This Restaurant belongs to the category of Breakfast restaurant.
Had a very good breakfast with my children. All was amazing, but the service was a little slow. In all fairness, they were busy. It just seemed only a handful of the staff was rushing to help customers while others were standing around conversing or on their phones. Thank God the food was amazing. They need better management of the staff. The waiter was very courteous and did his best. It also took forever to get our bill. What a great place - incredible food, a wide ranging menu, an attentive staff, and awesome atmosphere. It also has three great locations around town to choose from.
Great food and atmosphere. We enjoy going for brunch on the weekend for the great brunch menu. I like having the whole hog burger or burrito. On the burger I ask for an over easy egg on top which makes it more delicious. You also can't go wrong with the chicken and waffles. Another thing tough to top are the $1 mimosas. I suggest you have one with pineapple juice instead of orange juice. Good service by all the staff and they go out of their way to make things the way you like it.
Eastside is much better. Wasn't busy & food was pretty bad. Everything was old tasting & cold. The AC was so high we were literally shaking & too hot to sit outside.
Really nice and friendly service, food is classy and perfect balanced for those who really know to apprecciate a gourmet burger.(not like Max)
Good food...small...and they didn't have watermelon water...only Wednesday and ran out of stuff to make it
Nice place good food
The bad - Took a while to get our food. The good - The food was amazing. I'd definitely come back and eat here again. The portion size is pretty big and the food is fresh.
Enjoyed a light salad & sandwich! Nice place to talk. Enjoyable background music. Outdoor dining available for spring season.
Favorite spot! their wings, burgers and chicken waffles are the best!
We had a very nice family dinner out at Crave. We all had something different; steak, sandwich, burger. The food was excellent and service was good. The was a problem with a dessert and it took longer than normal but they took care of it right away.
It's a nice place to eat, it can be pricey if you're not careful. I have some food intolerances so some plates are difficult to order. I end up making a meal out of sides. The "sweets" (sweet potato waffle fries) are amazing.
Customer service was awesome, atmosphere was nice.
Spoiler alert: petty gripe that may border on health code violation. Food, excellent. Drinks, excellent. Service, great. Letting people in with not one, but two (2) non service dogs, unacceptable. The wait staff, or management, decided to let in patrons with 2 overglorified purse rats. While I'm definitely not apposed to real, trained work dogs, this ruins it for those that definitely need service animals but may be denied at large because of people like these. Again, unacceptable Crave, this could have been overlooked if they were seated outside, on the patio.
This was my first time visiting Crave Kitchen & Bar and I solely picked this location because its rated as the #1 breakfast restaurant in El Paso, TX. Mimosas for $1 was a great start. I ordered the haystack and the blueberry pancakes (wheat). The pancakes with the lemon custard were a great pair, I didn't taste any blueberries though so I dont think they were fresh ones and the lemon helped because they weren't moist. Even still I immensely enjoyed them. The haystack came with bacon, sausage, 2 eggs and hashbrowns. Everything was going great until I got to the eggs. I ordered fried over medium but got fried hard instead. No big deal. Our waitress insisted on fixing it and that it would only take a second. I went to take a bite of the eggs she brought back and they were cold. Completely ruined my entire breakfast! Can you imagine eating runny cold eggs? It just sounds wrong and tastes even worse. Our waitress did her best to rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated. Overall the food is good. The service is good. But it's not #1 in my opinion.
Try the harvest salad, it's to die for.
My husband couldn't stop talking about his burger from Crave for a week. Fantastic food!
Well today decided to do brunch at Crave, being my 1st time here I was very dissatisfied with the service and the food. The proportions are way too much for a simple breakfast and the prices are not so great. Also ordered a coffee and it was super strong, was cold and it felt like it had been sitting there all morning. Our server was not very attentive, regardless of being busy during brunch hours, I completely understand but also they have so many people (servers) looking and just standing around instead of doing their job. Customer service was awful, my bacon was black, literally burned and my eggs weren't over medium. I feel like your cook doesn't work well under pressure, since all the food was cold and dry. So I will not be coming back since the food, customer service was overwhelming.
great food not so great service
Best Ceviche!
