REVIEWS OF INDIA 101 IN Texas

erupaka dheeraj

Good food , but being a Hyderabadi food lover I don’t like it . A

Bridgit O'Rourke

OMG - THE BEST Indian buffet I have EVER had. They have buffet for both lunch and dinner. And this is also THE biggest, most extensive Indian buffet I've seen. The quality was off the charts good. The service was great. It is a bit pricier than most Indian restaurants at right around $35.00+ for just 2 people. That said, I still think it's worth it.

Anisha Patel

This place is amazing. I NEVER go to buffets because the food is usually bland, but let me tell you... the food here is SO tasty and the selection is unlike any I have ever seen. The ambiance is also really nice, which is a plus for an Indian restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

Krunal Thakkar

Awesome food and wide range of varieties. Something for everyone. Little bit pricey ($14.99) for a buffet compared to other restaurant but it is worth when you look at variety of food they offer. 5 Star !!

Alexander Mandala

Great Variety of Indian meals. All you can eat. Definetly recommend

Gautham Varakantham

Tasty fare..must visit

Preeti Tellem

Food was great! The table wasn't wiped and the glasses were dirty.

David Taylor

Great buffet! The dal makhani is great, creamy and rich. I eat mostly veg at Indian buffets nowadays and this one is very good.

The ambience of the restaurant is good, much better than many other Indian buffets you may visit. The appearance is not only a delight to the eyes in the presentation but also in the sheer number of dishes included in this buffet. The sad part; it mostly ends with quantity. From the large spacious dining area and the numerous dishes available to the large (and slightly heavy) plates used, its mostly about quantity, which, by the way is what most buffets mostly are all about. So if you want to have a decent amount of food, with plenty of options this is definitely worth considering. IF HOWEVER you value quality over quantity, think again. During my recent visit, the silverware was not clean (not just worn or water spots), which they promptly replaced. I tried almost every entree and was sorry to find that most of the food lacked authentic Indian taste as Aditya Kamble has written in his review.. I love my food and prefer eating it the way it is supposed to taste. If you have a penchant for authenticity, there are better options for Indian food in Dallas. I must agree in part with Murali M whose review mentions that the Biriyani fails dolefully as well. To conclude, the weekday lunch buffet being one of the more cost effective of their offerings is around 16$ after tax. For this price, you can't complain, given the variety and quantity of food, the former of which you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the city. If you haven't been to places in India that serve the real flavor, the flavor will not be too much of an issue. If you can compromise on taste a little, this is a place you might want to visit.

Awad Eskander

Wonderful buffet with great variety of Indian food. The interior ambiance is great and everything they have is fresh and tasty.

Alexander Paiz

I loved the experience. Plenty of different kind of plates, drinks and desserts.

Andy Procter

This was my first-time dining in this buffet and the only problem I noticed is the long line while waiting to grab a food. I understand that long line is not really something that management can control however management should implement some regulations to make people follow the rule of “GRAB N GO” and increase the flow of line. For example, they should create a designated one-way line where customers can grab a food from one side and exit from other side. Every time I went to fill my plates I was in a line for at least 10 minute which was crazy but again I am not really blaming management for this however, this is something that needs to be taken into consideration by them if they want to continue running the business with high customer satisfaction and to be one of the best Indian buffet in DFW area.

Naqi Khawer

Good food - clean

sameera firdaus

Good place to go with family. Variety of food with good taste. Reserve your seats before going to avoid any inconveniences.

Adrienne Boggess

So so so good, real authentic Indian food. They kept our water filled and were very nice. The food was warm and incredible. You can tell the naan is freshly baked in house. And the scenery was awesome! Will be back!

Pratik Patel

Great quality buffet food! Love the vegetarian options and deserts.

Akash K

Buffet is bit pricey but taste wise it's good. 101 stands for 101 items in the buffet , it literally means counting pepper, shredded carrots onions , lemon etc. It has West Bengal special , Punjabi dishes , few south India dishes too. Includes mango lasi , rose milk , sweet lassi, badham milk and all soft drinks in it.

Senthil Selvan

Good place. Great food

siddharth ghosh

After a long long time found good Indian restaurant after malgudi garden. This is one of the best place, lots of options for main course, deserts and starter are amazing .

