This Restaurant is classified in the category of Indian restaurant.
I have eaten in the restaurant and also ordered takeout. Every time the food is delicious and the employees are fast and helpful. It’s kind of expensive but so good.
I have never been a fan of this kind of food until I tagged along with my wife and her friends. It was easily one of my favorite experiences with the best food and incredibly kind and generous service. I will be back again and again it was so good. Everything I tried was so full of flavor and so good i couldn't stop eating. I cant wait to go back! Thanks!
Excellent Indian and Nepalese food. Every time. The samosa chat and sweet naan are amazing. In fact, everything I've ever eaten here is amazing. The employees are all super nice too.
Excellent service! Excellent food! Exceptional place! Absolutely loved it! I strongly recommend anyone wanting a warm reception with excellent food to eat here!
Got take out here and they forgot our naan bread we paid extra for. I called and they said they would give me a free entree next time, but I don’t want to go back because the food we ordered was very bland and the samosas were very dry. We paid 60 for our meal and it was worth 20. Very disappointing.
The food was very good. We shared dishes so we got to try several dishes. The vegetable coconut korma was my favorite. The service was friendly but quite slow, however, it was pretty crowded tonight. We also like to get take out from here.
Good food nice people
I’ve been getting food here for the past 5 years. It is always delicious
Place is a mess.. they could organize it and clean it better and make sure there is always enough food on the buffet.. the food is tasty, that is why I would come back.
Good price but not so much variety
Nice people...
Delicious food, quiet setting, and polite friendly service. Highly recommended!
The Kathmandu on Highland is exclusively for people who genuinely give a damn about their palate, and for those who enjoy being treated like a member of the family during their dining experience. If you go astray in search of something better, you will find yourself back here.
Excellent lunch buffet. Plenty of chicken in the butter chicken, Good assortment of dishes. I can do a take out, and have a delicious indian/pakistani assortment for lunch!
I went to this place with high expectations because Nepali places do justice to Indian subcontinent cuisine better than Indian restaurants do in the US. Being from North India, I'm very familiar with a lot of the cuisines on their menu. The samosa chat, which is one of the pictures with this review was served at a refrigerator cold temperature, which is not at all how any samosa dish is supposed to be served. The thali I got was around $20, and definitely not worth the price. The reliance on spice scales (hotness levels) is the worst thing you can do to Indian food, and I was disappointed that that's what they did. This place has potential to be really good, but in my experience it was definitely below average.
Okay I have wanted to go here for a VERY long time. I have yet to try their buffet that they do for lunches, but believe you me, I will be trying it very soon if I have any say in the matter. We actually used a restaurant dot come offer that I had gained from Rite Aid dollars spent or something like that. Anyways came here on a Friday night and I got something with delicious coconut milk. I always love Indian food because most of the menu contains stuff I can eat. Why is that an unusual situation for me you ask? Because I (sadly) don't eat gluten or dairy. I also have some other weird food preferences at times, things that don't settle with me or I just don't like. Most of these include beef which I have ate a handful of times in the last decade and not gotten sick so that one might be okay. The other one is chicken which I got salmonella from chicken when I was two and almost died. I think that is when the hatred of chicken (eating them, not chicken themselves) started. Even after being a pescatarian for a long time and trying to introduce chicken because I already ate fish and they say chicken and fish are SO similar, right? Ha, not exactly in my experience! I have never been able to eat chicken ladies and gentleman, without getting sick. Pretty sad story is right. What does this have to do with the Kathmandu? You are right, we should get back to it. The service was great. It was crowded when we joined them for dinner here but we were able to get seated super fast to which I was grateful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We even brought a card game to play at the dinner table and no one asked any questions. This place was laid back and comfortable atmosphere. We went here for date night but it is honestly a great option for any kind of night, with any kind of people.
Good food excellent service.
A favorite. Staff are friendlier than Bombay house and I have never had a bad experience. It's great
Outstanding food and service! I had the lamb Everest Curry. Highly recommend! It was an absolutely fantastic dish. I've never experienced a more polite and delightful waitstaff. Thank you for hosting us!
Excellent cuisine! Amazing service! Great wine! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
Nice food. Good variety of Indian and Nepali food.
I love the vegetarian dishes here and my wife loves the butter chicken. The Hamalayan aloo and Hamalayan paneer is particularly good--there is something special about mangos in curry. The classics like palek paneer are great as well. It has a solid lunch buffet.
