I have never been treated worse at a restaurant. There was a taller brunette lady that seemed to be in charge. Rude and uncaring. I very rarely leave reviews, but her actions were inexcusable. If enough people take the time to leave reviews about this company’s customer service, maybe there can be change. Or at the very least.... someone can occupy that space that can treat customers right. We were a party of five.... and when an entire party feels as if they were not served well..... ahem.... wake up call!! Make changes or move on to something you care about more.

This restaurant was a great find. Nice open, large dining area with courteous & prompt service with a large selection menu. There's something for everyone. I tried the grilled chicken club wrap with coleslaw; it was delicious and a generous portion. We'll be back!

Nice place and friendly staff. The lunchtime food and service was very good. The only reason I won't give the 5th star was the bathroom toilets in the ladies room weren't effectively flushing, and there was a sewage smell outside. I assume this will be a temporary issue due to all of the neighborhood construction. I will definitely be stopping in again during future visits to the area.

I hate to do this. The Mac and cheese was not good. The salad was not healthy. The water was not good. There was celery in the mashed patatoes. The tacos were good, but not as good as oscars. The chips were black for some reason, and also red. The service was very good and so was the most of the food. If not for the TV’s, this place would be forbidden to me. Do NOT come here for your after church activities.

Awful and unfriendly service. Tall girl bartender just seem to act like you were wasting her precious time having to serve you. Was about as cold and unfriendly of a bartender I think you could get. She would throw my food on table, walk away. I couldnt even order a drink because she would just ignore me if i tried to ask any questions. Food was decent, even though the mac and cheese was cold. However, I wont support businesses that treat treat their customers like a waste of time. Maybe hire more professional people rather than disgruntled college students?

Absolutely love this place! The Memphis Burger, Larry Bird chicken sandwich, Taco Salad, and Capri appetizer are among my favorites. Their food is always delicious, and they gave a fairly diverse menu. The wait staff is always kind and attentive. Their salads and veggies are fresh, and their burgers and fried chicken are never greasy. One of the best local burgers you can get.

The Bam Bam shrimp tacos we're absolutely amazing. My fiance got the bacon wrapped.pork chops and she loved them. Their Mac and cheese is very tasty. I would definitely return here the next time I am in the area. The wait staff was friendly and knowledge about the beers.

The food is good. I have had different sandwiches and salads and all have been good. The beer selection is decent. It is near MTSU and you can eat here for around $10 to $12. I've been 3 or 4 times and have never had bad service but I've never had great service either.

We go on Sundays for the half price pizza. Tonite was the best visit yet Elizabeth was our waitress. She was very nice. We got the pizza made just the way we wanted. Elizabeth was the first waitress to tell us about their loyalty card and we have been going there for over a year.

Very poor showing from one of our previous go to spots. Cold dip and then a hair in our chips that the server didn't even remove from the ticket. Dirty silverware and a filthy restroom also showed me this place has gone way down hill. Perhaps it was just an odd Thursday afternoon but I won't be back for a while if ever.

This place is fine. If you're gonna go here, do it on a Monday, when most of the menu is half off. If you get there before 6pm, you can also get 2 for 1 beers. The food is pretty good, and the staff is alright. I say give it a shot.

It has been a week for me to ponder and think before I post the following: This was one of our most favorite places to go to and hang out watch games and have a laid back atmosphere. After visiting last week it will probably be our last time. The chips were stale. The artichoke dip cold. The meal just mediocre. I just don't understand how one of the most amazing restaurants in the Boro with hometown feel can go down hill!! I understand there is competition with all of the new restaurants coming to town but that doesnt mean you have to lower your standards and not care. There was hair in our food and drinks being took off of the bill was not the same price. I truly feel that it is time to quit comparing and make the Boulevard great again!

Unfortunately my experience on 3/8/18 will keep me from ever going back. We were in a large group right before happy hour started and the restaurant was basically empty. The food was horrible! Everyone's burgers were burnt, I had to send my burger back because it was too tough to bit into, and my second burger was raw in the middle and burnt on the outside. Plus they added a 20% gratitude to our bill because of being a large group, which would have been no issue if we had been given any service at all. My family's bill was $89 and that is with two kids meals. Our ticket was three burnt burgers, one chicken wrap, kids chicken fingers, and kids burger meal (also burnt). For those thinking bad day try it again.... this was me trying it again after the same experience on my last visit to the TSSSAA Basketball Tournament. At least we won the game!

