Great buffet with good selection of Chinese dishes (General Tao's Chicken) along with some American dishes (Mac n cheese). Their fried Zuchini is to die for. Fruit and typical desserts and a general menu available. Take out available too.

I love eating here! The food is great and they offer a lot of non Asian food. You can also purchase a buffet order to go! The buffet is always clean and stocked. Tables are cleared very quickly. The staff is great they are very friendly and do their job and get things right.

If you are ever near this place you must stop in, delicious food & one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever walked in! The lunch buffet is insanely cheap you almost feel guilty for walking out that full for around 7 Bucks.

When our favorite Chinese place in JC closed we were on the hunt for another place. We came across this one while in town and it is SO good. Way better than our last place! The lady who works the front in the nicest lady. She truly made us feel so welcome and talked to our 3 year old, he didn’t want to leave! We live 30 min away but will gladly drive it again for this Chinese!

We gave the buffet a try this week. The food was great and there was a good variety of different dishes to choose from. There also seemed to be a constant flow of freshly made dishes coming from the kitchen. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was attentive and the place was clean. We will definitely be adding this to our places to eat out list.

I have to say , they do not have the biggest selection of items in the area , but I have NEVER went and the food wasn't fresh , the chicken dishes were still crunchy , the rice cooked just right , the service very friendly , and have a wonderful meal. It's one of my favorite places for Asian buffets and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting high quality , fresh food with a mostly quiet friendly atmosphere.

I love Chinese buffets and this is my first time here. Like all buffets you have to arrive at certain times for the freshest food. This place is in my top 3 restaurants for Chinese food and I'm very satisfied. They have a great selection and very tasteful. I will come back!

I'll be blunt: this place is fantastic! I just happened to be in Elizabethton and saw the Red Ginger in Google Maps. The parking lot does not lie... lots of cars, and obviously lots of happy locals dining there. The buffet was fresh and hot and delicious and constantly replenished. The General Tso's chicken is REALLY General Tso's chicken! I would go out of my way to visit again.

The food is good and the price is good but my daughter was in there eating with my grandson and over by the dish pan where they take the dirty dishes at the end of each aisle was a huge puddle of water and my daughter slip and fell that was the second time another time she was going to the restroom and back by the restroom down the hallway there was another puddle of water with no yellow cone to tell you look out a sweat and she had a terrible fall. I was with another party by myself and I actually had to complain to the owner that they should put towels down or sign so finally she went and got some towels and cleaned it up but no sign cone to give a warning that it's wet. Fortunately my daughter is not a su happy person but if it had been me I would have definitely sued them after falling the second time around. And it really wasn't just a wet spot the second time it was a pool of water from those dish pans so if you do go eat it's wonderful food for the price but make sure you wear good sturdy rubber shoes.

Visiting from Florida and were looking for a good chinese buffet. The food available on the buffet when we first got there wasn't very good. After we had been there awhile and the food was being replenished it was much more flavorful and appetizing. Restaurant was rather dirty and dated but the people were very nice.

Red Ginger is a quaint, little Chinese restaurant that offers a buffet, but one can still order items off the menu & for take-out. Unlike other Chinese buffet restaurants, my friend & I never feel unwelcome, even when we stay for a while. The buffet selection may be smaller, but it is still good enough. The food is fresh, as someone is frequently on patrol talking into a mic to order up new food for the buffet. The place is clean, as well. The restrooms each have two stalls, & they are clean. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Red Ginger.

Lunch buffet is an amazing deal. All you can eat for $6.20. not sure if they have any rotating food but when I went it was mostly chicken. Server kept our drinks full. They do have a small selection of sushi which was alright but honestly for what you pay, it's great.