Small intimate, bistro great brunch
Everything I've tried there has been delicious! But this location is very small and maybe not the best choice during peak hours, unless you're prepared to wait for a while. They have other locations which are larger.
Breakfast was served fresh and hot, eggs over medium just the way I like them. Slices of bacon and sausage patty cooked just right not burnt , very fresh fruit. Robust coffee. What more could I ask for. A great way to start the day.
Turkey and green chile scramble was great for breakfast!
Great breakfast, and if you have a dog the outdoor seating is a good place to sit down with your pet and eat. Food came out great and in a timely manner.
Food was alright but the service was just horrible. Food also took forever and was cold when it came out.
The Chile Bomber Burger was awesome, and my waitress was awesome too
Delicious Nutella hot chocolate and I’m not usually a fan of chorizo but I really liked the chorizo and cheese flautas.
Too small, sat us out in the sun, didnt offer to move us when a table in the shade became available, so we had to keep scooting our table to avoid the sun
It's good once in a while
Cute little restaurant. Food was tasty and healthy. Our waiter was very good. This is one of the places I will visit and bring friends to. You gotta try their lemon thyme dressing!
Parking is the most difficult thing about the place, the experience was highly recommended. The food quality is definitely great, the service was okay. We shall try it again on a different day other than a Saturday at 11 AM. Seems to be a very popular place which is also a great thing.
Service is typically great. Food is excellent! Fried green chile chicken and waffles are tops!
Small place but great service and great food. We held a baby shower reveal and the staff was extra attentive and celebrated with us.
Great place for lunch, try the tuna ceviche appetizer
Not for everyone. Definitely not for me. Service was fine but I left hungry and took a big hit to my wallet. Any time I spend that much and go home to eat more... Well I think that speaks for itself. Tasted fine. Decent ambience, but I will not be going back.
I would give 5 stars, but sometimes the time of wait and service are too long, specially on to-go orders.
Good site for delicious breakfast. Visited about four, it was not full. Definitely worth a return visit.
First time visiting. Small menu but food was delicious and almost too much. Service was awesome! Definitely going back!
Try the churro waffle ots delicious..was afraid the cinnamon taste would be too strong ...but it was perfect...it is super busy..and very small.
Severely lacking in vegetarian options for a 'foodie' type place. Subbing in veggie patties is an okay nod (if ubiquitous in 2018), and those aren't anything special - just some mushy black bean based patty. Some vegan protein options to add to the salads would be nice.
I was visiting El Paso with some friends and we decided to try this place out. we are from Houston, so we know a bit about good brunch. Crave definitely delivers, it's not too big, but it still some how dosent feel cramped at all. The service staff is amazing, and the menu is unique enough with out doing too much. we ordered a pitcher of sangria that they brought out with the ice in the glasses not in the pitcher (something that I thought was nice), and being that i am a Vegetarian I really appreciated that there were not only vegetarian options (and a veggie pattie option that you could substitute on any burger), but it was all just super delicious, I will not lie we ended up going 2 days in a row no shame, and I will definitely be back when I return to ep. I totally understand why they are celebrating 10 years!
Great food always! Not disappointed.
Everything on the menu is good. Very friendly staff. It is a very small restaurant, and we barely got in on a Sunday night.
The food was delicious. The service was atrocious.
Excellent place, delicious food!
Nothing gets 5 stars unless my gal is cooking! But I have to say this is the best food oh had on El Paso so far
The food is great. It's a bit crowded and takes a little bit of time to get seated.
Food was amazing! Nice atmosphere.
The food is Sooo good. Something for everyone. Vegetarians and carnivores can get wonderful food
Had a Saturday breakfast here, wanting to compare it to the westside location. Much larger inside and with better parking compared with other location. Same food, which was very good. Had a veggie scramble and a haystack. Only problem: the eggs on the haystack didn't come as ordered. Tasted fine, though. Pretty good service. Very good value; priced like IHOP with much better food.