Kristin Crawley

Excellent buffet with fantastic options including many types of "breads", drinks, and desserts all included in the price. I was able to try many new dishes. Restaurant itself was beautiful with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Pooja Kunder

Too many varieties, chaat counter was below ok, appetizers/dosa/gujju special good, main course ok, desserts good, had few varities of juices too, ambiance was nice...overall good

Brian Jones

Excellent food. The butter chicken is a must have!

Mohamed Patka

Horrible thats the only word i have for this restaurant the chef really needs to go and learn how to cook

Hareesh Vemula

It was great service and great food. We went for Rajasthani food and it was pretty close to real Rajasthani food except in the spice department. The staff went out of the way to get a scoop of ice cream for my daughter even though it want there with them in the restaurant.

Sunny Patel

Most amazing Indian buffet! They have a large atmosphere and plenty of vegetarian options. Delicious desserts and drinks are included. Yum yum!

S A Hasan

Good variety and nice delicacies. freshly done items

Alexander Baggett

India 101 is a high-end Indian buffet restaurant. they offer briyani, curries, paneer dishes, and a wide selection of dishes sure to please anyone who enjoys Indian food. This is a high-end restaurant and is decorated as such and is priced as such. It's very fancy and not cheap. Expect to spend at least $20 per person.

shri patil

I am wondering how come this place has got so many good reviews, either these are paid ones or from old times. I visited this place twice over last three months, just to be disappointed both the times. You will see lot of variety but everything lacks flavor. Avoid this place if you can.

Larry Diaz

If you want to try different plates from India this is a great place to go.

Sundeep Potluri

Excellent food and customer service.

Mohammed Kanchwala

Food is awesome. Service is excellent. Ambience is excellent.

Rishi Jain

Nice food with huge variety of veg and non veg

Terence Pinto

The buffet is the best , I ve been to in the Irving locality . I enjoyed the variety and options, if your coming on a weekend, try to make an advance booking

Vasan Srini

Delicious Indian food available in US under one roof. Buffet system we can take our tasty choices here. Many Indians are coming here to enjoy their weekend.

Matthew Gaffin

Words cannot describe this place. Oh M Goodness! Seriously, this place goes above and beyond to deliver the widest range of tasty food I've seen.

Harchit Kaur

Appetizers were delicious. Sambar was way too spicy, along with manchurians. Tomato soup was very salty. Pizza was cold and looked like it was sitting out all day. Place was loud.

Brianna Dick

$18.99 for the buffet on a Saturday. The food was delicious and I’m not too familiar with Indian food so this was a great way to taste different things. The atmosphere was a bit more date-like than buffet-like. There’s an upstairs area for menu ordering. The service was decent, but they cleared our table before we had left.

Reema D

Amazing spread of indian food. It is truly like attending an indian wedding buffet. Very good quality in a buffet. Would definitely recommend it

Amy Hill

i give this place two thumbs up. i will be back with my coworkers. the bill won't shock you. food and feeling reminds me of kansas city.

aditya kamble

Its good.. but could be better. the menu is good but the taste does not feel authentic Indian. Too many menu items just for the sake of increasing Item count. The ambience is good but heavily crowded. Overall a good experience.

Sugantha G

It's amazing place to have a 101 buffet friendly people around us ..Very hot all dishes served.Really a quite big resturant like palace enjoyed the food ..The one most thing they mentioned food name and what is made of it..Yummy yummy tummy full really enjoyed a lot..

Fuad Khokar

A decent ambiance for a desi restaurant at last. Had our office party here and they took good care of our group of 100 plus. Nans were fresh and delivered to the tables. Food was great tasting as always. Good authentic dishes. Will certainly recommend.

Sagar Govani

As the name implies there is good variety of items available on their menu and buffet. Most of the items tasted pretty good. Recommend to anyone who like Indian food. They even have two really nice event halls.

himanshu gupta

We have a high expectation from India 101 as many of our friends have recommended us and also they got really nice review but we were little disappointed. We want today for our dinner but didn't found the quality of food as we have expected. Few dishes like butter chicken, chilli chicken, goat curry, paneer curry we're exceptionally great but the chicken appetizer were blank in name of flavours especially tandoori chicken. One of the chicken appetizer was dry and lack of.flavour and same goes for many other dishes like Manchurian which has almost no salt. We do like the drink bar where we can have mango lassi, badam molk etc but only mango lassi was good enough rest of drinks were not up to the mark. We were highly disappointed by sweet dishes i .e. Jalebi which too sweet, there(rice pudding) too much safron, gulab jamun which feel like having a flour balls in sugar syrup. Service was slow, we understand the Friday night might the busiest night they have but we need to call servers to pick up our plates from table and for any other help. We are not going to go again as it is not worth as per the price of buffet for dinner. But for once you can try India 101

Tyler Herman

For a buffet the selection is very limited. Seems like there is two rows of condiments with the actual food just in one corner. As far as taste and quality it’s not so great either. Not the worst Indian food I’ve had but it’s close.

