Every time Ive been here I've been very happy with my service but today I was not. Upon informing our server I have a tomato allergy I was informed "I obviously picked the wrong restaurant." I have never had someone make a comment like that. I know this probably doesn't reflect the whole company but that's not what being in the service industry is about. I hate changing my rating over an ignorant comment but he definitely did not do anything to reconcile except apologise, and be barely present. Food was fantastic otherwise

We held our rehearsal dinner here and I cannot say enough good things about them. Thomas and the staff were very accommodating and we felt like their only priority. The food was amazing! We had the buffet with Blackened chicken, lasagna and green beans. The dessert cakes and tarts were wonderful! All of it was fresh and yummy. The wait staff made it easy to do a cash bar and were very professional in handling that. They even helped me set up some of the room as it was pouring rain and cold, which made it hard getting the decorations in the door. We can't wait to come back and have a relaxing meal without wedding stress!

Oh Pizza Shack, Oh Pizza Shack, your food is so amazing... My family decided to dine at Pizza Shack on a Wednesday evening after a long day of work and school. We were starving and Pizza Shack has a buffet on Wednesdays. We arrived around 5:30. We were welcomed with friendly greeters and were seated quickly. The new restaurant on 105 looks beautiful on the inside. We were seated right next to the pizza buffet. Perfect! This way we could tell when the yummy pizza arrived right out of the oven. My daughter requested pizza dough to play with (the Willis location offers this), but the waitress said unfortunately this location does not offer that. We loaded up our plates with a variety of salad and pizza choices- Hawaiian, pepperoni, meat lovers, chicken alfredo... The pizza tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly, not too crispy, not too soggy. Just right. There were sugar dough desserts at the buffet, too so no need to order a dessert from the menu. Our waitress was in training, so the service was slow, but overall dinner was great. We'll definitely be back again soon. Thanks, Pizza Shack!!

Don't let the name good you. There is so much more than pizza offered here. Their menu has everything.... Appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, desserts... And of course PIZZA. So they have an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet during lunch and dinner hours. The price is right around ten dollars (includes a drink). A little bit more during dinner hours. This particular day we ordered off the menu. I ordered a ragazzi. My guest ordered a custom calzone. We both got dessert. The dessert (we had), the Italian cream cake was not prepared in-house. And although decent you could just tell it wasn't "home made". But the food!... The ragazzi was served straight from the oven. It was bubbly, ooey, gooey cheesy goodness. I really liked that the portion was small (manageable). It was delicious. My guest enjoyed her calzone too. She ordered a small and took half home. The crust looked amazing! Service was very good especially considering how busy they are for lunch. Oh, plus they have a full bar! I think this just may be one of my new favorite places!

They were great and super accommodating! We had family visiting from out of town and they let us bring a small dog in a stroller on the patio while we had lunch. Great food and excellent service. There was a slight hiccup with one of the pizzas we ordered (incorrect topping), but they got it fixed right away for us and it was fine.

We enjoyed the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and it was fabulous! It reminded me of my Aunt's Crawfish Fettuccine, spicy, full of Cajun flavor, creamy and delicious! Blake our server was attentive and checked on is often. We will definitely come back!

I ordered take-out here yesterday for the first time and it was a huge hit at my house. I very much enjoyed just sitting at the bar having a beer with my friend while waiting for our order to be prepared. They even came out to tell us that one of our pizzas wasn't perfect and so they would be remaking it! Amazing customer service. My kids adored the pizza. My son even wanted some for breakfast and my daughter just texted to ask for the last two pieces. They are really that delicious. I highly recommend.

Everyone knows good pizza and good beer can be hard to find. Pizza Shack has some of the best handmade pizzas in town hands down. It's a great place for lunch or to take someone on a special date, plus it has a full bar. I come down from up north to spend time at Conroe lake and I ALWAYS make it a point to grab some pizza from here. Never a disappointment.

Wednesday was buffer day. The salad was fresh and there were lots of toppings. Their ranch dressing is some of the best. They kept the pizza going and never was out or short of selections. The pizza is better if you order off the menu but good selection on the buffet.

The alfedo sauce was terrible, not authentic at all. The Marsala was even worse. The onions were crunchy and the chicken did not taste right. Calamari tasted like it had been frozen too long. Very disappointed. The staff and atmosphere was great. Maybe next time we will just do Pizza.

Today was the third time I had visited Pizza Shack. I have always been pleased with the pizza here and in Willis. But the service here leaves much to be desired and on the third strike I'm out. I won't be back to dine in. Today, our bread sticks and dips were served without plates for us to use while eating them. It took at least five minutes to get them after we made a request for them. When our pizzas arrived we were not given any plates again. We should have had plates before the pizza even arrived. I had to request them, and when they didn't arrive after five minutes and the pizzas were getting cold, I got up and asked the hostess to intervene. She went this way and that way but still no plates. After another few minutes, another of our party took their own approach to the hostess station and plates arrived after that. The waitress brought them as did some man who said he was the manager. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to him he just nodded and walked away. What a shame. The food is great, but I won't throw good money at poor service.

The food was great, however, the service was lacking. We had a different waitress throughout the meal. We got here between 2:00 - 3:00 and they weren't terribly busy. We asked for a dessert, another beer and a refill of water. We got it about 20 minutes later. I think we were forgotten. Several waitresses passed us but no one stopped to see what we needed when it would have been clear we were looking for assistance.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a nice big parking lot and good handicap accessibility. Although the service was a little slow, the servers and staff were friendly and professional. This was my first visit so I haven't much to go on. I ordered a small 3 "topping " calzone. It was big for me but most people would find it was plenty to eat. I had Italian sausage, mushroom and spinach. I found it to be a little bland. The price was 10$ which I think was reasonable. My wife had the chicken picata (also reasonably priced) and she didn't think much of it either. The lemonade was good, the water wasn't. I suspect that most people will be happy eating here but for me on this day I didn't care for it.
