I've always liked Taco Bueno, and I must admit that I am sad that so many area locations have recently closed. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to operate a large number of fast food locations, so my heart goes out to them. Just the same, there is clearly something going on to bring about such dramatic changes. Perhaps they simply need to provide advanced training and consider redesigning the entire user experience. Either way, I plan on frequenting Taco Bueno until it is no longer an option.

There was a long wait with a short line, their card machine was down, and my taco salad barely had any protein (meat) on it. I did come around 12, however, so I’ll try earlier next time- giving them the benefit of the doubt.

This Taco Bueno is unusually and unacceptably slow. I mean waiting over 15 minutes to order, other cars leaving, “I’ll be right with you, I just had a rush” slow. I can’t understand or explain why. I think they need more employees. The food is usually good, sometimes poorly made, greasy or overcooked.

There is nothing that stands out about this Taco Bueno it has the standard Tex Mex cusine at a low price. To me it taste fresher than Taco Bell it is hard to explain why.

My order when going through the drive thur was incorrect when I got home. Tried to call but the number they have listed didn’t work. It’s too much trouble to go back and get my correct order cause the gas just to get there would be more than the difference in cost to what I was supposed to get. Very disappointed. This was my first and last visit to this location.

I decided to try this restaurant just to see if it would be better than the one I am stuck on. Service was fast, food was plenty and very inexpensive. Lost a star mainly based on comparison; taste and presentation. Also, I don't eat beef and there was chilli con carne on my plate even though my order option was chicken OR beef and I ordered chicken. I did not complain but I now know that I am to tell them not to add the chilli.

Well, yesterday my experience wasn’t too great, & I was so upset I made a compaint, the manager over the taco Bueno stores immediately got back with me, apologized & fixed the issue, I came back today and the service was great! Thank you taco Bueno!

Love Bueno. A very die hard Bueno Head. However this location is kinda hit and miss. I suggest being patient with the crew taking your order and check your order before you leave rather you are dining in, getting it to go or in the drive thru.

The staff was very friendly. The part made me rate it poorly was the wait. My family was the only family in line but it took 22 minutes for 4 orders of party nachos and 6 bean burritos. The burritos tasted as expected but they were flat in shape a lacked enough refried beans. The nachos had poor distribution of queso and beans. Maybe something happened and I was just unaware but for this visit, i regret.

I have been coming here since I was a small kid, and I still think they have some of the best enchiladas and their tacos are the best value and they hold their own with some of the really nice taco shops in terms of quality. You really get the most bang for your buck here, just always be sure to check your order before you drive away, if something is not correct they are always very friendly and polite and they make sure the problem is fixed immediately. The Wholelotta Platter is one of my favorite things to get!

Terrible Service, Good Food. My sister and I were the o lot car in the drive though. We place two separate orders. We're asked to pull up, no big deal, it's two orders and we don't want to negatively affect their window time. 15-20 minutes later we get our bags. We check them before leaving and I notice my husbands two soft tacos are missing. I call and ask that they be brought out. My sister realizes her chips are missing so she goes in. She comes back with two crunchy tacos. I go back in and exchange the tacos for soft and while staring into my bag and receipt I notice I'm missing my chips and queso. Grab those and finally head out. It took us 40 minutes. Totally brutal. Food tasted great but throughout all the hassle my "Big Freakin' Nachos" had basically disintegrated.

Everything was good today. The beans weren't greasy nor did it have any dried up pieces. I got a taco no tomatoes and a mexi dip everything came out perfect. My Taco Bueno near me has been so bad that is probably why I was shocked everything here was perfect.

We always loved Taco Bueno tacos. However, they have gotten very skimpy with their fillings at this particular Taco Bueno. Not only that, but we don't eat rice and asked if they could switch out the rice for beans and they wouldn't even do that, so the rice went into the trash. Last time I checked, they are both considered a "side item". Now we are understanding why the parking lot was empty, while places around it were packed.