Jennifer Bhatt

Omg this was the best Indian buffet I’ve ever been too! They had many options! My husband is Indian and is very hard to please, when it comes to Indian restaurants and even he thought this place was good. We will definitely be back! The service was great!

Nimesh Prajapat

Place is little crowded, but good place for FOOD lovers to get lots of variety.

Prasanna Surapaneni

Quality of food with lot of varieties Ambience is awesome and very clean Celebrated our daughters birthday and had an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning on hosting any kind of parties. All you have to do is to get ready and come and njoy the food and ambience.

Vinil Varghese

A lot of dishes to choose from but I didn’t find one that tasted great. Jack of all trades and master of none.

Sumaiya Afroze

The Indian food is very good here. Especially if you like it spicy. Highly recommend

Craig Samuelson

I liked this food buffet. There is good variety and flavor.

Prasad P

Lots of variety. Comparatively expensive. We had been here for the first time, unfortunately our first experience isn't good. Everyone one of us who had food there fell sick for 3 days with no solids, only on liquid diet. First time ever in life had this kind of an experience. Not sure it was something wrong that day or usually their ingredients way different from rest of the world and doesn't suit our body, however, hesitant to dare and try there again.

Jayaraman Family

Great buffet. this place serves very good food with many choices. The food items that I sampled well well balanced and spicy -- i.e. not for folks who typically ask for "mild" (spice levels) when going to a restaurant. I enjoyed the food and would definitely go back again. Cost wise it's on the pricy side but the food is worth the price.

Raaji Veldandi

One of the best restaurants in Dallas, I must say. Food was really good.

Hasmitha Ramakrishnan

I don't care for the buffet but I like the bar upstairs called agni. Their appetizers are like Indian pub food. I love it. Finally no more nachos or fried mozzarella. Something pleasantly different and familiar.

aimee smith

Good food with a ton of offerings. Crowded AF! The lines were a bit confusing starting on both ends, but well worth it.

Yad S

It’s claim to fame is the 101 items on its menu which is available on weekends. The food is good. The place is central located. However, expect to sit in a tightly packed restaurant. They packed five of us on a little table barely enough for four people. It is great for a one time visit.

Anirvan Mitra

The flavors were good, much better than the other Indian restaurants in the area.

Swapna Mudaliar

It's an expensive place. But good food. Service is OK

Ramesh Raghavan

Variety and all well done!

Jessica Steele

PROS: Great and well-lit space, nice restaurant ambiance. Many vegetarian options, one vegan option (without ghee/cream) called Aloo Gobi. CONS: The food is more of an Indian-American fusion compared to traditional Indian restaurants (lunch buffet includes pizza and a salad bar, for instance). Food is heavy on spice and salt levels (most dishes were very spicy and very salty), and these levels cannot be adjusted per preference because it was served buffet-style. NEEDS: More vegan options, food options with less spice and less salt. OVERALL: Nice experience.

Arica O'Sullivan

A great variety of Indian dishes, all seemed fresh and tasted good. The atmosphere is visually swanky, while still being casual. Service is good. There was a good amount of people of Indian decent eating there, which should speak to the authenticity of the food.

Dishon K

Great location off I-635 Loop. Wise choice of aunthetic Indian dishes in buffet style. Ambience and decor are really planned out and not overwhelming. Price is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food.

shoeb kazi

Great food and variety but pricey at 12.95 for buffet

nidhi sharma

I must say that had a huge varieties of dishes, they tried to keep some Indian authentic dishes as well, but the taste is missing very badly in every dishes. They lack consistency in service and can’t maintain taste in food

Abhishek Rastogi

A extremely lavish spread. Has many mouth watering dishes

Debajit Deka

The worst food ever. They serve stale food in the night. Arrogant manager who says that he knows how good the sweet is ! As if we dont know what is fresh and what is stale.

muthaiyan udayasuriyan

Best Indian buffet I have been to. I was here on a weekend plenty of options especially south indian varieties.

