Well honestly the food is good at times but like this time we went we were told there was a 10 to 15 min wait well I used the restroom while we waited and there was easily 10 tables open. So we get in we order are usual we get are appetizer and one is hot the other is cold. Then we get our mains and our meat was under cooked at this point we are too hungry to even ask for it to be fixed so we eat what we are given. Taste wise it was not horrible but also not great...

Menu was pretty standard food. Didn't see much for signature items. Waitress was sloppy. She spilt a little if the drink on the table. She didn't offer to clean it up so I used my napkin. On her way by she just dropped some extra napkins. I kinda didn't want to give her much of a tip but felt I had too.

Wanted to take my daughter out for her 16th Birthday and she chose 99. We also had a surprise guest and thoughts things would be great. Asked for frosted mugs and didn't get them. Could of told us first. Asked for a special dessert and was given a menu and said this is what we have. No suggestions just a menu. Then we asked to have a few things on a separate bill and she asked our guest how are you gonna pay for it. Are you serious, that is bull to ask a guest how are they gonna pay for it. Needless to say don't think we are going back anytime soon. Thanks for making my daughters birthday an upsetting one for her.

My Wife & I were the first couples to enter the NEW restaurant way back when! We always get take or "Curb side to Go"'They say 15 to 20 Minutes-Its just that! I love the Fish n Chips But they are Happy to change it to Mashed Potatoes with their Country Gravy and the Cole Slaw I change it to Apple sauce=Its all Great-Courteous Servers Thank you & Too the unsung Hero's behind the scenes=The Cooks!!

The 99 in Littleton, NH is consistently one of the best 99 restaurants I have ever been to. The food is always really good and the service is great. Everyone is on top of their game. I would highly recommend the Littleton, NH location.

Greeting at entry, sat at bar, quick and friendly service. Lunch ordered and was presented well. Taste was great (new mac and cheese with chicken) and asked by the bartender (Ashley) what I thought about her recommendation, it was delicious.

This place is so incredible the food was so freaking delicious, the service was so wonderful the staff was just incredible! When i told them i had a food allergy they brought out the chelf or manger to make sure what i ordered didn't have what i was allergy to and the lady name everything it had in there! Love love this place so much!! Would highly highly recommend this place for sure! also they have a gluten free menu as well

I went to the restaurant in Littleton. Service was great, food was good. The only problem I had was I didn't enjoy my meal. They sat us at a table that was not stable. I spent my time trying to eat my dinner and hold the table so it wouldn't move.

A question about ingredients prompted the server to enlist the help from the manager on staff. When told about a potential allergy in my party, he was demeaning and condescending. This was an isolated incident at the Littleton 99, never a problem elsewhere in the chain.

I'll start off by saying, taking my time to write a review on a restaurant is not at the top of my free time activity, but this experience I had in the 99 Restaurant on Meadow Street in Littleton, NH was so embarrassing to me and the job I took so much pride in for over ten years, I had to say my peace. I planned on spending my first anniversary here, but after the service I received tonight by Heather, I'm deciding to redirect my food interest to something a little more friendly and accommodating than the 99 restaurant and their service like Heathers. I'll start here: Table side manner was non-existent. She never made eye contact, cracked a smile or acknowledged our request with anything short of a snide look as though we were an inconvenience to her and this restaurant. Our dirty dishes were left on the table (empty glasses, appetizer plates and popcorn corn bowls), which normally I wouldn't mind, but being a table of 6, we need all the space we can get. She forgot my friends soup and rolled her eyes when she asked if she could have it She didn't check on our appetizer until we all were waiting for our entrees to come out, our wait after finishing our appetizer was roughly 15 minutes. As I served and managed a up-scale fine dining restaurant in Dallas, TX, I know the wait time between courses and she did not have the timing down what-so-ever. Our food came out with burning hot plates and luke warm food (a.k.a. It sat under the heat lamp too long while our waitress did something else?) Lastly, my husband found a hair in his entree, hiding beneath the salad he got with salmon and when he informed our server of this, she said "uh, okay", took the plate and didn't do or say anything else about it. No apology, no accommodations for future visits, no change to our bill this evening, no consult from a manager, NO ACTION AT ALL. I know this industry from the inside out, Heather's attitude and skill were not what the 99 Restaurant should be expecting for the face of their restaurant and I am completely disappointed with the service I received this evening. Like I stated before, I planned on returning to the 99 this weekend to celebrate my anniversary, but because of my experience I received tonight, I won't be returning for a very long time.