Fantastic veg and vegan food!
Seriously great food and the service was impeccable. We went for date night, just my wife and me. Wife wanted to play it safe and get Coconut Kurma and not terribly spicy and I got the Everest which is spicy curry with sweet mangoes. Mine was excellent. Hers was excellent for as popular as Coconut Kurma is. We also got Garlic Naan and Poori which both are amazing. Poori is a deep fried naan and was very worth it. We also ordered Lassies, Strawberry and Sweet. The Sweet was just ok, it wasn't to my tastes but the strawberry was wonderful. Price was great as well. Under $15 for each meal. For dinner, that's been better than most places. Go here for sure if you need a new great Indian or Napalese place.
Food is good, but don't order on line. They never received my order and I ended up waiting 20 min. I was running late so it should have been ready. I received 3 different excuses but no credit for my time and frustration. This was the second time this happened.
My husband and I went there for lunch buffet they still had an hour left. We did a quick look and it looked good. So the first things we noticed the soup was supposed to be a lentil soup but nothing but broth and a few peas and potatoes. We asked if they were bringing it more, they made a big deal pulled out a few potatoes and said no that was good. Then as I neared my end of my buffet I went to get desert. The rice pudding was empty I asked for more they got the pan and dug down to the very bottom and scraped out just enough for a few spoonfuls. I asked if my partner could have some then in disbelief they were like he wants some. I guess if eating the bottom scraping of a pan are ok with you for the 13 dollar buffet price per person well we will not be back.
Went for lunch buffet with some friends. Lunch was fine but I wouldn't recommend this location. Very few meat options available, mostly vegan/potato dishes, all very spicy! Not much of a selection. Downtown location was better flavored and served hot. What disappointed me most was their punch card system. I purchased 3 meals (I paid for 2 friends) and they refused to give me 3 stamps.. one stamp per meal purchased seems logical.. but not according to the cashier. For the Best Indian food in Salt Lake, try Star of India on North Temple :)
Absolutely delicious, food is by far the best Southwest Asian food I've had. Very friendly staff , inside is lovely. I highly recommend to anyone!!!
The food is awesome. The prices are a little high but reasonable for the food. Service is always good.
Decent lunch buffet. There are better Indian lunch buffet places in town, but this does the job when you are close by.
Food is great, good service.
This place is beautiful and so aromatic!!! The flavors here are wonderful and the food looks like a picture out of a magazine!! I will keep coming back!
Good service, helpful management and great taste
I love Indian food, and this is my favorite place in the SL valley. Quiet and comfortable and full of native eaters.
So much flavor.
Best Indian food in salt lake. The price makes it easy to go again and again too.
So yummy! And they accommodated our party of twenty really well.
I ordered the chicken Tikka Masala and I gotta say the service was great, the atmosphere plesent, and the food was amazing! Great job!
Really good lunch! Liked the fried potato thingys and they had both sweet and spicy curry. Manager and staff were very attentive and asked me to eat more.
Absolute Worst Experience with this place. We used to really enjoy their food until one day we found a piece of tile in our food. Unbelievable. The people do not care about customer service one bit. We ordered again and after 45 minutes they canceled the order with no notice whatsoever. This is outrageous. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Will not be ordering from here again. Unbelievable
We had their lunch buffet and it's very mediocre.
One of my favorite desi restaurants in SLC. Food is mostly authentic, some dishes are a bit Americanized but not overly so like other places. Ambience and decor are relaxing and fitting. Staff very helpful.
Some of the best Korma I've had. Heat level 4 was plenty spicy for me. Delicious!
Easily the best Indian/Nepali cuisine in the salt lake valley. I'm still working on trying everything on the menu and have yet to be let down with anything. Every Curry there knocks my socks off, especially the saag and chicken butter. On top of the food being amazing, the staff is all very friendly and attentive. I never get close to finishing my glass of water before it gets topped off which is very welcome when eating some super spicy curry.
We hadn't been to this restaurant before and decided to try it out. My husband really likes Naan so we ordered their bread basket. So good! You can get traditional Indian dishes as well as Nepalese dishes. We loved the food. We went on a Friday night around 7, walked in and were seated immediately. We were lucky. Within the next 10 min the restaurant was full. We were wondering if the food would be delayed because of the rush, but it came out really quickly. I think I have a new favorite restaurant!
