This Restaurant is included in the category of Pizza restaurant.
Good food but, alittle cold
Food is good. I understand it's downtown but it's not ideal to be seated inside and have view of the homeless folks that sit on their outside patio area.
Long wait for so-so Indian veggie pizza. I hope their curries are better.
Pizza oven was broken so we didn't get to try the pizza but will be back to try it. They were very nice even though we didn't get to try the food.
Tried chicken kathi roll, it's of good quality and very tasty
Chicken tandoori Kati roll is delicious! Pretty good size too. One roll with side of sweet potato fries was a good, inexpensive meal. Would return next trip to downtown Houston!
Do not give your business to this place. The staff came off very rude because of the way I look.. total discrimination
We are infrequent regulars at this restaurant. We have always loved this place and I recommend this place to several people over the years. And will continue to do so. The Sergio is our personal favorites. Recommend the 7 layer brownie for your sweet tooth and the mango ice tea or a Heineken to complete the experience.
I normally like this place but ordered with DoorDash today and after 40 minutes the driver called to say they wouldn’t fulfill our order. When we called Bombay pizza to ask why we were told that they “turned off” the “machine” that receives orders from third party ordering systems 5 hours previous because they received a large order. The manager wanted to make it seem like it was all dooradeshes fault but I don’t understand how Bombay can expect to operate in this day and age with practices like that. How would any service with them know that they turned off whatever computer or ticket printing system and weren’t receiving the orders? In that instance you can’t blame DoorDash for turning the power off “a machine”. She then put all the effort on us to cancel and act like we’re inconveniencing them by wanting to buy food is absolutely ridiculous. You would think the manager would want to call DoorDash to have them stop this from happening and cancel our order or try to get it so they can fulfill. Sitting here hungry with my family because Bombay Pizza is sitting in 2008 with their ordering methods. Would give -5 stars if it were possible. I wish people could see this review but Bombay Pizza shut off their computer so no one can see this, because that’s how they think the internet works apparently.
Monday special for $10 is always a nice choice on Mondays. I also like the chicken curry a lot.
Not sure how to start. Seems like a nice place. I ordered to go and was charged $0.50 for my to go order. Got my food and realized when I got to work it was the wrong order. Had to walk back because the guy said they cannot deliver the right order. There was no sympathy or apology for the error but he also did not give me any problem to refund my money. I believe they could have done a little better on the customer service side to fix what they got wrong. While waiting for my food I saw them getting a dinning in customer order wrong two times.
Nice mix of Indian flavors in pizza and wrap presentations.
Deep, diverse menu with many international choices. We had the Meat Lovers version of their thin and crispy crust pizza and loved every bite! The tomato basil soup was a bit spicy for my wife but just fine for me. I like jalapeño level heat. The food was delivered piping hot and the service was very friendly, quick and right the first time. We asked for an extra serving of salad dressing and it was delivered with a smile in under 1 minute. I would definitely recommend Bombay Pizza to anyone downtown looking for a tasty, quick lunch!
No sense of customer service and experience for nothing.
Pizza is very thin if ordering a regular size. Delicious no matter.
This place has interesting and original pizzas. Great service and decent food. If you feel adventurous try one of their unique creations.
Unique delicious Indian pizza.
Great and tasty food, arrive before lunch like we did and you will have no lines to wait. During lunch the place is packed but the line moves rather quickly.
I love this place so much, specially if I'm craving for pizza this is just a perfect place to be with, I have been here for a couple of time and really enjoy the service and food..
Always tasty and a friendly, cool place.
I absolutely love this place. I pretty much go there every Friday, it is my treat to myself. I have not tried one thing on the menu that I do not like. They make fresh sauces that will have you in tears the spice is intense. But it is oh so good!! The service is always really great and I can't state enough the food is amazing. It is adequately priced. The amount of food that you get is worth the price you pay. I can't say enough good things about this place. You should definitely try it!!
The food was good and the service was amazing. I had the Bombay Ranch. The pizza was spicy and full of flavor. The restauraunt is pretty chill. Would def recommend for lunch.
The food is Indian cuisine with intriguing combinations. I had a pizza with crab, strawberries, cilantro, chicken, cheese and a few other ingredients and seasonings. Not bad. It took a while to get the food though.
