Clean, friendly and they have a parking. Love their burgers! Best chain burgers and it helps that it is a Canadian company (A&W Canada is now an independent company, not related to A&W USA. That explains why it is so much more enjoyable!).

Modern, clean and bright interior with a somewhat "classic" exterior. Washroom was moderately clean and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was fresh and presented nicely. Expect to spend $10+ for any combo.

A&W is one of 2 fast-food joints that I patronise and this location is very convenient. Parking is always easy and available and there is a drive-thru that opens late. Breakfast is served until 11:00 am and the choices are great. Staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. The company cares about the quality of their ingredients and it shows in the taste of the meals. Location is always clean and newspapers are provided.

Service lackadaisical. Onion rings both bitter inside and crispy batter tastes bland. Restaurant had 3 or 4 patrons in the whole place and yet I felt disregarded. Not a nice feeling, even if it is a fast food place.

When I first went to A&W it was a drive-in restaurant near the Rose Bowl on st. Jacques and Cavendish. The Waitresses would come out on roller skates and serve you. The whole experience was great for a kid and then it disappeared for decades. I was there about 2 weeks ago and ordered an uncle burger. Loved it. So those four stars represent the uncle burger. I haven't been there enough to rate the restaurant itself. That's it.

Excellent place . I had a full breakfast with eggs bacon and sausage with sliced tomatoes and a hash brown. I was so pleasantly surprised the breakfast was as good as any real breakfast restaurant. I loved it. Service was great also

Clean and fesh food. They also have burger in lettuce ( no buns) if you watch what you eat. Meet with no antibiotics. The mozza burger with the special sauce is amazing.

At first I was almost pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food was prepared at my last visit (which was yesterday). But when we started eating the taste wasn't as good as usual.. But we didn't think of it too much.. Until we got home and I felt digestive refluxes etc.. Then I realized that they must have had the chicken already fried before we ordered and then double fried it to serve... And with my sensitive digestive system this didn't go so well... However I would like to mention that this is a first occurrence for this A&W (this is why I didn't rate it as a 1 star)

For a quick service burger, A&W serves up one of the most reliable fresh and tasty burgers. The fact that the onion rings are thick cut, and not made from a chopped and formed paste, like other fast service restaurants puts A&W clearly ahead of the rest.

Usually I love this location today I was very disappointed when I ordered a veggie burger beyond meat burger and had a lot of it and then found bacon in my veggie burger. When I called no manager was present. I am so angry because I have not had meat in years. Let alone bacon.

I took a 3 month break from visiting this mcDonald after several past unsatisfactory visits. Gave them another chance! Nothing has changed!! The wait is worst than before,and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller ! They installed the self serve machines , and got rid of the employees usually serving the front counter! For myself A&W has the best fast food hamburger amongst the big chains. Always appreciate the root beer in a frosted mug. Parking and drive thru available. Outdoor seating as well. My only pet peeve with A&W is that they do not offer combo/trio meals. Fries and drinks are separate and it gets a little pricey compared to other fast food chains.

Service was fast and accurate. This is important to me. I don't want to have to re-explain my order and wait for corrections. The staff was buzzing around and making sure everything ran smoothly. I ordered a double teen burger, it was good, the meat was a little dry but I'm used to it. The fries were delicious. Can't beat drinking root beer out of those big glasses. The resto was clean. Can't ask for more from a fast food joint.

I usually go there and service is good but tonight, the service sucked. The cook didn't give a damn about the food. They made a mistake with my order twice. First, I asked for a papa Burger nature, and they didn't even put the seasoning on my meat. The second Burger, they put mayo, when WE said, nature and IT'S written on the receipt clearly "NO MAYO" on my chubby Burger. I usually don't mind mistakes, cause it happens, but today the employes tonight at 7pm didn't give a damn. the cook was rude and the cashier too. He had the nerve to say, He never said nature for the chubby Burger (it's on the receipt)... And the cook, was like HERE, THE CHUBBY ! This new staff is nothing compared to the old one that actually cared... Too bad.

I used to be a McDonald's habitué, for years, always ordering McChicken and nuggets. I've seen the quality of those options going down, to the point where I simply gave up. I went to A&W and for my surprise the good old quality was there. The chicken is real chicken, the lettuce super fresh. It feels they stopped the clock and I say this in a good way. Service is fast (at least on Sundays at night, which is usually when I get something there). It's my favorite fast food.

I went around 840pm and ordered a papa burger with fries and their famous a&w root beer trio. The staff of 3 girls were very professional and friendly but there machine to give the beverage for root beer was either not working so they said or they had no root beer left at all. I was left to drink a coke instead ,it happens . That is why I give them 1 star less.
