REVIEWS OF 110 Grill - West Lebanon IN Vermont

Amber Ricard-Pittman

Great service, great food. It takes a little longer for the food, but it's worth the wait. The cost is what you would expect for a more upscale dining experience. "Grill" in the name really throws people off. I think they expect a more casual atmosphere. It's definitely more formal than one would expect from a traditional grill/pub. Cloth napkins, wine glasses, Housemade bread and butter, etc. Allergy sensitive cooking environment.

Jacqueline Guillette

Great food served within a reasonable time. Large portions prepared in interesting ways....as fresh as possible. Awesome service by staff who seemed proud of the restaurant. Will go there again.

Richard Duerden

Great food, friendly service. Loved what they do with gnocchi, chicken, and lemon, as well as Cajun and steak. When you're tired of chain restaurants that all taste the same, try this place for food that's new and interesting.

James Mitchell

Ribs were dry and tough. Everything else great.

My fiance and I went to have dinner and got seated pretty quickly, waiter was very nice but some flaws, my fiance ordered a caesar salad and the dressing had nothing but a massive mayo taste sent it back and she didnt want anything else. Manager came and spoke to us to see what was wrong and we explained our situation with the salad. After we got done explaining everything the manager ended up giving us more fried pickels with out any choice and still charged us which mind you my fiance didnt want any thing else to eat. I got a steak and cheese with fries, fries were very bland no taste what so ever. McDonald's fries tasted better. The steak and cheese had a good flavor but the amount of cheese on it made it very hard to swallow basically having to drink water with every bite just to get it down. For the first time being there, not impressed what so ever.

This was my 6th visit to 110 Grill in Lebanon, NH. I am impressed that their food is Fresh, not frozen, and made completely in house in each restaurant. - Tonight I had the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. Unfortunately, while the crust was excellent, and the flavors were great... There were exactly 3 small pieces of Chicken on the entire flatbread. Will I still go back, absolutely, but I was quite disappointed tonight.

My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to dining here since the menu looked amazing. But unfortunately our visit was poor and short. We were greeted by nice hosts and brought to a table towards the middle of the restaurant. We waited about 10-15 minutes and had no one greet us. We noticed a couple who was sat after us already get beverages and was about to place their order. At that point, we realized no one was coming and left. We were very disappointed and with my girlfriend being part of the service industry, was very disappointed with no one taking the liberty of even noticing us, even the managers were oblivious.

Burger was great and really enjoyed the key lime dessert. Great service from Kamila.

Kurt Dermody

Gave the restaurant what I would consider enough time to work the bugs out from first opening. Took over 30 minutes to be greeted (at bar). A gentleman sat next to me looking to place a takeout order on his way to work and was never addressed by any of the staff until he grabbed a manager. Even after talking to the manager no one took his order and he left. Once our order was finally taken the waitress who took it never actually put it in the computer. After over an hour and re entering our order we finally received our food. Someone who I’d assume was a trainer or manager kept standing at the kitchen entrance snapping his fingers at waitresses who appeared to already be hustling. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The meals were quite good but easily comparable to other local establishments that are locally owned.

Food was great. My sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp, the mashed potatoes I would pass on in the future. The highlight was my steak tips which were perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth like butter. Now that type of steak I'd pay the price for (which is still cheaper than say Jessies). I do agree that some of the menu items are a little more expensive than I would pay but the majority of the menu is actually average price for around here. Keep in mind you are in the north- not the south- so expect to pay more on average for meals; take it from a southern flatlander. The service we had was good despite the guy being new. He was attentive, listened to our allergy needs, and was prompt with our drinks (ask about the Happy Hour specials between 3-6pm). This place really takes to heart their policy on being mindful of food allergy (I have a seafood allergy) and they tell you when they bring out each food item that it's for a person with [insert specific] allergy. One thing I would be mindful of, if anyone has a seafood allergy where inhalation of the proteins released by cooking aka smelling it (yes it's a real issue look it up), you will want to avoid eating inside at all costs. I was glad we were able to eat outside because the inside smelled like a seafood restaurant and would have made me go into shock if I had tried eating inside. Alas that's what being mindful and having epipens is for...