My top site for quality Pizza. Entered near ten, it was not crowded. I look forward to going back again.
My favorite pizza place. In over 5 years I can?t say I got one bad pie. The dough cheese and sauce are always fresh. I absolutely love this place for pizza.
I had the fettuccine with grilled chicken and my husband had the primera pasta. They were both very satisfying . A little pricey but was well worth trying
Good food. My personal favorite, was the chorizo and Chicken Tikka pizza
Sean (Shawn?) Is the man. When our Uber driver forgot our food, he fixed it. Great food and excellent service. Love the roti and the saag paneer pizza.
Innovative pizza-making happens at this spot. Creative menu items that will make you beyond happy to dine here.
Yummm . Great food , wish they had more locations.
We enjoyed great slices of thin crusted pizza. Slices were big so the money paid was absolutely acceptable.
I loved the sweet potatoes fries. The pizza and mozzarella sticks where great The guys where friendly and had fast service. I will go again.
The flavors are so good. The crust is super thin and just melts in your mouth. Awesome place with a wide selection of pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Desserts are really good too.
Tasty food at a reasonable price (especially for Downtown). We usually eat there when they first open at 11, and it isn't busy. It looks like the lunch crowd starts around noon, so you'd probably save some time on your lunch break getting there before then. Only short of 5 stars because the table wasn't clean when we arrived, for which there really isn't an excuse-- especially as we were the first customers to sit at that booth that day. Not a big enough deal for us to not eat there again, though.
"Shut up and take my money." Everything we ordered was good (Slumdog, Gateway to India, Paneer). A lot of spicy and flavorful stuff went on there. I'm not sure why there aren't more of the Indian / pizza fusion floating around but it's a grand idea. I should have came here earlier rather than slogging through rest of the not so great establishments in the area. Definitely reset my expectations of the downtown dining experience bar.
Unique India inspired pizza options. And the standard American pizza for the less adventurous. Service was a little slow. Worth a visit though.
Pizza tasted okay, we ordered the one with egg plants, seemed too much of it with no other veggies.could have had an even proportion of all the veggies. pasta was just boiled tossed with vegetables, with no sause, no seasoning and absolutely zero taste. we had to resort to chilli flakes, and other seasoning available on the table to make it eatable.
Very good thin crust pizza that's unlike like any pizza place out there. I went with coworkers and got the naan paneer spinach dip along with a chicken ranch pizza.
Decent pizza with an Indian twist
It's a neat little fusion. The crust on the pizza is very thin and crispy, which I'm a big fan of.
Food is great and inexpensive
This place is nice and cozy with great food and drinks. Service is nice, high and low tables and the restaurant is clean.

Amazing Indian fusion dishes at affordable prices.
Delicious and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Best fusion pizza restaurant in Houston!
A great variety of food
Love the kathi rolls (chicken and paneer) As an Indian I am not too fond of the pizzas but I see others ordering and enjoying it a lot! Go to place for lunch in downtown + late night in office + parties at home. For home parties we have warmed the rolls in the oven and they become good appetizers and also go well with drinks!
It was my first time there. I enjoyed their tikka masala macaroni and cheese. I would visit again.
Love this place... this Pizza is so different and unique in it way. ultra thin base and light on cheese... it's tasty and low on calories. I would definitely recommend at-least trying once you will fall in love :) besides Pizza i personally like there rolls too..
My Indian friend suggested me try out this place and is actually good. Love the Vibe here. Pizzas are great and the staff is very polite to costumers.
Fantastic, delicious, great food and service. Absolutely love the food from here. The pizza is as good as it is unique. Each pizza brings fresh flavors to the table. I personally recommend the Bombay Ranch and the Gateway to India. Mmm. The paneer is also really good here. They serve it more like a spinach dip, it's soo creamy yet packed with flavor. Their spicy tomato soup is great on a cold day, and their sides of pasta are good for a quick bite.
Nice downtown corner pizza shop. Reasonable prices, quick service, and friendly staff. They also have ice cream!
