We were so happy to hear this place reopened, as it's one of the few places to eat in our area. I have gotten the Pasta Abruzzo, the Shrimp Lulu, and the Spicy Maple wings.. ALL were sooo good. I really do love this place, and we are now there at least once a week for a yummy dinner. It's beautiful inside and the wait staff is always wonderful and helpful. Christine is the bartender we usually see there, she is talented and attentive. Great place!!

Wednesday night is half price burger night which is fantastic. They have some great choices. There is always a special that changes week to week, and the creativity shines with it. The wait times may occasionally be a bit long, but that should not deter you, it's worth the wait. The Service is friendly and attentive. They have a great rotatating beer selection too! I'm a repeat customer.

Great food, eclectic atmosphere (in a good way), friendly service, and reasonably priced. We drove almost an hour from Westport, NY and it was definitely worth it! We had the Mac & Cheese and Shrimp Lulu, and there was plenty leftover to bring home.

Food was good, ½ priced burgers (didn't know that when we came in) so couldn't beat it! Our server was very pleasant. The hostess on the other hand, thin lady, rude as hell to me and the others in my party, ruined the dinner. Nice to everyone else who came in without reservations, didn't pressure other parties to order because of reserved tables, makes me think she was specifically being mean to my party. Telling us that we have to be "out" by 6pm because someone reserved the table she sat us at, telling us we need to put the orders in so we can finish by 6. Well, we finished at 6 pm, and no one was waiting in the waiting area. So it was completely unnecessary for her to keep pressing us to order and hurry up. Like I said, she only did this to us. If the restaurant was completely booked, she should've just told us, we would've gone somewhere else.

Park Squeeze is one of my favorite places to go when in Vergennes. I prefer to sit upstairs at the bar. Sara is an exceptional bartender and is very friendly. She is why we always come back..

The appetizers were amazing. The burger that I had was cooked just the way I like it exactly how I told the waitress. The waitress was very attentive and very friendly. Overall I would recommend this place to get something to eat. It's an older establishment, that has quaint charm.

It took about AN HOUR AND A HALF for us to receive our food and we had a RESERVATION. I have a pineapple allergy so my friends requested that their burger not have pineapple on it because the smell alone bothers me. I was first told that it's best if I don't order a burger if that's the case because there's pineapple all over their Grill. So I asked if they could just do it in a pan and I was told they're too busy there's no space. So me and my friends looked up another restaurant that's close by that also serve burgers and decided that we would go there instead. The manager saw me looking through my phone at this other place and then proceeded to say "oh well I think there's some space now" for anyone to outright tell a customer that they can't accommodate them because of an allergy is ridiculous to say the least! When we finally received our food our order was RUINED and they actually windup placing pineapple on MY BURGER! It took an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes to correct this error and not once where we apologized to, or compt for anything for the inconvenience! The waiter didn't even bother asking us if we'd like appetizers while waiting to receive our food or if we'd like anything else before leaving! This is by far the WORST customer service that I've ever received before and I will never return here again or recommend that ANYONE dine here! PS.... VERY tight space! It's like they took a small room and tried to SQUEEZE in as many tables as possible! Maybe that's why they gave it the name they did.

This is definitely the best place to get a burger around here. On Wednesdays they do half price burger night. Everything seems a little pricey, but the quality of food is worth it. The atmosphere is nice, but be careful on the stairs going up to the bar. They are a bit thin. Also, a children's menu isn't anywhere to be seen but they do offer kids meal options.

Today I decided to take a friend out to lunch and was taken back a bit, I've never in all my life been refused a sitting area of my choice at any restaurant no matter how bad the place looked or or how small or undistinguished the eatery was. The hostess was incredibly rude. I will make sure that none of my family or friends ever dine there ever. I wish I was able to have had a decent dining experience but chose to leave upon realizing that your server was doubling as your hostess. I do hope that your establishment rectifies this matter is the foreseeable future for fear of losing business.

Hate to give a local place one star, but this place really sucks. Every time I go here the service is slow and the food is thoroughly average. Food never came an hour after ordering tonight, left without eating. Just don't bother with this place if you are visiting Vergennes. We have plenty of good places to eat, but the Squeeze is not one of them.

Love that this little resaurant is in my hometown. Use to be a mom and pop restaurant in the 60's and still a great place. The best burgers and wings. Some dishes a little spicy for me but still tasty. Nice atmosphere, great service and friendly folks but most of all....always good.

I like the food here and the half off pours on Thursdays. Good for small groups at the bar. Large groups don't really fit and when its busy, it feels pretty "squeezed." Dont come on Wednesdays (unless you are a regular). You won't be welcome.

Five of us for Wednesday "Burger Night". Reservation was needed, especially if you want a particular section. Upstairs atmosphere is great; blend of modern rustic and industrial. House cocktails are tasty. Draught beer selection could be expanded. Food was good/great but not excellent. Really busy; full service attention was lacking. Still a nice night out. We will go back.

Went here for lunch once. Will definitely return. Their chicken gyro sandwich was very good, and the price was good also. I was surprised by their portion size for fries....I got way more than I could eat. The antipasto salad also looked delicious, along with their burgers! I would love to go here one night for dinner, as it is a very quaint restaurant right in the center of Vergennes. There is plenty of parking either on the road or surrounding the Green in the center of the Small City. I have not been for dinner, but I would guess that, since seating is limited, sometimes a reservation or a longer wait could/should be expected. Enjoy!

Meal was excellent! The ribs and hamburgers were fantastic! The Mac and cheese was superb but not as a meal. It needs to be served as a side in smaller portions and less scallions. Had a new waitress and she was very friendly and wanted to please us. We will come back the next time we visit Vergennes.