Best Nepalese food
It's nice place for lunch time and dinner. Restaurant also has a good Buffett. I recommend. Very clean and good service.
Wow! What a fantastic place! The atmosphere is awesome! The food was DELICIOUS, the service was great, and everything was reasonably priced. 10/10 will return here to eat in the future.
Good Indian and Nepali cooking. Friendly staff, fast service.
Got takeout tonight and it took over an hour to make the food, which was a pain. It also is possibly the worst curry I’ve had... super bland, but a little sour? No flavor.
Really good food, pretty quick with takeout. It can be a little expensive though.
one of the best spots of its kind in the area. definitely worth a return visit. it has a cool feel to it.
Owner came by and gave recommendations of his favorites. Absolutely delicious.
Stopped by for lunch. Tiki Masala was delicious.
Best lunch buffet, food is very high quality and fresh; I've been many times and never have been disappointed. It's a great way to try so many of the dishes this place has to offer and you can't possibly try all of them. There's even three of their classic desserts on offer! Great number of options for vegetarians and they're fulfilling and delicious although I find a few of the veggie dishes to be quite spicy so be careful. For dinner, there's a Nepalese portion of the menu as well as Indian and I have trouble not ordering the pumpkin curry from the Nepalese section. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and fun to talk to if you have the time.
Have been going there for years, amazing food, new layout is fine.
Good lunch buffet. Everest Rice is very good.
Indian buffet with fried noodle and dumpling . awesome
They have very good Indian and Nepali food here. The buffet is really good and it's not super expensive. If you are in the moods for some really good Indian food come here
Great service and awesome food, really excited to know it is opened into another place too. Everyone must try. Good luck. You guys are doing great
Wonderful, better than other Indian food
Bring from England I am always on the look out for a new Indian resutant. Here they have good service and the curries were okay. The naan bread was great!
Amazing food. Great service. Super speedy. And good staff.
Excellent food, great service, and reasonable prices. I can't speak to authenticity, but the menu is broad so basically everyone can find something to love. Worth a trip!
Great food Great service
This place has such amazing customer service. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Food was fantastic. Will be coming back again :)
Nice buffet! Sweet rice is awesome. Chicken curry and tikka masala is good too. Overall, a decent Indian restaurant for a place like SLC.
Good food. Good staff
Excellent food. It's so delicious. We had a decent group size and the order was lost unfortunately, so we waited a long time, but they more than made up for it in their service and compensation in the form of many appetizers and dessert for the mistake. I highly recommend this place.
We've been patrons of this place since it opened and through all of the changes and improvements. The food is consistently excellent and so is the service. Parking lot is big enough and it's pretty easy to get at from Highland Drive. Try the vegetables pakora and the spiced tea.
I love this place! The food has been consistently delicious and service exceptional for the entire 10 years they have been in operation
Delicious! Ordered the Methi(Fenugreek) chicken. Highly recommend it.
Yummy Indian food. The buffet is my favorite part of coming here because I get to choose to eat a variety of curries! Never disappointed when coming to eat here.
Wonderful! This was our first time at The Kathmandu and we were a little unsure of what to expect, not to mention what to order! Everyone was so polite and helpful and they made some great recommendations. Everything was fantastic and we will be going back soon.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Salt Lake! I've been coming here for years now and am rarely disappointed by the quality of the food and service. There are various Indian and Nepalese vegan/vegetarian options that are usually very delicious. I don't recommend going to the lunch buffet because the food seems less fresh. Quality is best for sit down dining in the evenings. The veggie samosas are amazing and the naan here is so fluffy and delicious- definitely the best in Salt lake!
This is an amazing restaurant. great food, wonderful friendly staff and quick service. Try the mango pudding it's really good.
Absolutely delicious, one of my favorite places to eat when in slc.
This is our favorite Indian restaurant. We ate there are dozens of times and never were unhappy with the food. Saturday buffet is very popular.
Such a great restaurant! The staff is very friendly, and the food is just so delicious. Dinner time gets busy quick, but the lunch buffet is a great way to get a bit of everything because the main buffet dishes change every weekday. Sometimes they also offer coupons for your next visit. (Bit of history, Kathmandu 700S and ~200E use to be a sister restaurant, but was sold a few years ago. Personally, I've been to both and prefer this one. There's just something special in the Naan bread here.)
