Freaking wonderful variety, delicious hot sauce, and burritos that have the power to convert anyone Democrat in this red state! Beto's is just about as good as it gets! They have a wide variety of Mexican food, and it tastes just about as real as it would in Mexico, I'm sure. The cashier took the order down promptly, and ensure the table was clean before we sat down. The horchata, and tacos were the best I've had in Utah County. This Beto's is the best one I've been to hands down! Great work you guys.

I used to love this place! The staff was friendly and the food was good.Now days, and it might just be me, but all of that has been dropped. Ask ask for something and they glare at you, there is no refund system in place when an order is messed up and no one wants to really help you. And it seems as though the facilities them selfs are deteriorating. Come on guys. I usaly hold off on reviews like this till it happens a couple of times so this was the last straw. They messed up my order and over charged me. When i said no problem just give me a refund and I'll pay you again what i owe for the correct order. She looked at me as if i ate her cat. I tryed not to make a problem but they did nothing for me and sad to say i dont want to come back now.

I’ve always loved their breakfast burritos!! It’s definitely pricy, but personally I’m alright with that. I’ve never tried any of the other items on the menu, but from what my family has said, it’s also very good. One set back is that this isn’t the place to be if you’re in a hurry. I went here for a quick carry-out order. I have asked for the beef sandwich twice. Then when I got my order. It was a beef burrito. I told her I didn't ask for that, I asked for the sandwich. She rolled her eyes. And then eventually got what I ordered. Not what she was thinking. Not to mention I paid $2 more for a burrito and didn't ask to refund me at all. I just left it as that. But I know I am not going to go back there at all. Really slow and just unprofessional.

The food has almost no flavor and if you are looking for good horchata dont go here. Only good thing to say is that you get a ton of food for the price. Just not a place I will go to again.

Bottom line: if you are looking for a place to get late night mexican food, this is the best. But if you are going to take the time to go out, there are better options during regular hours.

Beto's is my go to for Mexican food. The staff is always nice. The condiment bar is always stocked and clean. The dining area is clean. Food is great. If you like a particular meat and want it made with something that is not on the menu, they are always happy to prepare it for you. Out of all of the Mexican food places in the area, I think that Beto's has the best food. I love the fact that the pickled carrots are par-boiled so they are tender vs. crunchy. Other places seem to not take the time to prepare their pickled carrots the same way.

My review of Betos is tainted by the fact that I only ever go through the drive-through; I've never been inside. Having said that, the food is excellent. Yes, I know everyone loves the breakfast burritos, but try some carne asada fries once and you'll thank me. Their green sauce is some kind of wonderful that I wish I could find in a bottle. It's really a good eating experience. I can't give 5 stars because I'm always disappointed by their customer service. Again, keep in mind I'm only a drive-through customer, but I've never had a friendly person greet me -- not once. It's always "What do you want?" and then I tell them and they say "Is that all?" and then our conversation is over. Never a total, never a "thank you," never a "please pull ahead to the window" -- just 7-10 words and we're done transacting. This is a bit of a letdown, but the food is still good enough that I go back, even while knowing what to expect when I get there.

I ordered the five rolled tacos with cheese, guacamole and lettuce. They barely put any cheese or guacamole, which the guacamole was watered down. Trying to raise profits by skimping your customers is a great way to get you a 1 Star. I won’t be returning.

Brought back a $10 combo meal that tasted like they didnt even add salt to anything. They told me to told me to f-off. And I don't mean that they shooed me out the door and told me nicely I'm not getting a refund or new food, I mean the chef came out of the back and told the lady at the front to tell me to F-off. I understood him. Lucky that Betos has no corporate authority or some jobs would have been lost that day. I suggest to people that go to Betos to pay with card so you can dispute it with the bank if they don't want to fix their mistake. Every Betos is like this unfortunately. Wouldn't hurt to record the attempted refund conversation either, I know I will be next time. Hope this place gets the karma it deserves.