Great variety of food and drinks. Portions are filling and taste amazing well worth the money. Service was a bit slow but nothing too major. Great atmosphere for breakfast lunch or dinner.
We tried to go here on Sunday, but the wait was too long and we were short on time. We have heard great things about Crave and were really excited to try it out. By the size of the line waiting, either the service is really slow or the food lives up to all the hype. I will go with the latter. The staff was nice and greeted us and informed us of the wait. Next time we will go when we have more time.
Good food service average
The restaurant is quite small, so only seating available was outside on a very hot day. Food was great though. I had the mahi tacos and kale salad with apple slaw. Very good.
AMAZING service! When you arrive ask for LIZ SANCHEZ! Best service I have ever gotten. She was very sweet and gave great recommendations on food and drinks! I will definitely be back again and will ask for her service!
Tuesday specials are the best. Waiters and waitress are very polite. Excellent service
One of my favorite places for breakfast in El Paso Texas. Highly recommended. I miss going there.
Breakfast, yeah, super delicious. Really nothing but good experiences here. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.
The service was really rude. We felt disrespected.
Wonderful and accessibility thoughtful!
Trendy cafe/restaurant fusion with youthful, funky, artsy styling. Indoor and outdoor seating available; bookings recommended around peak times. Been here several times for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee/snack. The food, drink and service has always been excellent and reasonably priced. I believe they do excellent dinners as well though I've not tried them just yet.
Yummy brunch and great atmosphere! Try the mimosas Very good service!
Could be so much better ... Great location with cute cafe seating outside. Ok if you're going for drinks and snacks but we've begun to be disappointed in the lacklustre food and service. Salads with greens thrown in thoughtlessly topped by three or four hidden pieces of rudely chopped items with dressing so sweet and thick it's like marmalade ... Items that sound great like fried organic chicken and waffles where the chicken is tasteless and the waffles cold and soggy. And fake syrup. Although our family can walk here, we rarely go unless we both agree to go in with basement level expectations. And are willing to put up with loud EDM music that was popular 15 years ago at the lounges of the Fontainebleau.
Really delicious place in El Paso, would definitely go back again
Food & service was very good but the avocado toast was a bit skimpy for price. No brainier sandwich was excellent
Always a great place to eat, no matter what occasion.
Great food and service! Who would say that waffles for dinner were a thing?
Food was pretty good, but really simple. Ends up feeling like a rip off.
Super small location compared to the other Craves, which can be inconvenient.. but the food and service are still excellent!
The most amazing service. The turkey scramble was so so good, I can’t stand it. AMAZING!! The atmosphere has been such a great experience to include outstanding service from Brianda, our server. The food was all on point. Bacon wasn’t over done. Fries were crispy and hot! The Mimosas were good too. Great spot to eat on a Sunday for brunch. Great job. LY
Great food. Needs better shade from the sun. Tables need to be leveled off because the move so much.
Great food, terrible service . . . . CONSISTENTLY! No one is in charge and no one wants to take charge. There is always an unreasonable delay and wait period, and disorganization seems to be their business model.
I went to Crave Kitchen on the 4th of July as most restaurants were closed in Downtown, and I'm glad I did! I had the roasted veggie sandwich, which was flavorful (especially due to the goat cheese). For my side dish I had the macaroni and cheese with hatch chilies, which was a little spicy, but in a good way. The only complaint that I would have is the layout of the inside is a little on the cramped side, but otherwise no complaints.
This place was great. Just walking up to the restaurant I knew this was going to be great. Well designed. This inside is really small but it works. Menu has plenty to choose from but not too many options. I recommend this place for breakfast for sure. Not sure how the night life is but breakfast gets 5 stars.
Great atmosphere, flavorful food, exceptional presentation. My only complaint is the size of the restaurant- it can be a little crowded. Other than the space, everything was amazing. Friendly staff, and a unique setting. I reccomend swinging by Crave if you're in the greater El Paso area.
Awesome, great food and service. Hatch Green Chile, local apples, eggs and pecans. What more can a healthy and happy body ask for!
