I ended up with food poisoning after getting a dirty look from the employee who tossed my debit card across the counter rather than hand it to me. On a previous visit i was also unimpressed with this same employee. When i called and complained to the manager he expressed that he wasn't surprised and did nothing to make amends. This place sucks.

Staff gave incredibly friendly service. Huge pythons on those boys in the kitchen, food was out within 10 minutes after being told 15! Received an extra 3 bone-in wings for no reason as well

Will not be back. Unprofessional staff- counter help dressed inappropriately. Owners should continue supplying polo or tee shirts and enforcing some type of dress code. One of the young women working the counter never even made eye contact with me. Saw her helping herself to fries out of the basket in the kitchen without wearing gloves.

Usually the food is pretty good. Wraps and fries are good, but be prepared for the wrap to be absolutely flooded with sauce. I tried to switch things up and try the salad this time. Worst salad of my life. They put the dressing on themselves and I'm pretty sure it was straight up grease. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. If you go here, just stick with the wings.

Really couldn't tell you. We waited almost 15 to 20 minutes and nobody came out of the back to wait on us. As we were leaving a young man opened the door for as and told us that he has been waiting for forty minutes outside , so my fiance and I got pizza next store. The service and pizza were very good As we were finishing the pizza the young man who we met next finally got his order. The irony of this story is the young man's father owns th e plaza. I gave it a won star rating because there was nothing lower.

Owners pay particular attention to health & safety as well cleanliness of the restaurant to make sure their products are the best in the area. Since new owners took over current location over a year ago, they have turned things around for the better. It took months to clean the place to the standards set far beyond expectations. Wings over is a great place to get the best wings in the capital district/Saratoga region. Stop in and get some wings, be warned about the heat before diving in. If you are not used to hot/spicey go for whimpy souce.

I ordered a Hanger 3 with Lemon pepper and a few cruising altitude wings. I asked for boneless wings. When my son got home with the food, all wings were bone-in, and most were cruising altitude. When I called to see what could be done, the person who answered the phone put me on hold. When they picked the phone up I explained what happened and she proceeded to keep telling me that I should know a B-1 bomber was bone-in, and that since the order was rung up that way there was nothing to be done. Not only was the employee raising their voice and not listening, they also hung up on me while I was telling them that I was coming to the store. This “misunderstanding “ should not have occurred. Wether or not the order was taken incorrectly, the employee should not have raised their voice and hung up on a customer who paid 40 dollars for food. This is totally unacceptable behavior!!!

The food is decent. But the staff is bad. Pack of cigs on the counter, comes from the back...smoking. They acted like I was bothering them by paying for food. Won't go back. Fridge barely stocked with drinks. Dirty eat in. There are too many options to go back.

I wish I could say I had a great experience but it was not so .. it was our first time there and I have never had bad service like this ! There was one person taking orders and she spent most of the time on the phone. . When it came to our turn to order she told us to hurry up because we slow down the process .. when we finally got our wings they were cold ! Even though we picked them up as soon as they were ready. There were others there that said their food was cold too! I'm sadden to say that it was our first and last time there

I am a regular here. Depending on if I am getting lunch, dinner or something to eat while I watch my sports the food here is da bomb. Don't know where I would be in life without some spicy teriyaki boneless wings. My favorite flavor. Usually slow when I come in around lunch time which is good for me. Normally a 10-15 minute wait and it is so worth it. The women that run the counter are always kind and patient. One of the best places to get some wings in the area. Can't wait to come back for more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We waited OVER 1 Hour and 45 Minutes for our delivery. Wings arrived COLD with only 1 small container of blue cheese, Fried Chicken Sandwich was soggy. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! This is the FIRST review I've ever written. But, it's SO BAD, I just had to.

Wings are fair at best. The Buffalo sauces only vaguely resemble actual Buffalo wings and they werent very good. Tomato and other misplaced ingredients. Onion rings were basic but good. The restaurant and bathrooms are not very clean. It feels like cleaning is an uncommon afterthought. Probably won't be back.

