Went to this restaurant after reading the reviews and have to say it was quite a disappointment! We ordered our food and then the waitress came back and gave us the long list of food they DID’NT have, so we had to change our order . The “Tiki Bar” did not make Mojitos . I asked for lemon in my ice tea and the waitress came back with 3 lemon slices in her hand , not on a plate or little cup. We asked for sugar and was given Equal . I told the Waiter, “ no real sugar not artificial sweetener” and he said,” we don’t have sugar here!” However another waitress did bring us sugar. My daughter asked for no tomato in her salad and was told ,” the salad comes from a bag, so there is no tomatoes any way.” The pool had a lot of algae in it and the pool side furniture was less than appealing . The bathroom was full of cobwebs and dead bugs. The lake view from this restaurant is gorgeous and this place could be a gold mine if they would clean the place up, get some GOOD waitstaff and a Chef who can produce some really good food instead of freezer to fryer food! Maybe this place is a job for John Stafford from Bar Rescue!! This was our last trip to this Establishment

Amazing service and a great location on Lake Champlain. Food was great and we will definitely be back.

Quiet little spot on the water for drinks and snacks! Good lobster rolls! Bring your bathing suit and go for a swim in the pool or lake.

Double rainbow says it all. Great meal.

Not much for boat parking limited seating inside ..docks are high cleats are 20 ft apart..and takes an hour for a deep fried app..much better spots on the lake to go by boat.

Awesome food and burgers

Understaffed. Minimal seating. Out of chicken wings and most of all sea food on menu. Took over 45 mins to get a drink. Bartender admitted she hasn't bartended before and couldn't make a margarita.

Food alright, but certainly could have been better. Service pleasant but slow. Most glaring, Bill was miscalculated by $50 plus. Made corrections and server very apologetic. Upgrade technology. Relying on staff to use calculator to sum up bill, it's not the 70s.

There’s a fair amount of unhelpful reviews here so let’s clear up a few things: 1. There IS automobile parking. 2. There is not indoor seating (you should visit during good weather) 3. There is a surprisingly good amount of beers on tap. 4. They have a pool. My wife and I came here for a quick lunch as we were staying in the area and there are very few options. I ordered the Reuben and my wife ordered a BLT. They were both great, the Reuben portion size was gigantic. We also got coconut shrimp as an appetizer as per some of the Google reviews have recommended. I can reinforce and vouch that the coconut shrimp was quite good. I also got a great local IPA on tap that hit the spot. Given the very casual atmosphere and extremely limited options in this area for a quick bite such as these, I can definitely recommend this place. Regardless of what type of vessel you are using to get there.

We took a great boat ride over for some casual dining. The beer was cold and the salmon burger was delicious. Gregory, the bartender, did a great job. He was very personal and had some great life and travel stories while never missing an empty glass.

I visited this place with my kid and a friend. We took out my friends boat on a beautiful, sunny day and it was his idea to come here. He had heard about it from some other friends and wanted to check it out. Specifically, he likes to find places you can boat to around Lake Champlain. Motoring in was a bit tricky. Mainly, most of the slips are private so you can't just dock anywhere. If it is your first time there or you haven't been in a while, just pull up to the fuel dock and ask the attendant. After docking and making our way up to the restaurant, we had to wait a bit to get seating. I got the vibe that the people there are a mix of regulars who rent slips for their boats and outside visitors like our group. Once seated, I ordered the BLT with fries and a cold Landshark beer. The food was good and not really expensive for a marina bar and grill that you can boat up to. If you want to try it out on a really nice weekend day, be prepared to wait for seating. It was very busy. I think we just happened to get there at the right time. If you don't feel like waiting for a seat, you can also order food for takeout. I would definitely come back here again and I know my friend would too because he was back recently with his wife.

really great food but service can be chaotic at peak hours

Nice place to go on the boat. There is space to dock if you’re willing to fight for it. They have really good drinks and an equipped bar. The appetizers are good and service is generally fast. They have a good menu and a wide variety. I would give it five stars but their seating could be improved, the bar tables are about a foot wide and it doesn’t make for a good dining experience. I’m sure this place will only get better with time.

Was great food and service! :)

Pull up your boat, and head up to the bar for a great time. Bring shoes, but if you forget your shirt, they'll cover your back, literally. Tourists and locals all blend together in a medley of laughter and smiles. The staff will not only serve you food, but will serve humor and friendly socialization while waiting for your meal. Watch out for the Coast Guard though, but actually nevermind, the only thing they're "guarding" is that they're catching a buzz too. You may have to move down a seat or two to make room for another party, but before you know it, you're all acting like long lost friends. Watch out for their house special Yummy Rummy or whatever they call it. While it may be delicious and go down smooth it hits like a tank. Thanks again to everyone here for the great experience! If you didn't have such a great attitude and environment you wouldn't have to put up with me and my friend again when we come back for round two.

Poor costumer service. No smile at all. Lazy waitress who does not know the menu and the type of beer they serve. They should hire a good waiter/waitress. Maybe pay more to keep their custumers.
