I always get the Tantanmen and it is always spicy, savoury, and delicious. I eat all the noodles in the restaurant and cook up some ramen noodles at home and add it to the rest of the broth for another meal. My wife likes the Beef Bulgogi with vegetables and that is delicious too.

I have been to this restaurant twice now and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was excellent, staff is super friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere is superb. Fair warning when you are asked how spicy you would like your food. I have only tried level 2 and it is really spicy. (There are only 3 levels)

It was so good I had to go back asap. Great flavor! Be aware that spicy means spicy, had a friend try level 2 and it was too much for her. Also know that they do run out of food because it os so fresh, so get there on time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jin's. This visit was just like all of the others. I guess if I had one complaint it took a little while to get our food but I would rather wait a little longer and get this quality than get it faster and be disappointing. So if you are planning on going for a quick lunch visit plan for enough time. I ordered the fried pork cutlet with Japanese curry (Donkkaseu) this time and it did not disappoint. Not sure what I will get next time, it was so good I might go back and order the same thing when I get another craving for it. I guess I will have to go more often to try out the menu.

My girlfriend and I have been to Jins almost a dozen times now! We have always had great customer service and the food has never disappointed. Our favorite meals are the Bibimbap and the Bulgogi! The Ramen is also really good as well. My only suggestion would be to offer korean kimchi side dishes

My experience with take out was phenomenal. We got the beef bulgolgi spice level 2, the chicken donburi, and curry rice. I feel like this place gets Korean and Japanese comfort foods just right. Their medium spicy is no joke more spicy than most places hottest options, watch out non spice lovers!

My husband and I have been here twice now and will definitely continue to come back. Our waitress was very tentative and sweet not to mention the food was BOMB! I've been to a number of Korean restaurants and this may be my favorite I've ever had. We got the Beef Bulgogi, Chicken Katsu Curry and the Ngoya (deep fried chicken). They were all unique, yet incredibly delicious. I can't say enough about how good this place is. The service was awesome - they brought around toys and candy for the kids and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Easily the best restaurant in all of Syracuse, and maybe the best Korean in the state.

Extremely family and customer oriented. They do everything they can to occomidate guests in a timely manner. We came in with our 1 year old and they brought us a small bowl of rice and banana for him to eat at no charge. Very friendly staff as it's a family run restaurant. It does get busy and packed as it's a small building, but the food is always perfect, and if it's not they will fix it!. Food does run out sometimes due to they get everything as fresh as possible ie beef chicken seafood etc.

Great New Korean place to eat at in Syracuse, Staff super friendly, Food tasted fresh, and homemade. I loved the ma & pa feel of the family restaurant. I’m not military, but the waitress made sure to ask as they do give military discounts. Food was fairly priced $8 -$10 a plate, menu was a little selective.

The food was awesome! We bought the tan tan men noodle with broth (ramen) and beef bul goi. However, know the food is HOT. They have 3 levels and medium kicked my butt. I like hot foods, so I thought I would be ok. But the medium was just a little to hot for me. But still delicious.

First time trying this restaurant.. customer service is great, people are sweet. It is family owned. The food was really good, I did ask for a 1, not too spicy since my kids were sharing. However I feel like I got a 2, scared to know what their 3 is. It was way spicy, If you are wanting something fast this is not your place. All the food is made almost from scratch and cooked to Order. Something's on the menu I wanted was told only one chef could make who happened to be out sick today. Will try again, the meal I got today was just okay considering the wait I had. Will go again during lunch hours to see if I can get the wow factor.

The food is good, and the prices aren't bad. I believe that it's advertised as Japanese and Korean. The portion sizes are fairly large. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. The menu is a decent size and if you need a suggestion the staff are more than happy to help. They greet you as soon as you come in the door and allow you to pick where you would like to sit, if there is space. This restaurant does not have booths, they have tables and a bar area with stools. They do have restrooms located at the back of the store.

The broth and noodles were very good. They carry a great selection of other dishes as well. My wife had thr bulgogi beef noodle entree, and the seasoning was spot on. Would really recommend you stop in as this is easily one of the best places to get ramen in the area.

My wife and I have gone here many times and just enjoy the food the owners and the staff. They have limited cooking area and only the two very very hard working owners cooking and preparing all the food. If you get there and it's busy, sit back relax and your magnificent food will be served to you with a smile from severs that are truly grateful for you coming. Remember spicy is extremely spicy, so order medium the first time. We have eaten most items on the menu and I have to say everything has been wonderful, including the spicy pork I ordered. (wow it was spicy and the taste was sooo goood). LOVE THIS PLACE

A restaurant mix of americanized japanese and Korean styles, the food was decent but is not my first choice for asian cuisine. Service is also very slow and had a 1+ hour of wait time. Definitely has room for growth, but probably won't eat there anytime soon.

LOVE the Beef Bolgugi!! The kotsu pork Curry is really delicious! Perfectly crispy and served with a fabulous Curry sauce. Neither of these dishes are too spicy. My husband enjoyed the Tantanmen a lot! It was very spicy, but also very flavorful with perfectly done ramen noodles!

Started out slow. Seated within a few moments, the waiter seemed unaware I had been seated at first. But eventually took my order. Waited about thirty minutes before receiving my food. They apologized for the wait and gave me a free drink and dessert. (Mochi) Each member of the staff came and apologized for the wait. They were all very nice. Food was good. Not amazing, but with coming back for.

Wow!!! They cook the food fresh, the veggies were cooked perfectly, as well as the tofu. The prices were great! The server was on top of things, asked if we needed anything multiple times. The chef came out to talk to us twice to make sure the food is what we wanted, he even gave our little an appetizer on the house. 5 star plus! Pictured is the, Roman with chicken, and Bimbipop with veggies and tofu. This place knocks any noodle place out of the water. Thanks for the good eat!

Best Ramen in the Ogden suburb area by far. The staff and owners are super friendly, and it has a small, traditional ramen house feel. I recommend the Tonkotsu Ramen for first timers. Also, make sure to mix the soup into the ingredients and let them sit for a couple minutes so the full flavor absorbs into everything. It is meant to be eaten together, and if you don't allow the soup and ingredients to sit together the soup can come off as "dull" to western taste.

By far the best Korean food I've ever had around here. My mother in law is full Korean and we have had a pretty hard time finding a Korean restaurant that she really liked. When we saw this place we decided to try it and she loved it and so do I! The ramen is perfect, the Jap jar is great, the bibimbap is amazing...nothing but greatness from here. Excellent family run Japanese/Korean restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. They serve the best Katsu-don outside Japan (actually, having just eaten in Japan, better than in Japan, too). The food is cooked fresh on demand, which means service can be slow when it gets busy, but the wait is definitely worth it!
