Food is great! Burgers, fries, and a shake is the classic way to go and they do a great job. Staff is friendly as usual. Don’t sit underneath the vent because you will freeze! Still a great place.

Excellent service, very efficiently run, always a clean seating area, parking lot and staff are so helpful as well as friendly. The food is also well priced for the portion! Never makes me feel terrible after I eat here unlike a lot of fast food places. Definitely try if you never have!

Food was to be expected, quick delicious and nastalgic. Service was attentive and nice, but the only thing that kept it from being a great experience was the temperature in the building. This is the second time at this location that they have the AC blasting. Normally I love this on a bit summers day but my Lord was this just too much. No need to have it blasting 55 degrees in there. Great trip though

In n out is the best burger and fries for the price. Their shakes are always yummy as well. I recommend getting the neo shake which is a mix of all three flavors. Your also can't go wrong with anything animals style! The location is great but really every location is great. Their service is immaculate as well.

Very friendly and understanding. I didn't have enough time to order and get my order and clock back in from my lunch break. I was able to order my food run back to work to clock in while in and out got everything ready for me and had it saved so as soon as I walked back in I could grab and go. Worked out great!

In n out here in San Antonio isn't quite as good as the Dallas locations and might be the same with California locations as well. But the service is as expected from the chain which is always very good. The food has that familiar fan effect on the burgers, and cradle of fries that everyone knows to be less than perfect but those aren't the main event are they? I will continue to eat here as I've yet to have any problems with my orders. Always check out their "not-so-secret" menu online.

I heard a lot about in an out burger joints from coworkers and how good it is. Since I live in the Northeast, I never got to try it. I came to texas for a visit and found this joint. Well it is definitely not worth the hype. It is better than McDonald's, BK or Wendy's. It pales in comparison to 5 Guys or Smash Burgers.

In-n-out burger is probably one of the worse places I've ever eaten. My food was not only burnt but everything just tasted horrible, I'll give them credit for trying but starting a burger place in this day of age when we already have so many. I can go in any direction and there's usually at least 1 within a mile. I'm sorry in-n-out but you should've started sooner. I wish I could say good luck but I would love to see you guys fail

They know how to handle long lines. If their lines get long they send people out to take orders. I was 12 cars back in line, within 5 minutes I had my food. You can feed two people with $8.00 and you get a higher quality burger. One regular cheeseburger one double and one drink. It's also one of the few places that serve 7UP. Their shakes are very good too. The best part about their food is you don't walk away feeling greasy like you would eating at McDonald's or Burger King etc. The only negative is the wholesome over happy teenagers with big smiles and a stare that sees right through you. Creeps me the hell out.

It tastes just like I am back in Anaheim, California. Great for going out with the family and have a treat together. I'm more of a Five Guys person myself, but I won't turn down an In-N-Out Burger 4x4. You can get a quadruple, quintuple, etc. By just saying 4x4 , 5x5, etc. Also animal style means you have onions and cheese on your fries or Burger. It is like this mushy mix of goodness.

I grew up in California and I love In n Out. Simple and delicious. Not so many choices that you have to take all day about it, and what you get is delicious. I actually watched the guy slicing fresh, whole potatoes and put them into the fryer within a couple of minutes. Those fries are THAT FRESH! Yum!

A lot of hype about this place before I moved here. It's just ok. Don't get the twice fried fries, they are super dry (like those crunchy potato sticks in a can). Get your burger "animal style" which comes loaded with grilled onions and pickles. Better than Mickey D's, but not a place for a real burger ... I've had people say to me: why do people love In N Out so much? It's good, but I prefer (some other burger place). The thing is, every other burger place people bring up is at least double if not triple the price. For the price you simply can't beat In N Out. The burgers are awesome and straightforward and all for less than what a lot of places charge for a drink. Because of this it's simply the best in it's category: great burgers and fries for incredibly reasonable prices.