Kathmandu is a unique dining experience with both traditional Indian and Nepalese dishes. My wife and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, we enjoy how passionate and excited they get when we ask about unfamiliar items on their menu. The chef's special (dinner for two) is a must try for any first timer visiting. It is essentially a sampler of all of the high points on the menu. We typically get the vegetable samosa to start with an order of garlic naan bread. The naan bread is unlike any other I have tried, it is really light and almost fluffy. The chicken Tikka masala is a must try too! One thing to note, if you like spicy, tell them from 5 or above. If you're not into spice go with 4 or under. We hope you enjoy this little gem as much as my wife and I do!
Definitely, the best Indian food I have had in this city!!! I felt very comfortable, & the beautiful ambiance is perfectly fitting. I thank all of you, for your hard work & kindness, in sharing this tasty cuisine!!!
Fantastic lunch buffet, good food perfect heat and really good rice/bread. Also a great location for vegan options.
First time. Really enjoyed the food.
Great food and wonderful service!
Pretty tasty food. Missed an order of naan bread o our order but promptly got it out. Very friendly.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in the valley. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is nice and the food is delicious. I usually end up getting vegetable Sampras and the coconut vegetable korma. Don't expect to be in and out of this place quickly; slow down and enjoy your visit. You can also call ahead and do takeout.
Our favorite Saturday night dinner spot!! We always do the to go for our date night ins. The chicken tikka masala is to die for!! The only thing was this time when we ordered we ordered a garlic naan and regular and the garlic one only came with one piece of naan in it. Still a great rating because so good and not a big deal! Highly recommend!!
This restaurant has a raw, authentic feel for just about everything about it. I came here for the first time and when I walked through the doors I heard soft Indian music playing, saw the colorful tapestries hung on almost all the walls and smelled, I think it was curry, but it wasn't overpowering. We sat down and were greeted quickly and politely, I didn't know everything on the menu since the items have Indian names but I am sure if I had chosen anything different, it would turn out great like the dish I ended up trying was. I wish I could tell you the name of it but I don't think I can remember if I tried. After paying we got up to leave and there was a bowl of anise and candy to take a pinch with you on your way out. I love anise so it was amazing
I love this place! Every meal I've had has always been served hot and tasty and the service is excellent. I reccommend the chicken coconut korma with medium spice as it's an excellent balance between the sweetness of the coconut and raisins and the creamy spicy curry. The mango lassi drink is also a personal favourite. I always have to get the vegetable pakora as an appetizer every time I go, it's just too tasty to miss.
It says a lot when you’re friends/family come up with the following complements “It’s really colorful” “They remembered the sauce” On take out they don’t provide rice or naan, despite the menu description. We ordered a combination appetizer and the internal temperature was cold but the tempora coating was warm. The onions and vegetables were raw with the “colorful” chicken tikka. An overall one note, overpriced disappointment.
Wow I was really pleased with some of the new flavors that I have never tried. We had a group so we went family style and orders a ton. The sweet naan was new as was the Everest chicken. It is still a lot of Indian influence so you get all the familiar curries. Tons of lassi flavors too but mango was best not the strawberry I tried
Great Lunch Buffet! I've only every eaten here for the lunch buffet. I've been many times though. It definitely is one of the best Indian/Nepali food buffets in the salt lake valley. The thing that sets this lunch buffet apart for me is the heat level. Usually the heat level in buffets are next to nothing. Great flavors and great food.
This is a wonderful restaurant! Everything we tried was really good. The staff were kind and helpful.
Great place to try Indian and Nepalese food in the lunch buffet. They have a great assortment of dishes to try. You may need some patience while paying for your food.
Consistently good indian food. Our go to spot!
Exceptional Indian and Napalese cuisine. A perfect balance of flavor and heat every time.
Delicious! The staff was very friendly and even gave me some naan on the house! The chicken korma was fantastic!
Fantastic food, great selection and very friendly staff. Dining room is dated but clean. Would recommend to anyone.
Nice lunch buffet with a wider than average selection of items for this type of buffet. I tried almost everything, and it was all good.
Great food and great service. Atmosphere was great too.
We went here for lunch and it was a great experience. We were seated very quickly and, even though they had a lunch buffet going, they let us order from the menu. Our orders were taken quickly and the lunch was also served very quickly. Flavor wise, the food was great. The spice wasn't too hot and the chicken was cooked excellent. We had the butter chicken and the chicken korma during our visit and both met our expectations. The naan and rice were also excellent. I ordered a banana lassi, which I had never had before, and it was actually very good. It's quite a bit different that anything I've ever had before, but I really liked how all of the spices in the drink played off each other. Nothing was too overpowering. We'll definitely be back to this place soon. Their food and service was absolutely excellent.
