If you're looking for authentic style pizza with a nice atmosphere and Dallas flare, this is definitely the place to be! I tried it for the first time today and I can honestly say that it will not be my last time. It's definitely worth it!

The food was great! The appetizer cheese dip with house made bread was deeeeeelicious. So was the sangria! Initial impression from the host was not great... I understand policy but I also worked in restaurants for 13 years and there are times for that and times to be more laid back. The restaurant was almost completely empty on a Wednesday night. We checked in for a table of 4 and quite snarky he said "We don't seat incomplete parties... Come back when the others get here" then turned to his trainee and said "yea, we DON'T seat incomplete parties"

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The wait staff make excellent drink recommendations. The staff is very attentive. The food is good. However there are pizza items that are good not great. The margherita pizza is my favorite. The sun dried tomato and truffle metro pizza was a little dry and sorta bland. Also the Cesar salad was a little lite on the Cesar dressing. It is conveniently located near the American Airlines center and a good alternative to eat there vs at the Arena.

Great pizza! Get the metro De La Carne, extra crispy. They really do have great pizza! Other dishes are marginal okay. But you won't lose on the pizza.

I was trying to be cheap but the cold cut sandwich was incredible. Rosemary bread and drizzled with a very tasty vinaigrette with caesar salad.

This used to be the best pizza in Dallas. But sadly the new owners changed up the ingredients and thus its just not the same. What was extraordinary is now just ordinary. Please go back to the previous menu/level of quality ingredient as before.

I've only been here twice. The first time was a really good experience. The second time was absolutely not. Our waiter was rude and the rest of the staff were rude as well. They literally rushed us into the restaurant and out of the restaurant in record time. While we were waiting for food, I saw the host tell a group of seven black men that they were closed and as soon as the party walked out the door, he proceeded to seat three more parties. That rubbed me very wrong, as I hope it would rub anyone wrong who doesn't have a racist and bigoted disposition. I can only assume that he didn't want to seat and serve these men because of their race, and frankly that's just pathetic. Black people come into restaurants all of the time and deserve the same level of service and courtesy that everyone else receives. As someone who worked in the service industry for six years, I caution all servers, bartenders, etc. to let go of any preconceived notions and stereotypes that you have regarding customers of color. Treat them respectfully and stop pushing your backwards ass beliefs onto people who simply want a meal and good service.

Went do to my coworkers always talking about it. Not that excited. Waited way to long for my pizza. I watched people who put in their order after me get their food before me. The excuse was there were orders that were before mine. Okay if that is the case why did two people who came in after me get their food before me? The only reason I don’t give this a lower star rating is because the employees were nice and friendly. Over priced pizza in the end

I tried the metro style pizza and I really enjoyed it as it was my first time trying out that style of pizza. The taste was like no other that I've had before. It is very thin but full of taste.

A wonderful restaurant that offers the best pizza. Their black truffle pizza is so good! They also have a great happy hour. We walk across the street from the The 23 and always enjoy a quick bite. They have been great with helping our resident events as well and have been lovely to work with.

This place was AMAZING. The service was awesome, and the food was superb. I brought a dragon head I have, and the waiters were nice enough to take a picture with it. We were running a bit late, and for here about 40 minutes before closing. We ordered, with only 2 other people there. We ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs, Pasta Forno, and a Black Truffle Pizza. The pasta dishes were served quickly, but the pizza took a bit longer. The food was really good and flavorful. I don't understand the people who said it wasn't good. My entire party loved it. Since it was my birthday, we ordered a dessert. One of the waiters, I didn't get his name, paid for it. It was the Nutella Mousse. It was great. While we ate, I heard two waiters arguing about who were "the coolest people". One was pointing to us. The other was pointing to a family that was outside. That made is chuckle. We finished our dessert. The waiters turned off the music, and gave us another laugh by saying that the same songs were played every day. They were able to sing most of the songs by heart. We left, about 30 minutes after "closing time" but they didn't care. The atmosphere was really good, and the waiters made the day or superb. This is a great place to visit. We will definitely come back when we're in the Dallas area. This was a great Birthday dinner. Thank you. P.S. If you visit, ask if they remember the dragon.