The Budget Hustlers

They're always on top of things and make sure it's exactly how I ordered it. I always get the protein style WITHOUT the bun because I can't have bread. They do a great job wrapping it in lettuce as well. Much better than other burger places that serve it in a plastic container with a fork and knife.

A fabulous place if you know about the secret menu (animal style is the way to go), and the flavors and quality never seem to disappoint. It is a bit slower than preferred, and can be quite crowded and noisy at times which really can't be helped and is no fault of the business. Not the most perfect joint but always reliable.

Our hotel was across from that location and my husband took me there for my first time, and loved it!! Our son was just a baby at this time. My favorite! Everyday quality and service. You know what you're getting when you come here. Once I got a basket of gray fries and asked to get a replacement. The kind worker went out of her way to fry me a special batch of the most crispy golden fries I've ever had in my life. It does not matter what time you go, this place is crowded. The burgers are delicious and you can ask for any combination of meat and cheese (just say triple-triple or double-single or quadruple-quadruple). I love the animal style burgers (have a layer of Onions that is delicious). The shakes are super thick and like 2000 calories but still delicious. My kids love them so we ended up going like every two weeks. The yellow peppers are great (not spicy but great flavor).

This location is one of the best. They treat their staff right and it shows -- umbrellas and water and shift changes for their extra drive through staff and prompt turn around on the burgers. We came at a very busy time on Monday. Morgan took our order. She was so nice. We received our food quite fast considering the restaurant was standing room only. My only complaint is our shakes were not very thick, but they were still yummy. Also Morgan brought us out ketchup and checked on us a couple of times. We will definitely be going back!

The first time I ever went here I remember being unimpressed. For the life of me now I can't figure out why. This is my kind of burger place. Everything they make is to order. Everything is fresh, from the burger patties, toppings, fries (cut and cooked fresh). I've been here a couple times since that first time and now I'm solidly in the impressed category. They're menu is very simple: burger, cheeseburger (or double double variants) and fries. They've decided to focus on a small number of items and do them very well. I'll be back again many times.

I love this place but allergies need to be taken more seriously. I tell them I have a gluten allergy every time I come here (I have Celiac Disease). Usually I'm good, but about 1/3 of the time I come here, I get sick. There should be more training/seriousness taken for allergies. It is frustrating when I place an order with a gluten allergy, then I see someone at the counter who has handled gluten placing a receipt in my bag. Or when I see someone that just handled a gluten order place my fries in my bag.. That is cross-contamination and should NOT be happening when my order has a gluten allergy warning. Please train your employees on how to correctly take allergy precautions so I do not have to stop going to my favorite burger joint.

It's difficult to say something bad about In and Out Burger. The staff always smiles, and is always quick to help. The food preparation is clearly visible and the food is always up to In and Out standards. This particular location is always busy and yet the food is always cooked quickly and delivered quickly. The location is perfect! You're able to get off the freeway quickly and make a turn at one stop light to get in line and have your order filled. This is a common stop for our family anytime we are going north. In-N-Out Burger is perfect for large family dining on the go. Hat tip to the crew at this location. We appreciate the service! Even though the line was clear out in the parking lot I spent no more than 10 minutes in the drive trough. After making my order I ended up adding to my order the pay window. Once I got to the pick up window not only did they not make me pull up and wait but everything was ready, even my add on. Hot and delicious food made with care.

Everyone overhypes In-n-out. The only thing they have going for them over other fast food burgers places is the price to quality ratio. I wouldn't say it is much better than five guys or burgerville, but it's the same kind of burger. Fresh ingredients and okay prices. The fries are awful though. I don't think there is anyone that could enjoy them, so far I've heard from most people that they at least agree with that. Another thing that is terrible is there shakes. My goodness. I have never eaten a more disgusting milkshake in my entire life. What a waste of money. If you are going to In-n-out. Stick to the burgers only and you will be fine.

