We waited 45 minutes for a birthday party dinner. After our wait was done, and we were ready to order they told us they were out of pizza dough and didn’t have ingredients for our pizza either. What pizza place runs out of pizza ingredients and dough!!!! Wow this was the worst experience! Great way to lose a loyal customer for 10 years that eats here at least once a week. The worst thing is they wasted 1 hour of time when they could have just told us before hand that they couldn’t serve pizza!!!

Places is horrible. The either don't clean their dishes or they serve old food because I ordered Rotini pasta and found spaghetti noodles inside my food. The food was disgusting and asked my waitress to bring the food back, and she rolled her eyes. She brings out a fresh plate 15min later which actually tasted fresh. On top of that waitress was not attentive, didn't bring napkins, utensils, or complimentary breads. I wouldn't go back

Extremely disappointed in today's service. I asked our waiter for some limes, which he brought. However, they were served to me on a drink coaster. Now, I'm not picky, so I brushed it off. Next, I asked for a straw for my drink. The straw never made its way to me. Again, no big deal. I ordered a Caesar salad with the dressing on the side. The salad was brought to me with the dressing on the salad, but the cheese and the croutons were missing. Had to ask a manager for cheese, because the waiter not once came to check up on our meal or even, us. The manager wasn't friendly either. Finished our food with no drink refills and none of the plates were cleared when we paid. While we were eating, two managers were clearly doing interviews. Hopefully they staff the restaurant with better service staff.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place was awful. To sum it up for you, me and my fiancé went to McDonalds after we left and was more satisfied with the service and food. We came in for the first time and it took a while to get greeted. This was at 4pm, most restaurants down hour. After we were seated, we ordered two different sodas, when we got them, they were switched. Which is fine, we just traded. Then we ordered our food... I got the Shrimp Scampi Zucchini, and she got the Garlic Cream Fettuccine. By time we got our food, our drinks empty so we asked for a refill. When our waitress came back, she still got the drinks switched. But we both tasted the Dr Pepper and Coke in each.. So not only did she get them wrong, she recycled the old sodas into the new. Upon realizing the drink mixups, i decided to just get a Platinum Margarita (has Patrón). I asked for Don Julio instead and she had no idea what that was. She came back 20 minutes later and told me she looked through all of the vodka, rum, and whiskey and "couldn't find it". Just google it? Its the most popular choice of Tequila. To wrap this up, the food sucked. And my bill was $62. I will not be returning. I know it sounds like nitpicking, but when it happens in total, just an awful experience.

Go to CPK all the time, but tonight they really outdid themselves, didn’t have 11 inch cauliflower crusts this evening, but replaced it with 2 7inch, and they were all done to perfection! Our server Brandon was super amazing, really took care of us and was really friendly. The manager came over too to check on us, and made sure everything was great! We even tried a new dish, not super big fans, so they swapped it out for one of our usual favorites. Amazing service, amazing food!

After battling rush hour traffic we arrived only to find it difficult locating a parking space. We were seated right away ( they were not busy ), placed our order and twice they came back to our table to advise us they were out of some ingredient for something we ordered. First the sauce for the Margherita pizza and second, cauliflower for a chicken dish. The place is empty at 6:40 pm - I know why! Bad management. The cool thing is our money will spent nicely at other restaurants. Bye Bye California Kitchen.

Amazing place for Pizzas pastas and varieties of other food. Staff ia friendly. Clean establishment. Open till 11 on weekends. Try their Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower. Best appetizer. Bbq chicken pizza, cant go wrong with that. Overall amazing place for Dates, couples and anyone who likes great food.

I have been to multiple locations of CPK and this one is no different. The advantage of it being in Domain is that there is plenty of parking. There could be a wait based on what time you get there, but the wait was not long. We get in and the service is good, quick.

Spacious restaurant with a good design. The menu has a lot of yummy selections. We ordered a pizza. It was piping hot. It had the right amount of cheese. The crust was crispy and slightly burnt on the crust. Yum! We also had the loaded potatoe soup and the chicken tortilla soup. Both were very tasty and the perfect temperature. Service was attentive!

This was the first time I've eaten there. My roommate and I went with my infant daughter. There was a 25 minute wait so if you're on a schedule, make reservations. We got the Valentine special. That consisted of an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert for $35. Considering the entrees are normally about $15 it was a great deal. I had the Tequila Chicken Fettucini. It was very tasty and substantial and I had to take about 2/3 of it home. We had the artichoke dip with chips as an appetizer and my roommate liked it but it seemed a touch bland, to me, as if it could've used a touch more salt. Of course, you can be add it to your preferences. The waiter mistook the dessert and brought Butter Cake instead of the Red Velvet we ordered. He offered to correct it but we decided to just roll with it. It was pretty good. It reminded me a bit of Tres Leches cake. The patrons were very diverse and there were a lot of other kids and infants. So, while it's primarily geared towards adults, it's also family friendly. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd go again.