Ratings Bond

This is a unique concept for buffet. They "visit" different parts of India and have about 5-6 items specific to that region on the buffet (weekends). I wish the price was a little less. We felt the other portion of the buffet had the same items during both our visits - would love to see a bit more variety there. During the Punjab tour, the makki di roti with homemade butter was great. The chhole, Pani Puri, Kofta, and Daal Makhani are great too.

Jatin Kapur

Good food, Good Ambience, Good service, Good variety’s.

kev George

Food was pretty decent for the buffet. Def try the naan, chicken tandoori, Pani poori, desert, and lassi!!! You won't regret it. For the price, it's a good deal.. I liked it. Some food did tasted bland.

Aadi P.

Food was great and venue hall is decorated nicely.

PARIN SHAH

Great taste. Lot of variety and most of them were near authentic. Would recommend!

Keerthy Saravanan

Visited this place during memorial long weekend Saturday, awesome buffet with massive food selections. They had the Indian Uttar Pradesh state festival featuring some UP food dishes. The food was absolutely fresh and tasty. 3 stars since the desserts were really disappointing. Hope they work on getting better desserts. Would highly recommend this place for anyone not sweet tooth...

Ramya

Other the long wait most times during lunch times everything is fantastic about this place. Even the wait is there since it's that popular and it's not their fault. A great place which features a different Indian state food every few weeks. What an idea!

Anand Yadav

It looks like that they have lots of items on the buffet but you will find only few are good enough to eat and Desserts are loaded with Sugar, you taste nothing else than sugar in the dessert.

Dhruv Basnotra

Went for a buffet on Saturday afternoon ! Excellent food and ambience . Authentic Indian food and taste . Loved it

David J

Large venue, ample seating. Food variety not plentiful and flavors were a bit bland. $14.99 for lunch buffet is a bit high considering "Our Place" is down the street with more variety.

Manoj Shurpali

Bland vegetarian options. Was hard to believe a restaurant with such ratings would drop the ball on biryani. Ambience is what you pay for I guess. The cleanliness and upkeep to create environment grades well.

Balakrishna J

Ambience is rich but food is poor.

Deepak Sethi

Truly if you were to start counting every little nick nack along with appetizers and entrees, that it might just add upto 101 :) There's something for everyone to try and like, be it panipuri, South Indian, Chinese or North Indian. Kind of a unique naming concept compared to most Indian places.

Kapil Thakur

Excellent food, great variety of Indian, Chinese dishes. Indian Deserts and street food too like chaat, gol gappe, mango lassi, laddos, kheer etc. Food variety is the highlight of this place. Weekdays are approx $16 lunch buffet and Weekends are around $20 per person. Always crowded so consider waiting time too. I'll recommend it

Naveen Sharma

They had lot of food options, but Low quality of food is low. They have Mexicans cooking indian food.

Miguel de la Rocha

Great place to experience a lot of different Indian dishes, would recommend for big parties as well for reservations.

prudhvi s

Good North Indian food. Buffet was served well, not dried up. Nothing too

Chelsea Valdez

Visited on Sat I believe. The staff was very welcoming and observant. Prices that won't break you.

Rutuja Bhadre

Restaurant has wide variety of both veg and non-veg dishes. Some dishes were tasty and some where average. I guess it happens when there is quantity. But overall I loved their spread and some very unique dishes that we don't get in other Indian restaurants very often.

Srinivas Bendapudi

The food was ok. The restaurant was crowded. When our table was ready, we saw food on the chair and on the floor. When we asked them to clean, they simply wiped off the food with their hands.

Alison Weiss

This is one of the best Indian buffet restaurants we have visited. Everything is available from vegetarian to traditional Indian dishes. Lots of choices for appetizers, breads, main dishes, desserts and drinks (non alcoholic). This restaurant is good for families or people who want to be adventurous and try lots of different options. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious.

sai srujana

Hats off to their every day available grand buffet. They have wide variety of Indian & Asian foods, at lowest spice levels to make it comfortable for all diverse people

Patrick Bowles

Great food great service loved it

Kasyap Bendapudi

Not worth the 30 minute drive. The chaat, the mango lassi and the noodles were very tasty. All the food items were freshly made, even when it was almost closing time. However, the staff was not the best. The area was not properly cleaned. The tables were packed together, so it was difficult to get up and move around comfortably. Some foods were oily and did not taste that great. It was also overpriced. There wasn't a huge variety of vegetarian options nor was there a wide variety of sweets. Overall, it's a one time visit.