Great food, Friendly Staff, They cater to food allergies. Great place to take the whole family or to go out on date night.

Alexis Secore

Expensive for what you get but Ryan was awesome

Jimmy Ingerson

Great food, nice atmosphere, and friendly service

Good time and good food, definitely the most dysfunctionall of all the 110's we've been to. My wife's flatbread came out way over cooked. Waitress was very kind and, brought it back for another. When that one came out, it too was over cooked and the toppings were barely warm. Manager came to our table and sincerely apologized and then removed it from our bill. We sat near the kitchen and got a good show, of the chaos that goes on in the background.

This restaurant continues to serve slow and poorly cooked food and rolls that are hard as a rock. The work staff don’t want to be there and sometimes unfriendly,The staff won’t even answer the phone when their not business? Just a recording, please leave your name and number.I hope they get the management they need.

Sharon Martin

Our server, Ryan, was attentive and helpful in helping us pick gluten free options and making sure we had a good dining experience. The food was delicious, presentation appealing to the eye, nice atmosphere and clean restroom. It is a pleasure to dine in a restaurant that caters to your needs and you leave feeling good about the foods you have eaten. Thank you for educating your staff about allergies and taking the time to individualize our meals. We will return, especially for your onion soup and your pleasant staff.

Lezley Lagerstedt

Wendy was our hostess. She is quick to seat you. Her knowledge of the menus is impressive. When speaking with her about the menus she listened well and made great suggestions of which my husband and I ordered. We were very pleased with our meals. I'm not sure which was better, the food or Wendy! Go, you won't be disappointed with the menus or the food, and ask for Wendy, she is delightful!

Josh Laroche

Great place to eat! They are the most allergy aware restaurant that I have ever seen. They can easily tell you every ingredient in every dish. The staff are extremely friendly and their management staff is top notch. Not to mention the extremely well prepared and delicious food.

Guilherme Calumbi

Poor service at the bar. And very expensive for a beer and a burger. And they messed up our food twice

mike e

Great food good service convenient location

I would have to say the sangria was the best part of the meal. I had the pulled pork sandwich and a 1/2 Cesar salad. The pulled pork was a little tough to cut through, and the salad had to much dressing for my taste. It was a pretty pricey lunch. The waitstaff was nice and friendly though!

Gerry Stark

Long wait for mediocre food. Clearly far from being an upscale eatery. Its about the same quality as Chili's at twice the price.

Carol Macie

Food very good. Great menu

The food is EXCELLENT and they cater to allergies. However our waiter got our order wrong (wrote down onion rings instead of broccoli, and gave me the pickle I asked him to hold) and when I asked for a refill of ice tea, he gave me lukewarm tea without any ice. So the service, not so good. However I will go there again.

Katelyn Kennedy

Arianna was an absolutely wonderful waitress... Very friendly took her time to go over the menu. Made sure we were satisfied with everything. Our appetizer was great that my fiance had. Our main dinner was wonderful and cooked perfectly! We sat right in front of the kitchen. I loved watching the cooks and head cook make all the foods and the way they plate the food is amazing. Made me kinda jealous, lol. Will definitely go back in the future.

david mispel

Very good meal however the place was so busy it took longer than most places I have gone to. If you don't mind weighting for a good meal by all means give it a try.

Amy Goodrich

Good food, a little pricey, but they need better wait staff! The man we had was terrible, wasn’t attentive at all, waited forever for my drink after my boyfriends arrived ten minutes prior, He didn’t check on if we wanted refills on water we had to ask, and then our drinks were empty at the end of the table for 10+ minutes, he finally comes over to ask my boyfriend if he needed another beer, but not me. And then accidentally knocks over the beer into my lap....I understand busy nights but there’s a difference between busy and terrible service! I would go again for the food, but not if the same guy was waiting on us.