I'm on a Keto diet and California Pizza Kitchen has some amazing options for someone looking to eat out. Their Cauliflower crust tastes just like the real thing and overall I had a fantastic experience there. Our server Brandon helped us and made sure our time was a phenomenal one too so we will definitely be going back.

Most of the staff was on their phone. I was able to take pics showing the hostess, two of them just standing there on their phones as people came in and out. As well as our personal waitress constantly on her phone as well. We waited a long time to be attended to and finally walked out when we watched her taking her time on her phone instead of actually closing out the bill and serving us bread. Horrible service.

Extremely disappointed in today's service CPK truly deserve 1 star... 1- No dedicated server, she keeps forgetting everything ..... 2-She took our order never greeted us or introduced herself. 3-She didn't bring silverware.... 4-She forgot to give us bread... 3-We ordered SPICY BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER Cauliflower was like frozen or something ...the sauce was not even the same color as previous orders from different locations...It was so bad that we returned it and asked for a refund. 4- She didn’t even bring our one Dish 5- Overpriced Pizza... Only good is Host staff she's really Helpful. Overall Horrible service This place has really gone downhill. They really need to work on their serving Staff.

There is usually a wait during the weekends. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a spot. Looked like the place is over hyped. The kids pizza was better than the regular one. Their buffalo cauliflower is a must try. Cocktails are not that great but I would urge you pick beer over cocktails. Service just prompt and quick. Ambiance is great and the place itself is noisy due to the crowd.

California Pizza Kitchen is a shopper's delight! Meals are not too pricey and diners can opt for half a sandwich and a soup or salad for less than ten bucks. I always ask for their unsweetened hibiscus tea too! Pizzas are delicious as are the breads and oils delivered to each table! Great pit stop for Domain shoppers.

Horrible service on New Years Day. We had 5 different servers serving us. No dedicated server. Server that took our order never greeted us or introduce herself. It seemed understaffed on New Years Day. 1 server dropped off appetizer without serving plates, 2nd server dropped off food, 3rd server gave us serving plates, 4th server picked up our check helping the original server. 0 server is for the server that gave us 0 service. Just took order, gave us our check and said how the food was maybe 0.5 time. Only reason my wife and I went was because I got a gift card from a coworker. As a former server in the restaurant industry this is by far the worst dine in experience at CPK. I dont know if its because of CPK corporate structure changed or some other changes but I only tipped $1 for basic effort. Tips are suppose to be a sum of money "earned". I truly believe that if servers work in the restaurant industry should not be entitled to recieve an automatic 20% tip. If your a server you are a performer, a rockstar, or a leader and should perform at your best because your on the spot light.

It was garlicky and delish!!! Lol. Because it was a tjursday6 im guessing it was as busy as a fri/Sat night. But great! I'm definitely going again!

The reason I give this a two stars because the food is alright but the waitress I had the other day was the worst experience ever! She didn't really greet me and my friend properly and she made us wait for almost two hours for our food and drinks even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Also, I was hoping she would offer us something for free after she treated my friend and I but nope she didn't. Guess she doesn't give a darn. Therefore, in conclusion.. My friend and I won't be going back there again. Thus, she made me waste alot of my money.

Disappointed. They asked me to shift from my preferred table to other table when they were so many empty one, there were hardly anyone. The pizza was kind of burnt on the external peripheral (see pics attached) Finally its costlier than similar restaurants in the vicinity.

My husband and I had a great time eating at this place! Compliments to the host and waiter, that were extremely friendly and polite! Food was delicious, specially the Caesar salad! We had our drinks refilled without even having to ask for. Waiter came and checked if everything was good every once in a while. I don't know his name, but he's just a wonderful waiter!

Great service. Love the new cauliflower crust. Toppings were very light on my first pizza so on my second visit, I paid $1 for extra toppings and got a fabulous pizza. I think for these prices, the pizzas should come with a decent amount of toppings by default.

My friend had a snail on her pizza, then after another pizza, it was as hard as a rock. I got a ceasar salad which had hair in it. Not a clean restaurant. Don't know how they pass any health inspections

The service was great and it was a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Food came out promptly, our waitress forgot a few things but she was amazing and even recommended a great dessert location for after dinner. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price range, so I'm going with a 4, but it was very good.
