The only reason this place gets 3 is because of the lady taking the order and the girl at the window. I ordered the 4 for 5. 2 of them . 8 asked for ranch on my spicy chickens. Because I on my opinion it just taste better plus my boyfriend wanted his large. Well the last was real nice about what we ask for. When we got the food well the picture says it all thanks Carl's. For the doggie sandwich.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home realized they forgot half my order so I had to go back. When I went in to get the rest, they didn't say sorry or anything. Just handed me the bag. Extremely poor customer service. As far as the food goes, the process took 30 minutes so by then all the food was cold and gross. Waste of time and money.

My go to for breakfast sandwich in the morning. Can’t beat the 2 for 2.50 also love their burger. The all star is awesome so is the western bacon cheeseburger. The best part about the burgers is they will let us wrap any burger you like so if you’re on the keto diet this is the place for you very low carbs in a cheese burger wrapped in lettuce can’t beat it. The prices are really good for the quality of burger you get play in there and sit on the floor try The prices are really good for the quality of burger you get. I've only been here a handful of times throughout the years. I went recently & they messed up my order. They did fix it, but I was there alone with children, so it was super inconvenient, & I was still charged the difference for them to fix their mistake. It was prettt annoying. The girl who initially took my order wasn't very friendly, & seemed impatient & annoyed. The second girl was more friendly, but was the one who decided I should still be charged the difference to fix the mistake they made initially. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Even though the ramp is a bit steep to get up in a wheelchair, it's fairly wheelchair friendly except for the bathroom sinks.. The staff were friendly enough and they assisted me with my food tray. The food was as described which is actually unusual when it comes to other fast food restaurants or in the drive-thru at the exact same Carl's Jr restaurant location. My niece likes the food there and the staff didn't seem bothered. I love that they're able to turn any burger into a lettuce wrap. The bathroom sinks have a problem where children cannot reach the soap or water to wash their hands and any person a the wheelchair may have difficulty using the sink.

Great food, most of our order was wrong. They spoke so fast and when we asked them to repeat they got angry. We pulled up to the window and refused to give them payment until they repeated our order correctly. They refused and said they knew what our order was, we told them we wanted to make sure what we were paying for, they started speaking spanish not knowing we spoke spanish. We asked for a manager and they said no manager was on duty. We will never go back, which is too bad.

On 8/17/18 I ordered 4 double sliders at the drive thru. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they gave me 4 singles. They were cold (my drive home isn't that long). The cheese on them wasn't melted at all and the cheese on all of them were tiny little strips that covered maybe 1/3 of the Patty. They were just gross. I was I'm the drive thru lane for over ten minutes with no more than two cars ahead of me. Bad experience all around.

Needed a burger fix and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Burger was juicy and flavorful. Fries were crispy and hot. Many beverages to choose from. Biggest surprise was the new menu. The choice were less than I remember from a few years ago, but the prices are lower. All in all, worth the stop, just remember that it's a burger joint and not high end.

I'm from Mexico and actually I hope that here the Americans restaurants be better than there. But I don't know thats looks than never happen. In Mexico the service, the facilities, all the restaurant is much better. Here the ceiling is awful. There they have a salad bar, lettuce and tomatoes, pickles, onions, peppers in vinegar and mustard & ketchup on hand so everyone can prepare their burger as the way as they prefer. Wasn't very impressed. One of the men working there was not using gloves like others were and was reaching into bags/boxes and tossing food items into the fryer with his bare hands after he had been working the counters (and presumably handling money). There was lettuce, fries, and other food scraps all over the ground. As far as the food goes, the burger had way too much sauce oozing out of it and much more lettuce than meat. It was almost too messy to eat. While the meat patty tasted great, there just wasn't very much of it to enjoy considering how big the hamburger initially looked when they brought it (they double wrap it). Considering the messiness of the cooking environment (and the burger), I think 3 stars is more than fair.

Nice staff but the food is horrible. They had famous stars for $2 and I thought it was to get more people in. Turns out they needed to get rid of their expired meat because the hamburgers tasted like rubber, the fries were soggy, and the soda flavors were all out of syrup. Nice try guys.

This Carl's Jr location is usually pretty good, but only giving 3 stars because my California Double Cheeseburger looked like a mess and was cold when I received it. I normally take food back when it's unacceptable, but I was in a hurry so I didn't. The mens restroom was clean and stocked with the necessary items. The dining area was pretty clean as well.