Excellent food and good value for money. Great staff. Only problem is their interior. They can get their interior fix by just an ikea trip or ask Ikea staff to come over and suggest them some cheap makeover. Some good lights and furniture. It can help them to creat a perfect restaurant ambience with great food. They can make outside all that written things removed and just one clean logo and restaurant name. Remove all the clutter from outside glass and write it better sleek fonts clean at one or two places only just like a modern restaurants rather these cluttered fonts written everywhere. Their bar looks like a chai ki thadi. They just need to redesign so people can really feel the place as a bar. Get a nice restaurant board designed clean sleek. Food is great certainly.
Curry Bowl was very good you must try it. Regarding the pizza - personally I don't like much.
"Shut up and take my money." Everything we ordered was good (Slumdog, Gateway to India, Paneer). A lot of spicy and flavorful stuff went on there. Delicious fusion food !
Great pizza with unique toppings! First off, the pizza itself is so thin and crispy, it's really good. The toppings have an Indian flavor twist to it. I tried the Bombay Ranch pizza and I loved it. It had some spiced chicken, cilantro, tomatoes, and this incredible spicy ranch sauce. In fact, I got an extra side of that ranch to dip my pizza into. Service was great and very friendly. Definitely recommend
Absolutely the best pizza I've tasted in Houston so far! You will never look a other pizza chains the same. The crust was the best part of the pizza! It was so light but packed with flavor. The oven fried wings where also great too. The wings had crunch to them, but where greasy. Some of the best customer service I've had in awhile at a restaurant. As soon as you walk in you're greeted and told to grab a menu and sit where ever you please. They staff comes and check on you about every 5 minutes or so which I definitely appreciated. Prices are decent, but it's definitely worth it! Bombay also have a lot of choices for those who are vegetarians. They have ice cream as well for those who still have room for desert. I can't wait to go back and try more pizza!
Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! No joke! Their crust is like a delicious cracker! The crunch is intoxicating, and the topping are unique and super yummy!
Good food, if you would like a touch of Indian food with your pizza. Definitely different.
Place was pretty crowded but good service and good food.
Amazing fresh delicious food here! Service was great. Highly recommend pepperoni pizza, cooked well done.
Great place to enjoy some delicious Pizza and observe downtown scenery
Really really good pizza, I'm a big fan of the crust which is totally unique. Sitting outside is not the greatest (unless you like to people watch and have interaction with the people) but Bombay Pizza doesn't have any control over that.
Pathetic business. Very dangerous with scsffling and construction right in front door at night. No parking Posted closing time 11pm. Got ther 10:30 went to back on side by kitchen guy rudley said "yall eating"!? Its Pizza place yes we are. Told us they close kitchen 10;30 close restaurant 11.
Was okay chicken had same flavour in everything pizza sandwiches wings looks like same marination for everything they use.. fountain drinks tasted old.. two stars just for the service.
Tried the mini burgers (beef) today. Great flavor, but could use some sort of sauce - maybe I should have added some of the spicy ketchup. The sweet potato fries were a delicious accompaniment.
Bombay Pizza Co. is very good. The pizza is hand tossed, has thin crust and very good taste. They have veggie burgers which are very nice as well. They have great variety and great taste. I will go back hungry for more. I am sure you will too, if you try it.
Nice attentive staff, friendly and approachable , Food is nice, good fusuion of indian style pizzas and others like fries and stuff ..
I was not sure if 9" was the diameter or the radius of this interesting cheese pizza.
One of my favorite restaurant in Houston. The Taste of India pizza is one of a kind and they have an excellent chicken curry.
Blend of Indian and American, great food. Little expensive but worth it
Food was good. The pizza's were delicious.
The Huy Pham pizza was awesome, so were the swet potato fries and hummus. My wonderful amazing hubby even treated the street people!
Unique India inspired pizza options. And the standard American pizza for the less adventurous. Service was a little slow. Worth a visit though.
Such a fantastic restaurant. We have been here a couple of times and the meals are full of flavor. The husband had sliders and I had a veggie wrap with mashed potato. The only thing that could of made it a 5 star was if the menu would have told about the level of spiciness. I will take out of town family here when they show up for a great meal.
Get a chicken Kati roll. Just do it.
Really good pizza for a good price. Love the arugula pizza and the garlic bread. Great interior design with lots of seating. Beer selection and availability is the only improvement needed.
Really good pizza, different style.