Chain of fast food style taco shop. Pretty traditional Mexican. By way of comparison taco bell would be 1 star, and actual street tacos in cabo Mexico would get 5 stars in this category. Solid 4 stars if you're looking for a traditional mexican taco shop. Would get 5 stars if it were just a little bit more home made, its a big chain so loses some fresh made authenticity

Got to know Beto's when I was in college and needed cheap food 20 years ago. Beto's always delivered. I used to work graveyard shift in IT by this location so got food here often as it is open 24 hours a day. Never had an order issue and food was always fresh and consistent. Huge portions and never got an order wrong.

At one time Betos was the best fast food Mexican food in the valley.... Unfortunatly the quality of the food has downgraded substantially. Twice members of our family have picked up food poisoning, and though the dishes are large, you pay for alot of beans vs meat and cheese. I hope to see then reclaim the right to be called the best, however they are not yet there.

This Betos used to rock my world. Now whenever I have ate here I just end up rocking my toilet. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE service. I'm sorry if I inconvenience you by contributing to your financial well being by purchasing food that isn't worth it. I don't come here anymore. I know many of my friends, family, and colleagues who have also given up on this location. Drive to the one out in Saratoga Springs. It is 1oo% better and you don't go running for the toilet.

I always have issues with this location. Most recently I bought a Monterrey burrito here and what they gave me was more tortilla than anything, and the steak in it was really tough and kind of had a burnt taste. Definitely not worth the $8 I paid for it. Go to Rancheritos on Center Street instead.

The service is pretty fast here, and the folks are nice enough. The reason I didn't give it a better rating is the burritos are not up to the quality of some of the other locations. I ate here twice within two weeks, and both times my burrito was kind of small and lacking on the meat. But the biggest complaint is the lack of a bathroom inside the place. Sorry beto, but it's time to remodel.

Quite honestly the food can be pretty great however it seems to depend on the staff that are working the said current shift. One woman in particular is always extremely fast to get our order which is the same as always. 2 carne asada fries and substitute the meat with pico (we do not eat meat and I specify it at the window ALWAYS as well as confirm my order after ordering through drive thru. I do this as my son does not eat meat as do we and when he does he vomits. Everytime I go I confirm my order and have them read it back to me twice.). She and most other of the drive through staff I notice will attempt to get the orders as quickly as possible without paying much attention so they can get back to talking to one an other and to playing the music loud to the point where I can barely hear them speaking to me. However I have not ONCE since going here for 3 months had my order come out correct. When I attempt to correct them on their end they seem to get aggressive and challenge me on what I ordered or say I did not make my order clear even though I've had them read the order back to me TWICE. My fiancee goes with me everytime I have gone and has seen this first hand. This exact order said word for word came out to me in a box with nothing but fries. No cheese or sour cream or anything the item is supposed to contain. I asked to have my order corrected and again experienced aggressive behavior. That I am wrong and I ordered wrong. That I said I wanted just the fries and somehow wanted to pay full cost for carne asada fries. This was my last straw. I have lost hope that any order could come out correct unless it is drawn out on paper. I enjoy Betos however this location in question I would give zero stars if I could.

This place sucks. The workers are nice but I came here to eat. Got the carne asada burrito no guac and no Pico with sour cream inside. 1. The burrito was really wet and greasy on the outside 2. The inside meat was either really dry or really wet in some places. 3. The sour cream looked like it was really watered down and it was too liquidy Avoid this place if you are wanting a good burrito.

My gut tells me to avoid it, but it's too delicious to pass up. Alcohol is usually a factor, so if you're like me, you'll need to make sure your plumbing is fully functional. I often hear the drain pipes stretch on a successful flush.

Betos, and places similar to it, can sometimes be questionable places to eat at. Their food often fluctuates in quality, and so does their customer service and cleanliness. However, this Betos has remained consistent for years! The food is always great, the service is quick and the restaurant is usually quite clean. It's a great place to go if your craving quick Mexican food 24/7. My only complaint, is there are a couple menu items, such as the Carne Asada Fries, that aren't as good as other Betos I've gone to. Hey, at least they are always consistent though, I'll give then that!

I've been to this particular betos multiple times and I think they discriminate against caucasian people. I've never had my order made right. I won't ask them to fix it either because they seem like the type of people that would do something to your food for asking. I'll go to the next town over if I want betos. Also I think you should be able to see into their kitchen from the window. I believe this is the only place I've ever been where you can not.