My husband steak tips weren't rare but it still thought they were good. I liked my scallops but my husband said they were frozen. The only thing we were disappointed with was we moved seats because we had 2 flys flying around us and our whole table and no where's else. It was gross landing on the popcorn and everything.

I called down a half an hour before for just 2 people then got there at time they told me got a waiting disk sat outside in waiting room. Told only two more couple then we would be seated sat watched 5 couple get seated and three arrived after we did on mothers day and waiting in other room for 45more mins. Just poor service and lied too wouldn't recommend to anyone at this point .

If I could give negative stars I would. First thing when I was asked my drink order, I asked our waitress if they had Sweet Tea. I was told yes, so I ordered a " Sweet Tea, No Lemon ". Well my drink came, and not only was it NOT sweet tea, it was a Lemon Iced Tea. When I informed our waitress that it wasn't a Sweet Tea that it was a Lemon Ice tea I was told. " THATS ALL WE HAVE ". I told her that I didnt want it to just bring me a water. Then I ordered the Chicken Mac n Cheese. It was so oily it literally made me vomit. Why is Mac N Cheese Oily?? Then the check came and she never took the tea off my bill, when I asked her about it she told me that she couldn't because it was what we I ordered.

Terrible, Terrible.,My husband and I came in today and came to reserve my table asking for a wheelchair accessible table. My buzzer went off and he said "will a booth be ok. I said no so out I went with another buzzer. Went off again only to be a mistake. He said it was for someone else. So we sat inside. He opened the door and called my name I said right here. But still no table. Finally we were seated. Did I say terrible? We are now waiting for our food.

After a horrible attempt to eat at Applebees, we drove down the road 2 minutes and went here. We've been before but felt especially grateful after showing up with a hungry and grumpy toddler. Our waitress took care of us quickly and talked to my son whenever she came by the table. There was actually a point when I looked at my husband and said I thought she'd be back by now to take our order, except she had already done so and our food came out maybe 3 minutes after my passing thought. Food was good and the wait staff is always phenomenal. This will probably be our go to when looking for casual and quick.

Saw this restaurant today while driving through Littleton and decided to have dinner here. Nice restaurant inside and out. Good food, good service with a smile. Table service. Good for large crowds or couples or alone. Price per plate is average. The exterior is in good shape, the design and signage friendly and inviting. Upon Entering you will be greeted by a hostess, she will take you to your table. After being seated your waitress will stop by with some complimentary popcorn and take your drink orders ( and appetizer if you choose). Your waitress will bring the drinks and take your order for your main meal. Once your meal arrives ... ENJOY!

The girl who seated us was very unprofessional. We had called ahead to be seated in 30 mins and they said fine. When we got there they said another 30 mins. So we suggested two separate tables as we had young children who needed to eat. Which there was plenty of. She was not happy rolling her eyes, huffing then stood with another member of staff obviously talking about us. Luckily the girl who served us was lovely but to be honest even the food was not very good. Dont know whats happened to the 99 but the last 2 holidays we've had and have visited it has been a disappointment for service and food.

Went for my birthday for a prime rib dinner there was a sign on the door saying no prime rib tonight because of the storm which was a bunch of bravo Sierra had a salad which was not that great and then asked for my free birthday dessert by showing them the coupon on my smartphone. They said it had to be printed out and that was the only way they would accept it I said people don't have printers anymore and then told them I will not be coming back to your restaurant waitress got and $0.11 tip