The food and service here used to be much better. The past several times I've been have been very disappointing. Last night, our server took 10 minutes to greet us. Our appetizer came within 60 seconds of ordering and was cold, almost as if it had been made in error for another table earlier and sat waiting for the next order. The spinach dip was like cold Alfredo sauce with spinach chunks and was not good....and cost $13. Our server never questioned why it was barely touched. After waiting at least 10 minutes to receive our drinks, our server left and disappeared for 30 minutes prior to taking our order. She apologized when she finally came to take our order and said she'd been "sucked into the black hole over there"... whatever that means. The only reason I gave two stars is because our entres actually did taste amazing hen they finally arrived. We had the pork tenderloin with the brussel sprouts and it was spectacular! This place has so much potential to bring back the great atmosphere and experience that was once there, but I will not likely return or recommend it to anyone in the future.

DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD AT THIS RESTAURANT! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE GOOGLE REVIEW SOMEONE LEFT! The server at the restaurant charged me three times for my meal. They have only refunded me once and I've given them about three weeks to refund my money.The server took my card and charged me three times. I received a refund immediately for the first charge that they made. It has taken 3 weeks to get my money back. It's not a lot of money, but I believe this business lacks customer service and is unethical. Food was good and they had a nice setup. The server was friendly. If you are going, I highly recommend that you pay with cash. Jeff, the GM offered me a gift card for more than the amount I spent at this establishment. After this incident, I will NEVER step foot in this business again. Why the heck would I want a gift card? I just want MY MONEY back. The assistant manager got it right the first time, but the GM hasn't resolved the issue in three weeks and at least five e-mails. RIDICULOUS. Poor customer service from Jeff. Samantha, the assistant manager was helpful though. Shouldn't have to BEG to get back money that belongs to me, even if it isn't that much. REMEMBER: PAY WITH CASH. The google review said something about identity fraud at this establishment, I should have listened to them. Jeff says he refunded it when I complained the first time and is pending. It does not take 3 weeks for a transaction to go through on an account.

Located across the street from the Middle Tennessee State University Campus, the Boulevard Bar and Grill seems to be a popular place. My friend and I discovered it and went TWICE in a week. All of their food is delicious....burgers and pizza were outstanding. The service was good and there is a variety of drink options. It looks like a big sports bar with lots of TVS and it is a comfortable place to hang out at the bar and/or sit down for a meal. We will be back!

Then we have to order something else to eat. Please fix the salad issue for the others that decide to come back. Greatly appreciate that.

So this was actually not the first choice for Sunday dinner. The original destination was already closed at 530. And that turned out to be a good thing. Pizza is only half price after 6 pm. And that's a good deal. Not a great pizza for $19. 16 inch. But at half price, a bargain. Decent size and toppings. Crust was only average. Lots of TVs here of course, making it a good choice for Sunday night football. There are regular beer specials as well. Definitely want to come back and see what else the menu has to offer

Solid service- went on a Sunday during lunch time before the church rush hit and the staff was polite, prompt and friendly. Unlike most Murfreesboro areas that take a long time to get drinks from the bar (Jon Taffer would not approve) the staff here made sure we got our drinks timely and were prepared well.

It seems like the restaurant owns 30 ingredients and mixes and matches them to make 150 items. Nothing seems to be truly good food, just something to eat while you drink.

We have eaten here numerous times and it has always been a good experience. This time, however, the service was terrible. It was not busy and we waited more than 5 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. It was another 5 minutes before we got water. After that, it was 8 minutes before our order was taken. The food was good. We got nachos. Undecided about whether or not we will return.

This place has a fairly large beer selection and an extensive menu. The food is pricey, but you get what you pay for. They usually have decent drink specials throughout the week. Tv's are everywhere if you're a sports fan. If you love wings, I would skip on getting them here. Drive down the street to Jefferson's for wings and beer if that's what you want, otherwise I'd try out other things on the menu.

A bit disappointing to say the least. Sat at the bar and got a water to start off. Server came by and checked everyone else for a good 15 minutes before I had to pipe up on my own to be able to order. Asked th price of a particular beer and a was told it was $5 and some change. I verbally confirmed that what she told me was correct and yes, they told me $5 and some change. Ordered it and noticed on my receipt that it was in fact closer to $9. I don't intend to return Food was adequate. Nothing special.