I'm going to give this Beto's 1 star because I have never seen anything so ridiculous as their being so stingy and freaked out about handing out hot sauce at the drive-thru window. This is the second time I've had issues with these people and asking for hot sauce. I happen to eat my Mexican food every bite with hot sauce. That's almost the BEST part! Today I asked for 6 red 2 green for a Combo Breakfast Burrito and got attitude FACE like you can't believe from the woman at the window. I looked in bag and she only gave me 4 red, 2 green. As I was asking her for 2 more red she slammed drive-thru in my face and walked away. How much is this costing these people to provide hot sauce in little plastic containers? Do they think I'm hoarding them at home or something? I would image some people don't want any hot sauce so it might come out in the wash? Horrible customer service and just bizarre in my opinion. It's a hot sauce conspiracy at American Fork, Utah Beto's!

Anytime I've come to this location, I go to place my order and immediately am treated like I'm putting these guys out by bringing them my business. I am always sure to place my order in a calm and kind manner yet When I ask for any type of modifications (no onion/no ham etc) they simply ignore the request even after I am sure to clearly state it is due to a serious life threatening food allergy and can not what so ever be included in the burrito. These guys are neglegent. They need to be fined by the city or shut down before they end up killing someone. It's a freaking joke. Shame on yall.

Very good good. I had my first chimichanga here (shredded beef) and it didn't disappoint. 4 stars because the restaurant was a little dirty and very cold. Totally worth it though.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with ham, egg, cheese, potato and sour cream. The burrito was so undercooked the cheese was still cold and the whole thing was barely bigger than a breakfast burrito from McDonald's. I'm very upset and won't go to this location again.

Yeah never going back again. Just left the place. No receipt and I gave the man a $20 and only ordered carne asada fríes. He said I gave him a ten and didn’t want to give me my change back. When he clearly took out a $10 bill to give back to me. Before he realized he wasn’t giving us our right order. He got rude. Didn’t believe me. I guess he didn’t want to have issues so gave me change even though he kept saying I only gave him a ten. When I clearly gave him a $20 that I had just gotten since I don’t carry cash. My change was supposed to be $9.33 only got $8.33 never ever going back that was horrible service and manners. Going to tell everyone I know not to go either. Love the place. Just not when they do this.

As always big burrito, great price. Whenever I want a good breakfast burrito (this time I got bacon, but I usually get a mix) this is what I want. We went inside and the staff basically ignored us, but I don't know what else you would want at a fast food place. It was clean inside and we'll maintained. The benefit of going in is that there is a sauce bar with more options than what is Fromm included in the drive through. I added onion, cilantro, and green tomatillo sauce to my burrito. The sauces are free and we always add a bit to each bite. Keeps them juicy and delicious.

By far the worst Betos I have been to. I have been to over 30 Betos locations along the Wasatch front (as I love Betos) and this location easily takes the spot as #1 worst. Their burritos are the smallest I’ve ever received and they include almost no meat (the first time I came I thought it had no steak at all in a steak and egg burrito. Turned out it had 5 small pieces. This same experience happened two times in a row). Avoid this location.

This place has the best rolled tacos. I get mine without the guacamole because I feel like they put way too much on. I love their salsa bar it's always clean and fresh and stalked. You can eat in or go through the drive-thru.

Bad service. Today i Order the carne asada plate and the woman gave me an asada fries When I realized I came back there and told her that I wanted a asada plate not the fries and then she stared to argue (basically screaming) with me saying that I said that I wanted the fries. I don't even like fries. I understand that she is a forner and she doesn't have a good english but why she was talking to me like that. if she can't speak english, that's not my problem. In addition when she got my food she basically throw me the food. It was such a humilliate situation. I like the food but the service is horrible.

I went there later at night and got a cane asada burrito with no guacamole. Verified multiple times. They gave me guacamole anyways. I could see the driver threw lady arguing with the cook about it and gave it to me anyway. The burrito wasn't cooked all the way through and the potatoes were hard. Won't be back.

This is a great place unfortunately the last time I was here it was like a water burrito as if the fill the refried beans with it to make it look like there was more of it. But usually it is amazing! I would tell anyone who is hungry at 1 am to go here and they would not be disappointed!
