Good flavor, chicken was super hot, honey mustard not so great. Flavor was good but disappeared in my mouth. The flavor finished to cleanly that it left me in satisfied. Zax sauce tasted really good, it was a mix of flavors. Staff was very friendly. One worker even ran to back to get a sauce that was out of stock in the front.

Great chicken, chicken, chicken! I asked for a sample of each dipping sauce and they hooked us up, big time! Bringing out to us 24 little sample saucer bowl thingies. Even had some of their homemade stuff including the nuclear sauce. It was not for me lets just put it that way..

This place hardly ever has bad or mediocre food. It has been a staple to go to for good food.I had the 6 pc meal with some teriyaki sauce on the side. Man! It was delicious. The cole slaw was surprisingly good. My wife had the Cobb Salad, and she loved every bite of it.Delicious! My salad was fresh, the chicken warm and sliced.

We are here visiting from Colorado, we've been to many great food joints out here in Utah but this place by far is one of my favorites. We got the chicken finger plate with fried mushrooms. OMG so delicious and everything cooked to perfection! Wish y'all were in Colorado

It's too bad that whenever we go here, we are always the only ones. We like the food, and the service has been fine. A bit slow at times, but not enough to complain too loudly about. The chicken is great - nice and juicy. Excellent value.

Latley...the service...not so good, drive thru got my order wrong, kept my debit card, would not answer the phone to fix it all. Normally really good food I enjoy the Cobb Salad...but they need to train their employees just a bit more.

Ya know, I was not expecting much on my visit, other than another fast food place. I ordered the chicken BLT. It was actually very tasty, nice and hot. And the fries were also hot and fresh. The shake (banana pudding), was quite tasty as well. I found the service to be very decent. I think they are one of the better food places along this West Valley hub! I will visit them again, for sure!

We only ate here once, but the food was all right. The service was was good and the servers even came out and checked on us at our tables towards the end of our meal. I wouldn't mind going back another time and trying something else because I don't even remember what I had. The parking is free. The interior of the building was very clean and had a nice appeal to it.

Very friendly employees and very upkept. The place is taken care of and clean. I got what I ordered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that none of the Zaxby's on the west side have shake machines. I got hooked on Zaxby's when I was in Georgia and came here to get a shake only to be disappointed. Wish you had them here because you make the best nilla pudding I've ever had.

Pretty good fried chicken place, definitely prefer it over KFC. Not sure I'd eat this too frequently due to how high the calories are, but honestly if you're eating fried chicken you're not calorie counting. Worth a shot, their Texas toast and chicken fingers are great.

The fried chicken hits the spot non-stop. The toast is so buttery and tasty. The meal is pretty much just fried carbohydrates, but at least you get some celery if you get the wings and things plate. I need to try the other sauces for the wings, and I enjoy the zaxbys sauce. Pretty much anything on the menu can be dipped in the zaxbys sauce, or ranch, but mostly zaxbys sauce.

I was hoping my experience at Zaxby's would be better. I'd heard good things. Unfortunately, I didn't find them to be true. The wait time was ridiculous. The restaurant was fairly messy. We couldn't understand what was being said over the intercom. The food ended up being mediocre at best. I don't think I'm going back any time soon.

The food at Zaxbys is so good. Go through the drive through though. The reason for 2 stars instead of 5 is the fact I lost my shoe due to how sticky the floor was. The whole floor. Change the mop water more often. Thank goodness it was at the end of the meal that happened or I would have sent eveything back and asked for a refund. I won't be back to that location unless there is some kind of acknowledgment from this locations GM.

Customer service was so laggy, Lobby was clean, somewhat odd staff. Only reason I say that because I ordered a num 1 and it took 10 minutes and I didn’t even get my drink with my order like I was suppose to. Btw it was so quite and a little awkward being the only customer on the property

Chicken fingers with the spicy/sweet sauce are outstanding. It's also my favorite sauce on their wings. Their spicy mushrooms are one of my favorite side dishes, ever, from anywhere. Battered & deep fried, they are more "seasoned" than they are "spicy" but I can't get enough of them. They come with "zestable" sauce, which is also good on the chicken. The first time I went there I thought they were just so-so, but they really grow on you. Every time I go I like them better & better. Now its one of my favorite places for takeout.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling for 20 minutes straight with no answer and when i got there the two girls were just sitting there talking with no guests in drive through or lobby. Whats the point of having a phone if the business isnt going to answer.

Very disappointed in the staff here.... had a minor issue with a meal and when called to see about bringing food back to make it right my daughter was basically treated as if we didnt originally pay or something....guys remember this is very hard earned money and spending it at zaxbys is a choice so please be kind. You can keep the extras it's not worth any humiliation.

Afternoon get together with friends. We had the traditional wings and the cheese bites. Very tasty. I could only give them three stars because their soda machine was out of flavors. The service was a little slow as they only had one person running the counter and the drive in. The food was up quick. Might have to try buffalo wild wings just up the street next time.

I'm giving a one star only because I have too! Plus the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, however my visit was less than perfect. After paying at the drive-thru and getting our drinks we were instructed to park in parking spot 1 because they were still waiting for my sandwich to cook. We sat in our car for 15 minutes waiting for them to bring our food. Finally my husband went into the restaurant to find out how much longer until our food would be done only to be told that the manager forgot to put in our order, which means they forgot to cook our food. Obviiusly a competent manager wouldnt forget to cook food, needless to say this manager isn't very competent and certainly shouldn't be a manager, especially since it wasn't even busy. We went to chick-fil-a who was competently able to take my business, my money and make my food.

Frankly, this is average food at best. Chintzy on portions for the price, food was barely warm, and a twenty minute drive-through experience is unacceptable. They'll need to make great improvements to earn repeat customers.

My brother and his wife recommended this place, we came in and cluelessly ordered what sounded familiar. We got beef broccoli and some sweet chicken. Needless to say, we enjoyed every gosh dang bite of it. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes on their menu. Would recommend.
