Super yummy for a stop or even a detour. If you need gluten free or vegan options, definitely make it a regular stop.

First of all I love dosas. Dosa Kitchen makes excellent dosas. Crispy, delicate but resiliant when filled. Besides a range of classic dosa styles and fillings they also make some creative non traditional ones as well. Ingredients are super fresh and vibrant. Each dosa plate comes with a little kale salad dressed with a light vinegar wash. Lastly, the little condiment of onion chutney is pureed and makes for a fluffy dip for the dosa.

OMG it’s delicious! And so fresh tasting - the flavors just open up your taste buds! I had the free-range chicken dosa wrap, but want to try out everything on their menu. I’ve only been once for an impromptu lunch, but I plan on being a repeat customer. Get their cookbook!

Owner is very friendly. Location is nice. Bit further than most shops but still very close. Definitely worth the effort. Specially for the view. I ordered a plain dosa and a mango lassi. Both were great. Flavors are a little different from what I'm used to, but he has catered the food to the community well. The sambar was not as spicy as I would have expect but still flavorful. If I lived in the area, the this place would definitely be a reoccurring stop.

Real Indian foood. Much better than Masala House. Owner is pretty cool too. And definitely flip through the cookbook they made, it's great.

The food was good, esp the onion chilli dosa. I did enjoy that. However, the mango lassi that my wife ordered was simply horrible ... was clearly watered down compared to the real deal.

I absolutely love this place. They make some delicious dosas. I drive 1 hour to get here just for the love of dosas. You can also customize your order. You also get some deserts. The people are really nice and friendly. The food is healthy and you get vegetarian and vegan options. There's plenty of parking space as well. Worth a visit. I always keep coming back here.

Good dosas...having eaten dosas all my life...these were okay....however their beet probiotic shot/ drink was really good....we tried the cheese dosa...masala dosa....the dosa with the hot dog and curry chicken dosa....

As a south Indian I can judge what a good dosa is and for sure this is the best of those I had.They have customized dosa with western ways which is appealing . Usually Indian food is hard to eat on streets but they some how managed to make is easy with wraps and stuff

Excellent find Wonderful food, terrific service, next to a grilled cheese truck and a cheese store. Felt very lucky to find it.

Clean food truck in a cool location. Dosa are fresh and tasty. Chutney and sambar taste good. Quantity are on the lower side. Limited menu options and it's not good when even few of them are not available. Worth stopping by for a quick snack.

Absolutely fabulous!! I will never drive through Brattleboro again without trying to time my trip so as to eat here. The flavors are exotic but not overwhelming, and perfectly balanced. The owners are very welcoming, and happy to answer questions and to steer you to a great choice. Btw, having Grafton Cheese next door is a huge plus! Highly recommended.

We had masala dosa and nutty falafel, both were excellent. Protions are generous and the staff/owner really friendly and nice. The view is good and the food is great. This little gem is worth seeking out.
