Should your employees be be shutting things down before they close at 10 during the week ? It has been several time where I have stopped to get a sweet tea around 8:45-9:30 and everytime they say they don’t have any . I would get if it was one time thing but 5 out of the 6 times I have came they have already emptied it . If you close at 10 you should not be getting ready to shut down before then period .

Even though the restaurant is pretty much drive-thru only, they always seem to get your order right! The burgers are tasty and moist the ingredients are fresh and you can never go wrong getting a burger from Burger Street!

Couldn't understand lady taking order. I use to loved their grilled chicken sandwich combo. But now what their serving isn't real chicken. It's that nasty fake chicken. The soda was flat. Fries was cold. Oh, prices has been raised. I won't be going back.

Like most Texans I used to consider Whataburger the best fast food burger drive thru. Not anymore. For a drive thru burger you cant beat this joint... flavorful, hot, fresh veggies and filling.

I mean the fries were fresh but the burger was like not very good at all the bun was all squished you could tell it wasn't like you know it look like something had someone had laid something on it it took a while at the drive-thru I really like the fries and that's about it though.. but I remember one Burger Street was first launched it was amazing I think they were the first ones to large curly fries

I don't eat out much, but when I do and I want a great hamburger, I go to Burger Street in Garland, TX. They have excellent food even at almost closing time. Very good customer service too. Never had a bad experience at this place.

Have lived near this location for 8 years and we stopped eating here after multiple bad experiences a couple of years ago. The staff is extremely rude. If you ask a question, they snap at you for asking them something. They do not repeat the order or even acknowledge that they are listening to your order. After you ask multiple times they will finally speak back rudely on the speaker and ask if that's all you want. You will have no idea what they have heard. Then they will give you a total. When you pay, you will get a receipt and see that everything is on there, but you will not receive all your food. When you ask for your food they will get an attitude like it's your fault. Tonight, I went back for the first time in two years and wondered what they could have done to make me not come back for so long. When I started ordering it all came back to me. These are the rudest people I have encountered. My goodness....they dont even greet you...outs basically, 'you ready to order?' The employees do not have a manager, owner or anyone to oversee them and make sure they simply act right as people, much less provide quality customer service. Pathetic, rude, unintelligent, bad presentation with food, poor verbal skills, horrible customer service skills... Everyone should be trained like Chik-fil-a and In-and-Out Burger employees. Well, I guess these poor excuse of service industry individuals did save me from a cheat meal! So thanks, I guess?

It's a once in a while kind of thing here... here lately we can't understand the lady who takes orders because she doesn't speak very good English. Not trying to be rude, but don't get upset at customers because we can't understand you. Went through the drive-thru and she was mad at me because I didn't understand what she was saying. Waited over 15 min to get my food, one order.. Not sure why I waited that long because the hamburger was thrown together sloppy and soggy. I'm so disappointed because I've never had such crappy service here. The way the lady was acting towards me made me not want to come back.

Went there for lunch. The lady taking orders rude. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was not frozen at all when i went back in for my money back they told me yhey coildnt refund it. After arguing with them they gave me the money back in cash ans short changed and refused to give me the rest of the money after showing them on my bank account what i paid and counted infront of them what they gave me. Ive been going to this location for years and with the new people working there it has gone downhill fast and lost another customer. I hope it closes down and we get a better establishment there to eat at

One of my favorite burger joints. It's small, but the burgers aren't. The meat tastes like high quality lean chuck type. I always get the bacon double cheeseburger all the way and it never disappoints.