Susan Showalter

Healthy choices especially for GF needs. Service was slow but the food good.

Cathy Munkelwitz

only been there for the first time tonight but had a great experience. Waiters and waitresses were professional but friendly , food was top-notch , service was awesome. what more can I say? we will definitely be going back to the 110 grill in Lebanon New hampshire

Good food great service. Waitress was friendly and attentive. In fact every staff member we noticed seemed to be in a good mood which made the experience that much better. Food was good as well. P.S. Anyone complaining about service in their first week needs a reality check.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. Food was picture perfect and tasted great. Restaurant was at ~90% capacity and all of our items came out quickly.

Great food, great service, reasonable prices for such good food. They take allergies seriously, so you're safe there. Big selection of gluten free appetizers and desserts, which is rare in the area!

Gnocchi potatoe puffs undercooked / cold Mashed potatoes were stone cold. Replacement arrived after finishing our meal Meatloaf was undercooked and mushy Waitress was new and not familiar with entre’s As I was leaving I asked about the rolls I saw at another table. Waitress said she forgot to offer them. No offer to refill the iced tea. Onion rings were very good Lemon Picatta was very good. Broccoli was good and hot . Real butter was available/ good. They still have some work to do .

Roger Lavergne

Great service and great food. Recommended as a good place to eat!

Listen, this was my 2nd time dining at t110 Grill in West Leb. The first time was great, no problem with the service, with the exception of sitting at the high tables and not being able to reach the bottom silver bar. This time the same problem but we had no other option except the bar. The seating wasn't my real complaint. My food was over cooked, I purchased the buffalo chicken flatbread. It actually had little to no taste, I was very disappointed. The ceasar salad was amazing, though! Alright, as far as service goes...our waitress (Julie, I believe) was so sweet at first and made us feel welcomed but then it appeared there was a lot of drama. A lot of the waitresses appeared to be unprofessional talking about others and having a group discussion with the boss in the corner. We could hear conversations and swearing from our table, it was really effecting the atmosphere. As the afternoon went on, our waitress became short with her responses and when she stepped out to do whatever, I was without a water and refills had already been offered to others at my table but not me. The sweet potato fries took a long time to come to the table with no reassurance from the waitress because she stepped out. I think after a period of time she was highly unprofessional, especially when she raised her voice at one of her patrons at my table because they didn't tell her about an allergy to a fruit. It was all a bit uncomfortable and unnecessary. She appeared to care more about her losing her job than actually doing her job. I am not sure why there was a lack of professionalism but please discuss your drama somewhere way out of customer's earshot.

JoeandCheryl Ruzzo

I am extremely picky about what I eat and have a dairy allergy, my daughter has celiacs disease and is also pregnant, it is very difficult to find truly allergy friendly restaurants that will go above and beyond to accommodate and make an allergy friendly menu. Our food was well served and delicious. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. This is a new regular for us.

Lindsay Cohen

No idea how anyone has the audacity to leave a poor review about their experience here when they admittedly don't even bring it up to management to give them the opportunity to turn your bad experience into a good one. Regarding price, if you have time to leave a bad review because it was "pricey", then you certainly have time to review their menu with prices before dining there. The food, drinks, and service were all equally amazing the 3 times I've been here, best Sangria I've ever had.

This is second time I have been. First for my husband. It was our anniversary. We had made reservations but still had to wait while they found us a table. Drinks were quick, our server was amazing and should commended. HOWEVER our food took so long that 2 hours wasn't time for dinner and we're no longer hungry by the time our food actually arrived. We had an app and then the server offered us rolls, apologized our food was going to be a while longer. She came back a while later offered us more rolls, which we declined and apologized again our food was delayed. We had a few bites of our food and got the rest to go. I would have enjoyed actually eating my meal while we were out but honestly didn't feel like sitting there any longer. Not that I mind paying a larger price for a good meal but I also expect the food and service to match the price. I was not pleased. I will think twice before we hire a sitter so we can dine with you again.