Recently moved to to Salt Lake City and this is by far our favorite Indian food place in slc. Great service and great food at a more than reasonable price. Also for fellow vegans, some great options
Great service every time I go and I have loved everything i have eaten there
Always a favorite. We love the lunch buffet and all the options you can try.
NOT for vegetarians or vegans, especially is you are avoiding extracted oils in and on your foods.
Great options for every kind of diet, great price, nice vibe, great service.
Had the buffet and was not a fan not that much to choose from. Plus the food was horrible not sure if that is how all Indian food is suppose to taste for their sales I hope not.
Pure flavorful deliciousness! This is a buffet worth visiting and spending your time, money and appetite. Fancy yet economical. I recommend it.
Delicious food, and the most friendly service of any of the Indian restaurants around. The lunch buffet is the best in town, in my opinion. And a great value on top of all that. Besides the usual Indian dishes, they also have some Nepali dishes, too. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I probably eat here a couple times a month. It’s a great place to go to offer options to people with different dietary needs. Especially the lunch buffet. Inexpensive and FAST. A favorite for my husband (the omnivore) and I (the vegetarian) to go together. Plenty of meatless options for me, but he can still get his lamb (Mondays) or goat (Tuesdays, I think?) curry fix. Very consistent food quality. Friendly staff.
Amazing food and very nice staff. Great dining!
Great food.... Delicious taste. But the service was disappointing all the servers where watching soccer game on tv. I have to go and find them to get a soda :(
Such delightful service. The servers were friendly and the food was amazing. I love how easy it is to get vegan dishes here.
Love the food and people that owns and work here! Prices are okay.
I love this place, excellent food & service. The staff was very helpful and observant.
Great authentic Indian Nepali food, really really good! The vegetarian samosas are super good and the sweet naan was very good. In general their naan bread is just amazing - all options really are. It did took some time for us to get any food but they have fix it with freebies. Great ppl great food.
Great atmosphere and awesome food
Service was great and food was amazing! Will be coming here again. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The setting is very calming.
Lunch buffet here is amazing and the menu items are as well.
Nice place for south asian dishes.mostly Nepalese and indian.
Great service, and wonderful atmosphere. We got the chicken tikka masala and lamb curry--personally I liked the flavorings of the lamb curry more than the tikka masala--and usually chicken tikka masala is my fave--just not my preference on it here. The garlic naan was pretty good, maybe not the best I've had, but very tasty! I also like the option for a buffet-we may have to come back to check it out!
I tried six other Indian buffets before settling on this one. I'm focused on vegetarian options, and this one matches my tastes and feels like it has more selection and more of each selection with that constraint. So it's more of a drive, but I quickly got into a pattern of eating here for lunch every day. SLC is great for Indian, there are SO MANY options. I recommend trying a different lunch buffet every day until you find your Indian home as well.
Fun and tasty lunch buffet
Very good food, I like this place because they have a buffet, so everyone gets to eat what they want.
Hands down the best Indian Nepalese food in the city. I have traveled to London and searched out some of the best. This place holds up to the standard. The dishes are well proportioned for price, flavorful, and authentic. From the Naan to the butter chicken everything is amazingly delectable.
We called yesterday morning to let them know we had a party of 10-20 coming that evening. All 20 showed up. The staff handled everything smoothly. And the food was excellent! Try the Tikka Masala.
So good. Eat here monthly. Have tried a bunch of dishes but keep coming back to Veg Momo.
Great service even better food. Best Indian food that have gotten in a long time
I love this place so much! Pro tip: don't order things as spicy as they can do it because you'll regret it! :)
The Kathmandu is my all time favorite Nepali/Indian restaraunt. Aloo Matter and Vegetable coconut korma are some of my favorites! I also LOVE their Samosas and this is one of the only places in Utah you can find momo! Reminded me of the momo I ate in Lukla and took me right back to those memories.
I give it 5 stars after eating at this restaurant several times. Always exceptional!
Went for the lunch buffet and it was excellent. The owner was extremely pleasant and created a great customer experience. The buffet had plenty of variety to choose from and everything tasted terrific.