Great unique menu and fantastic service The pizza is fabulous....really good taste and filling. Also very affordable. Thanks
Kati rolls a must have and the pizza looks delicious with thin crusts
It was good, we only tried the paneer pizza
Delicious. Always enjoy finding unique flavors and this place delivers. Efficient service, reasonable pricing, and excellent downtown lunch atmosphere.
Love their pizza! Great indian curry for lunch too.. until they run out!
Loved the food, finding a restaurant that has Indian and American fusion is always a delight for me. In addition, their sliders were well constructed with right amount of spices. Pizza was good not great. The place could be easily be upgraded with better lighting and I noticed tables were cleaned quickly. They have their own labeled Root Beer, which was not bad.
Amazing food and staff. We recently hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Brennan's. We we're a large group and our food was flawless! We planned it from out of state and the catering staff were fabulous! The staff that day made the event so easy for us! Everything was perfect!
Hidden gem in downtown area. A spin on Indian food. Not really a fusion I would call it, but perhaps more like adapting it for younger generation. Making it more hip. I liked it and I am not going, but still had fun with their food. I will go there again if opportunity permits. I am just visiting.
Really interesting take on pizza. They're very thin crust, which I like. There are several options for vegetarians that are full of flavor. The service is also very good.
I really like the food. I don't think I've ever had anything I don't like here. The reason I give it 4 stars is because twice they have messed up my to-go order. They put in shrimp instead of chicken. It wouldn't be a huge deal but I can't eat seafood. Otherwise, I really like this place and it's environment!
Very cool place! Nice fusion.
I love
Holy cannoli, what is that crust?! Crack crust. Delicious, not greasy, fun toppings. I got the eggplant something vegetarian one....it was great!
It is an ok place for a different kind of pizza. I had a pizza that was similar to spinach paneer on flat bread.
Awesome spin on pizza with authentic Indian tastes!
Hidden gem in downtown area. A spin on Indian food. Not really a fusion I would call it, but perhaps more like adapting it for younger generation. Making it more hip. I liked it and I am not going, but still had fun with their food. I will go there again if opportunity permits. I am just visiting.
Possibly the best chicken salad in the area. Homemade. very fresh since it’s made to order, seasoned to taste and staff is willing to personalize to the customer’s preferences. pizzas were also Good as my Friend Tried them and we had a Great time eating here!!!
Nice Eatry and good food. I liked their Chicken Kati Roll and Chicken Tikka Wings. Would recommend this place.
The location is kind of inconvenient with construction going on at the moment, and I do not recommend sitting outside at all for various reasons (hecklers, loud construction, etc). The food was great, however, so just make sure to sit inside if you don't want to be bothered.
Ordered pizza and pasta and wanted it to be a bit spicy. but they just sprinkled loads of chilly powder. Pasta had too much of mint chutney. Average food!!
We were very impressed. We are not usually go of thin crust pizza, but this was fabulous. Topping were fresh! It made our Top 3 Pizza Places. We will be back.
Got half gateway and half saag. Amazingly delicious. Would come regularly. Convenient online order. Super friendly staff.
Pizza was very tasty. Hand crafted with fresh ingredients. Also a good space to sit and people watch the downtown crowd of passer bus.
Great combination of two favs, pizza and Indian ... spicy, flavorful and friendly!
Interesting selection of toppings. I typically prefer thick crust. However, they only serve thin crust, and it was good.
Most amazing. The only place I've ever had Byriani flavored wings... can't imagine how awesome their pizza is!!!
Great food, excellent service and clean. The cracker crust on their Bombay pizza is amazing. It's thin, crunchy and good on its own. The ambient is very relaxed. The food was served pretty quickly. I definitely recommend this pizza place.
Good food and service
Their Paneer Pizza Mr. Nehal is really good.
The wraps and the pizzas r tasty ...
Pizza was pretty good but man it is thinner than paper
The best service and their chicken curry is amazing.
Interesting twist on pizza. Far from traditional but a pleasant mixture of pizza and Indian cuisine.
We had a 50/50 Hawaiian kuntal and Mr. Nehal pizza and tried the Yogi Burger with yam fries. It tasted awesome and I would definitely go back for more. If you enjoy pizza with a twist, this is your place to go in Houston.