S. Pitts

Went here today for the first time for my Daughter's 26th Birthday Lunch and after countless disappointments with India restaurants for various reasons. THIS IS DEFINITELY OUR NEW AND OLNY GOTO INDIAN RESTAURANT. Our dining experience was excellent, the Food is Amazing with such a wide variety of options. We even had the option to dine upstairs and order directly from the menu if we didn't want the buffet options. Everything we had was so tasty, flavorful and delicious. We'll definitely back soon. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet...You're definitely missing out!!!!

brijpal yadav

taste does not feel authentic

Aqeel Shah

they have a good variety of food. from appetizers to mains and desserts. quality as well as taste is scrumptious. ambience is really appealing. it's a good place to have some quality time with family and friends and enjoy the best tasting good. staff is very helpful and welcoming. they are in their foot to help you and make your experience wonderful. price per head is reasonable compared to quality and number of dishes highly recommended

C George

The taste and quality of food is not good as compared to the earlier years. The food is not good compared to the price.

Robert Shrimpton

Food is always great. They really need to fix the line for food though: it needs a *one-way system*, not two lines, going in opposite directions, that meet in a corner, causing massive congestion at busy times!!

Nikunj Gala

Great food, almost everything was pretty close to authentic indian food. There are some make your own chaat also.

murali gogikar

Good place for indian food

Sandeep VK

The number 101 is supposed to be 101 items but it is a bit misleading as they count every ingredient separately. For example, salt and sugar are items. Its a good buffet altogether however not up to the expectations with respect to the name and price. There are many non-Indian buffet places around dallas providing more number of “direct consumable” items for lesser price. The place is having good ambient theme and is pretty clean.

Ashley English Ward

One of the best Indian lunch buffets I've ever been to. Food was hot and the staff were continuously putting out fresh dishes. There was a large variety of meat, vegetarian, and dessert dishes. Most importantly we didnt pay an arm and a leg to enjoy it. Will definitely go again!

Jean Keener

Food is fantastic. But come prepared to wait and to not leave your table unattended to prevent premature bussing. The buffet area can also be really crowded with disorganized lines. Lots of variety on the buffet and a very nice level of spice in many dishes. Price is also very reasonable.

Pria J

Lots of variety.. veg and non veg both. Spice level is good. Dessert was a little sweet for my pallette but that's ok.. I read the reviews before I went to this place. Few found it expensive but man after being at India 101, I would say if you want cheaper go where your buffet ends before it starts.. This place is not pricey for the variety of food choices you will find here...

Nitin menon

Awsome choice and selection of food.Make sure to go in with an empty tummy!

Mark Kidder

Great food, great service. We were there on a Saturday night place was packed, mostly Indians so you know food was pretty authentic. This is the only Indian buffet at night all the others are for lunch. Would recommend.

Igor Pavlenko

It seems that the food has gotten too mild. Still lots of tasty options but I would have preferred more spicy selection. Overall the flavor is good!

Mehreen Nannapaneni

The food was disgusting.. when they first opened the food was exceptionally good and fresh, we thought Dallas has a great restaurant now. But we were wrong, India 101's food quality has not only gone down the drain but has also become extremely oily and spicy....more like street food rather than a good restaurant food, which doesn't do justice to the ambience at all. Its extremely loud and they don't have a way to manage buffet lines. People are all over the place in the buffet section, bumping into each other with plates. The management needs to make a better way of organizing buffet lines. As for me and my family, we are never going there and paying the ridiculous price for lower than average food with that much chaos around.

Manjula Srinivasan

The food is not higene, was disappointed to see plastic cover in mango custard desert and ant sambar. I strongly recommend not to visit this place

lok babu

Tons of food options, had lunch buffet. Food quality very good, usually when you visit places that offer buffet it is hard to find quality, but this place provides tons on quantity and also quality food. Price little expensive for a lunch but with so many options it is worth it. Must go place. The ambience of the restaurant is good.

