My wife and I love Bandits'. The service is great, the food is always delicious, and the portions are generous. You have to try the nachos. The tri tip and pulled pork are both top notch. Good burgers, salads, and seafood too. I've never been disappointed by anything off their menu.

SO we roll up right, and we like darn they're are a lot of cars. We then roll into the joint and BOOM it's not that busy at all. I know it's wack right? Anyways its good food if your a typical american. I think if your not though it could be questionable. But hey I dont know. Ok bye!

We came about a year ago and the food was great, but after our last visit, we wouldn’t come back. The tri tip was melt in your mouth delicious the first time, and was chewy and flavorless the second time, and over cooked. The server tried to make things work, but the food was just blah for the price

Have driven by this place numerous times so decided to give it a try. Went there for lunch and there were only a few customers. We were sat at a dirty table with no silverware. Server was friendly but her timing was way off. Food took forever and it wasn't worth the wait. I had the chicken club which was the special and the chef doesn't know how to cook chicken breast. It was at least 3" thick and lacked flavor. Wife ordered a Bloody Mary and it was the worst Bloody Mary and she sent it back. When food came we still had no silverware and asked the server for it but she took the order at another table instead of getting us our silverware (its a little difficult to eat a salad without a fork) so we ended up getting up and grabbing our silverware. We won't be back.

Went there and had to wait 40 minutes for our food to come out on a slow day. The manager didn’t seem to care about us until we said we might leave. My country fried steak tasted like it was pre packaged from the freezer. The potatoes tasted nasty and the scrambled eggs reminded me of how my dog smells when it’s dirty. I do not recommend eating here.

Visited on a Sunday evening after skiing with some European friends. Encountered bigotry and racism from a server named Matthew that I didn’t think still existed in this country. I advised the manager at the time. Other servers in the past have been good, but ufortunately this experience bars us from ever returning.

Foods was pretty good but the service wasn't. For a large party I expect the service to be even better than normal but we hardly ever saw our waitress. Drinks went empty for awhile. The food came out in intervals where some were done by the time others just got their food. For the high price, the service was just terrible. Only three stars because the food.

Very good place. The tri-tip, anyway you have it, is amazing! It is slow cooked during the day. The sides, especially the onion rings and mac and cheese, are very good as well. Everything I have had is delicious. Good luck choosing desert. Many yummy choices there too.

Seriously a fantastic all around eatery. Great for meetings during the day and a good option for dinner and late night quality meals. Food is top quality. Consistent food quality on each visit. Servers are well trained and the restaurant is modern, clean and easy to get to.

The staff, from the manager to the host and hostess, was super friendly. Attentive but not bothersome. The beer selection is well above average. The food is great to boot. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries, chili, and chicken sandwich!

Started out heading near by for a Garlic Burger, but a total lack of customers took us to a PC favorite. Was not a disappointment. The Ultimate Tri-tip hit the spot. The garlic fries and ranch beans finished the the plate to a full and happy Nelly. The service was friendly and kept up with our needs.

I want to like bandits, I really do. But for whatever reason I just can't find something I like there. I've had the burger, fish and chips, lunch specials and it's just, meh. The burger was dry, fish and chips were alright but the tartar sauce has too much Dill or something. I'm going to try the steak salad next time but so far, bandits is so-so.

Waiter didn't offer any refills on drinks. Waited 2 hours for food. We asked where our food was and how we had been there 2 hours and the waiter got sassy with us. We left without our dinner and just paid for the drinks we had. Waiter blamed others for losing our order.

Nice area, everything seems new. Restaurant was clean and new. We were seated promptly. We had a server within a few minutes. Their menu is pretty good, lots to choose from. Typical America food plus some really cool entrees. The pulled pork sliders were great. The steak was great and cooked perfectly, which shocked me because I assumed I was going to get an Applebee's quality steak at this place, especially since it was lunch hour. I was impressed it was not poor quality and was very good. Prices were a little above average, and kids meals run about $7.99. overall, we would return, wasn't my favorite, but wasn't a bad choice for us in the fly for just happening to be in the area.

I came in with a business group, all of whom report to me, except one, who was my boss. All from across the country. I am LDS. When the server came to the table and became engaged in our conversation about LDS and alcohol, the server said, I hate f#$%&ing Mormons. Awkward. I am certain that some reading this review will applaud, but I was not offended, because I am used to this attitude by some in Utah. I was however, quite embarrassed to have had this said in front of my employees and my boss, none of whom are very familiar with the LDS. Other than that, great food and great service....from our server. I recommend the restaurant to anyone. I will come back, but I won't wear my BYU cap.

