Oh it was very good! Got the sushi and sashimi boat for two (I ate by myself ha) which came with a plethora of tuna, salmon, sashimi, spicy maki, shredded radish, and nigiri! It also has salad and miso on the side. :)

I went to this location for lunch on my vacation. The food was average, the place was unclean and had a strange odor. The waiter seemed un-interested in his job. I think this place could be a lot more if a little heart went into it.

Superlative dining. My Seafood Birds Nest was laden with Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, Crab Meat and 1/2 Lobster Tail all mixed with the sauteed veggies we all love nestled in the dried noodle nest. The nest absorbed some of the delectable sauce making for a wonderful finish to the meal. Wait staff are attentive. Never rush you. The well poured Scorpion beverage perfectly complemented the meal. Will gladly return again and again. Highly recommend!

I don't know why everybody says this is the best Chinese place around it's a little overpriced and doesn't have a very good combination selection I guess if you're rich and you have a family this is the best place to go but I found a Hidden Gem in Winchester that I'm going to from now on as far as this place goes they are very friendly staff and dining out is great the food quality is great too but it's definitely not the best....

It had been 5 years since I at visited Panda North, and I can say the food was even better than I expected. The Tempura is freaking phenomenal, get the crispy chicken and a well-made "Polynesian Drink" ;)

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Always been a beacon of safety as far as Chinese food is concerned. Ordered the wine and noticed right away... the glasses were dirty. They removed them from our bill unapologetically. Then I started to notice the walls and the ceiling. The dust gathered around every single vent. Water stained tiles. Even the wall next to our table... filthy. Diner beware. Panda North is not as it once was.

This is literally the best Chinese place in the entire town and always has been. We always get exceptional service... Except this last time we went hence why I gave four stars instead of five.. our waitress wearing black Nike sneakers with a little lady who is bitter and angry and mean.. just like I want my Chinese old ladies.. not how I want my waitress. I accidentally spilled my water onto my boyfriend's lap. She saw it and said our food would be out soon, and walked away

Our favorite only place up here Vermont as good as it was in CT or NY. Place is not super fancy but is well staffed and well appointed, and is a great place for a date, nice clean, Oriental style decor.

The food is always hot , looks and tastes so good. Gotta love the Scorpion Bowl. PuPu Platter is always a good choice when you are not sure what you want.

Wonderful atmosphere and incredible food. I've been stopping here for years. Food is wonderful and unique, and the sushi is no joke! Service is friendly and professional. We visit every year so that we can stop for Christmas Eve to have a nice dinner!

Panda North is a local favorite and this most recent trip was nothing less. My family has dietary restrictions and particular tastes and each of us was able to find a meal that was just right. The service staff is witty and quick to respond to our needs, particularly with children present.

We stopped there by chance on the way back from further north and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the lunch specials Tangerine Beef and the House Chicken. Both were excellent as was the hot & sour soup that came with them. Two meals, excluding tip, was $20 – they may not be the least expensive in that area, but the food was worth every penny.

I love Panda North. Every time I visit Vermont I stop by for lunch or dinner. At today's visit we shared the Duck with Pine nuts and the Shredded Beef. Both were very good. The Duck is a particular favorite. And of course we started out with Pan Fried Dumplings. They are outrageous. The staff there is always pleasant and attentive. All in all a great place to eat.

Best Chinese food I've found since moving up to the NH/VT area. Food is perfectly prepared and served swiftly. The specialty drinks are delicious (try the scorpion bowl -- it's gigantic!), and the wait staff is extremely attentive (ask for Andy...very chill and super friendly). Even though we have our choice of three other Chinese restaurants that are a bit closer than Panda North, we happily drive past them on our way to our new favorite. Give it a try... you won't be disappointed.

Unclear why so many positive reviews on this place. I was going to try the house chicken, but was told by the hostess that it's a sweet chicken dish. Then was advised that black pepper chicken was very spicy. So I ended up with a really uninspired chicken broccoli dish, complete with rubbery chicken that seemed like it was microwaved.

Good food; varied Chinese & sushi menu with fair prices. Nicely done sushi/sashimi (maki are classic sushi rolls). Often busy, but seating is plentiful. Our waiter was attentive but not disruptive. Good service, and meals arrived quickly during our 3 p.m. seating. Popular for take out. Our window table furnishings were clean and well lit. Recommended.
