotta was full of good things, including some of the most fascinating blood orange sauce I've ever had. Why not 5 stars? My strip steak was 1/3 connective tissue and just didn't have much pepper flavor despite being au poivre. The roasted vegetables and the parsnip puree were faultless and some of the best I've had. Theycompletely stole the plate away from the steak that I shelled out a few extra bucks for on the prix fixe menu. Maybe I just got a bad cut. I think I'll still go back. Maybe they'll have a beet salad and dessert special?

Elizabeth Fields

It was a wonderful experience

Adith Subramanian

Usually when a place does a vegetable medley, it comes out terribly. You can have the right ingredients in the right proportions, but the challenge is texture. You have to time when you add ingredients to make sure they all hit their prime at the same time. The cook absolutely nailed it. I also stole a few mouths of my gf's gnocchi, which was cooked properly with great taste. Absolutely recommend for anyone!

Scott Collins

Ok good, ok ambiance but I don't get all the hype.

Ashley Greve

This place had a great restaurant week menu, with actually very good value. Loved the risotto and the steak. Okay coffee (it’s not a coffee shop after all), but amazing desserts!

Michael Metcalf

Nice atmosphere, good appetizers, poor salads.

Renee Ethier

We have been here several times, and the food and service are always good. Any place that serves a poached egg on a Caesar salad is a win in my book. Their 3 course menu for $40 is a great value. They have a great patio, too.

Novella Chandler

I love the vibe in this place. And check out the live jazz..!

JJ Tkacik

Seared scallops with a simple smoked paprika and rice wine vinegar dressing. .. House chardonnay ... perfect. ... Service attentive and mercifully unobtrusive. ... Old town has a few good/very good restaurants, but none outdoes Bastille.... so, can't lose, eh?

Eric March

Visited during restaurant week, food was very good. Good portions.

christine edwards

Went last night for Restaurant Week. The portions were impressive, the food was remarkable and the service was very attentive.

David Cardona

I was impressed with Bastille which we visited during winter Restaurant Week '17. The building had an energetic vibe, and the staff were very attentive. The food was very good and potions matched the quality and prices. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Melinda Arnold

I hadn't been to Bastille's new location before. It is considerably larger and brighter. We went for lunch during Restaurant Week. It was a great value. The food was wonderful. I had an outstanding beet salad and mushroom risotto, which was lovely and rich tasting. They have well chosen wine by the glass as well as an excellent wine list. The desserts were very good. The portions are good, not too much to eat but a generous size. The service was excellent, attentive but not obtrusive. We will be back.

Mark Andrews

Very nice restaurant!

Philip D. Cave

Excellent menu. Pricey but very well worth it. Our favorite restaurant in town.

Juan Carlos Albarran Marquez

Perfect place to celebrate with friends or that special person, good selection in wines or champagne, the menu is created to give you an different opportunity to taste dishes from the French kitchen. Great service and staff always checking if you need something else.

Marie-B CDA

Long wait for drinks. Food was warm.

Arnold

Great food and service. The 3 course for around $30 is the best bang for your buck. Dessert at this place is a MUST!

Bradley Scalio

The Bouillabaisse was incredible. Highly diverse and changing menu as well as good selection of wine by glass and bottle. The staff was attentive, polite, and informative. The atmosphere was casual yet not informal. Highly recommend for people looking to delve into something slightly different yet not too exotic.

Alina Kazmenko

My husband and I were there on Valentine’s Day, which was super expensive as I found out by chance later. Anyway, we had a great time! All the dishes we tried there were delicious and beautifully presented. The cocktails were tasty. Although the service was... unique - I felt like I was bothering our waitress. However, it didn’t ruin the night!

Ricky Grant

Great service staff was excellent food was delightful...
