It started out slow, the bartender was not present. After a few minutes she showed up and ordered a beer, appetizer and burger. The beer was good. Then my burger came out and it sat in the window of the kitchen for about 4 minutes when the bartender and one of the waitstaff realized that they gave my burger to someone else. They took the tomato off that I said I didn't want when I ordered. The bartender brought it over and ask if I was allergic to tomatoes, I said no, I just don't like them. She told me they took it off, which I had observed. Then realized I hadn't got my appetizer yet. Went over and ordered it to the cook. So my appetizer came out 11 minutes after my meal came out. I was very sad at the level of service and quality of food. Randolph deserves a place to have a meal.

Absolutely terrible. Took 10 min to get offered a drink in a near empty restaurant with 3 waitresses. Fried pickles were terrible, and apon asking for a refill the server told me she was too young to serve drinks, then proceeded to clean, without getting someone who could. I'm glad I only wasted 13 dollars.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience there on open mic night. The music wasn't overly loud, the food was really good, the staff was welcoming, and the selection of beers on draft was fantastic. The dinner menu was limited, but the quality of the food itself was top notch for the dollar.

had a burger with pesto, Swiss, and spinach. Good stuff. Burger was cooked medium and I asked for medium rare, but that's getting nit picky. Great draft list. Relaxing, slightly upscale atmosphere. Friendly, knowledgeable bartender. Seems like they use fresh ingredients here; no Applebees BS. Worth a visit if you're in Randolph

Super fresh fish and shell fish. I live in RI, which has a huge fishing industry, and this restaurant is as good as any restaurant on the coast. I was surprised on what a great job they do.

Food was ok to good. Service was horrible. No-one appeared to know who was doing what Orr care if people were served. After 25 minutes and seeing people get served who came in after us, we had to flag a waitress down to take our order.

I enjoy One Main in Randolph! The food is usually pretty good. Staff can be hit or miss, but most of the time it's fine. Busier times with inexperienced staff can create inattentiveness or errors in the meal. Local brew options are great! Prices are good. I have been multiple times and plan on returning in the future.

After an 8 hour drive up from NJ, we were caught by surprise that every restaurant and store was closed by 7pm on a Friday night! After unloading our cars we called a few places and the kitchens were all closed! We called one main tap& grill and the chef said he would stay open for us (a group of 7) even though we were 25 minutes away! Sure enough we were able to sit down and order from the full menu at 10:45pm!! Lots of variety, delicious food, and fantastic service! The waitress/bartender was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full. The artichoke spinach dip and the chicken pot pie were fantastic! We also enjoyed an order of "frickles" (fried pickles). One person in our group is vegan and he was able to get a black bean burger with fresh avocado! Prices were super reasonable too. I highly recommend stopping by this bar/restaurant!

Great beer selection. The food is overpriced for what you get. I ordered the nachos ($9) and it came on such a small plate it was almost a side dish. The cook didn't include the pico de gallo that was supposed to come with it and the guac seemed old as it was browning (see pic). On a brighter note, there's a beer fill up station around the corner.

Ive never had a good experience here. The owner is a real jerk, the waitstaff is NOT friendly and neither is the manager Rachel. I told myself I would never go again because of the service, but i figured i would order out after a long day of work, I was too tired to go home and cook. The girl on the phone right off the bat was clearly annoyed she had to take my very simple order of nachos and wings. I work on a farm so I didnt want to stink the place up so i called ahead 20 mins so i could run in as fast as i could. When i got therem my food was nowhere near done and i had to wait another 20 mins. The waitresses were so incredibly rude to me because of my smell. They made me feel like an idiot and that I was a complete burden to them. Finally after waiting 40 mins for appetizer food, not even real full meals like steak, they charged me full price 12 dollars for less than half of their normal portion of nachos. I got less than a half size, squished into a little to go box. The wings i ordered were bbq, I cant eat hot sauce, but when i got home i opened the box to find buffalo wings. I couldnt eat them and i live a fair amount away and was so tired i didnt want to go back. I was sad to have worked so hard all day, get treated like that in the restaurant, and have the order completely wrong, between the wings and nachos it was almost 30 bucks for horrible service. Im sure they have good and bad days, but i can comfortably say ive been a handful of times and none of them were worth my time and money, i SO wish i could have gone somewhere else. If you go there, i hope theyre having a good day and dont treat you how they treated me. Side note: Ive experienced him myself, but i hear from a lot of people as well that the owner, I can't remember his name but hes constantly drinking at the bar if you need to find him, is a very rude, disgusting person. When you hear it from multiple people you need to realize that people like that don't deserve our hard earned money.

I love this place, great American food. My only issue with it is that it's a very loud place. It's hard to have a conversation which is unfortunate. I get that it's a bar as well as a restaurant and that's just how things are, but because it's the only place in town that serves the food it does it would be nice if it were quieter. But you can't have it all. Also the desserts are to die for.

Cool vibe, good beer selection, bad food and mediocre service. Got the wings and beef tacos, which were both on special, so we figured they’d be fresh. Beef came out cold, grey and bland on dry tortillas. Fries weren’t bad. Wings were overcooked and tasted like they had enjoyed an intimate relationship with a heat lamp. Garlic Parmesan had zero flavor, dry rub might have actually just been sawdust. The fried pickles were good, so we’ll call it 2 stars.

All I can say is this place is down right amazing!!! The food is Fresh and well cooked and seasoned,no frozen precooked blah meat! The service is wonderful and attentive to customers. And the restaurant is very well decorated. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food! Usually I hate sweet potato fries or sweet potatoes in general, but they way they made there sweet potatoe fries, I absolutely loved them

Good food, location, atmosphere. Hugely improved over the 9,000 previous restaurants that have been in this location. My only complaint is too many beers on tap, so some kegs might sit for a while and lose quality (when I complained they were happy to serve me a new drink).