Excellent as always. Naan rolls are to die for.
This is by far one of the best Pizzerias I have ever been to. The Pies are delicious. Definitely worth the price.
This place is called a pizza place which it is but they also have some amazing American Indian fusion food. So good it’s shocking. I couldn’t give the place a 5 because my soda was flat.
Paneer Rolls are the best from this place. Though they have a variety of other types of food available.
Great food and service.
Lunch on a Thursday with a group of about 20 to 25 people, It was quite busy but they took care of us. Took a while for all to get their food. I had the Slumdog. It has Grilled Chicken, Pepperoni, Beef, Spanish Chorizo, Canadian Bacon, Jalapenos, Red Onions and Mozzarella on Bombay Pizza Sauce. Pizza was great. The crust was super thin. I really enjoyed. So we enjoyed our meal that returned 2 days later (group of 20). They again were very accommodating. This time I had 1/2 Bombay Ranch and 1/2 Bombay BBQ. Again the pizza was great.
So delicious. Try the Saag Paneer!
Really interesting take on pizza. They're very thin crust, which I like. There are several options for vegetarians that are full of flavor. The service is also very good.
Crust is so good. The tandoori chicken roll is great too. Usually order from Uber eats with no problem
Great food! Good value!
Absolutely loved the thin crust on this pizza. Toppings are of high quality and plentiful. Standard rush hour wait but it goes pretty quickly. Staff is friendly making for an amazing food experience. I got the standard pepperoni and was not disappointed. Be prepared to wait a little for your food as it is prepared to order. Wish I had time to try more of the menu. Absolutely perfect for lunch as thin crust doesn't fill you up. Give it a go.
Came to Bombay after researching a lot of pizza places - as a food blogger, looking for thin crust and a menu of some stand out creations over run of the mill. Well Bombay checks both boxes and Then Some! OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD PIZZA CREATIONS on incredibly light, crisp crust with Indian fusion in the sauces, meats, vegetables. It's a fantastic way to try new and delectable pizza with either an upgrade on transitional favorites or a whole list if really unique combos! Even the table sauces are great - much like a poblano cream sauce, they offer a cilantro chutney cream type sauce great for on top drizzle or dipping! I highly recommend ordering from the fusion list with Crab meat or tandoori chicken. You end up enjoying flavor, toppings, seasoning and sauce rather than a lot of dough. Order half one or the other on each side of your pizza to try multiple kinds! They have fantastic sides too, reminiscent of desi food inspiration and good old American flare. Great for date night or group parties and kid friendly. Featured on food network. One of my Houston Favorite Spots!
I've only tried pasta, pizza, and fries from this place. The alfredo pasta is decent. You have the option to add chicken or shrimp for an additional cost, but the pasta is still good without meat because it still has flavor! Also they give you a big plate so it's worth it. Anyways, if you're a fan of thin crust pizza, you'll love this place. It's so crispy! I've only tasted the pepperoni pizza, and it has a unique flavor for such a common topping. The fries look like ordinary simple fries. Yet they're not ordinary because they have a hint of flavor, but I can't recall what it could be. I expected them to be flavorless but I was wrong. I have not had a bad experience here.
Bombay is great. They're unique, tasty, and consistent. My favorite pizza is the Huy Pham. The crust is cracker thin, but crunchy on the edge and softer in the middle. Unlike a traditional crust on a pizza Bombay's isn't greasy, so you don't feel gross after eating it. Given it's location this is good because it is a popular lunch spot for downtown workers - meaning no greasy pizza sleep coma when you're headed back to the office. Tip - head over at around 1pm on a weekday to miss most of the lunch rush. Oh, and by the way, the staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of craft beers in cans and bottles (and a few on tap if I'm not mistaken). Check them out, you'll be happy you did.
Pizza was good, love the thin crust. Tried the Saag Paneer dip for the first time. Great flavor. Honestly it was the service that rated the 5 star. Visiting Houston for a conference and waiting alone for my order to go. The cashier was great, big shout out and a heartfelt thank you.
Great place for a quick bite - especially when travelling from out of town and staying near main st. Great meal when you want to eat a whole pizza but don't want to be stuffed.