Loretta Sutter

Gluten Free menu with lots of choices! Fabulous food and warm atmosphere. If you're gluten free, they are very strict regarding cross contamination.

Andrew O'Hearne

Went on Sunday evening and was first time going to this restaurant. Was seated out side on the patio which was a very nice atmosphere except for the bugs. Waitress walked by three times and didn't stop and finally came back and stated our server would be out soon. She did take our drink order. Our drinks arrived and this watress took the meal order. Meal arrived and we still didn't have any silverware or napkins. This was the third server and he went and obtained them. I had ordered the meatloaf dinner and the only thing I can say is that way to much ketchup put on. Then the first watress came back and apologize for the service after I explained what happened. Gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on next visit. This was one of the worst times going to a new restaurant in Lebanon.

I went here with my kids at 2pm on a Tuesday. The hostess started out by *wishing me luck* when she sat us down. We then waited for 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order but no one ever came. We walked out. Jokes on them because I'm a hell of a tipper and was ready to order a rack of ribs. On top of everything how can you call yourself a grill but have no real steak option on the menu. Only steak in salad or sandwiches but no steak on it's own. Do not go here. Screw them.

I got the Caesar salad with chicken... Theey gave two full breast size chicken pieces, which made it difficult to eat. Also they over dressed the salad, it tasted more like mayo than Caesar dressing. The French onion soup was delicious! Arnold Palmer Peach cocktail was good... But too much ice.

Great food and great service. Our Server Kelly went above and beyond to help us. We had our 3 year old and 1 year old kids with us. When the 1 year old started getting restless she took him outside so we could eat. So sweet. The food was great too. I had the beet salad, short rib risotto, Brussels sprouts. My husband had the ribeye which was so tender and juicy. Very flavorful. my mother-in-law had the steak & cheese sandwich which she said was great.

Jeff Thurston

My salad was good. Nice place, will come back again.

Quick summary -Inexperienced & rude staff -Salty salty salty food -Very long waits -Overall just don’t go because it won’t be a good experience. I’ve been here 6 times now, it’s been a let down from the food to service every time. Save your money for literally anywhere else.

Spencer Bladyka

We’re there for almost and hour and a half. Took at least 40 minutes to get a veggie sandwich. Ordered from a gluten free menu, but came with gluten wrap, they went to fix it. 15 minutes later they come back with a toasted bun only... expecting us to place the fillings in it... not comped. Seriously??! Never coming back, avoid at all costs.

SALLY LAURENT

Upscale ---- great interior ---- delicious food -------friendly server!

Deidre Rivard

Food very good. Wait for dessert was long. Staff very pleasant.

We had a great meal 3 co workers and myself for lunch on Wednesday. It took us over a hour and a half for lunch. We just had burgers and fish tacos. When done we each paid with debit or credit cards. This morning we were all surprised to see that we each got charged and extra $10.00 that we didn't authorize. $27.00 for a burger and water is a bit pricey. Please watch your statements. ALSO tried all day to reach the West Lebanon restaurant and all you get is s recording saying we are busy now we will call you back well it's been 12 hours and still no call backs.

We were sceptical because of the reviews, but we were very pleased! Quick service. And food was amazing! We would recommend!

Outstanding experience! I enjoyed the Steak Salad, steak was perfect! My wife Loved the Meatloaf. Great presentation and awesome service. Wish they had one on the greater Burlington VT area. Went down for the Quechee Balloon Festival and discovered 110 Grill, ate there 2 times, our friends went 4 times in 3 days..... Too good to not go back!

Robert Kuhn

The food was good. Our server was nice and friendly. Food took a little long to come out considering the restaurant was not busy when we were there. It is a bit more expensive than anticipated, but it is superior to the typical chain restaurant.