This location lacks good customer service. Third time eating there and same. Other locations have much better service. For the size of this location it should be easy to check up on customers, apparently it's too much for the amount of staff they had (plenty standing behind bar area) Stars are really for there food, if it wasn't for that, would never recommend this location.
Great chicken and waffles. Had the Mac n cheese too. Girlfiend got a chicken sandwich. Portions are very appropriate, maybe even big! Wish we weren't 1000 miles away because it looks like there's so much to try here!
I just had breakfast at Crave and it was good. I've been there for lunch and wasn't impressed, felt the food wasn't great and it was pricey for what I got.
SO GOOD!! I order something different every time I go and its always amazing. Last time, I had the blackened shrimp cesar and it was delicious. Great service.
Excellent breakfast and great service
This place is terrible. The service sucks the people there are so rude. Not to mention that they don’t answer their phones which is a terrible thing for a restaurant. I called them and no answer. When I got there all the workers were around the little bar talking on their phones. I called again just to see what they would do and they just watched the phone ring and continued to talk! It took a whole hour for my order which was to go and it was an avocado toast sandwich a whole hour for that!! Never again the place is terrible everything sucks do not recommend.
One of the best restaurants in El Paso. Brunch is a must for anyone visiting on weekends and their burgers are out of this world.
Had a really nice relaxing brunch I'd say expect to wait for a bit to get seated it does get a little busy but the food is totally worth the wait!
Good food knowledgeable server. Clean place
Food was good and the staff polite. Definitely going back!
Good Srrvice and food. Ask for Israel
When we ordered are food we waited for a solid 30 to 40 minutes for it to arrive. We asked are waiter when are food was coming, we waited for another 10 minutes and then got our food with no response or apology. We felt that are order was forgotten because two other couples that came in after us got their food before us. When we got our food we could tell it was rushed and our food was missing many key components that were listed on the menu. Over all the ambience was pretty good but the food wasnt the best.
Good food, great waitress.
For a small restaurant this place packs a delicious punch. I had the chicken wings and flautas from the starters and both had great flavor. Excellent service, clean restrooms and next time I'll try the patio.
Cool place! 6 people ordered 5 different things and everyone enjoyed!
Stuffed french toast is good. It only comes with 1 item which I thought was a little pricey for a piece of bread with sugar concoction on top of it. I added eggs and bacon to make it a full meal. I found the bacon to be a tad undercooked for my liking. 2 egg order seemed like 4 egg order it was a lot Still will keep this in my rotation when I pass through El Paso.
OMG, this was my 1st time here and it was amazing. I had the green chili chicken and waffles and it was the best I would definitely go here again and recommend this to a friend
Other places that are this small really should refer to this place when they want to know how to execute. Such focus on the menu and quality of food is paramount and they really do that well here. Not to mention how well the servers were attending to the floor.
Tiny gem in the heart of El Paso. Definitely get the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dipping sauce. You will not be disappointed.
Everything we had was the best of that food we’ve ever had! The waitress did a good job too, and we got an open seat. Cool building too. 10/10
We were there today and had a delicious veggie sandwich and my husband had a wonderful chicken sandwich. All was Wonderful !!
Chicken and waffles was FAB, sides were awesome! Pink lemonade was delightful. Atmosphere was lovely! Bri, our server was fantastic!
I ordered online, they said it was a 15 min wait so I showed up 15 mins. I played and they said itll be a few minutes till its complete. I waited about 20 minutes till my food was actually done. What in the world.
The food is good, portions are pretty huge.
The place was not quiet so if you are looking for a quiet place this is not your place but the food is scrumptious. Great comfort food I would say. I had the fried chicken and waffles. The full order is enough for two but you might not want to share. Unbelievable Breakfast in El Paso, I have eaten every time I visit here. Make sure you try the blueberry pancakes with the lemon butter! Never a bad meal here, wished they had a place in DFW. Short stack will fill you up!
We were looking for a place to eat that wasn't something we always have the choice to eat at and I came across this little gem! This is a must stop! We ate breakfast there today and the buttermilk pancakes were the best pancakes I have had in years! Guaranteed you won't be able to finish a stack! There menu is mouth watering and we will be going back for lunch or dinner on Monday! Wait staff was awesome!
