Well, I had to deal with the problem and it was NOT my mistake but their employee who I didn’t ask to help me. No one cared or helped... not my kinda of place.

I have eaten here twice with my girlfriend, and both times have been absolutely stellar. My girlfriend has a severe gluten intolerance, but the Last Chair has been super accommodating and knowledgable in guiding us through the menu. Both times we've gotten the same order - chicken wings, house salad with chicken, and ribs, and both times it's been to die for. The gluten free girlfriend had no problems with any of the food (she's sitting next to me now muttering about how good the ribs were). The place is family owned, and if you're lucky you'll have a chance to interact with the owner and his family. They are really nice people, as are the other employees. We've had nothing but great service at the Last Chair. The environment is really nice - in the winter, they have a roaring fireplace inside that heats the whole restaurant. In the summer, you can eat outside, and they have outdoor fire-heater-things that heat the patio once the sun goes down. With a fantastic vibe, great people, and incredible food (and beer), this place is a must hit if you're trying to eat out in the Mount Snow area. We will most definitely be back! - Milos and Carolyn

Cool place to visit arcade fun for kids nice staff but it's pricey wings weren't great nachos were bland and over priced best thing we had was a specialty pizza added chicken to it and it was like 24-26 $ was over 100$ for those three things and some drinks so go prepared to spend some $$$ cause that doesn't include playing at the arcade at all cost alot more then my avg night out

Decent food. Gets a big crowd on Friday and Saturday nights in-season. Brilliant concept of a game room connected to a pub/restaurant. Decent tap selection - nothing to wow you, but enough to satisfy your interest. Typical bar style food. Worth the prices. Go early in-season if you don't want to wait for a seat.

Our party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the last chair. Our server Nicki was fantastic!! The menu was extensive with a huge variety of choices that allowed a group from 8 to 75 to have find something that they thoroughly enjoyed. I've dined here twice and have always had a great meal

Outstanding food in rustic ambiance perfect for an apres ski chow down. Great and varied menu and the food is terrific, even by New York standards. The wait can be long but there is a nice bar and game room to keep the kids out of your hair while you wait. One of us got stew which was only lukewarm but that's the only complaint I can offer after several times dining here.

I love this place. The food is great. It gets busy but you can always have a drink upstairs and listen to live music. In the summer their lobster is maine fresh. We are big fans of this Mount Snow staple!

Waitress was lovely and following the policy when she told us we would be charged double for a meal that was not made as requested. That is their policy she said. I wish I would have read the policies before we agreed to eat at this restaurant. My burger was not the greatest. Do not recommend.

We went for lunch. Liked the ski theme they had. Our waitress was awesome. Super friendly! The food was really good. They took a family photo for us in Santa’s chair. Only downside was the food was way overpriced. Wife got Mac and cheese with shrimp, son ordered small pizza, I ordered a Caesar, water, milk, cranberry juice: $73 for lunch. $85 with tip.

First time there and decided to go as it was Sunday and not too busy. Service was poor and slow in comparison to surrounding tables. Emma was our server but she appeared to service the other tables well that had full dinners and at least 2 adults. It was me and my son and we only had appetizers. .we ordered the pork nachos that were weak and chili was cold,though they did warm mine up after asking..I hope that this was a isolated incident. Appears very popular.

Cute little bar tucked away upstairs from the mayhem and screaming children in the game room. Funny enough we were mulling around waiting for a table and saw this place almost empty. Had sip o' sunshine on tap and a very friendly bartender. If you want to relax with a good beer pop in!

I've unfortunately been overall disappointed the last couple times I've been there, which is a shame since I grew up going to the place back when it was Deacon's Den. I got the seared tuna last time and it was not very good. Perhaps I'll give it another shot in the future.

Was really looking forward to a meal here, my boyfriend raved about it. Dinner started out with a 30 minute wait to be seated (we were told 10). Finally we were seated, in a back corner, and waited another 20 minutes before the waitress even noticed we were there. Food came out relatively quickly, but she brought the meal about 30 seconds after the appetizer, so our table was full of plates. We both got the salmon, which was so raw it probably would have swam away if you let it free. We both sent it back, two minutes later a bus boy brought it back. Still raw. I couldn't eat any of it. When it was time to pay, the waitress brought the iPad to us, standing there as we signed and chose a tip, making it virtually impossible to leave an appropriately low tip. Not a single discount was applied to an inedible meal. We were both extremely disappointed and will never return here. My advice, if you're in the area, don't waste your time with this restaurant. Drive a bit farther and get a meal in Wilmington.

The food was good and reasonably priced. The teenager staffing the arcade wouldn’t let me stretch my 157 tickets to 160 so my four kids could all have a worthless little rubber lizard. Can’t even buy them. Bad customer service ruins the experience.

The chuckiecheese of West Dover. The last chair boasts a full size game room, prize wall, and great selection of beer. However their food was poor. On my last visit, I had the buffalo chicken wrap and pesto pizza. Both were less than mediocre. I would pass here unless you can't get a table anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. A simple misunderstanding in the parking lot led to us trying to nicely explain ourselves to the staff while the kitchen staff came outside and screamed threats and obscenities at my wife. Those men should be ashamed of themselves for what they said to us. UPDATE: I am writing this update since the "owner" replied but left the restaurant phone number with no name of whom to ask for. When I call in and ask for the owner, I am told they are not in or not available. The employee in question is an older white female that was driving a Jeep Wrangler in their parking lot. It was this employee that was extremely rude and confrontational. She is also the person that decided to get the kitchen staff outside to shout at us along side her. I'd love to speak to someone about this but would need a name so I can ask for the right person.

This is by far the best spot to dine with the family after a long day on the slopes. They have an arcade area for the kids to play while you wait for a table. The wait is normally long (~1 hour), so the adults can wait at the bar while the kids are entertained. The menu is focused so every meal is delicious. My oldest loves to celebrate his birthday here every year.

Food was good, very friendly staff, life music, and we loved the arcade attached that made the wait seem much shorter. Only thing was our apps and entrees came altogether and the nachos were cold, but our waiter was super great and gave us dessert on him, which was very good too. Definitely a great place for after a day of skiing!