Lara Moody

Delicious food, creative menu, friendly staff.

Heidi Sullivan

For a supposedly posh place. The mashed were cold and the broccoli wasnt cooked. No thank you

We had an excellent time here. I took my teen out to try this location--I had previously dined at their Nashua location with my boyfriend and was interested to see how this compared. We did not make a reservation, but they seated us within minutes happily. The hosts and waitress we had were all wonderful. We were able to sit by the kitchen and hear and see and smell everything--it was quite fun to watch. We were also able to observe the teamwork the entire staff do and do so flawlessly. The food was delicious, I had the turkey burger on herbed focaccia with goat cheese, cranberry aioli etc--it was AMAZING! And my kiddo had the steak and cheese and enjoyed it immensely. For desert I had the key lime coconut mug, and my kiddo had a peanut butter Cascade (?)--they were delicious. Our orders were a good size and I feel a fair price. I think what many are used to in the UV is flash frozen food being 'cooked' and served quickly at restaurants like Applebee's, the 99, etc... Here it takes longer because it is COOKED for you and everything is adjusted depending on your own specific dietary needs. They cannot do that regularly at the larger restaurants along the same strip in West Lebanon. So, if you do not wish to pay $12-15 for an amazing burger with lots of flavor and in an establishment that critically cares about it's patrons dietary restriction, maybe this isn't the place for you. I, however, love it and am grateful for something new and different in the Upper Valley FINALLY and will be going back again.

SAM TSAI

TLDR: I’m a medical student from out of state and they accused me of having a fake ID. I explained how I had my medical ID and that they could google what my state ID should look like. Manager returned 20 minutes later without doing a simple google search, refused to serve me, no apologies. I’m a medical student here from out of state. I ordered a drink and showed my ID. The server looked up my ID in her reference book. Immediately she accused me of having a fake ID because it didn’t match her little book. My ID is an enhanced out of state ID so I explained this to her and how I also had my medical ID with me. I also told her to google what my state ID should look like. She took my ID, and disappeared to the back of the restaurant with her manager. I sat around with no explanation. 20 minutes later, the server returned with her manager and still did not google what my state ID should look like. They were very rude and accusatory. I had my medical student ID with me showing my birthdate and picture, but they ignored this. They gave me a lot of attitude - very disrespectful to the point where other guests became uncomfortable.

I decided to try this place out against my better judgement . I was warned it was not that good . So I decided against ordering a ribeye because I get hangry when my steak is bad. So I Tried the" pulled pork" mac-n-"cheese" only to to be upset . Pork was all 1 big stuck togather chunk about half fat/ half meat. mac-n-cheese tasted like plain pasta with no cheese on it at all occasionally tasting the ranch they drizzled on it. wich was the only flavor on the pasta. I Also had a side of bourbon steak tips wich were really tender and decent flavor . Service was good ,the waitress was attentive .They did take the pulled pork mac-n-cheese off the bill. I may try it again to see if things improve but not for at least a few months .

This is a new restaurant in West Leb, NH. They did a great job. Experienced wait staff. If you have food allergies you gotta try this place. The tables by the kitchen are totally entertaining. It is a little pricier than most other places. Plan to spend about $120 for a family of four.

Jessica Warren

First time at the 110 and the food (steak & cheese and chicken cordon bleu) were excellent. Many great choices on the menu. Do have to say that our server (Julie) talked very fast and was sometimes hard to understand. When asked to slow down she seemed to get agitated. It was also very cold. Otherwise a great addition to the restaurants in the area.

I did not get to eat any food while I was here, because my date was horrible. I ended up needing assistance from the staff to leave, and they did everything they could to help. Including taking me out the back and walking me to my car. I will return soon to try the food, because it all looked great. 10/10 for attitude and vibe.

Obamanizer

The food is good, quite expensive, but the service messed up several times and caused a good deal of confusion with what should have been a simple order.