Authentic Indian-French fusion cuisine around here. Love the choices and variety available for lunch. Usually gets crowded between 11:30 and 13:00 PM on weekdays. The line moves fast... however, getting a table to sit if you are dining in, will be a challenge. The prices are nominal for the location. If you haven't tried this place, I strongly recommend that you give it a try... you might end up a regular. I did!
LOVE their food. However - giving 4 stars bc the to-go woman gets my order wrong every time. I’ve had to have a delivery guy come twice bc they kept forgetting my sides. I order to go like 2x per week, and they always seem to get my order right when the guy answers the phone!
The food and service here are great.
Great pizza, great staff... would go back too.
Actually pretty good. The pizza's are on this SUPER thin crust. It's almost a cracker. I'd be surprised if it wasn't. The ingredients are pretty good. They've got beers as an option. There's outdoor seating, which is good for people watching but it's pretty narrow. A single row of table with one entrance and exit. The local homeless and local drunks tend to walk by asking for hands outs. Not much you can do about that. But the management does their best to keep on top of it. I'd just recommend you sit inside and avoid any headaches.
My favorite pizza in Houston! Thin crust with interesting toppings like goat cheese, etc. If you're downtown check them out!
Great pizza, the crust is so thin and crispy on the ends. Love the different selections for the pizza thank y'all

Pizza is fantastic, and great specialty menu options for all diets.

Food was alright the staff was nice b but the ac was dripping on us for our entire meal
Typical veggie burgers were tasty perhaps much improvement could be there in Indian deserts served here.
Really good place and the food is awesome!
Bombay Pizza is consistent, delicious and impeccable. A personal favorite.
Love the fact that they have merged Indian and Italian cuisine
The best food and reasonable prices!
Superb food and service.
Nice place and great atmosphere..
Typical Indian fusion restaurant. Food was tasty and well seasoned. I'd eat here again.
Shahrukh was awesome. Great service, great food.
I dont know how they get their crust as crispy as they do, but its perfection if ya like thin and crispy.
The food was great and they catered to my needs!!
Great place to eat. Chill atmosphere and the service was good. Recommend trying the deserts as well.
Great food and very quick will be going back! Love the thin crust pizza!
Horrible food. Ordered Pasta primavera for my wife and veggie burger for myself. Both are a total disaster. The establishment does not give cutlery with food. When we asked for stainless steel forks we got one fork and when we asked for another we got another after 5 minutes. Service is Very slow and not good. Server has no enthusiasm. Food is not good. Primavera is very oily, smells funny and has peculiar flavor. Veggie burgers have most loathsome red coloring and not toasted. Dressing on the burger- no idea what it was. We were fooled by the name Bombay. We thought it was an Indian restaurant. I and my wife had a nasty evening here.
Super delicious pizza at its best and The Frankie....loved the service.
Really friendly, attentive service and good food.
Great chicken curry!
The pizza is so good with wonderful flavors. It was my first time and my husband's second time visiting this establishment. We went when it was just starting to open, so service was slightly slow but attentive once the food started coming out. If you want a different take on the original pizza check out Bombay Pizza Co.
Good food. Reasonable prices. Good quantity. Friendly service.
One of my top places for delicious pizza. Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. The staff was friendly and observant.
Very chill casual spot nice for lunch
I don’t know what happened to this place I ordered Frankie through Uber eats and it was pretty soggy and aloo stuffing was like a paste. Couldn’t really eat it. I regret buying food from this place. Could have been much better for the price they charge.
Being located on the Main Street of Houston, I was agmfraid might be an expensive eatery place. To my surprise, it was not as expensive as I expected. I tried the Frankie and Paneer Veg Kathy roll. Both were good and I thoroughly enjoyed the both. I would definitely recommend this place as it reminded me the Indian Street food.
Super thin crust pizza and low on cheese.. I would rather say healthy compared to the pizza everyone knows. My wife recommended me to visit this place several times, but I don't like pizza and kept ignore her suggestion. Somehow, I landed here and you won't believe now I love eating pizza here. The modification to crust, cheese and spices makes it taste yummy. Even the chicken tandoori roll with sweet potato fries is good. Ambiance is good and service is fast. The only issue with place is parking, but it is downtown u need to find ur spot.
