Have lived near this location for 8 years and we stopped eating here after multiple bad experiences a couple of years ago.
The staff is extremely rude. If you ask a question, they snap at you for asking them something. They do not repeat the order or even acknowledge that they are listening to your order. After you ask multiple times they will finally speak back rudely on the speaker and ask if that's all you want. You will have no idea what they have heard. Then they will give you a total. When you pay, you will get a receipt and see that everything is on there, but you will not receive all your food. When you ask for your food they will get an attitude like it's your fault.
Tonight, I went back for the first time in two years and wondered what they could have done to make me not come back for so long. When I started ordering it all came back to me. These are the rudest people I have encountered. My goodness....they dont even greet you...outs basically, 'you ready to order?' The employees do not have a manager, owner or anyone to oversee them and make sure they simply act right as people, much less provide quality customer service.
Pathetic, rude, unintelligent, bad presentation with food, poor verbal skills, horrible customer service skills...
Everyone should be trained like Chik-fil-a and In-and-Out Burger employees.
Well, I guess these poor excuse of service industry individuals did save me from a cheat meal! So thanks, I guess?
