This is the best Four Seasons Sunday brunch. The food is outstanding. The selections are always fresh, wether you show up early or show up an hour before they close. The choices of meat and fish are very delicious and fresh. The omelette station is amazing as the eggs are always fresh. The desert options are very good and seem endless. The price is a bit high for worth every penny, especially since the mimosas are complimentary. It is also important to note that onsite valet parking is included. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Our family went here for thanksgiving, it’s spectacular everything is so amazing, the foods is beyond the best and drinks for adult at bar is very elegant. It’s worth of 400$ for for people.. we enjoy a lot.. will definitely come back on Christmas dinner

Food was amazing, atmosphere was pleasing, and all the staff were beyond accommodating. I ate the lamb chop, and it melted in my mouth, while my wife finished her lobster salad before I was finished. For dessert we had the torta caprese which had the perfect balance of bittersweet. We enjoyed a great anniversary dinner, and I definitely suggest giving this place a chance if you're in the area.

Best Valentine's Day ever! Food was divine, wine pairings were perfect and the service was superb!!! Scallops were fantastic!!! Best steak I ever had. In all fairness, I only dined at the bar BUT I live for a fair, delicious happy hour. And this is it! I walked over on a recommendation after looking for a bright, open location to work and grab some wine. The staff was nice. Not overbearing which was a little problematic at times when I needed a refill but it was nice to just enjoy the experience. Food was good and inexpensive. Overall, new favorite spot for after hours.

Made a reservation for one for a Sunday brunch and since it was for one, I went ahead and sat at the bar. The bartender was very hospitable and instead of making me drink mimosas with oj, he changed it to pineapple juice because that's what I preferred. And it remained bottomless. Food was good but the service at the bar was in my opinion, what made my experience there as nice as can be. Reminds me.... I think I would like crab, oysters, and sushi for breakfast again.

This photo does not do justice to this dish! It was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. Tuna, avocado, greens, seasoned perfectly. My filet was also perfect. Our server, Hazira, was attentive and sweet without being overbearing. A lovely evening!

Went on Sunday for the buffet and all you can drink brunch special and it was amazing. All types of food and cuisines. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods were available. The pasta was made in house. The seafood was so tasty and fresh. It is a little on the pricier side but you pay for what you get, and it was worth it.

Very disappointing! Happy hour menu has very limited choice. Not a fresh Mozzarella in the Caprese salad. Salmon was cocked well. Service was as expected.

This is a very classy place in the Four Seasons Hotel. I got there a half hour before closing since my flight was delayed. They were very nice and made me feel welcome. I asked if I could order a pasta dish that wasn’t on the menu and she didn’t hesitate in saying that it would be no problem. (I wish I hadn’t been so tired so I could give you her name. Pretty, mature, blonde waitress working the night of June 11th.)The chef brought the food out to make sure it was what I wanted. It was the best Italian food I remember having in a long time. I ended up ordering room service another night and it was just as good! I highly recommend eating from there whether in the restaurant or from the room! Thank you for the great experience!

No matter if you're staying at the Four Seasons Hotel, you have to make a reservation for the Quattro restaurant! This past tuesday before checking out I decided to have breakfast with my wife at the Quattro restaurant and the hostess told me if I had a reservation, and a said no. She was kind of rude, but everything changed when I told her that we were guest of the hotel. When I gave her my room number and she realized that we were on a suite, her attitude changed completely, and during breakfast she checked on us every 5 minutes. Sad but true. = /

Had a great dining experience this morning at Quattro. If you dont mind spend $60 per person it is well worth it for fresh, delicious food that comes with champagne, mimosas and fresh juice. It was quiet, luxurious and we didn't have to wait in line (which was quite surprising).

In the vast ocean that is Houston eateries, this posh restaurant at the Four Seasons holds its own. It's not cheap but I was there during Restaurant Week and ordered a three course dinner for $45, which included a grilled Octopus appetizer, Osso Buco and terimasu. All courses were good and the waitstaff exceptional. The octopus was large and meaty if not a tad bit spongy. The Osso Buco was prepared well on a bed of polenta soaked in a tasty red sauce. I give it four out of five because I can't say any one thing stood out as extraordinarily, but I still recommend if you're looking for an upscale experience in downtown.

Empty at 8 on Saturday night... Don't eat the gnocchi.. It was terrible. The lamb was good but if you're hungry order a second dish. Honestly, was really disappointed with overall experience. Not the same Quattro it used to be. Save your money and go elsewhere.

As food blogger and writer. I enjoy trying new places to eat in the city and write about my experience ranging from the ambiance to the flavor of the food. I use to enjoy this place with my friend and our two young toddlers; until recently. As we were in line to get food, the owner Faith Schroeder seemed disturbed that we had small children. As we were enjoying brunch we ran into another couple we knew and started conversing, at that time our kids was looking out the window and were playing with their toys on the floor. The manager Faith constantly came to our table and told us that our kids needed to sit down. At this time they were not bothering anyone and were not in the way of patrons. It's unfortunate that parents with small children who frequent there quite often (at least one every two months) never had any issues, until now. My recommendation is to not spend your money at this establishment if you have young children. In addition, the waiter Theo had no personality and just took our plates, never smiled, and appeared not happy to be there. Simply put; the General Manager Faith demonstrated distasteful discrimination and I will NEVER eat there again.

Hands down the best restaurant in downtown Houston. Exceptional service and staff, dishes beautifully presented and the taste...out of this world. The gnocchi with lamb ragu was kissed by an Angel. The table side drinks were a nice touch. Must try the summer in Sicily cocktail. Absolutely delicious! We never had to ask for anything. We will definitely be back! Thank you especially to the chef and our amazing Bosnian server. 100 stars!

Pretty average food for the price. We ordered a flavorless Cascio E Pepe bucatini, a mushroom risotto table side that was a huge disappointment, it got out bad from the kitchen, and even after they melted it inside of Parmesan cheese wheel.. didn’t change a thing. We ended paying $150 for a meat sauce pasta, the flavorless bucatini and the tiny mushroomless risotto. Definitely terrible experience based on food... although pretty good drinks. Don’t kids yourself with the pictures

This place is an excellent dinner place. The portions are good sized, the bread is delicious, the service top notch. The restaurant has a variety of table sizes, but they all feel intimate. We sat by the windows in the booth which really is the best location since you can see out to downtown. The bartender was very generous with the pour so be careful...hehe. The potatoes side dish and the roasted beets were delicious. The lobster fettuccine was fantastic with the entire lobster tail on top of perfectly seasoned thin fettuccine pasta. The gnocchi was not good though. Skip that.

Before a show or game downtown I always like to try a new location, Quattro is on the 3rd floor of the Four Seasons. A bit hidden and not well marked from the street or 1st floor lobby. The decor is laid back and quiet with the usual business types dining usually. They provide a wide variety of wine and cocktails and a short beer list. The Italian based menu is good with a respectable selection of items without being overwhelming. Service quality and food quality was above par but not award winning. I would recommend to a friend for a good quiet evening meal.