5/5 I've visited nearly all locations including this one, no matter how busy they are, the sit down, drink area, condiment area ( always stocked ), the floors and tables are always immaculately clean, of course when you depart the table might be dirty, but never longer than 2 minutes. Lines for miles when they did open here... WTH?? The burgers are passable.. Definitely not worth giving up hours of my life I will never get back waiting for one... Being that I'm from So Cal it should be known that my opinion is biased. This is the spot for a fantastic burger. Honestly one of the best burger joints you'll find in Orem/Provo the only thing I didn't like we're the fries. The fries are fresh but they taste terrible especially compared to other fast food joints. Also the lines are ridiculously long.

We had a great experience! I ran in with my 3 kods to grab some burgers. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. After we got our order I noticed a sign saying kids get free hot coco on rainy days. When I hesitated by the sign, the worker piped up, "Hot coco for the kids?" He quickly got it for us and we were on our way!

This In N Out was on top of it when I swung on by. Thet were busy yet they were quick and had their hosts out talking with the customers. West coast classic that you must try if you're ever on this side of the nation. This location had some beautiful outdoor scenery. It was crowded but they managed to get our food out in a decent time. Great burger with a soft bun and the animal fries are so good. If you're in a rush and want something simple yet effective this is just the place for you. Great for families or a personal journey. Make the trip.

Okay, I get that we all have different opinions, likes and dislikes but I'm not sure why this place has so much business. As for me and those I know it is not a favorite. Usually if there is a crowd that is a good indicator something is tops so, either we just don't have the palate or there are an awful lot of people who like nasty food. Just a side note though, we have more fast foods per corner per capita than any other state in the nation. Salt Lake has escorted high quality businesses right out of town because we like lessor quality foods (however one wishes to label it, businesses walk). To each their own right! I will say though, Salt Lake has made a great improvement in good tasting mid to high range establishments which is exciting.

So I pull up to the drive-through Guy.. (pretty cute) and I ask for a cheeseburger no tomato, a small fry and 2 packets of special sauce, had a great experience ordering! I pull up to the window to pay, and bothered the guy who took my card, with my life issues for a good 30 seconds too long.. (sorry dude..you did ask me how my day was going) I then pulled up to the food window right. They are taking a little longer on my order (Who can blame them everybody loves in n out and it was busy). The car behind me was giving me total anxiety. He was staring at me like I murdered a puppy or somethin. Anyway my food was finally ready and they handed it to me and I quickly left (in order to keep impatient guy from keying my car lol) I got home and shed a couple tears when I realized there was no onion on my burger and no sauce packets :( but other than that decent experience! Was gonna rate it 4 stars but the cute drive thru guy saved the review.

This is my new favorite location, hands down!

No. Just. No. Not enough space for everyone to sit down and the tables have 4 chairs at most. The restrooms are pretty dirty, although that may just be my luck. The staff is kind, yet unprofessional. Their staff was cleaning and they would bump into a yellow cleaning cone 5 times, but know it is there. They will clean your tables and ask if you want condiments, but if they mess up an order, they get very confused. Just fix the order! The food is pretty sub-par and kind of overrated, but that is just my opinion and not part of the review. It is the epitome of an 80's fast food restaurant in California, but that can go both ways.

I have loved in n out all my life. Grew up in California and its always been my favorite. Thank the lord they finally made their way to Utah. I used to drive to Lasvegas when I had the in n out urge. Now I have to drive ten minutes and I'm always glad I did. In n out rules and their employees are always happy and get my order right. I've never had a reason to complain and I'm always happy to buy a shirt and wear it with pride. Yes my visit was great and I will continue to visit at least twice per week. Thanks in n out that is what a hamburger is all about. My son Oakley and his dog loves it too... .

TBH, the burger is decent especially protein style. The fries have always been blah. The milk shake cannot tempt me either. But even when I want their burger I end up going somewhere else because it's SO SLOW!!! for real no one should be waiting in line for 40 MINUTES for a basic burger. This particular location needs to invest in some traffic cones too because their drive through line is out of hand. It should wrap around their store and not go across the cross walk and block people from accessing other stores or even entering the parking lot. It is a safety hazard for both other drivers and pedestrians.

