This restaurant has always been one of my family's go-to buffets for years! I have never once had a bad experience here. There are staff members that have been there for years and are always so welcoming. I highly recommend it and when asked what is my favorite Chinese buffet, I always choose Lins.

When we went cashier gave us an attitude when we told her that our son wont eat so not to add the charge she disnt care she charge us 29.10 i told her why did you charge the kid if im telling you he doesnt eat. Supposedly she refund the 3.59 but only refund 1.00dll so she still charge us my son we paid 28.10. I like the food but there is not alot of variety. the service is not the best, one has to go in serch for the waiter to have refills. manager was MIA never in the hole hour i saw him he is not available.so since i was charge for kid meal i got a plate for my son that he did not eat.

Loved this place! A great variety of food and unlike other buffets the food was piping hot! We had excellent service and the grill was to die for. The quality was fantastic for buffet food. Even my almost 2 year old was in love and chowing down and everything! So glad I came here with my family and will definitely be swinging by more often. *note: a bit of truck parking on west side of building by tire shop.* i came in on tuesday morning as they opened at 11. the lunch price of 10$ was nice but, i noticed how spacious the floor plan was and a neat water fall built into the wall. the buffet lines have plenty of space on both sides and at the grill. my silverware was clean, my waiter not overly talkative but a great service and the food was the best that ive eaten in a long time. i have had a genuine experience and wish other reviewers were here today. i am curious how this location is so much better received than the one by lowes.

I've lived in 12 different states and 3 different countries. This is the worst Buffett I've been too. The muscles were very under cooked. Both of us had sever food poisoning. Ended up in the ER. One of the things that I liked about this restaurant was that they actually keep all the food hot by using steam tables instead of warming tables. Everything that we had to eat was fresh and the only thing that we tried that was tough were the ribs, all the other dishes the proteins were very tender and flavorful. I did have dessert because I like tapioca but the consistency was too runny, it should have been thicker, the flavor of it however was very good. The sweet and sour sauce was also a bit on the thin side but it also had very good flavor. Will definitely eat here again.

Awful. The food was cold, our waitress didn't know English, the food tasted bad. Somehow, they found a way to ruin strawberries. There was nothing good about this restaurant. It was like 12 dollars for dinner, it'll be 15 if you want a soft drink. Even the fortune cookie was stale. My fortune said "many people receive advice, only the wise take it". My advice is, unless you want terrible, expensive food, stay away from this place.

This place is HORRENDOUS. Horrible staff that is rude and mean. Dirty and dingy place. Horrible manager who refused to speak to me when I had an issue. I sat there and watched others eat and he did nothing to help me. There were flies all over the place. Years ago I came here to eat and an actual RAT was in the dining area. Not a mouse...no a RAT. I swore I'd never come back but my kids convinced me to try again. Big mistake. I wish there was a no-star rating.

Stopped by to eat at 6pm. Was drinking my drink and felt something on my gum got the napkin was a piece of glass. Let waiter and front desk know supposedly couldn't find manager just wanted to tell them to be more careful. Thank God it came out on me and not on my daughter or would have made sure they found Manager.

The personnel is courteous and attentive and friendly. Their sushi bar is good. Most of the buffet items were warm. The fried rice was rather oily n tipid along with a few other vegetables. They were out of some items and did not replenish until 20 min later when i was leaving. I found the salads to taste great as were all the deserts and fresh fruit. I was at the opening and from then to now it needs improvement in the food items especially the temperatures.

Was there last night. The food is decent. The waiter we had was awesome. He had drink redills for us before we ever asked. The problem started at the end of the meal when I asked if my receipt had been taken from my table. The waiter kindly advised me he had taken it to give it to the cashier but would get it back if I needed it. I said yes please. I need it to report expenses.He takes off and comes back to tell me that it had been thrown away but the cashier would look for it and bring it to me. Well the cashier did come and with a bad attitude. She was rude and had an attitude because she had to look for the darn receipt through the trash. I tried to explain to her that I needed the receipt to keep track of my expenses . Each time she came back with "I don't make the rules." Long story short, she was arrogant, rude and very immature. Heads up Lin's management! I wouldn't have this girl working in my barn much less in my restaurant dealing with people.

Very disappointed. 3 stars for service, 1 star for food. I like going to different buffets for 1 reason, the sushi. However at this location there was only 1 kind, and that was the Philly roll. I had high hopes for this place based on the delicious photos, but the actual experience was subpar. The rest of the food looked great, but the quality was lacking that certain desirability.

I just bite into a raw shrimp at Lin’s. The shrimp was pink on the outside but gray in the middle. The waitress was nice about the situation but the manager never came to the table. I believe as the manager, he did not show any hostility towards me as a consumer in the restaurant. I give the restaurant one star for raw food and customer service!
