Restaurant Manager at Kirkland location was extremely rude when I asked her a menu related question. Her comportment when responding to me suggested don't come back. I have been a good customer over the years, but I will definitely not be going back. Their prices are already higher than everyone else and she wants to charge me an additional $4 for a small plastic-boxed take out salad??? Additionally, an outlet recently closed in an adjoining Burrough - the company should be very careful in who they hire in customer facing roles.

Known mainly for its chicken, there are, also, many other great meal choices, fairly priced, too. Combined with friendly, courteous and attentive staff, eating there is always a winning combination. Choose the cozy intimacy of the bar, where you can take advantage of their Happy Hour or the spacious dining room, with play areas for the young and the young at heart. We were a party of four, and we were all pleased with the service and the food. Rôtisserie St. Hubert has been one of our favourite restaurants for 35 years. It is, obviously, doing something right.

We usually stop here when family visits from down south. Always have the same food, always want a hot sugar pie with cold ice cream (is there any other way??) Worse service ever I ordered a combo with a drink and they saw on the bill that I had a drink that I paid for and instead of calling me to ask what king of drink I wanted the decided to not bring it to me so first thing I did is call them to bring me my drink and 2 hours later and 3 phone call to them they still didn’t bring it to me. I use to order from st Hubert on a regular basis but I have a lot of other rotisserie’s I can order from Score Cote St Luc Benny and co and all their food is as good but much better service I will never have st Hubert again

When I called to complain, the rep tried to bargain a refund. I ended up getting a credit for $11. Order repeatedly took over 1 hour for delivery. Most recently: after ordering online and waiting for over 1 hour, called to inquire and was told that the order left 30 minutes ago. Called the St Charles restaurant directly to inquire further, and the manager first tried to get rid of me by telling me that the order should be delivered shortly. After I pointed out that said manager had no personal information to speak about my order, she finally took my number and went to check. After 5 minutes I was advised that the order was never communicated to the St Charles location, and that they would start working on it now. Needless to say, the order was cancelled. This was the last straw, and we will never order from there. Friendly advice: do NOT order there.