If you want a great classic hamburgers and amazing service then this is the place to come!! The lettuce on these burgers give it a great fresh taste and crunch. I usually get a double burger and single cheese. Saves a little on cost but still gives a cheesy melt on my burger. The employees always greet me with a friendly smile and are patient but swift despite the well deserved usual line. My only complaint is their about their fries. There is no salt or seasoning on them. They are cut too small. They are just not my cup of tea or scoop of fries. I just don't get them.

I heard a lot of good things about this place so I tried it. Its not a bad burger but its not the greatest burger. The animal fries are over rated so I would rather have regular fries instead. The sauce is basically one thousend island dressing with some grilled onions on top. I would rather have a Whataburger but I do like the free yellow peppers as a condiment.

The guy who took our order missed my husband saying (4 times) that we wanted a small fries and 3 strawberry shakes included in our order. When we got all our food, finally, I was so hungry I ate half my burger before I realized my burger was pink inside! I felt sick afterward. I love going to in n out. I usually get a burger "animal style" for the grilled onions and spread. You can't beat the price for the value you get. If you order fries, eat them first as they cool down fast and are not great cold. When I went the whole place was full of highschool kids, yet they were still able to handle my order quickly and correctly. Couldn't be happier with my service.

Real good! First time here was an experience but the cashiers were under alot of pressure because the line was pretty long. I wouldn't recommend going here during rush hour traffic but the burger is really really good. I got the double double and it was really filling and delicious. I miss eating at In-N-Out and this was the nearest location to me. I went on a Saturday, it was packed. The drive-thru line was wrapped around. It was a little tough to find a place to sit so I had to find a spot outside. I was glad I could get my food in less than 15 minutes. As expected, the food came out very good. It didn't disappoint.

The food isn't bland, but I think I've tasted more flavor at other in & outs. But, the staff is adorable, and it's great considering the price. I mean come on. An in & out cheeseburger for 2.75 is pretty good. Milkshake for $1.30

What can you say about In-N-Out Burger? It's a classic burger joint. It's been hearing Utah for a while now. And I'm very grateful to have it here. I first had the Mountain California. And I do not think that their quality or flavor has changed and that's exactly what you want from a good burger joint. There's nothing really bad about their food. I love their fresh french fries I love their double double animal style. The Neapolitan Shake, which is not on the menu, can be asked for and it is really good because it combines all three flavors of shake. I need to try their lemonade.

Love this place. Yummy fresh food at affordable prices that the whole family loves. Check out their secret menu with a quick Google search. We love the Animal Style, mustard grilled party with chopped grilled onions... the kids just get meat cheese and bun and love it. The buns are toasted to perfection. Fries are always fresh cut potatoes. Delicious shakes, we always get half vanilla, half strawberry and they split it in half for the kids to share. I love their pink lemonade and sometimes make an Arnold Palmer with Iced tea and fresh squeezed lemons. This location can get pretty busy but the staff is incredibly kind and efficient, keeping up on the cleaning and always helping out with a smile.

In-n-out has now become a family tradition for me. Every time we have gone to any of the major cities in Texas, we have had their burgers at least once. They are delicious but the main differentiator for them is the price. For a chain that is talked about so widely on social media, their burgers are priced very reasonably. My go to burger is always the double double animal style. I am not a fan of their fries but their shakes are awesome too. get the Neopolitan shake.

The food is ok and the service is pretty quick. If you're a fan of the franchise it will meet expectations. Beware of the drive thru at this location. The only way to enter it is through the Wal-Mart parking lot which is highly inconvenient. There's no signage about the effed up entrance, you just see cones blocking the most logical entrance and have to make a weird turn around to get into the drive thru lane. I do not recommend the drive thru for this reason.