Rajesh Balu

This place is always crowded though i did not find it interesting. There are many varieties of dishes starting from starters to desserts but not of authentic taste. Not sure why people are still crazy about this restaurant.

khyati Chaudhary

I have a lot to say about this one..We never saw such a wide variety of Indian food in US. It doesn't only look delicious but it's actually is delicious. Even after having so much crowd, they still managed keeping restaurant pretty clean. Nice service as well.. Will definitely gonna keep visiting this one

louis Martini

Overrated place, food is very oily, zero level customer service, sits are so compact, one very important thing management need to know just a variety food doesn’t makes place good, we expect hygiene food not any Indian street food. I will suggest to go any other Indian restaurant where you get less variety but healthy food. I got sick and i will never be back.

Ankita Sinha

This place is awesome.. we get varities of food.. nowadays they are keeping state wise options which is very good initiative

Archana Joshi

What a variety of food and really great taste...must visit again..

Tamara Pious

This is my husband’s favorite restaurant. We celebrated his graduation party here with a family dinner and all of our family members were impressed by the ambience as well as the variety of Indian dishes in the buffet. The buffet area is well-organized and cleanly. The food is very tasty. My husband brought some of his non-Indian friends here one day and they all loved it and went back to the buffet for a second plate. Anyone who loves Indian food will love it. If you haven’t tried Indian food, try it out here. You will love it.

Veer Shah

Being a vegetarian I was extremely limited to options. Also the wait for the food was very long. Although the food was decent and the seating was good, I could not find me enjoying myself there.

Jason Hood

The food was very good, they had mango lassi as part of the buffet, worth the price.

Tim Dornin

Man! Let me tell you about this place... I happened to come across this gem while in town for work and wanted Indian cuisine. They had a buffet which I love since it offers an opportunity to sample several different dishes at one time. I had several curries and other little morsels. The rice biriyani both veggie and chicken was damn good. I can't wait to visit this place again.

patrica stevens

I've been here twice now and have not been disappointed. Large selection of great food (for both vegetarian and carnivore alike), nice atmosphere, their drinks are included in the buffet and they even included Mango Lassi on the buffet--unlimited!!! Don't go here on a diet, you'll immediately fail

Syed Iqran

I may be wrong, it was not worth it! At least not for me and my wife. The ambience is great I wish the taste also complemented the interior. I hear it is famous in the area, but a no no for us. Can't put a finger on it, it was clean and hygienic lacked taste in each and every dish.

SiMaYaAk Ch

Good tasty Indian food.

notinxs

The ambiance was great but I was completely disappointed with the food as both my wife and I had a bout of food poisoning after dining at this place. I normally don’t post bad reviews if the food is just too salty or spicy since that can be a matter of taste. Food poisoning is, however, purely old food or unsanitary conditions so I had to make consumers aware.

GK

I usually do not visit a place without reading reviews, had an unexpected guest from out of state and had to pick a place without research. If I had read an earlier reader reviews I would not have visited this place. My Experience: Stale desserts. Horrible Gulab Jamoons, Jeelabi and stale Srikhand which is sour. First and last visit, never going again. Please do not waste your money, not worth to get sick.

Mohammad Hadhoud

Best indian buffet in dallas. Good customer service.

Ammar Mahuwala

Awsome food the buffet selection was amazing more than 20 different dishes with fresh made dosa soft drink foantain and all you can drink lassi. An amazing indian food buffet. They even had an island for desserts and sweets!!

divyamani t

Definitely good food! But the arrangement of tables inside the restaurant on the 1st floor is awkward. I visited the place during evening time and the table placement is so bad that I got blinded by the dusk time. I coukd hardly see the other person's face sitting opposite to me. Sadly, they couldn't do anything about it.

Vadi S

Good food and very good ambience. The spread on their buffet is very good and the food is fresh. Would definitely recommend their lunch buff

Andrea Caldera

This has been the best Indian restaurant I have gone to with my husband. We loved the food and the service was great as well. Definitely went above of what we expected. So many varieties, so delicious.

Nilesh Sapar

Had buffet dinner. Buffet menu was good with Punjabi, Chinese and South Indian menu. Good food taste.