Great service and superb pizza guys. The Soppressata and Sausage was fantastic. I added extra cheese and spinach because of preference and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back. If you happen to be in Victory Park you must check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Food was excellent. Staff was overwhelmed. They opened a section for the line of people waiting but the waiter had to many tables, I guess. He took our drink orders and had to be reminded we still need them when the food came. Food came really quickly and was tasty.

We were there last night, December 14th before the Elton John show. We go there a lot ( not anymore because we have Stars tickets. Every time we come in they ask us if we have reservations and we say no but we always get seated. Yesterday we called since we had guests with us. When we called they said they don't take them. We arrived and got a table in the back. We ordered a drink and then our dinner. We ordered another drink and were finishing it up and a I guess Manager came by and said she would buy us a drink but she needed our table. I couldn't believe it, it was embarrassing to bring guests and then were asked to leave before we finished. We will never walk into that place again and either will the couple we took. It was very rude how we were treated.

Tried it this place out for the first time. Noticed “best pizza in Texas” inside and had to try it. Not sure what pizza they had but I just got a generic pepperoni pizza and gave it a solid 7.5. Has a good crunch and the cheese was pretty good. Also the cheese dip was delicious! Place is good to hang out or for a quick bite. Server was what a server should be, polite and straight forward. I’d recommend to anyone for first timers!

Great joint. The atmosphere is perfect for going out later in the evening with friends and/or family; service, albeit wonderful, can be a bit slow at times. I've been to Neo's a couple of times to grab a bite and I always order the cheese pizza. The crust on their pizza's are super crispy and their ingredients, particularly their sauce and cheese, are always fresh. One draw back is that bottom of the pizza has a tendency to get soggy because of how thin it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Extremely nice staff, great service, great food! My sister and I walked into several restaurants before a concert at the American Airlines Center. Each restaurant had at least an hour wait. We found this place and they seated us in 10 minutes, acknowledged that we were going to the concert and got us in and out fast. The sangria was amazing and the pizza was just perfect! I will be going back.

Food was amazing. We stopped by on a whim, saw the menu, and knew we had to try it. The combination of their pesto sauce mixed with truffle oil, mushrooms, and arugula was divine. Lime ranch made in house was the perfect complement to the pizza. Trying this place is a must!

Terrible service!!! The bill was delivered same time as the food. Waitress and bartender touched my unwrapped straw with bare hands and put it my drink. Most unprofessional waitstaff ever. They turned away a mixed couple before closing time.

Thanks for ruining my pizza night Olivella's. I didn't get the pizza I usually have because staff members there have a different idea of what Italian sausage is. I've ordered here numerous times and I've always received the same kind of meat when I say Italian sausage. However tonight I order from the "manager" over the phone and they give me something totally different. It looked like small bits of chopped up pepperoni or bacon. Basically bacon bits looking meat. Come on!! The worst part is the manager seemed unconcerned. If you don't have the meat I want just say so. Don't give me something I don't want. A medium $25.00 pizza is too expensive not to get what you want. Horrible!!!

Service is great. Had the napolitan style pizza and it was delicious, you could taste that the sauce was made with fresh ingredients, not too spicy, you could taste the tomatoes in there. The cheese, which apparently is made in-house, was also very good.

Located on a corner lot on Cesar Chavez & Valencia, it's a trailer that makes pizzas pretty quickly. The menu is super simple, there's only 3 pizzas on the menu, but I suppose you can subtract an ingredient if you want. The only thing was it does state there is a 90 second cook time, but your entire wait will be more than that.

This is great pizza! I prefer the thinner crust, which comes in a larger size, but you can get a half order. Definitely coming back! Be sure to call beforehand though, as they sometimes close earlier than advertised.

If youre vegetarian, go somewhere else for pizza. Had a veggie pizza and Ive had better Digiorno, lol. I'm from Brooklyn, I know pizza. Maybe other veggie friendly stuff is tasty. The ambiance was nice and the staff was cool. If it weren't for the pizza Id give 4 stars. Maybe I'll try something else there...