This restaurant is so very classy, and so very yummy! Seriously, whenever I go here I feel like I am in the '60s about to go to a drive-in movie. Not only that, but it always feels like a summer in Cali, with their palm trees and brightly colored restaurant, even in Utah in the middle of winter. The food really is amazing, classic burgers, fries, and happy times. No, their menu isn't very large, but they make up for it my having creamy milkshakes. The service is usually very quick, and very kind and helpful. From my experience, it is very clean for a fast food restaurant, and the prices are very reasonable. It is also perfect for the drive-through too. 10/10, five stars, recommend.

For an Englishman, the main appeal of In-N-Out Burger comes in a few forms. The retro design of the franchise gives me the impression that I've time travelled into the 1950s and I've wandered into a diner that pops up in most films and television shows. Compared to many other fast-food chains, the small menu is something that is surprisingly refreshing and prevents the choice paralysis that is usually part of the fast-food experience. This restaurant was well-cleaned and I have no doubt that I'll return the next time my wife and I are driving past and she gets a craving for fries, animal style.

Simple menu with taste options. Everything is made fresh which can make lines long but the wait is worth it. A simple Google search shows options on their not-so-secret secret menu. Their fries are different to McDonald's in that in-n-out fries have a firmer crunch texture and less chemical taste in my opinion. Peppers and sauce are optional and each establishment is clean. I love going here and am glad they came to Utah.

It's In-N-Out. What's there to say? It's delicious. Well, I recently had an experience that warranted a review. It was lunch time, around 1 pm, and my wife and I wanted to grab some food. Being lunch time, of course it was busy, there were a good 25 cars it so in front if us. Now, with most places, I would just leave. I hate lines. But I know In-N-Out lives up to it's name: they're fast, you get in and get out. So we stayed, and decided to bet on how long it would take us to get our food. My wife guessed 20 minutes, a little faster than one minute a car. I was really optimistic and guessed 12 minutes. We we're both wrong. From the time we pulled into the line to the time we drove off with our food was only 8 minutes. And did I mention they're delicious? Cus they are. And fast.

This location is infuriating. The city should really do something about the drive thru line here since the proprietor has not. The direction and length of the line block access for drivers to other businesses. It wouldn't take a genius to re-route the drive thru more effectively and conveniently than the way they have done it. I refuse to go back until something is done to correct it and if I was another business owner in that parking lot I would absolutely pursue legal action.

The drive thru is reasonably fast, even in peak hours, but sometimes it's fastest to go inside and order food to go. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. Really good In and Out Burger. This location is almost always very busy and the drive-thru can be extremely long, going up to 10 to 12 cars in line. The workers are fantastic here and do their best to get people through as quickly as possible while being accurate and specific with your order. The staff are very well trained and do a great job with orders and if there's any kind of problem with your order they more than make up for it by fixing it and even giving you more food at times. The location is very clean and tidy and we recommend esting here for a great burger and fries anytime as well as they're very tasty milkshakes.

I've heard all the Rivalry throughout the years between all the little burger joints I'm telling you what this place hands down is the best. Teeny, tiny beef patties in the burgers. Not slider style, just a full size burger in every respect except with about two ounces of beef smashed to the thickness of a piece of construction paper. But let me tell you that the first bite of the burger brought back so many memories of my childhood. My food was VERY delicious. Oh order this that's "OFF MENU" (Neapolitan Shake & Animal Style Fries) You will not be disappointed. As Terminator always said, which I will do in the future...I'll be back!

It was 10:15 a.m. the place was not technically open, but they still waited in us. By 10:30 at opening time we already had our amazing burgers. Love this place thank you!

To us, this burger place is awesome! Always great flavor and every single server and cashier are friendly and professional at what they do. In N Out has a secret menu which is not on display, so ask whats in that menu, you may like it. I always get "animal fries" from secret menu, it has cheese and grilled onions...love it! Overall, we have found the atmosphere to be great for our kids; For some reason all customers seem to be in a great mood at this place. If I could give more stars I would. I will recommend hands down!