Ken Booi

Goat curry fantastic, so is the mango drink

Venkat V

Very good place to dine with Indian food

JAMES BEDNAR

Excellent food I will be back

Kavya V rao

Good spread of food. The chats were very tasty. The food was kept warm and immediately refilled once empty. The dessert was authentic tasting although felt like jalebi was coated with honey or maple syrup. Tasted odd. I am a vegetarian and so I felt it to be a little costly.

steven parsley

Plentiful choices for buffet. Everything was delicious. Staff was attentive and three establishment was clean. $16 for the buffet which is not bad floor what you get. Parking could be a bit tight. The place really started hopping around 12:15 so get there early.

Cara Forney

Delicious! A wide variety of not only food, but also drinks and dessert. Definitely worth the price and a great experience!

Tim Gereg

solid 4 stars! not tremendous - even for dallas - but pretty good... definitely scratches the itch! i'm a big fan, will keep going back...

db

A co-worker recommended this place to me so I thought I'd give it a try. It's pretty crowded and very similar to the feel of a buffet on a cruise ship. The food is decent and all, but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Our biggest annoyance was how the waitstaff hover over everyone like vultures. It's just not very relaxing.

Wilson Hasbany

Good variety of food although not sure why pizza is included in the buffet. My only take is a bit expensive! I give it 4 stars instead of 5

Shradha S

Overrated place!! Except ambience everything was disastrous. Food was oily and tasteless. The only thing I like was Mango lassi and water.

Natraj K

We had a corporate event today at India 101. Management were very cooperative and accommodative. Staff were courteous. They all went above and beyond. Thanks for your support team. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Nik M

Good quality food and lots of variety.. Chat counter was not up to the mark, however there were so many other items to try that Chat can be ignored

G Pokharel

Must say this is one of the best Indian restaurants here. Price is little higher than most of the Indian restaurants but totally worth it if you look at the quality of food.

BHEEMARAJ UDAPUDI

Good restaurant with so many variety of Indian food. Need to improve on taste side.it is true Indian taste

Swapnil Suryakant Salvi

Awsome food.... Great taste... I missed Ice-cream.. I know its not Indian sweet but we do enjoy it back in India a lot.... And some items like Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Biryani, etc. were not spicy as they should be... But overall taste was good... Not many starters but lots of main course items...! Quality of food is very nice...!!!

Awesome food and very good variety

Indranil Bagchi

The largest buffet I have ever eaten at. Many items, 100 per the restaurant. Food taste would be average (4.0) But many items for vegetarians.

Good Indian food and higher-end atmosphere. The Indian tea and coffee were suggested, and very good in my opinion.

Great food! The garlic naan is the best I've ever had! The chicken tikka masala is also in my top five of all time! The flavors are on-point and the portions are consistent with other Indian restaurants. The ingredients are high quality and they cook everything fresh. Will return! Thank you!

The second floor buffet was ok but missing flavors and some of the things doesn't match the name. The buffet on the first floor is far better than the one on the second floor and worth the price.

Except ambience, everything else sucks. Food is disastrous. I tried thrice with friends to make sure I am right and I feel confident to say the food is neither authentic nor tasty. It’s just oil dominating every item. And don’t even think about having Biryani here. It’s just broken color rice with tasting salt.

If you have not had Indian food before, this is a great start because it’s a buffet. They have everything laid out and labeled. For $20 for dinner is a deal for Indian food especially if you are unsure of what to order at a traditional sit down restaurant.

Good food although I've been told that it is mild compared to actual Indian food. It wasn't as intense but it was still good. The restaurant itself was clean and very nice.

Amit Garg

Good cleanliness, friendly environments but below average food taste. We visited for buffet on Thursday. Appetizers were ok but curries were below average and sweets were no where close to Indian taste. Not recommended to visit again for this most pricy buffet in town.

Great Ambiance they have a excellent food variety of north and South Indian food & Chinese food I like goat curry Dal makhani and large choice of desserts A lot all over is great experience a tasty fair and No 1 food fair in Dallas highly recommended definitely go again with friends and family .yum yum love it .

Arguably the best Indian buffet you can get around DFW area

Roxanne Romano

Buffet style meal. I ate their during the lunch time rush. Get there early or you will wait awhile. It's that good. Spice level is medium if you are a non-Texan.

Being a food lover, I am extremely disappointed at this restaurants content and service. Not for the price. Not recommendable