It's bland food. I can't prove it, but I think they substitute some of the curry with Campbell's soup because it tastes like it. The chicken is tough, probably cause they cut from the breast and it's low quality. I can't recommend this place because the surrounding Indian restaurants are much better. If it was only Indian restaurant in the state I'd understand, but it's not and there is higher quality places near by for similar price.
Oh boy! Me and my wife are on a road trip for our honeymoon and we stoped here on a recomendation, and wow! It is amazing, we will be stopping by again on out way back home!
Sony is our server at the best Indian and Nepali food restaurant. She did a fantastic job at service with a smile, she works very hard and is incredibly intelligent. She deserves to be the CFO or President of Solid Foundation. She went above and beyond as our server and friend. God bless everyone at the Kathmandu.
Nice, simple lunch buffet. Seating is comfortable if a bit close. Food is flavorful but not too spicy. Indian music plays in the background. The patrons are uppity yuppies, hipsters, bankers, chatty ladies, and polite liberals.
Service is awesome! Food is delicious! Prices are reasonable.
This is the best Indian food my husband and I have found in SLC. We have also enjoyed becoming more familiar with the Nepali dishes. I haven’t had anything that I’ve ever been disappointed with here. The prices might seem steep but we always go home with leftovers because the portions are so large. They also bring out complimentary naan with 2+ dishes orders. Make sure to get a vegetable samosa with tamarind sauce!
Good food and they changed the look since I was last there. Spiciness is not consistent, we ordered 2 dishes "medium," one had no heat the other was pretty spicy. I also would have liked a desert but they just brought the check.
Great food, easy access parking, good service. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry
The staff are so friendly and the food is awesome.
One of the best, if not the best Indian food in Utah.
I have visited many Indian buffets, and this one is my favorite. There are MANY fun and delicious vegetable dishes. They have brilliantly converted the delicious creamy dishes, usually made with heavy cream, to coconut-based! This is not only yummy, but also opens up the menu significantly for those who can’t do dairy. I hope to return next time I am in town!
Amazing Nepalese / Indian style cuisine. Best on SLC!
First time here today! Found on Google. Nice guys, good-looking restaurant set-up. MORE people need to know about this place!! I got the Lamb Tikka Masala and it was delicious! I also enjoyed whatever aroma they had in the restaurant. Very authentic-feeling experience. I'll be back
NO FLAVOR AND I GOT THE COMPLETELY WRONG DISH. I WAS GIVEN MUSHROOMS THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO AND MEAT. They just ruined 8 years of vegetarianism and I’ve been vomiting all day. I would give no stars if it was possible. Couldn’t even get my money back.
Fantastic food and even better staff. They we're attentive and friendly. I tried two different kinds of Curry and they were sensational. Definitely going back again.
We just ate here randomly on our pit stop in SLC, and it totally blew our minds. The food was incredible, and the service was personal and attentive. We so wish we lived nearby so we could frequent The Kathmandu!
Always flavorful good nepali food. Lunch buff6us great to try many dishes
Super great buffet food. Everything seemed very fresh.
I love the chicken tikka masala, so creamy and so good. The best!! Bombay house who?
Excellent food and service. Loved this place
Probably the best buttered chicken ever. Naan added in and it's the top spot. Love the chill atmosphere and dark theme setting
The food tasted hearty and authentic. The four staff members we interacted with were friendly. Parking was plentiful. Prices were a little less than other restaurants of the same food type. Servings we're a little more than other local restaurants. Naan and ricecame with main wntrees. The house chai was tasty.
The taste of the food was disappointing. We had the buffet and ordered extra vegetarian momos. All buffet items didn't taste good. The momos were disappointing as well.
It took forever to receive our food, our server came to our table once, we all had empty drinks for most of the time we were there. Someone else had to bring us our check after waiting 10-15 minutes. The food I received barely had any flavor, and the chicken tasted old. I won't be coming here again .
Fresh and authentic! Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Recommend the chicken mo mo for an appetizer. Definitely get the garlic naan! Sneakily delicious main entrees
I have only ever gone for their lunch buffet, so I can't speak for their individual dishes. The buffet is great though. They have a large number of vegetarian options, which is pretty significant for a buffet. The price is well worth how much food options are available as well. I have eaten at other South Asian restaurants with a buffet since eating here and am always disappointed by the variety offered. This place has certainly spoiled me in that regard.