I love the wings that's why I'll still order from here but I ordered at 7 pm for delivery and the delivery driver was so slow and stupid that he never even delivered the food. I waited for 3 hours until they closed to just give up and make different food. I got my money back but was promised the food still. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery driver. How can you be so bad at such a simple job. If he's not fired this company will lose business fast.

Terrible. Food was a half hour late for delivery. When I called and asked where it was, they said the driver was out. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience and was told no. So I was left hungry, paying full price and hung up on when I had asked for compensation.

Order was completely wrong. Putting 3 differently sauces wings in one container is the dumbest thing. Why would I want the wings to be covered in the different sauces. Asked for a chicken wrap with no ranch and yet was covered in ranch. Overall a bad experience. Can see why the one in Albany shut down, this one won’t be here much longer either.

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this place but today really turned me off. Lately I haven't been able to order through grub hub even though they're open. So I called in my order and said very clearly I only wanted one flavor. When I got there about 20 minutes later (as long as they said it would take) I had to wait about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the one woman working. I saw that she was alone so I didnt sweat it. Then when she did acknowledge me she kind of scolded me for being early. I brushed it off again. Got my order and got to my car and realized it smelled like bbq. I didnt order bbq so I checked and sure enough half my order was honey bbq. I went back inside with the wings and had to say excuse me several times to get her attention. She stopped in the door to the kitchen and I told her she gave me bbq when I wanted spicy teriyaki. She said that that's what the order sheet said, half honey bbq and half spicy teriyaki. I told her that was not what I ordered and she got upset saying again that's what was on the sheet and then rudely asked if I had time for her to make me 4 more wings. At this point I was upset and told her no I'd just take it and then she started again that's what I ordered. She then made me come to the other kitchen door (instead of walking up to me at the counter) to get a think of teriyaki sauce to dip my honey bbq wings in? I left feeling very turned off. The wings were okay but not what I wanted. The fries I got with my order were super inconsistent and both over and undercooked. Disappointed and almost dont want to go back when I go 20 minutes out of my way to get them once every 2 weeks.

I came in and I ordered Cajun bbq boneless wings older lady with short bushy hair slid my card across the counter didn’t have the decency to hand it to me like I handed it to her,waited 15m no big deal but when I got my chicken it was room temperature Asked if I could get fresh chicken lady then huffed at me and made comment under her breath when she took my food. I’m very displeased this place seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes by. It’s too bad because the Wings over chain restaurants have great food.

Since new owners have taken over the Wraps have been scaled to half of what they used to be. The time to make Actual Wings has doubled. Super disappointed the previous owners are gone because so has the Restaurant! Used to be regulars, now looking for new Wing Restaurant (any recommendations?)

This place has gone down hill in the past month. I used to order from here at least twice a week. Now I will never order from here again. The lady that runs the place is very rude. I just waited two hours for food and called and cancelled. It's pretty pathetic.

The staff is absolutely obnoxious. There was one other person sitting down eating and we waited 5 minutes for the cashier to come over and take our order because she was busy smoking in the back with the door wide open. You could smell the cigarette smoke in the front. Once we ordered and sat down to wait, the cooks in the back started blasting rap and singing along to it. It was very unprofessional. The bathroom was in okay shape. But the whole dining room floor is caked with dirt. I don't think they've mopped in days.

I used to be a customer of this establishment 4 to 5 times a week even after they always messed up my order or forgot to include the things I paid for my advice is get rid of the crazy lady and actually include what people pay for instead of them having to untie everything and check for themselves before they leave other than that the food is great

People here are completely clueless. They are COMPLETELY incapable of getting an order correct. I ordered for pickup and they said 15 minutes to 20 after telling me I was talking too fast whuch was not true whatsoever....it ended up taking forty minutes for one order of boneless wings with no sides or drinks just extra blue cheese. When we went inside place was not very clean and there was a customer in front of us who was complaining about them screwing up his order completely which is not surprising. It took us about 10 minutes to be seen only because the guy in front of us told them to tend to us. If not for him I think they would have just ignored us. They hand us our order after waiting even longer and the bag and the styrofoam box the wings come in were covered in sticky sauce. Completely ridiculous and instead of extra blue cheese we got one small ranch cup and the wings were not crispy at all...this place is a joke. Please avoid them. They don't deserve your business!