Good food, nice staff, not a lot of space. If you don't mind a potential wait, and want to buy scrambled eggs for 9 dollars, this may be the dining establishment for which you yearn.
First time here...man, was the food amazing! I ordered the fried.chicken sandwich, with the BEST. Mac and cheese I have ever had! Highly recommended!!
The ahi tuna tostada and the grilled mahi mahi tocos were fabulous— great flavors and very fresh ingredients. The four sides we had added some great flavors. We particularly recommend the kale apple salad, the grilled mushrooms and the sweet potato waffle fries. The drink list is very satisfactory and creative. Our server, Susan, was attentive and very helpful . Very enjoyable!
Had the tuna sandwich. Was amazing! The place is cozy with a great modern ambiance. Friendly servers. Prices range around 10 to 20 bucks for anything. Worth every penny though.
Great breakfast. Need to tone down the heat level just a bit. You lose the flavor because of the heat.
A must for breakfast or brunch. The chorizo pancakes blew my mind for the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Also their Mac and Cheese is by far the best in West Texas.
Great food
Food was great and I really liked the atmosphere of the place. Will definitely go back again.
I thought the food was awesome but they have a information problem. I checked the website and other sites, before going there for the first time on Tuesday. The problem is I thought that they had all day breakfast since there was no indication that they did not on any site the only things I could find were reviews and posts about all day breakfast. When we got there they informed us that it was only in Saturday and Sunday. It seemed like this was a normal confusion that people have and we sent a message through their website telling them of the issue. Sadly to say we have not heard back. With that all said though their food is quite excellent. And their service was superb. Just know right away it's only all day breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. I wish I could tell you when breakfast ends during the weekdays but again there's no information out there online and I forgot to ask while we were there.
Fried chicken was a little dry but green chile mac n cheese and sweet potato fries were excellent
Food was alright but the table they gave us was super wobbly
Came to this cute little spot due to a recommendation from a friend. Overall was very satisfied with our experience here at Crave. Restaurant is very small, but absolutely adorable. I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos, which were very well seasoned and tasted delicious.
Took 30 minutes for a simple buger and another 30 for the fries , very expensive. For a bad service, and the burger is not worth but half of it
I loved it! First time going to West Crave! Sweet Potato fries were amazing! Chopped chicken salas with jalapeno Ranch dressing was incredible. Hope the East side Crave is just as good. I
Not sure if it’s because we went when it was busy but service was slow food was okay
The food is WONDERFUL and plentiful!
Awesome place to go when you’re in El Paso. Great food and great service.
Not my cup of tea. Food was pretty good but portions are average for how expensive it is!!! The hamburgers are crazy pricey! Very small restaurant, kinda felt crammed in there. Staff is rushed and inattentive. Drinks are very pricey! Probably my last time going there.
Great food, amazing flavors Not your typical menu.
Definitely suggesting CRAVE to the stoner nation!i cozy little spot!
The breakfast burrito was very good.
Crave is always open, which is cool for when you want to get some food after a long night of drinking or partying. It definitely helps that you can get the breakfast plates whenever, too. Their coffee is actually really good, and so are the sweet breakfast plates, like crepes or French toast. The best thing to come here for is for sure the breakfast, and you can add on a side, or mix and match whatever you want. I definitely like to get a custom savory breakfast PLUS the sweet breakfast with my coffee. It is heaven!
Love Crave. The chicken and waffles is great. Also love the chicken fried steak bowl for breakfast. The portions here are massive, be warned. Come with an appetite. The prices are great considering how much you get there. They have specials as well so make sure to ask. Great place.
I've only ever been here on Sundays while hungover. But it's always great. The mimosas are fantastic. I give it a high number over an equally high number.
Great food and service. Varied menu
Always loud, very slow service, and tight seating. the food is all right, huge portions, not my favorite place.
The staff were friendly , but didn't keep my group informed about our status of food. When something was spilled it took them over 10 minutes to come and clean it up. Also silverware wasn't given until a fee minutes before the food came out. Then when my food arrived I went to eat my fruit and there was a maggot on the fruit. The staff then informed me that it "wasn't a bug" though everyone in my group and myself saw it crawling. The food was okay.