My Husband and I had the best time. We had Tri-tip salad and fish tacos. Both were amazing! This time we sat in the Bar which had a wonderful cozy atmosphere along with complete selection of beer wine and spirits. Sarah our server was spot-on and the owner even cam over to say hello and chat about the cool music that was playing in the background. I believe this is our new go-to when we aren't having sushi :)

I placed a take out order. I showed up after 20 minutes to learn about a kitchen issue. The hostess checked on the order twice but never gave me any feedback on the status of my order. It was a terrible experience and the restaurant wasn't even that crowded. Customer communication should not be this difficult for a restaurant in the service industry. I would give 0 stars if this were an option.

Love this place more and more. Tried dinner for the first time with a reservation on Valentine's and got right in. (Showed up 15min early). Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Even at the busiest, it was less busy than the inner valley equivalents. Paired with amazing food, makes this a diamond in the rough. Excellent beer selection and recommend anything with the tri tip.

Our waiter Bryson was knowledgeable, and prompt. He provided us with great service. The food choices are better than average quality with a twist of awesome that are some of the signature sauces, recipes and beer. Its worth a mention that beyond the amazing food and tasteful decor and design of the restaurant there is a wide selection of quality alcohol choices. This is a place that I would drive out of the way to enjoy!

We had a birthday party here of 25. We only had 1 server and right off the bat she asked if we wanted separate checks, we told her yes and she said that was going to be a pain. I was one of the first people to place my order, a simple salad with shrimp. Some of our party arrived later, everyone's order came out and they were all enjoying their steaks, prime rib, chicken etc. My salad was the last to come out! I waited an hour and a half. My husband refused his salad because it took so long. The manager did nothing except tell us that since it was a party of 25 ours was the last order which was NOT true since I was one of the first to place our order. In my opinion they should of had at least 2 waiters on a party of 25. I won't go back. The customer service was sub par. Then everyone received their check and I had to ask for mine.

We were surprised as we drove by the Cottonwood Heights location to go to a more “prickly” location. We didn’t know this place existed. The other place was busy and we had already decided to try Bandits out if that was the case. We walked in and the place is very appealing! The portions were generous including the wine pour. My wife had the chicken club. It was whole Costco sized breast. It would have been perfect with a ciabatta roll. None the less it was great. I had the brisket sandwich and it too was very generous served open face, which was perfect. I will be back for sure! Can’t wait to try the Gospel brunch some Sunday. The decor is very inviting! The late lunch crowd was over 30 people but we could still carry on a quiet conversation. Nicely done Bandits!

Nice staff but VERY overpriced. Especially for the quality. I got a full rack of ribs and it was very difficult to get the meat off the bone. BBQ is supposed to fall off not require immense challenges to get to it. On the upside my husband got a salad and it was huge. But again an extremely overpriced place. The salad itself was like $10 or $11. My ribs were $19 for a half rack and $23 for a full(the reason I got the full instead) that is unreal.

Food was very good. I had the pulled pork plate with garlic bread underneath. I think the bread is there to soak up all the grease. It's so greasy there is only mush instead of bread. But the meat still tastes great. Their coleslaw is amazing. It is lighter with juices and apples instead of slaw sauce. It's worth trying.

The portions are super generous and the food is good. The best deal on the menu, by far, are the nachos. Don't be fooled by the their listing in the appetizer section - these nachos are huge and delicious. Order them for your meal and go home happy.

The setting is very nice. The food was plentiful. The service was okay but a little slow which worked out well that night because we were with friends we had not seen for awhile. The salads were huge and I heard good. The pulled pork sandwich was okay but the pork wasn't the best in the west. The ice tea was excellent but the wait staff didn't refill it often enough.

I ordered the bacon cheddar tri tip sandwich. The meat was unbelievably tender. This was the most delicious tri tip I've ever had. I would highly recommend Bandits. The service was decent, but it's definitely the food that puts this place over the top! Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

Great environment . Live music was a nice touch. Open space, not cramped like some restaurants. Food was good but not excellent. Also, Friday night by 7 pm the restaurant was out of the glaze for thier $26 special and they were out of coke zero. That is why the 3 stars instead of 4. My wife and I had hamburgers and soda and it was $50. Would I go again? Yes I would. The onion rings were outstanding.

Been here twice now and loved both experiences. Last night I had the Best in the West Stacked Burger. It was perfect! The sweet potato fries were amazing with their unique fry sauce. My partner had the surf n' turf special (New York strip with shrimp). It was fantastic! The batter on the shrimp was sooooo good. The kids burgers we're huge! Great atmosphere. The decor is modern and classy with just the right amount of rustic feel. The outdoor fire pit is very welcoming. The kids loved it, too. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is great. I love the look and feel of this place. The waitress was friendly and attentive. They did mess up both mine and my girlfriend's orders. They added cheese to my burger, even though the ticket said no cheese due to lactose intolerance. But the manager did comp me the burger, so I was able to get sick to my stomach for free.