The wings here range between pretty good and really good. I do like how many choices they have for sauces. The main issue here is that the service is AWFUL. The women running the register swing wildly from tolerable (at best) to downright rude. They always act as though they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you. Ironically you'll say "why a one star review if this guy loves the wings?" Which I do. However, my review is based solely on the customer service and attention to detail. Without fail, EVERY time I order, which in all honesty we do frequently, the order is incorrect. Every time I order, I order fries for my son because he doesn't like wings. I ALWAYS request that they are cooked extra crispy. Not once has that happened. Several times the order has been completely incorrect. I ordered for pickup a week or so ago to try and rectify the situation and was told 20 minutes for pickup. I stood in the restaurant for another 20 minutes waiting while a half dozen employees or so sat around in the back staring at cell phones. The time prior to that, I called in an order and was told I needed to slow down with my ordering because the person taking my order " wasn't that fast" I became so frustrated that I emailed the corporate offices with my concerns and they were so interested in satisfying my complaints that they never so much as acknowledged my issues. Again, as crazy as it sounds, we do enjoy the wings , they are large and very satisfying. Great flavor and tons of them to choose from. If they had any interest in customer service AT ALL and a little attention to detail, there would be no stopping this place.

The lady who took our order was high and not capable of understanding a word we said to her. This then was followed by her forgetting to give us our food. We sat there for 30 minutes (no one was there) patiently waiting but wondering why it was taking so long to make our food. I tried to get her attention and it didn't happen. Luckily my husband needed to go to the bathroom so him knocking on the door woke her up ... made her think new people were in the place and she didn't understand me saying that it was my husband. However, that did make her realize we were still there and she questioned why. Well, sweetheart you never gave us our food. She found it sitting on a shelf. Our food was given to us cold when it should have been hot and our wings and no flavor on them when we ordered mustang ranch. So save your money and eat elsewhere.

I usually have a normal experience here. I always order online so the food is ready for pick up when I arrive, never delivery as it takes forever to show up. But ever since a new owner took place, my experiences have steadily gone downhill. Today -4/29/18 - was my breaking point. Without getting into too much detail, she seemed like she was on something or just doesn't care about the business anymore.

2/9/18 Unbelievably bad service. I can't even begin to understand how they can be okay with this standard. I ordered a simple meal an it took over a hour and 15 minutes (literally a 5 minute drive away). It gets here and they forget an item.... again. I say again because its almost every time they forget a side order. You think she would get sick of messing up all the time and having to come back to bring the missing item. Its the same thing every time with her. Other people in my family had this problem with her many times too. So I call and he tells me they will send it right back over. I was polite, mistakes happen, no biggie. 40 MORE minutes go by and nothing. I call back and he tells me i never ordered the item even though i know for a fact i did. Despite that, he never even bothered to call me and tell me i didn't order it. So he had me waiting over 40 minutes with no intention of ever calling me back to tell me it wasn't coming. I never write reviews or bother to. And when I said i would never be ordering from there again he smugly said okay and swiftly hung up on me. If this was the first time I have had an incident with them i wouldn't have bothered writing this. But this just pushed me over the edge. I paid tip and a delivery fee which makes ordering from there almost unaffordable as it is. For what? Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a cold and inaccurate order? How low of a standard could you possibly have as a business? Have some respect for your customers and yourself. Unbelievable.

We ordered 60 BBQ wings along with other items on 5/2/16. They took over 1 hour to deliver our order. Upon opening the wings we found that they were just plain. NO BBQ. I called them back and was told they would bring out some BBQ sauce. Never received the sauce. The wings were terrible. They have definitely lost my business.