Inside it's a little cramped but on nice days there's a covered outdoor patio to dine in comfort. For breakfast get there early. It fills up fast. Good food and coffee.
Great 808 Burger
Definitely was a little to warm for my Sunday Brunch. Unfortunately we could not stay because of this and a 30 minute wait. We will definitely try next time.
Excellent spot for breakfast. good place to hang and eat some good food. i've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. prices were average for the menu. reminds me of a restaurant in philadelphia that i enjoyed.
I keep trying to like this place. I love the ambiance, it has that "out of town" feel that keeps me trying. My wife is one for 4 on the Chicken and Waffles......1 time out of 4 the chicken was tender and flavorful. The other three times it was dry. The Crave burger was very good, but next time I'll request some lettuce and tomato. Bring an appetite it's pretty thick. For my taste ,the beer could be colder. Little pricy, but a nice place, great if you're in the mood for something a little different.
The 808 Burger was the best burger I've ever had...waitress was so nice
Alittle slow but really good food. Little to no free parking which is a huge turn off for me. I like to order to go. Never had a bad meal.
Great food and service
I was not expecting the food to live up to the hype, but this place was amazing. It was a little pricey, but well worth it.
Absolutely fantastic! Food and service was insanely good. Plus they had live music on a Wednesday night. Our waiter was very attentive and took care of our every need. Must visit place in EP!
Good food but really small place. Waiting times could range from 30-60 minutes. Somehow overpriced for what you get.
Service was friendly but food was coming out of the kitchen slower than I like. This location is also pretty small and cramped.
Crave! What happened? You used to be so much better than what I had for breakfast today. Gone are the unique flavors and careful preparation and in there place are huge proportions and unbalanced flavors. Maybe rethink your menu and try to focus on a few well made items that change often instead of comical proportions and gimmicks.
EXCELLENT PROMPT SERVICE!!
The first time we went there the food was great, the service was a bit slow, but the food was really good. We went back this past week and we order one of the sandwiches and the meat was burnt and very dry. We would not go back based on this last experience, as there are other great choices in the area
It was delicious!!!! Had the green Chile chilaquiles at Crave at Cincinnati st were moist and delicious. Crave's at the Fountains were on the dry side needed more sauce but just as tasty.
We were seated outside and they forgot about us. They kept bringing everything piecemeal: the salt, spoon for coffee, utensils. It wasn't until we kept asking for these items that they only brought them afterward. And the server never came by to refresh my cup of coffee until I waved at other servers inside through the window to catch someone's attention. Once our food was served, it was cold. It wasn't bad, but it was cold. I've been to the other two Craves, and have sat inside and outside at both places, but this is the first time at this place on Cincinnati St. and I get such horrible service.
Slow staff. Not to go friendly
Top of the line service! Ask for Alexis, awesome server and beautiful to boot!
The food was delicious! We waited a longer than expected but it was well worth it. They have a pretty interesting menu. Google it before you arrive. I had Nutella waffles with pecans and real bacon pieces. My husband had chicken (breast) and waffles. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
I eat at Crave (all locations) too much! Haha love the food here it’s so fresh and delicious.
This is a great breakfast place! Pepper bacon and blue berry pancakes with lemon custard are a must!
This place is magic and the service is amazing. If you haven't tried it out yet, you should. Even if just for a drink. Definitely for the chicken and waffles. They are to die for!
Great food and service. Menu was versatile. Bathrooms need to be cleaner.
So disappointed in this location. Came at 11, was seated quickly, restaurant wasn't busy. 45 minutes later our food still wasn't out. 1 hour later we left, having to take our food to go. I love their food but I'll probably never come to this location again.
The sweet potato fries are great, I had the crab omelette (10/10 would recommend) and she had a stuffed French toast that was a little lack luster but the flavors were solid. Great service. Very busy on Sunday but food was good and service was still good even though it was packed.
Pretty bad 90% of food went to waste