Wow this place is actually really good. I had never been here before and when we left my kids had really enjoyed it. They both got kids meals with chicken strips. The dining area is very very clean and tidy. The staff were ready to help with anything. The food selections are similar to Dairy Queen but the quality is so much better. Let's be clear it's still fast food(not health food), but hey, it's still good.

Clean. Great play place if you have kids. The food is hot, and fresh. Even the bathrooms are clean! Only reason for taking off a star is the person at the register today to 12:30 had a heavy accent and had trouble understanding my special request. It would have been nice to actually get what I wanted instead of ordering something else because the woman didn't understand me.

Use to be a good place to eat. Was going here for the a few years at least once a week on our way to work. Have not been for a while because of bad service long waits in drive thru stands behind counter facing away from customers like they don't want to help anyone. And when you do get your food the buns have a weird taste like to much flour or something like that. Tried one last time no more will we go here just going down hill the one thing that started it going down hill was when they removed the chill bar that had vegies in it

Great food, served piping hot. Great appetizers and fries. Fried zucchini is a welcome addition to a usual burger place menu. Really like that there are Mexican food choices on it too. Location is close to other retail in town. Really like how they bring the food to your table, instead of having you clump around a front counter, like most other fast food places. Staying behind a counter, in other chains, seems to breed an attitude of disregard, even contempt for the customer. Carl's workers haven't lost their awareness of the importance of service. I just wish they had the meatless sandwich other Carl's Jr's offer. It's an affordable off menu choice that's not available here. Otherwise our family would go much more often.

This location has great food. They will even make your burger like a lettuce wrap. It has always been clean. I gave them four stars because their people could be much more friendly. They certainly could smile more too. Despite the four star rating we still go back again and again.

Food was good once I worked up enough courage to put it in my mouth (see pic). It certainly did not look anything like what I saw on the menu. Wife ordered a burger also, and hers was colder than room temperature. Play place is great and probably the only thing that might draw me back.

Sometimes they have a great deal, but every time I got I feel dirty. Whether it's the cleanliness of the place, the taste of the food, or even the cleanliness of the food, I don't really like to eat here. The place place is fun though, loved it as a kid Update: lost stars because lots of people got food poisoning from this place. You got to cook the chicken guys! I’m pretty sure this is the restaurant I get food poisoning the most from, which explains why I feel dirty all the time.

The food was mediocre. The service was poor. They brought us too many meals, but didn't include something we ordered. We returned the extra and asked for the missing item. They tried to bring us the wrong thing a second time, insisting it was ours. We told them we had something different. When they brought us the right item the gentleman mumbled under his breath that we didn't order it, but it was clearly on our receipt.

My salad was just the white cores/butt end of the lettuce. The fries were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer for 2 days. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because my kids enjoy the play area.

Found a bug wrapped up with my burger. When I told the kid at the counter, he just laughed and took the sandwich around the corner and then brought it back pretending to have replaced it , but it was the same burger. Just ate my onion rings and left. Not going back.

They have very limited options for people with allergies. I only found one thing on the menu my son could have, aside from fries and a soda. I wanted a salad and they told me they only had one, chicken. Not what I wanted but I ordered it anyway. Fortunately my son was satisfied with his meal but mine was pathetic. They took iceberg lettuce, two tomato slices, one red onion ring and a pinch of finely shredded cheese topped with a cut up chicken patty. I could have had the exact same thing by ordering a lettuce wrap chicken burger. Bottom line, I wasn't impressed by their menu. The staff was friendly and the building was clean, so there's that...

Manager had this place running like a fine tuned engine, even at a busy 10:15 am in the morning. Place was clean, burgers were fresh, hot, and his employees all had a smile on thier face, which as a warehouse supervisor myself, is often hard to do. I asked if the California burger had mustard, mayo, pickles, all that stuff. (I just wanted the grilled onions.) She answered "no" so I ordered it. My bad, I didn't specifically say "or any other sauce?" When I got the freshly made burger and discovered it had some kind of pinkish orange sauce on it, I asked about it. She was so nice, just said, "no problem; next time just say 'no sauce'." and gave me another one (with no sauce!) No rolling her eyes, no complaints. I appreciate that!

My family and I ate there today. The entire play area smells horrible, almost like urine or old, dirty diapers. I was physically ill by the time we finished our food and left. This is disappointing because I usually really enjoy Carl's Jr. I would recommend that someone deep-clean the play area.