This is one of the better Taco Buenos in the area. The food is usually served the correct temperature and when you have had to wait they usually offer free cinnamon chips to placate you. It is not easy to get out of the parking lot and if there is a long line for the drive through you may have trouble getting in the lot as well.

This one used to be my go-to place for fast mexican food. Not so much anymore. The food is sloppy, and full of grease. I understand that fast food is greasy, but this is more grease than meat. The beans are crusty and old, the chips are thick and chewy. Overall not very good.

Gone to this Taco Bueno twice now...both times I ended up feeling sick to the stomach. The one by my old house never made me feel like this. Update: gave it one more try...I literally spent the day in the bathroom. Never again

The Fajitas were excellent, the rice and charro beans were well seasoned and good portions. The waitresses butt cheeks are hanging out, so maybe not a family restaurant as much as a after hour sports bar. Lots of large tvs and all had various sports on them. The place has a soccer theme... staff were very polite.

Pretty cool I had a chicken taco on a soft tortilla. The cashier at the drive thru window was so sweet n so was the cook. This was my first eating there and they made it worth it I enjoyed my chicken taco not sure exactly the day I went but the helped with informing me of their sauces they used for the taco etc. Food was good and hot could of put more on there though

Yesterday was my first time going there. My daughters wanted Taco Bell and I told them let's get something a bit better today. I had the extra money to try something new. While they do offer a less commercial looking restaurant this is basically a fancy Taco Bell. I wish I could go back and save some money. Good but not great.

I had the chicken nacho salad and it was not as I remembered from having loved it in the past, but it was okay. Much less cheese sauce than I remember, which left it rather dry, and much less tasty. I had to add several things of hot sauce to it, but then it was good.

for some reason today (around 5:30pm).. there was not enough staff to take orders at the front counter. It took way too much time to get our order placed. there were several walk-ins that needed to place orders. the staff from the drive-thru had to be interrupted to take counter orders.

Taco Bueno generally meets our expectations, however tonight was a bad experience. Failure would have been an improvement. 2 of my kids don't like Bueno so I picked up Wendy's for them at 7:10. Then went two buildings down the street to Bueno. We FINALLY received our food at 7:40. We sat at the order board for 10 minutes before a real person came on to take our order. When she did take the order she rushed me, spoke over me and was condescending when I didn't hear what she said because she was trying to talk over me while I was ordering. I pulled around to the window and was given two of my drinks. The 3rd drink had red juice all over the cup and the lid. When I questioned whether the drink was correct, the girl at the window said that something had just spilled on the top and sides of the cup. And that was told to me rudely. Because we waited so long, I just took our order and went home. When I pulled the food out at home, my husband's Bueno platter was tipped sideways in the bag and cheese sauce was covering everything. The meat in the tacos was bland and the bean burritos were greasy and soaked through the tortilla. We will not be returning in the near future even though Bueno is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants.

Food is usually great for fast food! The platters severed with beans & rice make a full meal plus the salsa bar is great. This particular location was a little bit of a letdown. I had to keep repeating myself to the cashier, she couldn't understand anything. Maybe she was new & just timid, I don't know but the lack of being able to communicate made me very uncomfortable since I had to repeat everything several times to get my order placed. The salsa bar was not even a little fresh, the cilantro was shriveled up & dried out. Everything else that was ordered came out tasting great as always & it was correct so that's a plus!

Horrible customer service. I think the lady behind the counter was on drugs. My wife came in and ordered for herself and 3 kids. The lady behind the counter failed to get the order right. Rather than make a big deal about it iI what added the kids order into mine when I got there. Again the lady forgot to get the order right. As she took my order she stood there for about 3 minutes staring at the computer screen I swear she fell asleep. The food was ok.

This was our second visit to this location, mainly because it is near our chess club. The food is good, the staff is friendly, but the service has been VERY slow both times. They appear to be understaffed. The seating area was a bit messy & the tables needed to be wiped down.
